I had a great experience buying my wedding dress at Lily’s Bridal Outlet this past weekend! I walked in on Sunday around noon without an appointment, but they were able to fit me in. Jada was my consultant and she was the best! She started by asking me some questions, like wedding date and dress preferences, then she explained how the rows were organized by dress styles, like A-line, Ballgown, Mermaid, etc. I loved how organized the shop was! It made it super easy to browse. Then she just let my mom and I look around and pull whatever dresses I was interested in trying on, no pressure, no pushing. It was nice! She looked alongside us and pulled some I might like too, starting a fitting room for me. She was very professional and patient with us. I really appreciated that! Then when it was time to try on, she had dresses already hung up in the room ready to go. We had a whole system down where I would try one on, she would come in and zip/button me up, then I’d come out to the floor and see what I thought. She asked me questions along the way that helped me really process and decide if I liked a dress without any pressure. She had good insights and advice to keep in mind, and was also knowledgeable about possible alterations. We ended up doing two rounds of dresses, having learned more about my size and taste after the first round, and eventually narrowed it down to 3 dresses and then the one! Honestly, I wasn’t sure I would actually end up buying my dress that day, but after trying on several and learning more about what I liked and didn’t like, and all of Jada’s help, I felt confidant enough to trust my gut feeling that this was the dress! Thank you, Jada, for all your help in looking for my wedding dress. It was a wonderful experience! I’m so excited to wear my beautiful dress on my special day! :)

I stopped by Lily’s Bridal Outlet on Saturday to look at wedding dresses. I wasn’t intending to buy, I just wanted to try on some different styles and get a better idea of my options. I am plus size, so dress shopping hasn’t been the most fun experience. I worked with Tiffany, who started by asking me some questions about what I was looking for, and then she helped me pick out dresses that fit the bill. She was very professional, and helped me with every step of the process. It was a stark contrast to a big-name bridal store I’d been to the week before, where the associate helping me was also helping another bridal party, so she was moving back and forth between us, and all of the dresses I tried on were dresses I picked off the website. The experience I had at Lily’s was more consultative, and Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the dresses, how they were made, and how they could be altered. I ended up finding a dress I could not live without and I took it home with me. I really didn’t expect to find a dress I would be so happy with. Every dress I’d tried on before I was trying to picture myself a little thinner, or with good shapewear to smooth everything out. The dress I selected made me feel beautiful just the way I am, and I can’t wait to wear it. The only downside to an outlet is that you are buying off the rack, so there is no opportunity to order. You buy it or you risk someone else buying it, although they do have a lay away program if you need some time. I would highly recommend Lily’s Bridal Outlet. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to cross one of the most important items off my wedding to do list.

Karina was my consultant and found me the perfect dress! She really found personalized dresses for me and asked what I loved and didn’t about certain dresses! And could use her skills to pick dresses! Also really listened to my vision! What a great experience!

Lily's Bridal Outlet was excellent. Their staff was ready for my girls and I when we arrived and was friendly. They helped me find options, walked me through the whole process. The best part is you get to leave with your dress that day, so you don't have to wait for it to ship or worry about damage in transit. I also had my alterations done at Lily's and their seamstress is top notch and did a beautiful job. She even made a video for my MOH on how to do my bustle.

I had no idea what I wanted but I had an idea for what I definitely didn’t want. My consultant, Val, was so helpful and I could remind the shop more than I can. Thanks to Val, and lily’s bridal outlet, for helping me find my dream dress!!

Had a wonderful experience here!! Eneles was my bridal consultant and she was amazing! She asked what I was looking for and then started pulling dresses for me to try on. She pulled what I was describing and as I tried some on, she pulled some more based on what I liked or didn’t like about the others. Eneles was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! While I initially said I didn’t want strapless, she asked if I would be willing to try a few on, saying they could always add straps. Turns out that I loved a strapless dress she pulled and it didn’t even need straps! Eneles is really experienced and I didn’t feel pressured at all. My mom and I really enjoyed the experience and would recommend Lily’s Bridal Outlet to anyone dress shopping in the Orlando area! One more thing. Before I started dress shopping, I hadn’t really thought about the difference between trying on samples (not always in my actual size) vs dresses only in my size. That was another thing I loved. Since it’s off the rack, every dress I tried on was pretty close to my size, so it was so much easier to picture what it would look like on the big day!!

