Lilypots was absolutely amazing to work with! Cassandra went above and beyond to make my flower idea come to life! I couldn’t decide on what I wanted and changed my mind very last minute and they were more than accommodating. It was truly better than I could have ever imagined and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I genuinely do not have the words to articulate how much I loved working with Lilypots throughout our wedding planning process. Cassie made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with, and that she was just as excited for my wedding as I was. She helped me articulate my ideas and transformed them into an entire vision--a seasonal vineyard! With figs! And blackberries! It was perfect for our November wedding at the Grand Geneva Chalet and it all came together more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. Cassie and her team are professional, organized (this is a small thing, but they use a software system that keeps all of their weddings separated and organized -- something I found very professional and admirable!), honest, helpful, have extreme attention to detail (ask her about the figs) and are genuinely the best. Hiring Lilypots was easily one of the best decisions we made and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I am still dreaming about my bouquet, my husband's boutonniere, the chalet, the chandelier, and the charm. 10/10.

Lilypots is truly amazing. Cassie worked with us to plan, design, and decorate our wedding florals in August at the Grand Geneva chalet in Lake Geneva, WI. From start to finish, Cassie was phenomenal to work with and so kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She gave us great advice on flowers and her planning process was easy and extremely detailed. I gave her the color scheme and some favorites and she knew exactly what questions to ask to make our vision come to life. Her knowledge of the Grand Geneva is unmatched - it is clear that she works with them often and knows it inside out. I did so much of the planning for our wedding and she was able to give me great questions to ask our Grand Geneva coordinator plus a ton of advice for my planning and the wedding day. She also knew several of our other vendors which was so nice! We went all out on flowers to decorate the ceremony and reception. A few of our favorite standout pieces were the chandelier, moon gate archway, and head table. The ski chalet was completely transformed and was beautiful beyond my wildest dreams. Cassie and her team nailed every single detail, from the gorgeous colors and design in every bouquet to the flower petals decorating the aisle, everything had a special touch and they went above and beyond. We were so blown away and the florals are one of our favorite things to reflect on. Our wedding pictures of the venue and florals look like they came straight out of a magazine and it is all thanks to Cassie and her Lilypots team. I want to frame several photos of just the flowers from our wedding pictures - they are just so stunning! I am so filled with gratitude for them making our day magical. If I have any more events in the future, there is no question that Lilypots will be the place I reach out to. I would love to work with Cassie and her team again and I highly, highly recommend them to everyone looking for a florist.

Amazing floral designer! We couldn’t have been happier with the flowers. Cassie and her team created the most stunning and beautiful backdrop for our daughter’s lakeside wedding. Cassie has a gift for bringing ideas to life! A year ago we met with Cassie and she created a board of ideas and flower options based on the mood and color scheme discussed at the meeting. We were able to see some of her ideas in person which really helped with selections. She is very detailed in her planning. We received a quote right away knowing that additions and/or deletions could be accommodated as the event date got closer. Details included, flowers, candles, bouquets, boutineers, ceremony floral pieces, centerpieces, etc. On the day of the wedding, no detail was left out. The flowers were amazing! Delivered on time, set up to perfection, and so beautiful they took your breath away! This is a 10 star business. I will continue to follow Lilypots Events to see what other amazing events they are a part of and wish them continued success!

We used Lilypots for our wedding in May and it was the absolute best decision. I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful our flowers were. Cassie put SO much work into making it the most spectacular day. Friends and family are still reaching out to me to talk about our flowers. I really don't know much about flowers other than they look beautiful and knew the general color scheme I wanted. Cassie put so much effort into explaining things to me, guiding me and making sure I was happy. I recommend Cassie to anyone and everyone. Her work leading up to and the day of is truly unmatched. She put her whole heart and soul into our day and everyone could tell. AND she had just had a baby!! She is truly superwoman! I could not be grateful and can't believe I was so lucky to have such truly breathtaking florals. Absolutely stop your search and go with Cassie!

Wow- the florals that Cassie put together for our wedding were stunning. She completely understood my vision and made it come to life. My bouquet was a dream, as were all the other bridal party florals and reception florals.

