She was punctual, professional but most importantly she was extremely nice and helpful, she was a big part making us feel comfortable when taking pictures, we really appreciate her work and patience, the people helping us online with the timelines was amazing too, they always replied quickly so everything could go smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing

We had such a wonderful experience with Lily and lime. The price was absolutely unbeatable and we loved our photographer Doug! He made our entire family feel so comfortable the entire time and they still rave about him till this day. I would absolutely use Lily and lime again and suggest them to my friends!

Ronny is easily the best experience I've had with a photographer. He was really helpful in capturing the moments throughout the night. Very personable and talented at his craft. Elyse from Lily and Lime was absolutely amazing, and the booking process was incredibly easy. We swiftly filtered through available photographers for our wedding date and location, ultimately choosing Elyse because we fell in love with her portfolio. In the week leading up to the wedding, we had a phone call with her, and we were immediately impressed. Elyse's wedding expertise shone through as she guided us through various decisions. When I expressed concern about our tight timeline, she reassured me, saying, "I like to document the day, so if it involves you enjoying a quick lunch all dolled up in your makeup and get-ready outfit, I'll capture those moments too!" She combined a personable and professional demeanor, ensuring she captured every shot we wanted and many we hadn't even thought of. Our guests also raved about her, noting how she danced around, capturing all the remarkable little moments of the day. As for the photos themselves, they were absolutely gorgeous. Every time I look at them, I discover something new to love, and we've received countless compliments. Our officiant even said, "We've been to like 6 weddings this year, and the photos from your wedding are the best ones out of all of them." A guest also chimed in, "The pics came out so good (and so fast!!). She fully captured the moment and the feeling." Elyse truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Our photographers (Aimee and Donte) and videographer (Roberto) were amazing from Lily & Lime. It was so nice to work with Aimee during our engagement pictures and again at our wedding. I was nervous at first because the price seemed to good to be true but after receiving our photos and video we were so happy we booked Lily & Lime.

Lily & Lime is budget-friendly, however your photography will vary and it is hard to get a good idea on your photographer's style, as you cannot speak to them until the week of. They have an easy to use online profile to edit and submit the day-of timeline, and I did find customer service very nice. I was not blown away by the photography but I am happy we were able to get some nice photos for the price.

Our photographer really spent the time to get the right shots and search for the perfect locations on the property. She wasn’t in a rush and took her time. She was very communicative on the day. We are so happy with our wedding photos!

We had a very good experience with Lily and Lime for our wedding. Our photographer, Jack, was great and we are very happy with the photos. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19, and they were very flexible with rescheduling everything. The pricing was also great. We would highly recommend.

I couldn't possibly have been any happier with my photographer, Gabrielle, from Lily & Lime! We selected her because her portfolio had the most romantic pictures, especially the outdoor ones. She was great about communicating with us to find out what we wanted, and she took the most magical photos! I was hoping to get some nice outdoor shots in the park, and she took so many photos that made our family say "Awwww!" when we looked through them. I'm still trying to decide which photos to print since there are literally hundreds of great ones! One of the best things Gabrielle did was find ways to pose us where the photos looked natural and fun and romantic, without anyone being able to tell we were posed and without looking stiff. You can't go wrong with Gabrielle and Lily & Lime!

I had the most incredible experience with Lily & Lime! I got married earlier this month in Long Island. Our photographer was Ben, and I do not have enough positive words to say! He was so wonderful, professional and talented. He did an excellent job of making sure to get all of the shots we wanted, and more! He was always there to capture every moment. I am so happy we booked with Ben at Lily & Lime! 100/100 recommend!

being I'm in the process of planning my wedding and let me tell you, DO NOT BOOK LILY AND LIME. It has been the BIGGEST headache about my wedding. I'll start from the beginning, when they finally let me choose my wedding photographer (because when I immediately booked I wasn't permitted to as the event was too far in the future) I went on their website and at that point in time (over a year ago) was able to log into their online portal. I went through and chose my photographer out of an outstanding range of variety of 5 photographers ( They let you pick your photographer AFTER you've paid, so you're stuck) Come to find out, that photographer wasn't actually available, actually NONE of the choices given to me were actually valid choices, and they had to EMAIL me THREE photographers to choose from. "If none of these work we'll email you three more choices!" Is what the email said. I picked the best of the three. From that point, I wasn't permitted to do any type of planning or communication with Lily and Lime as my event was "too far in the future" Time goes by, Covid Happens, They still force me to to pay in FULL by my ORIGINAL wedding date. Still no access to any online portal, as the event is post-poned and too far in the future. Now this online portal is not user friendly and I literally cannot access from my desktop computer, laptop or cell phone. Because of this, I have to communicate with a general lily and lime representative (because you have ZERO contact with your photographer until 7 days before the wedding... when it all really goes crazy) which actually seems to be more of an automated response than a person due to the blatant ignorance of the important question I'm asking and responding with general responses and to "check the online portal" for more info... the portal I have no access to. The automated emails have asked me repeat questions multiple times indicating that they are NOT updating this "online portal" So it's been a nightmare to say the least. I've been paid in full for MONTHS and I have zero validation that my wedding plans are being ccommunicatedwith my photographer. DO NOT BOOK!

