they worked with me to ensure that I had exactly what I needed, that I knew about add-on options (without pushing them on me), that I was comfortable and happy with my photographer (who I was able to choose - a great feature offered by Lily & Lime which makes the process feel more personal), and that I loved my photos. They got the photos to me in record time as well; I thought I'd be waiting up to 8 weeks, but the preview came through within two weeks, the photos with watermarks a few days after that, and the downloads in less than a month! Even though I used a discount, I never felt that they were treating me differently. I can't imagine how they could have made my experience any better - it was darn near perfection! There is no question in my mind that they are organized to a 'T' and that the service I was provided was tailored to me. I'm so thankful I took a shot on Lily & Lime - thank you for helping to make my wedding day a dream!

you have your hearts set on a particular photographer from their roster, you need at least 8hrs booked. I recommend getting an associate photographer as well--because our solo photographer did wonderfully, but it is probably nice to have photos from multiple angles. Thanks so much to Jessie!

I was also able to call and speak with a representative about any questions I had which was very important to me. Jared M was our photographer. He did a phenomenal job and truly cared to capture our day perfectly! Our videographer was also incredible! The only thing I wish I could change is the music with our wedding video. I wish the company allowed us to submit the songs we would like for the video, but this was not a deal breaker for me. Overall, I could not be happier with our wedding photos and video!

s we canceled this destination wedding. Lily & Lime continue to bait myself against my future son in law and are refusing to refund the 2nd payment they collected just days before the City of Pittsburgh BANNED all event with over 50 people. WE did not chose to cancel. This is beyond our control. Nick lies. He says one thing to me, says another to my future son in law. Puts Kate on the case when he doesn't want to handle it anymore. When we booked the service, we did not need the number of hours booked but we selected the extra 2 hours because my Step Daughter wanted to be able to select her photographer. Therefore, we were paying extra for something we should be able to do. Then several days later they emailed her and advised the photographer she selected and was free when she selected her was no longer available. Sounds like a broker not a photography business. In these trying times we should all be working together. I had offered to let them keep the deposit we made and I asked for the 2nd payment which was significantly higher than the deposit back. Nope, Sorry, We don't do that. Your contract states that if you cancel your event within 30 days you should be paying us the contract in full. Are you kidding me? Also, each week after Nick was informed that the wedding HAD to be cancel since THE CITY canceled our location rental, they continue to email my step-daughter and ask her to fill out details of her special day. Really? Yes, let's keep reminding a bride that her day IS NOT HAPPENING. And lastly, I booked Lily & Lime, I'm paying for Lily & Lime, but the Bride and Groom are the only ones who can cancel a contract. The other option they offered was to transfer the services to another state, they have NO PHOTOGRAPHERS in the state and country my step-daughter and future son in law are considering for their ceremony when the time is right. NO ONE. Now I am to the point that we are demanding a full refund and they are still playing games with us. Offering small tidbits and ignoring our request. I have now had to take extreme matters to obtain my refund. I'm sure this Small Business has applied and received money from the government to help them in the troubled time and they are pocketing from any contract they had. It is in your best interest to keep scrolling and paying a little more to be treated more kindly in these trying times.

They give you a timeline planning sheet for organization for yourself and the photographers/videographer which was super helpful. I would recommend this company to friends and family any day hands down. My photographs and video turned out great and highly satisfied! Oh and I did all my planning from a different state that I got married in! Choose Lily and Lime for your photo and video needs!!!

I was able to have a conversation with him before the wedding. He was really great to work with! I would recommend Lily and Lime especially if you are looking for an affordable photographer and don’t need that much contact with the him or her before booking. It worked out well for us!

Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget. Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

& Lime process and platform was straight forward and if we were ever confused or had questions L&L support team was on it. The automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner were helpful. CHOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS. Do some online stalking of your photographer to make sure you like them beyond the information L&L gives you ( first name, picture, small portfolio). Cross reference the internet for that photographer’s name in the area you’re searching and review their individual reviews on the other wedding sites since most of L&L reviews are on L&L process and not the photographer you may or may not chose. The thing about L&L is that you don’t interact with your photographer until a week before the wedding. The week before the wedding is probably one the craziest weeks of your life, so my one area of improvement is to allow the couple to engage with the photographer a little sooner. Although I understand why it’s structured this way, it makes it a little more crazy if you don’t opt for engagement photos to interact with your photographer sooner. The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info and if they’re good (like ours was) they’ll reached out to you to introduce themselves and discuss the important parts of your wedding and certain shots you’d like to capture. We received our photos and video very promptly as promised and they’re wonderful. Overall we are pleased with the service, product, and our photographer, especially for the value and price.

pay our second payment the amount due was higher by the tune of a few hundred dollars. I decided to reach out to them to find out what happened. Four emails and two phone calls and they still haven't figured it out. After the first phone call they immediately admitted this was their mistake and assured me it would be solved in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week and a half since I reached out to Lily & Lime to have this corrected. When the time frame they give me goes by I have to be the one to reach back out to them to let them know they haven't fixed the issue; they do not follow up at all even when they assured me they would. I've spoken to a few different representatives now and they're all very friendly, but seem to tell you they'll fix it just to get you off the phone so they can bump the problem down the line. I have very little confidence they will be reliable on the day of our wedding and will be asking for a refund for the deposit we made. I feel like I've been very patient and understanding but Lily & Lime just does not seem capable of delivery a quality product.