Lilypots is amazing! My mother-in-law is a florist and did all of our personal flowers, but she used to work for Lilypots, so we used them for all the ceremony florals. They were amazing and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out! I highly recommend them, and everyone that works there is so so sweet!

If I could pick my favorite part of the wedding process, it was the design and planning of the florals! Lilypots was an immediate soulmate match for me. They were creative, fun, excited to put their spin on the color combination that I had in mind. They were knowledgeable, choosing the flowers and styles that they knew would work best for my vision and the time of year that I was getting married. The flowers were essentially our only decor for the day and they did not disappoint - they were larger than life, so stunning. I can't stop telling everyone how much I loved my bouquet! Lilypots is an amazing florist to work with! We had them do flowers for our small wedding in 2020 and our bigger 1 year anniversary. The flowers for both occasions were perfect. They listened to everything that I imagined and made it come to life. The florists made the whole process easy and helped me decide the perfect arrangements for the day(s). All the arrangements were beautiful. I would 100% recommend.

From the first day I called them to the moment I walked into my reception and was BLOWN AWAY by my floral arrangements, Lilypots proved over and over again to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Cassie, Laura, Steve and team were so wonderful to work with. They sat with me and my mom at our kitchen table, taking detailed notes on what we wanted and truly listening to make sure they would capture our vision. Steve even worked with my mom to provide the most beautiful floral arrangements for our home and yard all summer in preparation of the wedding. After multiple florists had laughed at me (literally laughed) when I asked for peonies in September, Lilypots said they would do their absolute best and pulled through by getting them shipped in from Alaska to create my dream bridal bouquet. I really mean it when I say I was blown away by the arrangements at my reception. Prior to the wedding, I had told myself to not be disappointed when my decor did not perfectly live up to the vision in my head...but in reality it was so much more. The flowers were EXACTLY what I had always pictured and filled the room so beautifully. I wish I could attach a picture to this review because words will not capture it, but they were truly stunning and exactly what I wanted. Finally, I want to note that my mom and I made a point to surround ourselves with vendors that would contribute to a fun and relaxed atmosphere for the wedding, and Lilypots was no exception. Lilypots was amazing! One of the main focuses of decor we wanted at our wedding was florals and Lilypots exceeded our expectations every step of the way. We were so lucky to have them as our vendor and would recommend them to anyone else looking for beautiful arrangements for their wedding.

Lilypots was so, so lovely to work with for my wedding! The planning process with Cassie was so much fun - she brought us through all the different parts of the day and we talked through what I envisioned for our event, using my own inspiration pictures and supplying more from weddings that they had done in the past to bring the whole vision together. Our process was completely customized so when my wedding day arrived I truly had the florals of my dreams! We had bridal/bridesmaids bouquets, table centerpieces, their gorgeous moongate arch, a flower girl crown, and fresh flowers on our cake that were simply perfect -- they truly brought my wedding vision into reality, setting the tone for our whole event! And not only are the florals beautiful, but the design and support that they provide to pull it all together day of was flawless! Any bride would be lucky to work with this Lilypots!

Lilypots is the BEST florist! From our first consult, through our postponed wedding due to COVID, all the way until our new wedding date, communicating with Lilypots was a breeze. They were always sure to answer emails quickly, and kept us in the loop consistently, making sure we knew about price changes, new flower distributors, etc. Seriously, they took away any and all stress on their end. Then came the wedding, and WOW. The flowers were incredible! We received so many compliments about our flowers, and how gorgeous they were. Every single center piece, bouquet, boutonniere, etc. was perfectly created and looked better than anything we could have imagined. Lilypots went above and beyond to make sure that we loved everything they created. They are not only amazing florists, but also incredibly kind, hardworking people who we truly enjoyed working with. 10/10 would recommend Lilypots to anyone and everyone!

Lilypots is AMAZING! We were a covid wedding couple so we had a lot of changes and uncertainty throughout the last few months, but working with Lilypots was such a breath of fresh air. My consult with them left me feeling so confident they would take care of us, and they absolutely did. The flowers were INCREDIBLE. It doesn't even feel like an exaggeration to say they were the flowers of my dreams, they were that good and we got SO many compliments. They are also just wonderful people - we had rain on and off (and we knew we would for about a week in advance) and they were so kinda and communicative about our back up options and just making sure we knew we would have a beautiful day rain or shine. Could not recommend them enough!

