You need Lily!!!! Trust me if you can find money in your budget for her DO IT!!! I was a “COVID bride” and would have not survived without her. Lily listened to my concerns, wants, needs, and A LOT of complaining. She made our wedding day absolutely perfect. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our day without being harassed by staff or family. She also walked us through the planning process and kept in touch. It was almost 15 months of planning and it was everything we wanted. Thank you so much Lily!!!

Lily was the best planner we could have asked for! She provided wedding day management for my wedding on August 8th. I am very type A and was worried about making sure things were handled the day of while still being able to enjoy myself! This was where Lily came in. We had multiple meetings to go over details and create a timeline for the day. We also had a venue walk through which was so helpful to really envision how the day would go. She then got the timeline to vendors and coordinated their set up/departure times too. She took so much off of my plate and helped make this an enjoyable experience! The day of she corralled our wedding party, kept us on time, and seamlessly dealt with any last minute issues that popped up. The day went so smoothly, and best of all I was able to enjoy it stress free! I would highly recommend Lily to anyone needing wedding planning or management services!

We LOVED Lily! Not only was she incredibly helpful and detail oriented when it came to planning our wedding the first time around, but then COVID happened and we had to post pone. When July came around she started right back where we ended without skipping a beat and helped us with each hurdle there towards the end, some much bigger than others. She went above and beyond helping us with our DJ catastrophe, Sonido Poder (don’t ever EVER hire them no matter what). She kept me calm through it all and made sure that on our wedding day, finally, that everything ran smoothly despite family drama. Lily was definitely a rock for us and helped keep my stress level pretty low whereas without her, who knows what would have happened. I would recommend Lily for your wedding planning needs to anyone! I had such an amazing time working with Lily!! I don’t know what I would’ve done without her throughout our wedding planning process! She is a complete professional, kind, understanding, and helped me stay sane while planning a wedding during a pandemic and through a last-minute reschedule of our wedding because of the lockdown earlier this year. She wasn’t just an amazing wedding planner but also an awesome friend. She helped calm me down when the stress of planning during a pandemic became a little bit too much at times. She’s very knowledgeable and quick on her feet and able to adapt in the crazy ever-changing madness that is a wedding. There were many changes along the way during our planning process because of the pandemic, but working with Lily made me feel assured that everything would turn out ok, and our wedding ended up being an amazing night to remember! My wedding was 10/18/2019 and was literally more perfect than I could have dreamed of thanks to Lily!! From the start, she was amazing. She knows exactly what she is talking about and made me feel so at ease during the planning process. Not only did she provide amazing service, but was also just like talking to a best friend. She went out of her way to make this as stress free as possible and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator! I’ve seen some of her reviews where people mentioned they thought she was “too serious”, but honestly that’s exactly what you need in a coordinator! I didn’t need a people pleaser, I needed someone to make sure everything got done when it was supposed to get done and the timeline was followed. She did exactly that plus more. Me and Sam were her priority which is the way it should be. She had issues handled and taken care of before I was even aware anything had happened. I also hired her rental and decorating services which was so convenient for us and the entire venue was gorgeous. Lily, thank you for everything. Me and Sam will never forget the big part you played in the most important day of our lives. We love you ❤️

My husband and I hired lily as our wedding coordinator for our wedding this past September. The reason I went with Lily was because I felt like we clicked instantly through our first phone conversation and I felt like she really got what we were needing. I would definitely recommend Lily’s weddings and events to everyone! She was there for us through all of the stages and our day went off with out a hitch! Seriously, look no further!

Lilyyyyyy is the best. I hired her to attempt to keep myself in check from trying to control everything. She went along with every single one of my weird requests (but they turn out awesome and we got my bounce house). She got beast mode on vendors (not really but she advocated for what was promised when I would get flustered). Hire Lily for your event, you won’t regret it. (And yes you should definitely budget for a wedding planner you need it I promise!)

Lily is absolutely AMAZING! She is the sweetest and very professional. She gets down to business! From the beginning she made me feel I could trust her. She was always available for all our questions and concerns. She would tell me "I'm sure I can make it work!". And she did!!! She made sure even the smallest details (that I never would have thought of) were taken care of. On the day of, I’m sure there were a bunch of things that went on that we didn’t even become aware of, that’s how great she is! We were able to enjoy ourselves and had the most amazing time at our wedding thanks to Lily!

