John was our photographer and Jeremy was our videographer and they BOTH were so awesome. We loved working with Lily and Lime!

I loved working with this vendor. Everything was handled professionally through email and their online portal. We were assigned a coordinator who helped us complete our profile that included information about us, our venues, important family members, special requests, etc. We were paired with a friendly photographer who we FaceTimed with the week of our wedding to talk details. Lily and Lime was the best to work with! They are so attentive and reply quickly to any and all questions. The photographer that we were paired with was so great and the photos felt very natural. Guests at our wedding thought that he was a family friend that we’d known for years! I’m so happy with the photos we received and could not have asked for a more perfect day that we now get to remember for a lifetime!

We were looking for an affordable wedding photographer and came upon Lily & Lime a few months before our wedding. Their process was very simple and easy to understand. Their customer service was quick to respond to our questions. Lily & Lime paired us up with Charles and he was one of the best photographers we've ever met. He was very easy to work with and his photos were absolutely stunning. We're very grateful for Lily & Lime and Charles and are glad we went with them to capture memories of our special day.

I’m so happy we chose Lily & Lime for our wedding! We waited until the last minute, due to being indecisive, to book the photographer. While being important, we didn’t want to go over budget. Lily & Lime made it so easy to book and our photographer Demetrius was soooo much fun to work with! The website planning tool made it easy to plan for day-of. We ended up with over 1,100 pictures and I’m so glad we chose Lily & Lime. We definitely got our money’s worth!!!

Photos were good. However some photos showed a finger on the side of it. Video was alright as well. They could have added better music.

My wife and I are very pleased with Lilly and Lime. They replied promptly whenever we emailed with questions prior to our wedding. They day of the wedding, our photographer arrived extra early to set up and check the venue. He was very flexible and accommodating. Due to traffic, we arrived late to the place we were going to use for our main portraits, so we had to improvise on the spot. The photographer was very understanding and always reassuring us that the pictures were going to come out great, which they did! My best friend who was in charge of managing the reception program also told me that the photographer was very communicative with him. He paid special attention in details, and made sure that he included good pictures of us, and our family. We couldn't have asked for a better photography company. Or lead photographer's name was Tiago. We also had an additional photographer (Samuel) who was also very professional. Thank you Lily & Lime for such a great and smooth experience during our wedding. 110% pleased with Lily & Lime. We hired 2 photographers and 1 videographer for our wedding in August 2021. All 3 had been to our venue before to shoot a wedding so they knew exactly what to do and where to go for the best shots. Both photographers were so friendly and talented. They made awkward moments not awkward by laughing and joking. Our videographer was great as well. He knew exactly which angles and techniques to use when recording priceless moments. When we saw the final edit of the video, we were shocked at how good it came out. Overall, great customer services, great prices, and great photographers/videographers.

We had an absolutely lovely experience with Lily & Lime. The photographer, WanJun, they sent us (the package we chose includes the company choosing the photographer) was very professional and helpful. Our photos turned out beautiful, and we were pleasantly surprised at just how many photos he was able to take!

Once someone told me wedding is about wedding photos, because at the end that is what would remain- it was true! And I couldn't be happier that I chose Lily and Lime to leave us best memories. Vincent was our photographer and he was very professional. Couple days before our session, he called me and we talked about every possible details of our wedding so he can capture them all. My husband and I are extremely happy with how our wedding photos turn out and our friends and family loved them as much as we did. Lily and Lime also has an amazing customer support team that answers all your questions on a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend Lily and Lime to any couple who is on a haunt for an affordable and best photographer services.

Amazing! I chose Alexa, she was so fun! I was able to call Alexa a week before my wedding and communication was awesome, also sent her my Pinterest album for inspo- she was able to refer those inspo pics during my wedding. My videographer was Graham, and he was such a delight as well. Both had wonderful fun energies :) My sister in law also got her photos done by lily & lime and chose Brandon- I got to meet him at her wedding and he was amazing too! 10/10 would recommend!

the communication was good before I booked- I was able to email and call customer support to help me set up and choose my photographer. after that, the email communication slowed. once wa finally got in touch with our photographer a week prior to our wedding (which is the customary time for them I was told) I was happy with our conversation. the day of our photographer arrived on time. once the wedding started we did our ceremony and started with photos. the entire day and night the photographer was a mess. she did not guide us through pictures with ease at all. we were not confident with her pictures and were unable to see them for 2 months from Lily and Lime! once we got them I cried. not a single one was angled to flatter me. they were all taken from below so my double chin was prominent. just awful. when we emailed lily and lime for edits, it took even longer and they were just for brightening photos and removing mosquitos from faces. i do not recommend this route, even though its affordable.