Prior to our wedding, we had always used Lilypots for any arrangement that we needed, from holiday centerpieces to arrangements sent as gifts. So, when it came time to chose a wedding florist Lilypots was the ONLY florist on our list! Cassie & Laura ( and crew) are so talented and knowledgeable, I was SO confidant that the vision in my head of our wedding day would materialize perfectly, and it did! It exceeded my expectations, and was truly a DREAM come true! They went above and beyond, giving us advice and support in many other aspects of our wedding as well. Cassie, actually made a special trip to NYC to handpick the dried floral for the bouquets at the wholesale flower market! When they couldn't source something in a certain color, they found alternatives, and even spray painted some of the greens to accomplish my "look". The best part of my experience with Lilypots was that they really seemed as genuinely excited as I ( the bride) was to bring this wedding vision to life! I would use Lilypots a million times over, and highly recommend them to anyone having any type of event! Cassie made the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding in Oct. at Maxwell Mansion. I wanted elegant arrangements that complemented the patio space and greenery on the ceiling of our clear tent to bring the outside in. I cannot recommend Lilypots enough for any wedding or floral arrangement.

All staff are hard working individuals who not only put more hours into their work than anyone could imagine, but they also have families of their own Who they are all involved with. It takes truly talented people to juggle all of that and still be top notch in their industry! I’d never recommend anyone else because Lilypots is the ONLY florist who can take your vision and recreate it even better for your special day. They’re honest with their pricing and will give the perfect advice and recommendations if your budget is a little tight. You can tell their number one priority is your happiness and to make sure you LOVE your flowers on your wedding day! It makes all the difference at your wedding to have the perfect flowers in all your pictures, throughout your venue, and in your ceremony, so why would you settle for anything less than perfect? Lilypots is the ONLY option!

Lilypots was absolutely perfect! I planned my wedding remotely and over the course of almost two years and they were with us every step of the way. I know nothing about flowers but was able to talk through my vision and show pictures and they brought it all to life better than I could have described. They are so easy to communicate with and even had a phone conference the week before the wedding to settle all my nerves. We kept our flowers relatively simple but none the less beautiful. I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Lilypots is THE BEST FLORIST! I cannot rave about them enough. Cassie, Laura and team were a dream to work with since day one. I met them at a local bridal show and was excited to set-up my original consultation with them. They were very patient with me and guided me through all of the floral I needed for my big day. The entire process was very enjoyable. Wedding day they were onetime and their work was beyond STUNNING!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

For some odd reason my review would not post on google, but I think brides need to read this so here I am :) Ok flowers. Horrible customer service. Cassie and Laura didn’t like the fact that I asked questions about their overpriced work, regarding pricing for certain centerpieces, and that I wanted to change things with MY wedding flowers. My wedding was in September of 2019 and I told them my wedding colors/ideas in March of 2018. I was told I could change anything I wanted. When I tried to change something there was always a problem. They thought I was bothering them too much ,after 5 emails back and forth with Cassie, they told me I could find another florist if I wanted to TWO months before my wedding. They really expect you to never email them, ask questions, or change anything. If I wanted to start from scratch and not have any of the flowers I told them I wanted a year age that should have been no problem! We are paying for it! They wanted to charge me an additional $300 for communicating with them further (If I needed to change anything else or send them even one email more). They said they were losing money by taking on my wedding at that point because they had to have people respond to my emails. THAT IS THIER JOB. How ridiculous. I have all the emails. Cassie and I exchanged emails about actual flowers & payment from March of 2018 to May of 2018 and the next time I emailed her was in January of 2019 to ask about pricing on a chandelier. The next time I sent them an email was in July of 2019 (2 months before my wedding). This was too many emails for them. In the beginning I told them I had a small budget, around $600-800, and I wanted to stick to the lower end of that and Cassie said, “We can work within almost any budget as long as it is reasonable”. We ended up spending over $1,300 on flowers, but obviously that wasn’t enough for them. They take days and sometimes weeks to respond to emails. I have been following them on instagram since I first found them in 2018 and they are constantly posting instagram stories and pictures, so I’m sure they’re not stuck under piles of work and can’t get back to emails. I have never felt so disrespected from a business. If I would have known what I know now I would have NEVER chosen lilypots as my florist.