Lily was great as our day of coordinator. She made sure everything moved along as planned throughout the evening and got us the dance party quickly and smoothly. My wife and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding of thanks to her!

It's taken me a long time to write this review because I can't find the words to express my gratitude for Lily. She helped me with so many things and she was there for me not only in the capacity of a wedding planner but also a friend. There were many moments that Lily helped to calm me down when things may have seemed off - from engagement photos to last minute ceremony musician changes... and I'm sure there were many other moments that she took care of that I didn't even know about. I wrote everything that I felt and all the gratitude that I had, you guys would be reading this review for hours. So I will keep this short(er). From one just married bride to another soon-to-be bride, trust me, planning a wedding is no small feat, especially with the rest of life happening. Do yourself a favor, talk to Lily and then make the decision to work with her. It will save your sanity, time and money! She will do so much for you that you didn't even realize went into wedding planning.

The wedding coordinator service was given to us as a last minute gift (as in 2 weeks before the wedding) by my maid of honor. After Lily explained what she normally does my MOH fell in love and hired her. Lily was so attentive and so involved in those last two weeks. Every time we hung up the phone after talking to her, my husband and I would sigh in relief knowing we were in good hands. She’s fantastic at this and our wedding day was amazing thanks to her. She helped us finalize all the details and bring everything together as well as taking a lot of the stress away. Thank you so much Lily!!!

Recently my very best friend got married on November 21st, and I can't thank Lily Green enough for doing an absolutely incredible job at her wedding. We found her 20 days out (really last minute) and since this was my gift to my friend, she was willing to work with the budget to get us where we needed to be. This wedding would not have gone as smoothly without her; she was essential in making it work. I cannot recommend her enough as a coordinator to any brides still looking. She kept everyone on schedule, was super responsive, did so much behind the scenes and reduced our stress, and kept the night and events moving smoothly. There's no way I could have done what she did. To any brides looking, I highly recommend a day of coordinator at the very least, and especially Lily if you haven't found one yet ❤

Lily is amazing she is patient, funny, attentive.... I am a very indecisive person but from day one I told her what I wanted my day to look and she understood. When I had a hard time making a decision she made it for me, and I trusted her fully because she made it so easy to trust her. If it wasn’t for her my wedding would have never been as amazing as it was. I would recommend everyone I know to her because she is just that phenomenal at her job. Lily was more than perfect. At the beginning of my planning I was a bit hesitant about hiring someone. It wasn’t until I found myself asking a billion questions that I decided I needed a Lily in my life. I hired Lily and from the beginning she was super sweet and set the proper expectations. She was here for me on a professional level and as a friend. She quickly became my therapist when listening to my bridesmaid drama. Loved her advice! I love how she understood how picky I was, so she made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. Lily was also my day of coordinator, and omg what a blessing. She made sure everything ran smoothly, which learning afterwards, she had to deal with a couple of bumps. She handled it very professionally it’s what I heard. She’s that good, that I had no idea of the minor bumps the day of the wedding. My husband and I had the best time of our lives. From the ceremony to the recption evefything was perfect. Family and friends were complementing the whole wedding so beautiful and fun thanks to Lily. <3

Lily was amazing! She’s a great planner AND decorater! She made my husband and I feel so at ease with every decision and made it clear that it was our wedding. She even helped us book a new caterer a week before the wedding! I highly recommend her!

