It was so great working with Lily and Lime. If you are looking for a budget friendly option for photography, I would highly recommend them. We worked with Ben, who was incredible! He came on time and captured everything! He was so patient, friendly and extremely hard working! Our wedding ended a bit early but Ben was willing to stay until the time we had scheduled him for. All the photos he took came out so well. We were very happy with Ben and Lily and Lime!

Great experience. The videographer was professional, on time, and talented. Great work for an affordable price.

My husband and I were planning our wedding from another state, and so we were intimidated in booking all our vendors without meeting them! We had such a great experience with Lily and Lime. They were affordable and easy to use. We were able to pick our photographer by previewing their previous work, and were assigned a videographer. We filled out our wedding planning list (with specific details on our timeline and must have shots). We were in contact with both the videographer and photographer a few days before our wedding. They talked us through the timeline and made any suggestions to ensure we had a smooth flowing day. They were so hands on but at the same time naturally in the background. They caught so many incredible shots! We haven’t received our video yet, but we are so looking forward to reliving our best day of our lives. Thank you Lily and Lime for making our dream wedding come true!

I was super happy with booking this company. The prices were more reasonable than what I could find from other photographers. They were so professional and had a wedding coordinator to help along the way. They had different packages and you were able to add on as you like. I liked that we could customize to fit our needs.

Lily and Lime were great! Smooth and easy from start to finish. They communicated with us a few times until the day to make sure everything was confirmed. We had the best photographer that met all our requests.

Our photographer was nice and fun to be around but the final result of photos leaves much to be desired. 90% of the photos were taken horizontally when you have a beautiful dress you want to see it in photos. When he took photos of the accessories there were empty water bottles in the background...unacceptable. The advertising of retouching is not visible in any of the photos and many of the shots we took were not provided in our online gallery. Overall I will not recommend.

Our experience with Lily & Lime was absolutely excellent. First off, their customer support team (Nora) was extremely responsive, very detailed oriented, and maximally helpful overall. This is especially noteworthy given potential COVID19 considerations, which were handled reasonably and expediently. We paid for photography services (2 photographers, Don was the main photographer), and couldn’t have been more pleased. Don was very kind and patient, worked with us in every way, and ultimately took fantastic pictures that we continue to enjoy to this day. Overall, Lily and Lime have perfected the low cost, high quality, technologically native wedding photography experience, and we’d very highly recommend them.

I hired them for a NYC small wedding. They definitely were great for the affordable cost. The customer service is wonderful. They did many edits and negotiated on the package. They meet their value very well. I would say to ensure you ask for exact shots from your photographer. Ours was SO dedicated to his work and was SO enthusiastic. He worked so hard and was so professional! I just would recommend to check some shots mid session to ensure you are getting what you want. I think he focused a bit more on face than dress and of course that's hard for every bride when you want both. Their edits are not Instagram Worthy for filters so do ensure you know you are getting what you pay for there.

Whatever you do, don’t use Lily and Lime. Their photographers are not professionals and its just not worth the hassle and stress. My first photographer they assigned me was not vaccinated (even though it is required in NYC) and the second photographer they assigned me had some very weird website link to strange photos he’d taken - none were wedding shots. Ended up firing them a week before my wedding and they didn’t even give me a refund. Just a horrible experience overall.

I recently used this company for my wedding and regret it so much. The photographer gave no direction, had no shots that he set up, was unclear on what he was trying to do, took all of a few pictures of the wedding party and no pictures of my dress which was my only request. I asked multiple times if he took pictures of my dress and the buttons going down the back and he said he had but there are no pictures. I would have been better off hiring a friend or a student and would have probably gotten better results.

They were super helpful and profesional. Arrive on time, help me decide on all of my photo poses. I was super stressed the day of my weeding but my photographer were so nice and tried to help me all the time. I love lily & lime and I reveled them to all of my friend 😍😍😍

Lily & Lime was affordable and easy to schedule. That is about where our praise ends. The photographer we received was good but not amazing. She did capture some great shots. She runs her own independent photography studio. We got the sense that we were a b-tier priority (understandably), both in communication and in creativity of her shooting. Despite this, we would have preferred working directly with her. The “support staff” of Lily & Lime were nothing but a confusing headache. I was listed as the primary contact on the account, yet it seemed that their main objective was to harass my wife about information on the wedding we had already provided to them and the photographer directly. This included an astronomical number of emails about our COVID policies despite telling them of our fully vaccinated guest roster and North Carolina’s removal of mask mandates. They insisted we provide them a detailed breakdown of our time when we had already coordinated a plan at more general level with the photographer. They frankly were disrespectful and sexist to my wife by not listening to her when they called her unprompted the day before our wedding, and then listening to me when I repeated the same information to them. Do not use them unless you cannot afford or find another photographer.