We're so happy we went with Lily & Lime for our wedding photography. At first, we were a bit skeptical, but we'd read such good reviews for L&L that we decided to give them a shot. It turned out to be an excellent decision. For starters, they have top notch customer service. Staff were remarkably responsive to our emails/phone calls and always tried their best to provide whatever info we needed. We never felt like L&L was unreliable or untrustworthy, which is understandably a common concern when working with an online only company. Our photographer was Rebecca and she was awesome. Her personality and style matched what we had in mind, and she was very responsive and communicative as well. We had added a second photographer, but weren't told who they would be until about a week prior to our wedding. After working with Samuel, we can safely say, we never had anything to worry about. We loved him just as much as our main photographer. They took some great shots for us! Both photographers also worked seamlessly with our wedding venue. We didn't have to coordinate a thing after providing them with contact info. For the quality of service and photographers, you also can't beat L&L's packages. We were on a tight budget and are convinced that no other approach would have yielded this level of value. Our only real complaint is that the editing work was not the best. The way L&L works is that the photographer takes the photos, but L&L editors touch them up. It was unfortunately obvious that the editor(s) were in a rush as some of the colors were overdone while other times, it was puzzling why certain photos were even selected for editing to begin with. That being said, L&L returned over 6,000 photos to us, with around 30% of them edited. 2,000 edited photos is nothing to balk at! All in all, picking L&L to help with our wedding photography was a fantastic decision. Two thumbs up!

The best thing we loved about Lily & Lime was their customer service. In a year of uncertainty, wedding plans rapidly changing for the pandemic -- any time we needed help with something or had a question, they answered back extremely promptly and were always super helpful and friendly. We're so grateful for their support!

As 2020 bride in California, working with Lily and Lime through the chaos was one of the easier parts of wedding planning. Between the pandemic and the worst fire season on record, planning a wedding was an ordeal. Part of the reason we chose Lily and Lime was the stunning packages they were able to offer at an affordable price. Their ability to be flexible and support us during a pandemic and natural disaster was why we really love working with them. Lily and Lime's customer service support was helpful during our pandemic pivoting, giving us so many options and ideas to consider. Shout out to Nick who answered my millions of questions and scenarios quickly and thoroughly as we postponed, re-planned, and plan A for our wedding day quickly turned into plan C. We were able to pick our photographer. After looking at portfolios I knew we would connect with Rebecca. Rebecca was amazing and we connected instantly. She worked with us to creatively find solutions to take beautiful pictures in lovely locations in a safe way on a very smoky day. The skies had been orange just a few days before as our state struggled with the terrible fire, but the editors made sure the photos turned out beautifully! I would recommend Lily and Lime, especially in these uncertain times!

On the plus side, our photographer was awesome to work with, our photos came out lovely, and the customer service rep we worked with was very friendly. However, working with everyone but the photographer had all the genuine warmth and friendliness of going to the bank. Tons of red tape, a nigh-unusuable website, very blatantly copy-pasted responses that were the email equivalent of "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line, and the next available representative will be with you shortly," and we weren't even allowed to meet or contact our photographer until a week before the wedding! We had to cancel the large wedding we had planned due to COVID, and when we re-schedule (hopefully next year), we're definitely going to go with another photographer - an independent artist, not a huge, unwieldy, impersonal corporation like this.

My Husband and I had a great experience with Lily & Lime. We had to make several last minute changes to our wedding due to the pandemic, and Lily & Lime happily worked with us through these changes. Our Photographer Jessica was AMAZING. She was extremely kind and took some great photos! I highly recommend Lily & Lime for photography services!

