10/10 recommend! We used Jackie at our wedding at the Hamilton Manor, and she put us at ease the entire day. She made us feel comfortable and put together a day-of timeline for us ...
that was easy to follow/flexible. She is so professional, and we could not have been happier!
I will try to keep this short, but explain as much as necessary. We used them for the Photography, Videography, DJ and photo booth. Our event coordinator started out great but had ...
to go out on maternity leave, which is understandable as this happens. We ended up dealing with one of the owners. My daughter had an engagement photo shoot, but shortly after that the photographer left the company. They ended up getting another photo shoot with a new photographer- no worries, these things happen. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. The DJ showed up late and we helped him unload his equipment. He was dressed like he was working goin to a construction jobsite, but we assumed he would change before the ceremony- we were WRONG. He looked very sloppy. He told us not to open the door on his truck because literal garbage would fall out of it. We scrambled to get him setup for the ceremony in time. The ceremony went off fine. Then during cocktail hour, in the middle of music playing, I heard an add for Home Depot playing. I though i was hearing things. During the meal, i heard another add start playing. The DJ skipped it after a few seconds. A short time later i heard a Harbor Freight add playing. I looked at the DJ booth and he wasn't there. He was setting up the photo booth because he was late and hadn't done it yet. I, the father of the Bride, walked up to the booth and pressed skip on his YouTube playlist that he was using for music. Then a short time later, i hear Amazing Grace playing (usually a funeral song) during dinner. I looked and the DJ is in line for food, in front of guests that haven't been served yet. I told him to change the song immediately. Later in the night, i gave the DJ very specific instruction that i would be announcing a special guest entrance and to not do anything until i got back to the booth. 2 minutes later he starts to announce the guest and play the music. I had to run from the parking lot and take the mic away from him. The DJ was the most unprofessional thing i have ever seen. (they also never brought the lights that were promised). The next day i called the owner who did nothing but make excuses and tell me that this DJ was really good. No apology and no attempt to right the situation. He said that the DJ was having problems logging into their YouTube Premium account- that's why the commercials. WHAT?!?!? What kind of DJ doesn't just have songs downloaded to play? Seriously, the owner was ok with this level of service. I called the owner again to see what he would do about this, and he did nothing but make excuses. Terrible service. Then a couple months later, we finally got the video from the wedding. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. It looked like a high school 1st semester video project. Terrible editing, and it left out so much stuff. We were SOOO disappointed in the video and the whole service that Limelight provided. The only thing that was good was the photographer, who was sub-contracted out. SO, I'll give them a 1 star rating, and that's only because the photographer was decent.
I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication/ professionalism. I booked through these guys and wish I never would have. We got engagement photos done and did not like how the...
y turned out and would of loved to give our photagrapher another chance and we were told he would get ahold of us.. I waited 2 months to hear anything despite the emails I sent to limelight regarding me waiting so long and they kept saying he would reach out after this and that. Me and my Fiancé called A BUNCH of times and left voicemails within a 2 week time stretch and no one ever reached out to us to discuss with us our concerns. Out of the blue a new photagrapher messaged me and said he would be the one doing our photos at the wedding. He canceled our engagement session for emergent needs which I understood but then messaged me 3 weeks later to reschedule even though I asked what a good time was 3 weeks before then. I decided I no longer felt like I could trust this company and have been waiting for a response for 2 weeks do discuss this with them but still have not heard anything. I will be getting a lawyer if it comes down to it because I've been trying to reach out to the company on several different phone numbers. Emails, etc. For over a month.
Limelight was great! We used them for photography and DJ services and couldn't be happier. We had one minor hiccup with our initial phone meeting but Richard handled that quickly a...
nd efficiently. The information we provided was given to both our photographer and DJ before we met with them so they knew what we wanted and didn't want. Our photographer Pamela was absolutely wonderful! We are currently reviewing our proofs and there are so many wonderful photos. She was so fun to work with and you could tell she loves what she does. She got some great shots I never would have thought to ask for. Our DJ Terrell did a great job with both the ceremony and reception. He sure kept the dance floor packed and even assisted with some timeline aspects. We couldn't be happier with how our special day turned out!
Our photographer was phenomenal!!! Couldn’t ask for anything more. He went above and beyond. However, our DJ from the same company was not great. Many of the songs we wanted to be ...
played were not. He also took song requests from guests which we really did not want. Overall, definitely use them for photography (we had Richard) but not DJ.
Limelight was amazing! They did our engagement photos, wedding photos, DJ (Ben was great and was very interactive and was down for anything we had planned!) videography and photo...
booth! They had good packaged deals! We opted for an upgraded package to have Richard as our photographer and he was a pleasure to work with. The photos turned out great. We love the highlight video and that they captured the most important parts of our day. The whole team was very timely and courteous. The planning meetings made everything go smoothly! The complimentary photo album turned out great even though it was hard to choose from the hundreds of photos taken! I would highly recommend them and I would use them again! Thanks for sharing our day with us and capturing the memories!
We had Limelight handle all aspects of my Daughter's recent wedding. To a person, they were all caring and did an amazing job. Special shout out to Phillip for all of his assis...
tance prior to the wedding to design a photo guestbook as a surprise.