Words can't describe how much I appreciate and loved everything Lily did for us. We hired her for day of coordinator but she went above and beyond. I met Lily at an open house and instantly we connected. She was very sweet and I knew I wanted her as my planner. I am SOOOO glad I decided on a day of coordinator. Lily was a god sent and such a lifesaver. She went above and beyond. We had a few issues a week before my wedding where I was very upset and stressed. She took the time out of her day to just call and make sure I was okay and at that moment I knew I picked her for a reason and I am glad I did. I don’t know what in the world my wedding day would have looked like, or if I would still have my hair, without Lily. Lily is fun, professional, feisty and goes above and beyond for her clients. A review will NOT do justice to just how amazing, helpful and valuable Lily is!! The first time I spoke to Lily, before hiring her, she first asked me about our relationship and engagement, and then immediately got down to business. My kind of girl. Just within our first consultation call, she got just about all my wedding details and helped me solve issues I was dealing with. I met with a few other coordinators after speaking with her, but none even closely compared to Lily! So, needless to say, she’s HIRED! Even though Lily was my “Day Of” Coordinator, she met with me 4 months before the wedding and helped me with anything I needed leading up to the big day. My friend, who was also getting married and hired a day of coordinator, did not meet with her coordinator until 1 month before and had to reach out to her anytime she needed anything or wondered about the details. Lily reached out to me through text, email or calling any time she had a question, updated documents, fixed issues, recommended other vendors, etc. Each time she met with me in person, we spent hours together going over details of the wedding along with just chatting about our lives! I not only hired an AMAZING coordinator, but also made an AMAZING friend! One of my favorite parts of hiring Lily was access to Aisle Planner! Lily uses a wedding planning platform that she creates a to-do list on that includes EVERY possible detail you can think of. If you’re the planner and control freak type, just this to-do list alone is worth hiring Lily! Lily always made sure I was feeling positive, taken care of and the least stressed out I could be. I am somewhat of a control freak, so letting someone else take the reins on my BIG day really freaked me out. But Lily’s confidence, experience and go-getter attitude gave me full confidence to give her control and let her handle the things she does best. Thank you so much Lily for keeping me sane, helping me through all my issues and making my wedding day seamless and a dream come true!!! I was 5 months out from my wedding and was in the busiest time of my career. I simply could not plan a wedding and keep up with my professional work load. I reached out to Lily and we instantly had a connection. She helped me tie up all of the loose ends that I was missing during the time leading up to my wedding. She is simply amazing. We were able to work two weekends (yes back to back Saturdays). Lily was very detailed and organized which made doing our job so much easier. She had all the details we need sent to us on time and made sure we knew when everything was happening. Her performance will only enhance your special day. The second wedding, our company hired Lily to be a day coordinator. Lily took over immediately and handle beyond a days worth of work. The bride and groom were raving about her months in advance. I cannot even begin to explain how great it was to have Lily as our coordinator in our wedding. From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding, Lily did a great job at organizing, communicating, executing, and most importantly- helping keep our stress level down. After each meeting we had with Lily, I felt like a load being taken off my shoulders after knowing she had everything under control. We received a lot of comments from our friends and family on how smoothly everything ran on our big day, and that is exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. Lily did an amazing job coordinating my son's wedding on November 4, 2017. She kept everything running smoothly and on time! She was also very sweet and fun to be around. Lily was a calming presence when the flowers, due to a traffic accident, arrived 2 hours late.. she remained as calm as could be and adjusted the schedule to keep everything on time. I would highly recommend her to any bride-to-be.

Lily is very professional and really knows her stuff! She does an amazing job with planning, communicating, and organizing. On the day of the wedding she really does a great job taking care of the bride and groom and makes sure that everything goes according to plan and is on schedule. I hired Lily to coordinate my daughter's Quinceañera. We were originally going to have a small gathering at our home but decided to try to make the big party happen after many pleas from my daughter. I hired her literally 8 weeks before the date of the event! I was not sure we would be able to pull it off in such a short amount of time, even more so, because our budget was extremely low. She got the ball rolling right away and found a fabulous venue close to home and was able to negotiate a price with the owner that would make the venue within our price range. That was our biggest hurdle! She made sure all of the decorations at the church and the venue were setup like we envisioned, she even took some great photos for us (we decided to do without the photographer)! Lily was prompt to all of our meetings, always answered when I called and did not hesitate to help. She even showed up the night before at the venue and helped set up the decor (without having been asked to). She did whatever needed to be done to ensure that my little girl enjoyed her big day.

Lily was amazing! I cannot even think where to begin. She was an angel sent and made me feel at ease during the two months she coordinated leading up to the wedding day. If I could do it again, I would've booked Lily sooner. She excels at organization. She made a huge impact on our first phone call when she spent an hour just getting to know me and asked all the right questions making me feel organized about my big event. She helped coordinate with the entire wedding party (it was huge) and with every single vendor. My vendors agreed she was on top of things and great at what she does. Lily was prompt to every meeting and very professional. Lily even came to my rehearsal dinner and coordinated the entire thing! I could go on and on, but she is worth 5 stars and MORE!