We have made the initial payment and was hoping to speak to the photographer, but was informed that we could not do so until 5 days before the event. As hectic as it could be that seems like a poor practice.

I was hesitant to use L&L since I wasn't able to choose the videographer and you're not able to talk to the vendors until a few days before the reviews made me feel better and the value was great so I went for it. I do not regret a thing. Both the photographer and videographer talked to me several times the week of the wedding, were both super nice, great to work with, and professional. Our photographer was a joy and super organized. I gave her a list of specific shots in the venue I wanted to recreate and she remembered them ALL, even when I was forgetting them. I have also been pleased with the Customer Service who was always quick to answer my questions, find the best plan for us, and even helped upload my day of the schedule into the system when I was overwhelmed and confused.

I was really excited to use these photographers for our wedding. They were affordable and the reviews were great. A few weeks before the wedding, they sent over and I completed a detailed wedding plan of how we wanted the day to go, along with where they would take place. A week before, I had a call with Mike, who was our photographer. The call went well, and I explained to him that we’re an easy going group and should be a fun day. Flash forward to my bridesmaids, mom and I waiting at the hotel for 30 minutes for Mike to show up. He didn’t show, and I gave him a call. He said that he went straight to our venue, which was not in our plan. Okay, fine, we’ll get ready at the venue. Strike one. When we arrived at the venue, he was taking photos of the groomsmen and around the venue. We were able to take about 10 minutes of bridesmaids photos, not in dresses, before we had to get ready, which was now, rushed. We had to get ready fast in order to make the ceremony, and that meant, pictures after the ceremony before the reception, which was a 45 minute window, and that’s when family photos were taking place. Now we’re rushed. Strike two. Ceremony was fine, and afterwards, my planner, myself and other bridesmaids were trying to wrangle people for photos, and the photographer was nowhere to be found. He was on the back patio waiting for us with no communication. It took what seemed a lifetime to get people together. Finally it was time for grand entrance, and because we didn’t have photos of everyone in the wedding party, we had to do those after we finished eating and after toasts. Which, it’s now 7:30-8pm, with horrible lighting. I’m slightly buzzed at this point, so I think I was slightly forgiving in the moment. After this, we asked for photos the tables, and dancing. Which we got, but with heavy flash (once we got photos back). We noticed he kept disappearing through the night, and our videographer (thank god!) was there to capture the big moments for us. Flash forward to the week after our wedding, and a few friends had messaged me about some concerns from our wedding. I was really taken aback to find out that not only was he utilizing our open bar, but he was smoking weed with our guests and hanging out in the smoking area with them for a good portion of the evening during dancing. Strike three. Also, three OTHER friends, tell me that Mike, was using his PERSONAL phone and video device, to film our guests dancing. He asked several of them to “show me your goods” and “give it to me baby!”. At this point, I’m embarrassed a week after our wedding by his actions. Six weeks later, we get our photos back, only to discover that there are multiple photos of multiple guests which are close ups, of them in low cut shirts and dresses. Our family and friends. Once I heard this from everyone, saw our photos that were less than beautiful, and realized I only had ten, YES TEN, photos of my husband and I because of our photographers poor planning and not sticking to the plan this company sent us, I brought it up to Lily and Lime, and they offered us $300 dollars back from our wedding package after an “investigation” on their end. It’s a joke. They isn’t take responsibility for the actions of their photographer, who is a creep, bad photographer and didn’t stick to the plan. Believe me when I say, spend the money on a GOOD photographer with GOOD reviews.

Due to COVID-19 affecting travel plans, we had to adapt our dream wedding to fit the situation. When we had to change our wedding from a 120-guest extravaganza to a 12-guest family ordeal, Lily & Lime was very understanding, and helped us pick a package that was more appropriate for our situation. I'd highly recommend Lily & Lime.

Lily and Lime was so good, I didn't even have to recommend them, people were coming up to me at my wedding asking for their information. I worked with 2 photographer for my engagement pictures and Alex from Orange County was a much better photographer than the other one. I love my wedding video. Although it was one videographer, he had two cameras filming and his camera work was really good. They even brought their own lighting. I'm recommending them to everyone I know that is getting married. Also they have great discount, you are getting so much for your money.

