Lily and Lime made the day so easy and organized. They discussed with us the timetable sheet which really helped me to plan the day and everything is covered in terms of photography. Got some lovely pictures, both portrait and candid. They called a few days ahead to better understand our game plan and schedule and it felt like everyone was onthe same page about that. And the times when our plans met obstacles (that happens its okay, for the couples out there that need to hear it) Igor was flexible and actively helpful. Easy to get prints after, a desktop is helpful tho. Grateful for all we got out of it, and the price wasn't bad either. At least for this insane wedding world you find yourself in. We loved working with Lily & Lime! My sister hired them for her wedding and while it took about 3 months to get our pictures back, it was worth the wait. The pictures turned out beautiful! I have to say though the highlight of our experience was definitely our photographer Kevin. He went ABOVE and Beyond. Once we got back down the aisle after we had gotten married, I mentioned to my sister that I felt like I was going to pass out. Kevin said "you need sugar, here ya go!" And he hands me a cup of lemonade. That helped a lot! He also isn't afraid to tell people where to go or position them to get the best pictures he can. He was by far one of our best highlights of our wedding and made our experience SO fun!

While we initially fell for the convenience and cost of this company, 7 months after our wedding, dealing with their customer support and inability to provide a finished product has left us completely gutted. Highly recommend you go with another company that actually delivers their product. It's worth the extra money to not bang your head against the wall when their "customer support" takes months for a simple song change and then comes back with the "finished product" which literally doesn't have the song change. Save yourself the stress!!

I found Lily & Lime on the knot when I was looking for an affordable photography company that could shoot our wedding beautifully. Their communication from the beginning was excellent. When our photographer got covid a few days before our wedding, there was no need to stress because Lily & Lime contacted their other photographers and found 3 for us to choose from with excellent portfolios. I cannot be happier that we used a company that had many photographers versus what it would have been like if we hired a solo person who got covid right before our event. Their prices were reasonable. Their staff are friendly, helpful and have great customer service. Our photographer did an amazing job with the pictures that will last the rest of our life time and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. 5 stars. Look no further- I will always suggest Lily & Lime!

If you're looking for a wedding photography company, look no further than Lily & Lime! They were so easy to work with and very accommodating when covid had us reschedule our wedding 4 times. The friendly staff, and the amazing photographer (we had Ruben) were outstanding and I would recommend them for any of your photo needs, but especially weddings.

I Highly Recommend Lily & Lime ! I wish i could give them more then 5 stars because they deserve it! I planned my Washington wedding from another state and they made the process SO EASY! Their prices are so much better then other companies i looked at. My photographers name was John, he did an outstanding job! I was so blown away when my pictures when they came in, I cried! He truly captured every special moment. My husband and I were a little nervous as we had never had pictures taken of us before but John made us feel so comfortable right off the bat! He has so much personality! John has the ability to find the perfect angles and light. He captured moments I didn't even know he was there for ! All my guests still talk about how amazing John is and how he made the night perfect. If you're looking for a hands down perfect company to work with, pick Lily and Lime !

Booked a photographer for a wedding in October. They never reached out to us and took a while to get back when we did email. We didn't receive and weren't able to look at the photographers portfolio after we booked. Giving contact information 7 days before the wedding isn't good business practice for so many reasons. When we asked about if they had done a wedding at our venue, they dodged the question and rudely claimed their photographers are professionals that can shoot anywhere. Even professionals should see a site before they go to work. Unprofessional. Hard to work with.

I was nervous about not meeting the photographer or videographer before the wedding day, but they were both absolutely amazing and very professional! The first thing that interested me in getting this team was their wide variety of packages that will suit your style & budget. Jordan had been very helpful in all the steps from planning, coordination and responded well in timely manner. All our wedding photos and video highlight turned great. Kudos to the editing team! The only thing that i see that needs a bit of improvement is the coordination of the photographer and videographer. I think that it would be better if they can at least meet twice before so that they could plan and prepare how they'll cover an event, and so being comfortable with each other will be established. Nonetheless, both were profesionals. Thank you for capturing the best moments of our special day.