This place is a joke! Literally would take your deposit and won’t do any work. And when you do find a place that’s better and gives you GREAT service they say sorry no refund!! Well if you had gave me the service I want, then I wouldn’t want that refund. Don’t recommend at all

We used Lily and Lime for our wedding during the pandemic...our wedding venue had canceled but Lily and Lime was able to send our photographer to our new location 2 hours away to our home...Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly...It was always easy to reach our wedding photographer coordinator...The wedding went without a hitch as our photographer knew how to blend into the background of our small event and take wonderful candid shots...Pictures were readily available online in about a months time to download...you could even order a wedding photo book from them...there we different photo and or video packages to choose from...Lily and Lime are so convenient and hassle free with wonderful pictures to remember our special day and at a great value...Definitely check them out...

I was really impressed by how affordable and easy to work with Lily and Lime was. Their customer service was excellent, and we received so many pictures. The pictures were all digital, and were a little tricky to download, but overall very happy with the quality. My favorite part was our highlight reel; so glad I decided to go with a videographer as well. Cannot beat their prices, customer service, and quality of photos!

Like most couples who had to change wedding plans during a pandemic, I was very fortunate enough to find Lily & Lime. As I was on a search to find professional photographers for my wedding day, I read many reviews about Lily & Lime and stepped out on faith and reached out to them. I really like the fact that they had photographers located in my area ( New York) and the online customer service with Nick was great. He was very fast in his response time and although we mostly communicated via email, I felt like he took time to really hear and understand any questions I had and not just reply with generic answers. As for my photographer Patrick, I only spoke with him a few days before the wedding. This was at first a bit nerve-racking as I wasn't sure he was going to be able to execute my ideas in such a short time that we got to know one another but I was very pleased with my photos in the end. He not only adhered to what my husband and I asked for but he also gave great suggestions and was not pushy. As I only used Lily & Lime for my wedding photography needs, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality wedding photos at an affordable price.

We were beyond satisfied with the service we received through this company! The price was affordable and was our first appeal to pick this company. I was also very amazed by the quick and fast response and support we received from our online wedding coordinator/customer support. The first photographer we picked suddenly was unable to do our wedding, pretty close to our wedding date, which was stressful at the time, but customer support contacted me right away via email and phone to offer 3 other photographers. And even though it was not my first pick, the photographer I ended up picking was so perfect and my wedding pictures turned out amazing! I couldn’t ask for anything better and so glad we ended up with him. I do not know much of how to pose and appreciated a lot of direction from our photographer. He was very patient, fun, and provided a lot of examples and recommendations, which I loved. Again, everything turned out perfect and with the extra help from customer support, it made my wedding planning all the less stressful to me.