I went to Lily's Bridal Outlet for my first time trying on dresses - I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but Karina was so helpful and patient throughout the appointment. I didn't expect to find a dress the first time I went shopping, but Karina helped me find my perfect dream dress! When it was time for alterations I took my dress back to Lily's Bridal Outlet for alterations with Tillie. She made sure my dress fit perfectly!

I went in the day before my appointment to check out the inventory and have a game plan for the appointment the following day and was amazed at how many dresses they had in my size (wedding dress=22)! I found a few that I took pics of the tags to find the next day and then another 2 that I really liked! Vilma checked up on me and my MOH and let us know that she has 15 minutes free if we needed any help. So my MOH asked if we could try on at least 2 dresses even though our appointment wasn't for that day. She was more than happy to squeeze me in so we went. Dress#1 was a stunner, sexy, classy, fit so good!! But there was a dress hanging across the dressing room that caught my eye. I asked Vilma if someone had purchased it and she said no it just came in! So I asked if I could try and she grabbed it and said it was my size! I tried it on, and it fit like a glove!! I am so grateful she let me try it on even though it wasn't even tagged yet! Lol. I wanted my mom to see so I left the store and told Vilma I wanted her tomorrow and I had to try that dress! Well, my mom saw the pics of it and long story short, I turned around and ran to my dress🥰😍. I love it, I can't believe I found it so quickly but I am so happy. Vilma was amazing and so accommodating and sweet with me, she's a gem! Thank you so much!!

Had such an intimate and personal experience here back in January with Vilma! Found my dress for at least $500 less than I had planned on spending, which was amazing! Brought the dress back in August (after losing 20lbs-eek!) and LBO’s in house seamstress was able to make the dress look like it was made especially for me and my body, even after it needed to be taken in a few sizes. The ladies here are so incredibly warm and kind! If you’re dress shopping, I definitely recommend stopping here first!

I found my dress here and it was absolutely perfect for a fraction of the cost it would have been elsewhere. Now I do have to say this is a no-frills bridal salon if you are expecting to pop the champagne and celebrate like that when you find your special dress this is not the place for you. Tillie did the alterations on my dress which is satin and not the easiest material to work with because everything shows but she did an incredible job. I had different ladies help me from picking my dress to the fittings later on and they were all fantastic.

They were amazing from start to finish! They took car of me every step of the way. Even down to getting it altered. Go there to find your dream dress of a fraction of the price.

I'm so thankful to have found Lily's Bridal Outlet! I had been following them on social media for a little while, and made an appointment with them ASAP when I saw that a dress that I had fallen in love with a few years prior on Pinterest was in their stock and my size! The bridal consultants that I worked with were so incredibly kind and knowledgable, and helped me so much when I was nervous to say yes to that dress I had fallen in love with years prior. The selection and styles of designer dresses here are plentiful, and the environment is so relaxed! Both my dress and veil were bought here, as well as my alterations! It truly is a one-stop shop. My experience here was so wonderful, I never hesitate to tell all of my bride-friends about it! My future sister-in-law even got her dress here recently! Also, shout out to Tillie for being the best alterations seamstress in the world! I was SO nervous to have my dress altered, as the lacing was incredibly intricate and detailed, on top of the dress itself being discontinued. She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning and gave me a number of options on how best to alter the dress, including the best way to alter it to preserve it for future daughters of mine. She was skilled, prompt and knowledgeable to work with!

Found my wedding dress at Lily’s Bridal Outlet and it was such a pleasure working with them. The staff is super nice, Karina helped me find my dress and it was a coutures dress that had never been tried on by anyone...I was the first and it was absolutely stunning. Tilly was the one who did my alterations and she’s amazing at what she does. I went to 2 dress fittings with her before taking my dress home and it fit like a glove. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for a reasonably priced bridal gown.

I bought my dress and had it altered by Tilly. My dress was the first one I tried on and the lady I worked with was super helpful. I had about four dress fittings before taking my dress home and it fit PERFECTLY!

Tillie is an amazing seamstress. I came to her for alterations on a recommendation from my friend who also had a great experience. As soon as I walked in for my fitting she went straight to work figuring out what changes we needed to make to ensure my dress was perfect for me. She listened attentively to how I wanted my dress to fit and showed me some options with how we could alter the bust. I never felt pressured to alter the dress just to bring up the price, and Tillie even added the alterations to my gloves for free!! The staff are very warm and treat you as if you are the most important person there. I am looking forward to my next fitting :)

I can't say enough great things about the work Tillie did on my wedding dress. I couldn't believe how beautiful everything turned out. I would highly recommend getting your alterations done here. Thank you for all your hard work and making my day so special!