I had Francis (Portland OR) and my only thing was that different group photos were not suggested. Like I didn’t have a picture of just the flower girls, or with the grandparents because we were all swept up in the moment. They had good shots, and were nice to work with, but just make sure you have a list of all the photos you want.

Great option for us! I really enjoyed the photographer and videographer but would suggest if you want a more cohesive and creative approach go with someone who will also do they own editing. I am still very pleased with the photos and video but have seen other vendors that do a better job. I would definitely recommend Lily & Lime for the couple who is working with a tight budget, the end product is still beautiful.

I was very pleased with Lily and Lime and the videographer they sent out for our wedding. He was calm, professional and very competent despite all the chaos. I felt well taken care of by the support staff before the big day and they answered all of mine and my mom's many many questions. The videos both long and short were terrific quality and really captured our day beautifully. I would be more than happy to work with Lily and Lime all over again and for another event.

We used Lily & Lime for a small wedding. We had Kevin as our photographer. He understood that capturing everyone at the wedding was as important to us as our mugs, and staged family portraits. We had a group shot outside the church that was awesome and he captured folks laughing at some wonderfully funny moments! It really turned out great and we have wonderful memories.

We used Lily and Lime for our Houston wedding and had Laurie B. As our Photograpgher and Jorge was our videographer. They were AMAZING. Laurie truly went above and beyond and captured all the details. She also took us aside during the reception and took extra couple shots of us in different locations at the venue where we didn’t get shots earlier. She truly thought of it all! Our original photograpgher cancelled so it was stressful 3 days before the wedding, but Laurie stepped in and was an angel. We loved her! We got a sneak peak so far and are obsessed with every single photo. Jorge was also great, responsive and extremely nice!! We can’t wait to see the video! I would definitely recommend to use Lily & Lime, especially Laurie and Jorge if you are in the Houston area.

I got married in Brooklyn in August 2018 and hired a photographer, Raymond , through Lily and Lime. I went with Lily and Lime because of their affordable packages and because of convenience. Navigating the website was really easy, and it was also easy to reserve a photographer. Raymond was very professional and so positive throughout the day. I looked at his portfolio to choose him beforehand. I was able to have a conversation with him before the wedding. He was really great to work with! I would recommend Lily and Lime especially if you are looking for an affordable photographer and don’t need that much contact with the him or her before booking. It worked out well for us!

Lily and Lime was FANTASTIC! Overall: They were incredibly easy to work with. You can pick your photographer based on who is available that day. Before your wedding, you have to fill out what you expect your timeline to look like for the photographer to prepare. Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service. Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget. Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

They have a wonderful online platform that allowed me to let them know what kind of photography experience my wife and I wanted to have on our special day. My husband and I were a little hesitant to work with Lily & Lime given the “hands-offness” of the photography crew up until the wedding week but we loved the price L&L offers compared to going direct to the photographer/videographer. The Lily & Lime process and platform was straight forward and if we were ever confused or had questions L&L support team was on it. The automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner were helpful. CHOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS. Do some online stalking of your photographer to make sure you like them beyond the information L&L gives you ( first name, picture, small portfolio). Cross reference the internet for that photographer’s name in the area you’re searching and review their individual reviews on the other wedding sites since most of L&L reviews are on L&L process and not the photographer you may or may not chose. The thing about L&L is that you don’t interact with your photographer until a week before the wedding. The week before the wedding is probably one the craziest weeks of your life, so my one area of improvement is to allow the couple to engage with the photographer a little sooner. Although I understand why it’s structured this way, it makes it a little more crazy if you don’t opt for engagement photos to interact with your photographer sooner. The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info and if they’re good (like ours was) they’ll reached out to you to introduce themselves and discuss the important parts of your wedding and certain shots you’d like to capture. We received our photos and video very promptly as promised and they’re wonderful. Overall we are pleased with the service, product, and our photographer, especially for the value and price.