Lily & Lime offered a good price, but they were iffy on the selection of photographers and videographers. We would've been able to pick the photographer, but there was no guarantee that it would be THAT photographer on the day of the wedding. As for the videographers, there was no choice in selection. So it would've been a hit or a miss if we had gone with Lily & Lime. Thus, we decided to go with another photographer and videographer group. But for the price and if you get lucky, Lily & Lime would've been a true bargain! But we just weren't willing to take the risk.

My husband and I planned our wedding in 4 short months. We booked Lily and Lime about a month out and we are so happy we did! They made the process so easy for us. They provided first-class service with quality photos at an affordable price. We haven’t seen our wedding video yet, but do not doubt that it will be nothing short of amazing. We plan to use their service for all the other special events that we will have.

I am so glad we went with Lily & Lime for our wedding photography this last summer. It was the easiest process ever, and definitely the most affordable option we found. I think we also got in when they were doing a special deal for an additional discount, so that was great too. At first I was a bit skeptical of the online aspect for the whole process, but it was a dream come true, and one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding. We were able to select our lead photographer from multiple photographers available on our day in the area, and we selected a great one! We even lucked out with our associate photographer that came with the package we purchased too. He was matched up with us and our lead photographer by Lily & Lime, and he was a perfect fit for us also. After we selected our package and lead photographer, everything else was just as easy. Later down the timeline our contacts at Lily & Lime reached out with a schedule/itinerary to complete with all the details of what we want included, not included, and all the special things a bride and groom might want for their big day. They were able to give me suggested time frames for certain things (ie: first look, family photos, etc), so that was extremely helpful. With the wedding a week out, I connected with our lead photographer over the phone. We chatted for about an hour, and he made me feel so comfortable with the process, and at ease, knowing we would be in good hands with him as our photographer. He understood what we wanted, and what was most and least important to us in capturing our big day, and boy did he deliver! We got all the photos from Lily & Lime within a month of the wedding, and we got a sneak peak of their top 30-ish photos a week after the wedding. There were about 2500 photos that were sent to us, and about half of them were the ones that the Lily & Lime team edited. The other half were the rest of the photos both the lead and associate photographers took, but they weren't edited by the Lily & Lime team. We appreciate that they still gave us these photos, because some of these unedited ones are our favorite! That was the only one different thing about using Lily & Lime. The photographers take all the photos, and send them directly to Lily & Lime, where their team takes them and picks the ones to edit on behalf of the photographer. So, the photographer might have had one vision in their head for a shot, that the editor might not have thought of, or noticed, but that is okay. For the price, and ease, and everything in between, I'm very pleased with Lily & Lime, and will recommend them to anyone I know that is planning a wedding in the future!

First of all, the price is very good which is hard to find, the service for customer support is also very quick and responsive. My wedding was in SF and I chose Tiago from his portfolio, he was super nice and talented I explained to him that I like the natural looking photos more snapshots and really capture the moments and he did exactly what we wanted. We got the photos in less than a month after the wedding and absolutely love them. I highly recommend!!!!!

I was really happy with our wedding photography through Lily & Lime! With the reasonable price came very responsive customer service, a fantastic photographer (we would rate Jessica as the top vendor at our wedding!), and our photos ahead of schedule with no hidden fees for downloading them. I would 100% recommend!

Lily and Lime has a wide array of photographers to choose from. We got Devon and Alex! They were both so damn amazing and they were always looking for the best shots, best angles, and best lighting. They were both super sweet and wanted to capture every moment they could for me. I cannot thank them enough

Lily and Lime fit our budget and our schedule perfectly--being able to browse all their photographers' portfolios knowing that they were for sure available on the day of our wedding really gave us peace of mind and helped us focus solely on the quality and style of each portfolio. We decided to work with Linda N., and are so happy we did! She is a kind soul, with a calming presence and an absolute delight to be around. Neither of us know how to act in front of a camera, and hardly ever have serious or formal photos taken of us, but that was fine! Linda worked with us and encouraged us to be fun and silly, as we are off-camera. We have not yet received our photos (Our wedding was on 9/21/2019), but will be back to update our review when we see them! Lily and Lime customer service was fast and friendly! Throughout the planning process, I had several questions and Lily and Lime's customer service always responded to my questions within a day or two. The only problem I experienced was getting in touch with our photographer on the week of our wedding, but even then the delay was no longer than a day and did not negatively impact our experience in the long run. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lily and Lime to anyone in need of a photographer. You shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for happy photos of your best day ever :)