Just wanted to share my experience. I searched for reviews for Lily and Lime and they seemed mixed so I took a chance. We chose a photographer who had beautiful photos on the lily and lime website, but I didn't get any contact information until just a couple of days before our first meeting, which was for the engagement photoshoot. From the start, the photoshoot was a disaster. The photographer called me 30 minutes before we were set to meet saying the parking lot was closed. It put me in a panic and I had to coach him to just ask the parking attendants whether it was actually closed or not. Shocker, it was not, but the back and forth calls started the experience on a sour foot. Then, once we got there, the photographer gave us no direction at all. To top things off we wasted like 15 minutes during sunset, which is why we chose an evening photoshoot, because he was having camera issues. But the worst part was the photos themselves. We asked not to have flash (there was no need, it was very bright and sunny), but he did not listen. In the majority of our photos there is an ugly shadow on the trees and anything behind us, plus our skin tones look overexposed and shiny. Also, every angle is exactly the same - dead on. No creativity whatsoever. He also didn't tell us when there was problems in the shot -- like when a garbage truck was in the background, or in the shots with our dog, when his poop bags were in the foreground (we couldn't see from our angle because we were behind our dog). The photos are shockingly bad. Once I did more research, I realized Lily and Lime does NOT use professional photographers. These are amateurs who did not get an education in photography, they are HOBBYISTS who do this as a side gig. My photographer's degree is in engineering. And hey, some hobbyists can have natural talent but many do not and your wedding photos are not where you want to take that risk. When I got my photos I immediately reached out to Lily and Lime to back out of my contract. There is no way in HELL that I would let them photograph my wedding. I was willing to pay whatever the engagement photoshoot cost (which according to their website should have been about $300), but not the wedding. I had given them about $1200 for the deposit. They offered to let me repeat this with another photographer, which is absurd now that I had the knowledge that their photographers ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. If that photographer was as bad as the first, then I'd be on the hook for $600 in engagement photoshoots. They were totally unwilling to refund me my deposit sans the engagement photoshoot. I asked them for compassion -- as a healthcare worker who worked in the ER at the height of the COVID pandemic, as someone who lost both of their grandmothers this year, I asked them to make an exception. They were totally inflexible on this. Ultimately I cancelled the photography portion and am having to pay for the video (which I care less about than the photos) and the engagement shoot. The cost of that is the same I would have been for an excellent videographer, and yet all I'm gonna get is another amateur. The only reason why I haven't done a chargeback is because I signed a contract and I could be sued. So I'm warning other couples out there: BEWARE OF LILY AND LIME. You are taking a HUGE risk and they will not accommodate you if your photographer is as amateurish and unprofessional as mine is.

My daughter was getting married in Miami Beach and we live in Georgia so I was tasked with finding vendors that I knew nothing about locally. However, I have to say that we hit the jackpot with Lily & Lime! Galina was our photographer and she was awesome! She was prompt in arriving and she was very creative in her photos. She was also very "hands on" and made a lot of photos that were not just "posed". I liked the fact that she made photos during the reception of everything. We have seen a sneak peak of a few of the photos and I am beyond excited to see the rest! She was awesome! The Customer Support Team before the wedding did a great job as well. Chelsea helped me out a lot and answered all of my questions promptly. I would highly recommend Lily & Lime for your wedding photos! The venue was beautiful on the beach on and Galina really used that to her advantage in the photos I have seen so far! Thank you Lily & Lime for making my daughter's day so special! I cannot wait to see all of the pictures!!

Working with Lily and Lime was amazing. The pricing is affordable first off! And being able to plan the whole day step by step online was super easy! As for any questions I had, I would always get a response very quickly. Our photographer the day of was incredible! She was everywhere yet nowhere and in the end captured every special moment we wanted and more! Highly recommend!

Loved using Lily and Lime. You hear horror stories sometimes about the cost or quality of wedding photography, but we didn't have any of those issues. Upfront pricing, clear payment schedules, and frequent communication. Great pics too! Would recommend!

Lily and Lime was incredibly simple and smooth. After planning and carry out our wedding all on our own, it was nice to have something work so smoothly! Our photographer, Michael, was amazing! He was funny and creative. You could tell he clearly loved his job and was trying to take the best photos of us. The quality of service and skill is incredible and affordable!!

Lily and Lime was very easy to use. I filled out all my information using the online planner. My photographer, Shahid, was excellent. He really captured the love and the vibe on our wedding day. He even laid on the floor in mud to get the perfect photo. We are very happy with our pictures and video!

I got married in Brooklyn in August 2018 and hired a photographer, Raymond , through Lily and Lime. I went with Lily and Lime because of their affordable packages and because of convenience. Navigating the website was really easy, and it was also easy to reserve a photographer. Raymond was very professional and so positive throughout the day. I looked at his portfolio to choose him beforehand. I was able to have a conversation with him before the wedding. He was really great to work with! I would recommend Lily and Lime especially if you are looking for an affordable photographer and don’t need that much contact with the him or her before booking. It worked out well for us!

Lily and Lime was FANTASTIC! Overall: They were incredibly easy to work with. You can pick your photographer based on who is available that day. Before your wedding, you have to fill out what you expect your timeline to look like for the photographer to prepare. Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service. Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget. Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

If you know don't know where to start with wedding photography, Lily & Lime should be your FIRST stop. They have a wonderful online platform that allowed me to let them know what kind of photography experience my wife and I wanted to have on our special day. The photographer was professional and friendly and did an amazing job taking pictures. However, I wish the photographer was more creative and captured more than what we asked for.