We were given a discount code in an email from Lily & Lime which we used to buy a photography package for our wedding. We paid a deposit to get locked in and the website displayed two future payments we would have to make. When we logged in to pay our second payment the amount due was higher by the tune of a few hundred dollars. I decided to reach out to them to find out what happened. Four emails and two phone calls and they still haven't figured it out. After the first phone call they immediately admitted this was their mistake and assured me it would be solved in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week and a half since I reached out to Lily & Lime to have this corrected. When the time frame they give me goes by I have to be the one to reach back out to them to let them know they haven't fixed the issue; they do not follow up at all even when they assured me they would. I've spoken to a few different representatives now and they're all very friendly, but seem to tell you they'll fix it just to get you off the phone so they can bump the problem down the line. I have very little confidence they will be reliable on the day of our wedding and will be asking for a refund for the deposit we made. I feel like I've been very patient and understanding but Lily & Lime just does not seem capable of delivery a quality product.

We had Ashley as our Main Photographer, and Chris as our Videographer. We loved our time with Lily and Lime, they were just our style and were willing to do anything to get some amazing shots on our special day. They were laid back, not too pushy, and gave us some really special photos of our day that we would not have gotten otherwise. Our one issue was that the second photographer that was supposed to take the groom and groomsmen to a different area for their photos before the ceremony so that my bridesmaids and I could get photos before the ceremony as well, had to be told multiple times to actually do so. I ended up making one of the groomsmen get my husband and the other groomsmen together to get the photos started. They didn't start taking the groomsmen photos until 45 minutes before the ceremony, which made everything before the ceremony late, and I was still outside when guests began to arrive. Besides that we had some beautiful photos and memories all caught by our lovely photographer and videographer.

Wendy with Lily and Lime was our photographer and made our day such a breeze, and we truly enjoyed working with her. My husband and I are both laid back, and wanted to extend that feel to our wedding with forgoing a lot of the "traditions" and just spending time celebrating with our friends and family. Wendy totally understood our views, and really went with that flow. As we had never worked with a professional photographer before, she guided us through everything, and really captured the feel of us, and our venue in her photographs. Overall, Lily and Lime was such a pleasure to work with. Doing pretty much everything online made it so easy, and took a lot of stress out of booking a photographer. The online forms they provide for you to fill out also adds to the ease and gives the photographer much needed information that they utilize. The customer service rep, Maddy was also awesome. She is very professional and courteous, and kept us up-to-date on every step of the process, while also sending us emails to remind us to complete certain stages (which trust me, you will appreciate). We received sneak peeks of some of the photos within a week of our wedding, all the photos within two weeks and were able to download/purchase within 6 weeks. They processed them very quickly, which was great. We really enjoyed working with Lily and Lime and their staff, and definitely recommend their services if you are looking for a wedding photographer!

We LOVED working with Lily & Lime. Customer service was top notch throughout the process - very easy to contact and prompt to respond. Of course we were nervous choosing a photographer based only off of a portfolio and not actually getting to speak to her until the week of our wedding. We chose Monica because we loved her candid shots and boy did she not disappoint! I spoke to Monica a few days before our wedding to go over which shots were on our "must have" list, which weren't many. She knew our venue and the surrounding area so she gave some tips and we were set. The day of the wedding she showed up to the venue early to get some pictures of the venue itself, then pictures of me getting ready and with my parents and siblings, then my husband getting ready and with his parents and siblings. We did not do a first look and she did not push for it. During the ceremony I didn't even know she was there. After the ceremony we headed out to take some pictures with me, the groom and the bridal party and she worked fast because we were losing light - we had a 6 pm ceremony in mid-October. Those pictures came out beautiful, and she really made our jewel tone colors pop. We didn't even notice her during the reception, but she was all over the place, and easy to find when we did want a specific photo. Our guests actually commented on how much they liked her which was great to hear! I've never heard people rave about a photographer like they were raving about Monica. There are so many sweet photos from our reception, and silly photos, and photos full of pure joy. We could not have asked for a better collection of photos from our wedding day. Afterwards, we got a sneak peek in about a week and a half - very exciting! We got our full portfolio maybe a week or two after that and are now just waiting a couple more weeks to be able to download them. Lily & Lime won't be for everyone, namely those who want to meet and have a sit down with their photographer ahead of time, but they were perfect for us. The whole process was really easy and we would absolutely recommend them for future brides.