I recently had Lilypots do the floral for my wedding. I have to say, initially they were very responsive and positive. I had a tight budget and they were willing to work with me. I was also an out of town bride, which made wedding planning difficult. Towards the end, closer to my wedding, I wrote emails requesting minor changes (ie number of corsages, requests to add more centerpieces, etc). I had no idea that this was abnormal, as no one communicated to me that the emails were excessive. At the end of the wedding, I noticed a few tables without centerpieces. I followed up on it with a call. They did refund those two centerpieces, but were extremely rude to me. They told me they “lost” money on my wedding because of my excessive emails. I spent $3,000 on floral in total, and felt brushed off because I was not a bride with a large floral budget. Even if I did write many emails, it was unnecessary to be nasty to a former customer. They also told me “most brides write 15 emails, you wrote over 90”. This is inaccurate, as I went back and looked, but even if it was accurate, does that give them the right to make me feel terrible about it? Furthermore, I did not think all of the centerpieces reflected the photo examples, and they never offered to do an in person sample, or discussed this with me, which I thought was odd. In all, I’m giving 3 stars despite the negative after math. Cassie was great and always responded to me. The wedding turned out very beautiful and overall I was happy with my floral, although different than I imagined.

Lilypots was wonderful to work with! Our initial meeting was all I needed to know we wanted to work with them after Cassie helped guide us through choosing our flowers when we didn’t have a good idea going in of what we wanted. The flowers turned out gorgeous and all of the timing worked wonderfully on the day of! I would definitely recommend working with Lilypots for your wedding in the Lake Geneva area!

Working with Lilypots was a breeze for our wedding. From the gorgeous arrangements, to the ease of putting everything from our vision together, it truly was a dream come true. The friendly staff makes you feel like family and surpassed our expectations. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

I can not say enough about Lilypots! From the moment we walked in to their shop to just do the initial consultation, we knew we had to go with them! The staff was amazing.. full of energy and good cheer which is obviously a huge plus for the bride with the other stress that comes with planning a wedding! They were super accommodating to everything we wanted and hoped for and more! I played soccer all my life and they were able to put together a bridal bouquet that resembled a soccer ball for me to kick instead of throw for my bouquet toss! They were phenomenal and even though you know they probably had a million other things to do and events to cater to.. they made you feel like you were the center and highly important! Thank you Lilypots from the bottoms of our hearts!!

Everyone commented on how stunning our flowers were. Laura and Cassie made the entire process of choosing our flowers a breeze. They made professional recommendations based on appearances of bouquet designs, and created final product better than what I could have ever dreamed. We went untraditional and wild with our look, and they gave me the most beautiful arrangement of sunflowers, delphiniums, dahlias, daises, and free spirit roses accompanied by stunning greenery to tie it all together. Our flowers lasted for nearly 2 weeks after our wedding. I couldn’t believe how fresh they were! I am estatoc with my experience from lily pots and will use them for ALL of my floral needs in the future! I cannot wait to recommend them to friends!

Lilypots Where to begin... WOW!!!! The work that Lilypots did was breathtaking. From beginning to end, they were extremely easy to work with! We personally worked with Cassie who is AMAZING. She knew my vision before I even knew my vision! My husband wanted shotgun shells with his boutonnière and Cassie was able to work with it! Everyone at our wedding kept complimenting them all night... along with our moongate arch which was BREATHTAKING! I can’t believe how organized and talented Lilypots is. They made my wedding unforgettable! Thank you again to Cassie, Laura, Steve and everyone else at Lilypots!

My one and only complaint was the communication was a bit slow, sometimes it would take 3-5 days to get a response by email. But other than that I was blown away by all of our flowers! Absolutely perfect!