Lily and Lime- especially Yasha- were great to work with. The Lily and Like site is very user friendly and the pictures from our engagement were great! We can’t wait to see the pictures from the wedding.

We were very happy with Cammy, our photographer from Lily & Lime. She worked so hard all night to make sure she was catching all the special moments of our wedding - no small feat for one photographer! We felt comfortable being ourselves around her, which meant our couples photos felt more intimate. She has a good eye and took advantage of all the different backdrops/settings at our venue to come up with some creative shots. We honestly only wanted a few solid shots to get printed and were happily surprised with the results - it was incredibly difficult to decide which ones to print because so many were great! Lily & Lime is truly an amazing deal...I almost feel like we should have paid more, honestly. If you want super artsy photos with lots of post-production processing, this might not be the company for you. If you want tasteful & classic yet fun photos, you will love Cammy and Lily & Lime.

The only thing I regret about my wedding day is choosing this company. I should have spent the extra money and gotten a real photographer and been happy with my pictures and video or at least not completely disappointed. I have waited for nearly a year to write this review to try to be somewhat rational or fair (I don't like leaving bad reviews) but the more time that passes, and the more I see my friends having wonderful photographers at their weddings, the more disappointed and angry at this company I become. I had 2 photographers, and honestly the secondary (Eric) was much better than the lead photographer (Chad). Chad did not discuss with me what I wanted before the wedding day (like they said he would 1 week prior, and I did call him, but did not get to talk to him until the day of) instead he showed up to my getting ready location and gave absolutely 0 direction to us. Instead, he asked what poses I wanted. I didnt know what poses to do other than the two "must have" shots I asked for, I'M NOT A PHOTOGRAPHER. That's why I hired what I thought was a PROFESSIONAL to walk us through it. That was also why I wanted to talk before the wedding, so we could figure things out! I also did not get either of the two "must have" shots I wanted: a picture of my husband's face as I walked down the aisle and he saw me for the first time (I mean, come on!), or a silhouette at sunset. Nope, didn't get either one. And my venue was KNOWN for their sunset pics, Chad just said straight up he couldn't do it. Funny, because lots of other photographers were able to... Most of my pics were bland with little to no creative flair; either complete candids or obviously and stiffly posed. And he never once fixed anyone, some girls would hold their bouquets this way others that way, and he said nothing. Just line us up and take the shot. Some of the ones Eric did were pretty nice though, he mostly was following the groomsmen and they did get some well done posed shots. My video was a bit better than the pictures, but the finished product had some parts where the sound and picture were out of sync. Ugh, I look at other people's beautiful wedding pictures and feel like I really missed out. Do yourself a favor; pay a little extra (or a lot, honestly the pics will last far longer than the dress or cake) and get a photographer who is going to take the time to get an idea of what you want and then actually deliver it to you. If I could turn back time, I would NEVER book with them again.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS- We were supposed to get married on 5/16/2020 but due to COVID we had to modify our plans. We decided to cancel our big wedding and instead do a small ceremony in order to keep our guest safe and to follow the guidelines that have been put in place. We reached out to our vendors over a month before our wedding date.Lily & Lime have been giving us the run around for weeks and will not allow us to reduce our 8 hour package and give us a refund for the difference. It is clear that all they care about is their money. They did give us option to postpone but due to these unforeseen circumstances we are doing a small ceremony. All of our vendors BESIDES Lily & Lime have been great to work with and understanding. They will take your money during a pandemic or any other circumstances that are out of your control. I recommend being aware of this before choosing to work with this company!

An update: as this vendor has repeatedly asked me to amend my review, I have done so here. I continue to receive calls from this vendor (no less than 4 calls), even after signing cancellation paperwork. Please review your own cancellation paperwork carefully.

From the engagement photos to our wedding photos to the video, everything went perfectly and was amazing! I originally went with Lily & Lime because they had a great package on engagement photography, wedding photography, and wedding video all bundled together for a pretty great price. I was worried that the quality or service wouldn’t be great because it was such a good deal but everything was amazing!!! Our main photographer Mariya was incredible! She was so sweet, made us feel comfortable, and she totally took control on our wedding day (but still did exactly what we wanted) so that I didn’t have to organize everyone or worry about anything. We also had an additional photographer and videographer and they were wonderful as well. Everything turned out perfectly and we can’t stop looking at the pictures. Definitely recommend them and recommend Mariya!