I combed through all of the reviews to be sure they were a real company, and finally took the big leap by purchasing one of their base packages with a discount. From start to finish they worked with me to ensure that I had exactly what I needed, that I knew about add-on options (without pushing them on me), that I was comfortable and happy with my photographer (who I was able to choose - a great feature offered by Lily & Lime which makes the process feel more personal), and that I loved my photos. They got the photos to me in record time as well; I thought I'd be waiting up to 8 weeks, but the preview came through within two weeks, the photos with watermarks a few days after that, and the downloads in less than a month! Even though I used a discount, I never felt that they were treating me differently. I can't imagine how they could have made my experience any better - it was darn near perfection! There is no question in my mind that they are organized to a 'T' and that the service I was provided was tailored to me. I'm so thankful I took a shot on Lily & Lime - thank you for helping to make my wedding day a dream!

This was the perfect fit for my husband and I. The pricing was really competitive; the planning process was clear & easy to manage; the day-of experience was excellent; the resulting photographs blew away our expectations. Lily & Lime's people were all super helpful and responsive before, during, and after our wedding. I interacted with a few different team members at different points, and they were all great to work with. Our photographer, Leah, was freaking amazing!! I can't recommend her highly enough. She is an absolutely amazing photographer - her work is just beautiful - but her personality is the icing on the cake. She's knowledgeable and professional, but also super friendly and fun. My husband and I were a little nervous that working with a photographer we didn't know well would feel awkward/uncomfortable, but that flew out the window as soon as we met Leah. Seriously - we can't recommend her highly enough! Overall, working with Lily & Lime was a choice we'd make again & again. Thanks for a great experience!

I decided to go with Lily and Lime for my wedding photography because of the price in all honesty, however I could not have been happier with my choice to go with them. They were very responsive during the entire wedding planning process and I never had to wait long for a response on a question. I decided to go with Casey T for my photographer and I could not have been more pleased with her warmth and professionalism. She was so easy to work with and made sure that I got all of the shots that I wanted for my wedding day (including outdoor shots on a rainy day!). I would highly recommend Casey T and Lily and Lime if you are looking for affordable and professional pictures for your wedding day

Working with Lily and Lime was great. First, contacting the customer service department was easy and smooth. They answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Then before the big day, we contacted our photographer, Rebecca, who was very professional. We had everything arranged a week before (including our favorite shots). Rebecca was great in the wedding day, she did exactly whatever we asked for. Then we got a preview of our wedding pics a week after the wedding. I would definitely recommend Lily and lime.

Lily & Lime was the best choice and I am so happy we chose to go with this company! I was hesitant at first to use a larger company without talking to my photographer first, rather than using someone local, but I'm SO glad we took the plunge and went with L&L. The online communication and emails were always easy and I always got fast responses. I could have called if I wanted but I prefer email. The staff is super professional and Chelsea with customer support is so nice and awesome. Payments online were always easy as well. I got to choose my photographer out of many local photographers and I was able to review all of their work before making a decision. A little over a week before our wedding, I was able to chat on the phone with my photographer (Jennifer). She was so awesome, not only before the wedding, but also throughout our wedding day! She stuck to my timeline and made sure I got all of the photos I wanted taken. She helped me remember all the shots I wanted (phew! sigh of relief!), got candids and even more shots that I never would have thought to get. She kept my whole day on time and coordinated with the other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. I usually hate getting my picture taken (I am plus sized) but I hardly noticed she was there unless we were doing formal pictures. The pics all turned out great and she did an amazing job at making me look flattering all day long. I would certainly hire her again for any future photography needs! Editing is turned back over to L&L after the wedding, and all of our pics turned out amazing! We received almost 1200 pictures (over 500 edited) and I am so happy with the volume of pictures Jennifer got for us. She didn't miss a moment and the edited pictures look lovely! Downloading the pictures after the wedding is a breeze and I now have them for my own use forever! You can also buy an album or prints directly from them on their website. Everything about Jennifer and Lily & Lime was amazing from start to finish! You should definitely hire this company, don't hesitate!

We had a great experience with Lily and Lime. Customer service was very helpful with all questions that we had and our photographer was easy to reach. On the day of our wedding, Trene, our photographer, arrived on time and ready to capture wonderful pictures! It took us a little bit of time to warm up to the camera, but she was patient and created a great environment to help us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend!