Best deal I found for photographer. You'll get what you pay for. Had some problem with the first photographer, however, customer service was very responsive on resolving the problem. Glad we got to work with Sarah for our engagement and wedding shots, she's very friendly and make our photo sessions very comfortable!

My husband and I were a little hesitant to work with Lily & Lime given the “hands-offness” of the photography crew up until the wedding week but we loved the price L&L offers compared to going direct to the photographer/videographer. The Lily & Lime process and platform was straight forward and if we were ever confused or had questions L&L support team was on it. The automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner were helpful. CHOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS. Do some online stalking of your photographer to make sure you like them beyond the information L&L gives you ( first name, picture, small portfolio). Cross reference the internet for that photographer’s name in the area you’re searching and review their individual reviews on the other wedding sites since most of L&L reviews are on L&L process and not the photographer you may or may not chose. The thing about L&L is that you don’t interact with your photographer until a week before the wedding. The week before the wedding is probably one the craziest weeks of your life, so my one area of improvement is to allow the couple to engage with the photographer a little sooner. Although I understand why it’s structured this way, it makes it a little more crazy if you don’t opt for engagement photos to interact with your photographer sooner. The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info and if they’re good (like ours was) they’ll reached out to you to introduce themselves and discuss the important parts of your wedding and certain shots you’d like to capture. We received our photos and video very promptly as promised and they’re wonderful. Overall we are pleased with the service, product, and our photographer, especially for the value and price.

Lily & Lime was a cost effective way for us to get our wedding photography and we were very pleased! I really liked the photographer we picked through them as well and the customer service reps were super as there were a few minor snags that needed to be fixed along the way.

We were given a discount code in an email from Lily & Lime which we used to buy a photography package for our wedding. We paid a deposit to get locked in and the website displayed two future payments we would have to make. When we logged in to pay our second payment the amount due was higher by the tune of a few hundred dollars. I decided to reach out to them to find out what happened. Four emails and two phone calls and they still haven't figured it out. After the first phone call they immediately admitted this was their mistake and assured me it would be solved in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week and a half since I reached out to Lily & Lime to have this corrected. When the time frame they give me goes by I have to be the one to reach back out to them to let them know they haven't fixed the issue; they do not follow up at all even when they assured me they would. I've spoken to a few different representatives now and they're all very friendly, but seem to tell you they'll fix it just to get you off the phone so they can bump the problem down the line. I have very little confidence they will be reliable on the day of our wedding and will be asking for a refund for the deposit we made. I feel like I've been very patient and understanding but Lily & Lime just does not seem capable of delivery a quality product.

We hired Gianna - she was really great to work with! Very professional and efficient. The pricing was fair and the photos look amazing. We got a discount by purchasing our photography package way in advance of the wedding (10 months ahead).

We had Ashley as our Main Photographer, and Chris as our Videographer. We loved our time with Lily and Lime, they were just our style and were willing to do anything to get some amazing shots on our special day. They were laid back, not too pushy, and gave us some really special photos of our day that we would not have gotten otherwise. Our one issue was that the second photographer that was supposed to take the groom and groomsmen to a different area for their photos before the ceremony so that my bridesmaids and I could get photos before the ceremony as well, had to be told multiple times to actually do so. I ended up making one of the groomsmen get my husband and the other groomsmen together to get the photos started. They didn't start taking the groomsmen photos until 45 minutes before the ceremony, which made everything before the ceremony late, and I was still outside when guests began to arrive. Besides that we had some beautiful photos and memories all caught by our lovely photographer and videographer.

My Husband and I used Lily and Lime for our wedding photos. The process was very easy from booking until the day of. All of our requests and need to know information went into an online portfolio for the photographer. We used Chuck and he was great! From the moment he got there until he left, he really catered to our wants and made she to capture all of the important shots! They were very timely in getting our photos back to us!