Overall we were very happy with our experience. We had problems finding photographers that were responsive and reliable, and from our first conversation I knew Lily & Lime’s model was a well-oiled machine. They made it very easy to communicate and even recommended photographers in our area. I would also recommend doing an Engagement Session before the actual wedding so you have time to meet and photograph with your photographer before your actual wedding. I will say your experience will likely depend on the photographer you book so do your homework. But if you’re looking for affordable, easy, and good quality photography services I would definitely recommend Lily & Lime.

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica L. And Kent, what can I say?! They were absolutely wonderful! There were a few photos I wish had been gotten from a different angle but all things considered I was VERY happy with the photos. I have yet to see the video but I can't wait! I was super nervous hiring a photographer somewhat blind since you don't get to talk to the photographer or videographer until 1 week before the wedding but lily and lime made it easy! There was still someone I could count on to contact for any questions I had and the planning portfolio you submit with a time line for the wedding day is good too. Jessica and Kent have amazing friendly personalities and put me at ease from the second I met them on my wedding day! From suggested poses to friendly conversation I had felt like I had spoken to them both for weeks about the wedding. They were on point about each detail and location and even when things didn't go as planned exactly on the schedule, they rolled with it and made it work. I couldn't have been happier especially for the price compared to other wedding photographers.. I HIGHLY recommend. Don't hesitate 🙂

I was initially very concerned with going with a company like Lily & Lime where you don’t meet your photographer unless you do an engagement shoot and the processing is done by the company and not the photographer. I also didn’t want to spend a ton of money on just a photographer but I knew I had to have a videographer. I found Lily & Lime and have never regretted it since I made that choice. We had Rob from SJ as our photographer and he was amazing! Our engagement photos came out great and he was super easy to work with. On our big day we met Emanuele, the videographer and he was very nice and had the most awesome wooden bow. We’ve gotten our editors choice photos from the wedding and can’t wait to see the video. If you’re looking for amazing photos and an option that is cheaper and allows you to get a photographer and videographer, I’d highly recommend Lily & Lime!

Our photographers were amazing to work with. They were knowledgeable and helpful when we weren't 100% sure on where we wanted pictures at. They were quick to respond to questions and helped to make planning from out of state a breeze!

I got married in Brooklyn in August 2018 and hired a photographer, Raymond , through Lily and Lime. I went with Lily and Lime because of their affordable packages and because of convenience. Navigating the website was really easy, and it was also easy to reserve a photographer. Raymond was very professional and so positive throughout the day. I looked at his portfolio to choose him beforehand. I was able to have a conversation with him before the wedding. He was really great to work with! I would recommend Lily and Lime especially if you are looking for an affordable photographer and don’t need that much contact with the him or her before booking. It worked out well for us!

Lily and Lime was FANTASTIC! Overall: They were incredibly easy to work with. You can pick your photographer based on who is available that day. Before your wedding, you have to fill out what you expect your timeline to look like for the photographer to prepare. Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service. Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget. Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

If you know don't know where to start with wedding photography, Lily & Lime should be your FIRST stop. They have a wonderful online platform that allowed me to let them know what kind of photography experience my wife and I wanted to have on our special day. The photographer was professional and friendly and did an amazing job taking pictures. However, I wish the photographer was more creative and captured more than what we asked for.

Loved Wendy! Her and Shannon were very professional and sweet. They got pictures of absolutely everything and I have a digital copy of over a thousand pictures. The price was great compared to many photographers of the same quality in my area.

Best deal I found for photographer. You'll get what you pay for. Had some problem with the first photographer, however, customer service was very responsive on resolving the problem. Glad we got to work with Sarah for our engagement and wedding shots, she's very friendly and make our photo sessions very comfortable!