Alterations review: I heard about Tillie from another friend and she is amazing!! I did not buy my dress there, but took it to Tillie for the alterations. I'm so glad I did! She was very honest with me on what I needed and did not need. She helped me save money for unnecessary alterations and got my dress back to me super quick. I am picking up my actual wedding dress from my old alt. Lady and bringing it to Tillie to finish bc I trust her more than the other store my dress is at. Overall, will be bringing all future dresses and items to her. She will not disappoint you! She's fantastic!!

Please be VERY careful when shopping here. Unfortunately, the seamstress will let tell you lies about the alterations needed to ensure a sale. Furthermore, she told my mother today that she didn't remember her from our Dec visit, therefore, she knows for a fact that she didn't say what we both heard her say. Does that make sense? No. You can't defend your words to a person if you don't even remember ever meeting them. The background: I went in Dec and let me first say that our sales lady, Cynthia (I believe was her name), was nice and helpful. I found a dress I loved, but unfortunately, it was tight up at the top bust area and the zip in the back wouldn't close at the top. Cynthia had the seamstress come out to take a look. She was very nice and asked me to take off the dress so she could take the dress to the back and check for extra material. I mentioned trying to lose weight and she said she would check just in case it still needed to be let out. About 5-10 min later she came out saying there was PLENTY of material inside in case and not to worry. I was leaving for Australia in 3 days so I said I'd just take it back with me and get any alternations done there. Fast forward to today, 2 Australian tailors later, and less than a month to go before my wedding - there is ZERO material available to be let out. I am 4cm off and they were both shocked that I was told it could easily be let out with the PLENTY of material there (yes, she did use that exact word). The first tailor turned me away and said I'd need to see a dress specialist. Now with some fabric shopping, the 2nd tailor is going to sew in some close, but not exactly matching fabric, to have it ready enough for the day. It'll be obvious too since there will be no beading on that portion unlike the rest of the dress, but oh well. Lastly, let me just say that the seamstress said several other things to my mom to defend herself that only further proved she was caught and uncomfortable around the clients in the shop listening at the time (not to mention my mom called me in tears afterwards). She eventually said she would refund, but obviously, the dress is here with me in Aus so that's not possible. So, again please just be aware when shopping here and do not trust anything the seamstress says. Pretty disgusting thing to do to someone just for a sale.

Getting my dress here was a choice I will not regret. It was a relaxed setting and I didn't feel rushed, which I can't say the same about David's bridal. My dress is gorgeous and it was affordable! After hearing such good things about the seamstress here, I decided to come back for alterations. I am so glad I did! Working with Tillie has been amazing. She pays close attention to detail and truly cares that you leave with the dress looking and feeling fantastic.

I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress! Lily's was so accommodating with having about 10 people with me to look for a dress. They made it very clear that it was all about me and made myself and my party very comfortable. I came out with a beautiful dress that was what I wanted and more for a great price.

I cannot praise Lily’s Bridal Outlet enough... the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Karina is an absolute dream to work with. She’s informative, helpful, patient and very comfortable. I visited three different times, having a different idea of a dress each time and Karina was attentive and patient with my pain in the butt self. From the first time I visited, I knew I was going to buy my dress at Lily’s. They made you feel so welcome and they genuinely care about making sure you are happy. Every time I sent pictures of dresses to someone they were always FLOORED when I told them all these beauties are under $1000! Thank you so much Karina and Lily’s Bridal Outlet for making finding my wedding dress the most wonderful experience ever!

Vilma was amazing and so helpful! She was such a sweetheart and extremely patient. She was determined to get to know my tastes and was able to find me the one to the point that I literally cried when I tried it on. I highly recommend!!

Kim is AMAZING!!! She really made a miracle. She helped me find a diamond in the chaos. Shout out to Vilma for helping me squeeze into it. Highly recommend and the price was great!!!

I bought my wedding dress here and had overall a really great experience with only one issue. Pros: The selection is really good, the prices are great, and the dresses are good quality. The best part of the experience though was that their in-house seamstress, Tilly, did my alterations and she was absolutely amazing. She was so thorough and did such an amazing job, I ended up being so happy I got my dress here. The only negative part of my experience was that our initial saleswoman, Kim, was dishonest about the condition of the dress I bought - after I got it home I realized there were some small holes in some of the netting near the back buttons, and when I looked back at photos they were there the day I bought them and would have been obvious to anyone who had fastened the dress. I had gotten a price discount but had not realized at the time why. Luckily Tilly fixed it beautifully and free of charge, and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with.