We were looking for a budget-friendly photography option so we're so lucky to have come across Lily & Lime! Being able to combine photography and videography helped us save thousands. We loved being able to choose our photographer --Camarie was excellent. She was so sweet and did a great job at helping us camera-shy people feel at ease in front of the camera. The booking process was easy and our coordinator Lauren was the best! She always answered my million questions right away and put my worries at ease. I wish we would have been able to choose a videographer and see a couple full wedding videos to know what to expect or what we would want to include. I also wish we could have met or had contact with our photographer and videographer beforehand. In order to meet our photographer, we had to pay for an engagement session which my husband did not want at all. Instead of an engagement shoot, we just met with her the week before the wedding at the venue so we could walk around together and plan where we would take the pictures. It was a lifesaver but an expensive meeting! The turnaround time was unbelieveable! We got our pictures back just a few weeks after our wedding and the video about a month after that. We were given a few edits which I really appreciated to get everything just right. We purchased the raw video footage which allowed us to add some priceless clips that weren't included in the original video. We were even able to customize the preview video! Overall, we were super pleased with our experience, especially for the price. We have priceless memories to cherish forever.

I knew booking our photographer through Lily and Lime could be a risk, but it could not have worked out better. Our lead photographer, Kristen, and her associate photographer, Ryan, we absolutely fantastic! They were prompt, professional, and most of all, patient. They managed us and our wedding party extremely efficiently and with grace. They followed our requested timeline perfectly. We couldn't be happier. We love all of our pictures. We would strongly recommend Lily and Lime in the Baltimore area to anyone.

However, everything in our budget looked like it was taken by an ameteaur. I was so surprised to find Lily & Lime was in our price range AND had high quality photographers. Laurie with Lily & Lime was our photographer and she was so professional and a pleasure to work with. She brought unique and fresh ideas to capture everything we cared about and literally worked her rear off all night to get the candid shots we were looking for. Also, we got our digital negatives so fast and they are crisp, clear, and awesome! My husband and I could not be happier with the photos from Lily & Lime. Our photographer, Seth, worked with us to get photos that we will have for a lifetime. The process of signing up, selecting a photographer, setting a timeline, through the actual day, and afterwards – was simply perfection. I struggled with trying to find a photographer and this site made it easy. I got an email confirmation right away, as well as a planning sheet. When Seth showed up the day of the wedding, he was polite, professional, and made me feel at ease. All my guests commented that he was super friendly and enhanced our day. He had a great attitude and even though it rained on our wedding day, he made the best of it, and the photos really showed his skill! I would highly recommend Lily & Lime to anyone asking me for a photographer!

The Lily & Lime process was easy and straight forward. You login to your account to manage payments, setup your wedding day timeline and complete a questionnaire to help your photographer navigate your wedding. The customer service team is courteous and responsive. You'll receive automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner. The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info. I'm not sure if it is part of the process or something that our photographer chose to do, but he reached out to us that day to introduce himself. We talked about the important parts of our wedding and certain shots we would like to capture. Within a week we received a sneak peek of our photos and told the full album would be ready within 6-8 weeks. Approximate 2 weeks later we received the full album. There are a decent number of shots that we plan to include in our album. Unfortunately our photographer had a background in photo journalism rather than portrait photography so not all of our personal or family portraits came out as hoped. Overall we are pleased with the service and product, especially for the price.

My wife and I decided to get married in MN, so we had to find a local photographer to help us out. After searching several online sites, we decided to work with Lily & Lime. We liked the fact that the packages were straightforward, and we had several portfolios to choose from. All questions I had were resolved quickly either via email or telephone, and everybody we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. We worked with Lisa as our photographer, and she was also great! Se worked with us every step of the way and snapped some wonderful photos. Our digital negatives arrived rather quickly, so that was awesome. We would definitely recommend using L&L!

My husband and I were looking for affordable photographers, but also wanted good quality - photos were one of our top priorities while still operating on a budget. Lily & Lime was PERFECT. Up to our wedding, and even afterwards, we've had incredible customer service with quick responses and people taking the time to explain their service to us. We used Kayla and Laura in Minneapolis and they were both FANTASTIC. I can't say enough about their logistics, their personalities and caring for our wedding day, and their talent is incredible. I was blown away by our photos and I can't thank them enough for photographing our day!