Dajuana H in the LA area is the best wedding photographer we could have asked for! She was so calm and relaxed and we felt so comfortable around her. Our photographer was very professional and was exactly what we wanted (someone who would capture the moments as opposed to just posed pictures). We were happy with the online service as well as it allows you to customize as many aspects of the photography package and what you want the day of! I’m so happy that we went with Lily and Lime! Oh also our pictures were released to us sooner than they had estimated and we were happy with that too! I highly recommend their services!

We LOVED working with Lily and Lime. The price was amazing for both a photographer and videographer. I was really hesitant at the beginning since you don't get to speak with your photographer and videographer until the week before. However, everything was so organized it worked well. Both our photographer and videographer were the phenomenal and our favorite vendors. We felt right at home with them. I did do our engagement photos as with Lily and Lime as well so we would have the chance to meet our photographer ahead of time and I am happy we did that since I felt super comfortable with her on our wedding day. We are from the Philadelphia area and had Kimberly as our photographer and Jack as our videographer. I highly recommend both!

When I first booked with them, I was a little nervous about what I would be getting because of how much more affordable the package was compared to other vendors I had talked to. I was SO pleasantly surprised! The entire planning process was online which was super convenient to me, and they asked me questions about scenarios I hadn’t even thought of. You could tell they had a lot of experience with weddings and it really helped me develop a vision of what I wanted from them. My photographer and videographer reached out to me over the phone the week of the wedding to go over specifics, must have shots, family relationships, etc. They were both so down to earth and professional. They were easy to joke with but took their job seriously and made sure I got all of the shots I requested. I have recommended Lily and Lime to so many people after my amazing experience. My sneak peak shots, thousands of photos, beautiful highlight clip, and full video were all deliver to me quicker than the projected time. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience!

Easy to use online portal. Lead photographer was great but the associate was not good at directing to get photos. Texted some photos only two days after! Lead photograher easily got a good feel for our needs.

I had to worry about a lot of things for my wedding day, but photography was not one of them. Lily and Lime made everything easy, from speedy and pleasant customer service, to coordinating details about the day of and prepping the photographers. And the photographer and associate photographer were so kind and easy to work with, well prepared with different equipment, and very adaptable to the many different kinds of characters at my wedding! To top it all off, we received our photos merely weeks after the wedding which was amazing, and perfect for thank you cards and the like. And there were SO so many photos! I'm so glad I booked with them and would gladly do so again.

I was initially nervous about using a service like this where I would not be able to contact our photographer until a week prior to the wedding. However, this experience was not only amazing, but very budget friendly. All of the paperwork is easy to complete and much more detail-oriented than I expected. And once I got our photographer's contact information, I was able to text her, email her our shot list, and we had a phone meeting as well. Both her and the associate photographer were on time, professional, and most importantly took AMAZING photographs that I will cherish forever. I can't stop looking at them!

When looking for wedding photographer and videographer, I was dismayed to find that pricing for the amount of time I needed and the quality of the products I was looking for was out of my budget. However, I was able to work with Lily & Lime, and I do not regret my decision. They were more reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, and the photographers and videographer were very talented. They worked diligently to get all of the shots I wanted in the time allotted and were available for all of the candid moments. Although I was not given their contact information until about 1 week before the wedding (which is generally how this company works), I found that this was plenty of time to communicate my vision, and our service did not lack as a result. We are excited for the products we will receive, and we have already received a preview of some unedited favorites, which have not disappointed. It has also been easy to communicate with the Customer Service Representative to ensure that the editing is done to our liking.

Doug was the best thing that happened on our wedding day - besides us getting married. He made us feel so comfortable and had so many good pointers! Doug was fun, organized, and knows all the right angles and lighting. We received our photos less than two weeks after our wedding! My husband and I are thrilled with the results. We highly recommend Lily and Lime - especially Doug.

I got married in Brooklyn in August 2018 and hired a photographer, Raymond , through Lily and Lime. I went with Lily and Lime because of their affordable packages and because of convenience. Navigating the website was really easy, and it was also easy to reserve a photographer. Raymond was very professional and so positive throughout the day. I looked at his portfolio to choose him beforehand. I was able to have a conversation with him before the wedding. He was really great to work with! I would recommend Lily and Lime especially if you are looking for an affordable photographer and don’t need that much contact with the him or her before booking. It worked out well for us!

Lily and Lime was FANTASTIC! Overall: They were incredibly easy to work with. You can pick your photographer based on who is available that day. Before your wedding, you have to fill out what you expect your timeline to look like for the photographer to prepare. Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service. Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget. Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

If you know don't know where to start with wedding photography, Lily & Lime should be your FIRST stop. They have a wonderful online platform that allowed me to let them know what kind of photography experience my wife and I wanted to have on our special day. The photographer was professional and friendly and did an amazing job taking pictures. However, I wish the photographer was more creative and captured more than what we asked for.