Working with Lilypots was a dream come true! At the beginning of the wedding planning process, I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted and Laura and Cassie allowed me to work through my sometimes crazy ideas while providing helpful suggestions and advice. They were very responsive and answered all our questions throughout the year we had to plan. I knew that when it came to the day of, I could fully relinquish control, which can be hard throughout the wedding process, to Laura and her crew to see out our vision. We were completely blown away by our flowers. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The arbor, ceremony decor, and reception room were completely transformed to a tropical oasis. Besides the talent of Lilypots, my husband and I also really appreciated how organized and timely Laura and Cassie were on the day of. Our families and friends couldn’t stop talking about the flowers, and still do today. Lilypots saw out every detail of our vision and made it so easy for us on the day of that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Lastly, Laura and Cassie provided so much excitement and enthusiasm to my vision (tropical flowers were a little out of the norm) which eased so many of my nerves and helped us all feel more excited about our big day. We are so happy and grateful for our experience with Lilypots and would do it over and over again if we could and will continue recommending them to everyone we know!

What you see is NOT what you get at this floral shop. Fell in love with flowers they had displayed at a wedding showcase and hired them to make the exact same arrangements for my daughter's wedding on June 30th 2018. The bride's bouquet did not look anything like the flowers at the showcase. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED! At first look, we thought we had received the wrong flowers. Colors should have been white with light pink/purple roses. We received rainbow colors and some roses had an orange tinge to them. We did not receive a corsage for the Godmother and Laura one of the owners , said she didn't know what "our confusion" was as the corsage was made and left the shop. We were confused? No confusion when the item is not there. As for the reception, they seemed to have "forgotten" a 28-ft garland and 8 large cylinders with floating candles we ordered for the head table. They somehow were left at the shop by mistake. Weddings are a once-in-a-lifetime event no room for error. This was unacceptable and quite embarrassing! Can't believe no one checked the entire order before it left the shop. Seems like they were the ones that were "confused "that day. We were reimbursed for the 28 ft garland and candles but not the corsage. When you pay thousands of dollars for flowers you expect to get what you pay for . Don't waste your time or money here at this shop, you will just be aggrevated and disappointed.

I knew that Lilypots was perfect for our big day 5 minutes into our first appointment. They had books filled with hundreds of flowers at all prices. They took my vision, made it even better, and made sure everything was in my budget. It was so clear that every member of the team was both knowledgeable and passionate about flowers and design. They promptly answered all of my emails and delivered beautiful flowers to both my ceremony site and reception venue. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

It was just about one year and a half ago walking into “a flower shop in Lake Geneva” full of nervousness and just hoping they would be able to bring my wedding visions and ideas to life. After lots of work and planning, on June 23rd I was able to see all of that come to life and more... Cassie you did an incredible and an amazing job on all of our wedding flowers— I was left in awe! The flowers were amazing! I had no idea what I wanted when we first met. Their ideas helped me picture what I wanted. All the flowers turned out beautiful! All three of my flower girls wore flower halos, they were so cute! Lily Pots were there on time and perfect with delivery!

I must say that flowers and arrangements most definitely bring out the beauty in a wedding!! Lilypots recently provided the flowers and arrangements for our July wedding and we could not be more pleased!! Laura and Cassie took the time out of their busy schedules to meet with me to create my dream wedding flowers! They brought in samples of different flowers, ribbon, vases, etc. in order to meet my wishes. As for the actual day, the Lilypots team set up the entire floral displays for both the ceremony and reception and everything looked immaculate!! Several of our guests raved about the arrangements and each and every one of the centerpieces were taken home that night by guests! May 2017 flowers in Wisconsin can be a challenge but not for Lilypots! They made my vision come true with white, green, and blush tones pulling in the best combination of versatility, flowers in season, and statement pieces. The team is super responsive and friendly!

I loved working with Lilypots who did our flowers for our wedding this past April! The initial consultation was a pleasure and they were so helpful and creative with helping me pick out the right flowers for my budget and with my colors in mind--especially when I have basically no knowledge of floral arrangements and what would look good together myself. But they really did a great job! They were absolutely gorgeous and to die for at the wedding! And all the flowers got delivered on time as planned to the right rooms at the resort where the wedding was taking place. They also set up the beautiful flower-filled arch that we got married under at our ceremony. The arrangements even looked breathtaking the morning after. Thank you Lilypots!