Wendy with Lily and Lime was our photographer and made our day such a breeze, and we truly enjoyed working with her. My husband and I are both laid back, and wanted to extend that feel to our wedding with forgoing a lot of the "traditions" and just spending time celebrating with our friends and family. Wendy totally understood our views, and really went with that flow. As we had never worked with a professional photographer before, she guided us through everything, and really captured the feel of us, and our venue in her photographs. Overall, Lily and Lime was such a pleasure to work with. Doing pretty much everything online made it so easy, and took a lot of stress out of booking a photographer. The online forms they provide for you to fill out also adds to the ease and gives the photographer much needed information that they utilize. The customer service rep, Maddy was also awesome. She is very professional and courteous, and kept us up-to-date on every step of the process, while also sending us emails to remind us to complete certain stages (which trust me, you will appreciate). We received sneak peeks of some of the photos within a week of our wedding, all the photos within two weeks and were able to download/purchase within 6 weeks. They processed them very quickly, which was great. We really enjoyed working with Lily and Lime and their staff, and definitely recommend their services if you are looking for a wedding photographer!

We LOVED working with Lily & Lime. Customer service was top notch throughout the process - very easy to contact and prompt to respond. Of course we were nervous choosing a photographer based only off of a portfolio and not actually getting to speak to her until the week of our wedding. We chose Monica because we loved her candid shots and boy did she not disappoint! I spoke to Monica a few days before our wedding to go over which shots were on our "must have" list, which weren't many. She knew our venue and the surrounding area so she gave some tips and we were set. The day of the wedding she showed up to the venue early to get some pictures of the venue itself, then pictures of me getting ready and with my parents and siblings, then my husband getting ready and with his parents and siblings. We did not do a first look and she did not push for it. During the ceremony I didn't even know she was there. After the ceremony we headed out to take some pictures with me, the groom and the bridal party and she worked fast because we were losing light - we had a 6 pm ceremony in mid-October. Those pictures came out beautiful, and she really made our jewel tone colors pop. We didn't even notice her during the reception, but she was all over the place, and easy to find when we did want a specific photo. Our guests actually commented on how much they liked her which was great to hear! I've never heard people rave about a photographer like they were raving about Monica. There are so many sweet photos from our reception, and silly photos, and photos full of pure joy. We could not have asked for a better collection of photos from our wedding day. Afterwards, we got a sneak peek in about a week and a half - very exciting! We got our full portfolio maybe a week or two after that and are now just waiting a couple more weeks to be able to download them. Lily & Lime won't be for everyone, namely those who want to meet and have a sit down with their photographer ahead of time, but they were perfect for us. The whole process was really easy and we would absolutely recommend them for future brides.

Lily & Lime seemed like it was too good to be true at first. I combed through all of the reviews to be sure they were a real company, and finally took the big leap by purchasing one of their base packages with a discount. From start to finish they worked with me to ensure that I had exactly what I needed, that I knew about add-on options (without pushing them on me), that I was comfortable and happy with my photographer (who I was able to choose - a great feature offered by Lily & Lime which makes the process feel more personal), and that I loved my photos. They got the photos to me in record time as well; I thought I'd be waiting up to 8 weeks, but the preview came through within two weeks, the photos with watermarks a few days after that, and the downloads in less than a month! Even though I used a discount, I never felt that they were treating me differently. I can't imagine how they could have made my experience any better - it was darn near perfection! There is no question in my mind that they are organized to a 'T' and that the service I was provided was tailored to me. I'm so thankful I took a shot on Lily & Lime - thank you for helping to make my wedding day a dream!

She is an absolutely amazing photographer - her work is just beautiful - but her personality is the icing on the cake. She's knowledgeable and professional, but also super friendly and fun. My husband and I were a little nervous that working with a photographer we didn't know well would feel awkward/uncomfortable, but that flew out the window as soon as we met Leah. I decided to go with Lily and Lime for my wedding photography because of the price in all honesty, however I could not have been happier with my choice to go with them. They were very responsive during the entire wedding planning process and I never had to wait long for a response on a question. I decided to go with Casey T for my photographer and I could not have been more pleased with her warmth and professionalism. She was so easy to work with and made sure that I got all of the shots that I wanted for my wedding day (including outdoor shots on a rainy day!). Working with Lily and Lime was great. First, contacting the customer service department was easy and smooth. They answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Then before the big day, we contacted our photographer, Rebecca, who was very professional. We had everything arranged a week before (including our favorite shots). Rebecca was great in the wedding day, she did exactly whatever we asked for. Then we got a preview of our wedding pics a week after the wedding. I would definitely recommend Lily and lime.

We were able to review portfolios of dozens of photographers and select the one we thought would take pictures that fit our style and the tone of our wedding.