We had Limelight do our photos, video, dj, officiant, and Photo Booth for our wedding on 12/17/22. Each person was absolutely amazing! We had frequent meetings to make sure we were...
on track with planning and they responded very quickly to any questions. Phillip was our photographer and I can’t praise him enough! He made sure we were on time, but also let us do things on at our own pace and made sure we were okay throughout the night. We HIGHLY recommend limelight!!
Limelight was absolutely fantastic! I had them for all of my services. Photography, DJ, and Photo Booth! All the staff were amazing and helped every bit of the way. Whenever I had ...
the smallest question they were there with a quick reply which made me feel so much better about my wedding day. The planning appointments were helpful as well as it helped make all the pieces fit for a smooth wedding day. My photographer was awesome she got every shot I wanted and more with time left for my husband and I to relax before our grand introduction. Our DJ was so amazing and kept everyone and everything on track and had the party going for hours. The photo-booth was a hit as well as it was packed all night. I couldn’t be happier with my decision going with limelight!
We booked Limelight for our photographer and DJ. Their prices are very reasonable. Nick, our DJ, was very attentive and kept everything at a nice flow. He did great with all the mu...
sic and our specific requests. Philip, our photographer, and his assistant were so patient with our big family and the cold weather. They all did a great job!

eck ins. AND they include a free engagement session so we got to meet our photographer and make sure we were all on the same page for how we wanted things to look overall long before the wedding day - which greatly put us both at ease.
In addition, the admin staff does a wonderful job at giving ideas and inspiration when you're lost on how things normally go at weddings. They made it so easy and we didn't have to worry about anything! I would definitely recommend Limelight and Philip Bareham specifically. You won't be disappointed!
We loved the whole crew of Limelight! They were so helpful, upbeat, and down for anything! We wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to capture our special day.
Phil was especially amaz...
ing and concurred the cold weather during our engagement session! Forever thankful for them!
I used Limelight only for their photobooth service, which I think is a bit out of the norm for them. They had a 60-day and a 30-day check-in, which was awesome, but I think a littl...
e over the top for just photobooth services. Also, they kept texting and emailing us to remind us about our DJ and photography services even though we didn't book them for that. Apart from that, the photobooth was a big hit! The props were a little lacking, but the digital frame was super cute. I can't wait to see the digital guest book with everyone's photos.
Limelight is absolutely amazing. They truly care about their couples and they do everything they possibly can to meet their needs/expectations. We had to reschedule our wedding and...
limelight was more than accommodating. During the planning process, limelight makes it easy and simple and helps you every step of the way. And finally, when it comes to the day of, they are attentive, professional, and incredible. They work hard to make the day perfect. The DJ, Ben, was upbeat and incredible! He made the night flow perfectly. The photographer, Richard, was creative, professional, and accommodating. I could go on and on about how amazing limelight is!! I highly recommend using them for your wedding. If I could relive the day, I would!
We were so lucky to have chosen Limelight for our photography and DJ! Our big wedding was originally scheduled for Aug 2020, but postponed the reception due to COVID. They were so ...
flexible, willing to work with us, and made re-scheduling easy. We got to work with Richard twice (once for the wedding in 2020 and for the reception in 2021) and he made us feel confident were in good hands about the planning process both times. Plus a photo turnaround as fast as they do is unheard of in the wedding industry, but somehow they manage to do it and deliver INCREDIBLE results. I 110% recommend.
We just had my daughter’s wedding just 4 days ago and I have to say we were blown away with how well Limelight did with the whole event from the photography, the videography, the u...
plighting, the photo booth, the DJ and finally the MCing. We couldn’t have gone with a better vendor. It was nice having them all grouped together from one company rather than having to find a vendor for each phase of the wedding. Richard is very professional and his hard word and caring showed the whole night through. He blew us away with his MCing the whole evening and the fact that he could do that along with being our photographer for the night was impressive to say the least. The way he was there and you didn’t even notice was refreshing to see. Each of the staff he has were amazing and very professional. Limelight keeps you on track the whole time during the planning process with their awesome portal that you fill in with your details of how you want the evening to look. Very nice to be able to see your wedding come to life before you. The other added bonus you get is that during your reception, the videographer is hard at work collecting footage of your wedding day and while the reception is happening he is hard at work editing his footage then they present it to the couple and their guests right on the spot DURING your reception. I have never seen this done before, that by far was the cherry on top that confirmed to me that we went with the right vendor. The fact that he could be right there in the room with you and you didn’t even know it, the way he and his staff just glide through the event was very impressive! It was nice to see just how relaxed we were as we were getting ready, The way they worked the event the whole day was refreshing to see. Richard was very smooth and calming he even threw in some humor which was very well received. I have never seen a wedding flow so naturally, They by far were the cherry on top that finalized it for me that we went with the correct vendor. Richard and his staff were very impressive during the whole day/night of our daughter’s wedding. You could see they loved what they do and their dedication to it showed throughout the whole wedding. So in short, you can’t go wrong with Limelight, they were worth every penny we ever spent!
There truly are not enough words to express how amazing Limelight is and how perfect they made our special day! We were planning from out of state which complicated our planning p...
rocess but Limelight made our photography and DJ planning so easy! Starting with our engagement shoot. Richard worked with us to make sure we could have our shoot right after Christmas when we made a short trip up to see family. Leading up to our wedding day they worked with us and our venue to help create a timeline for day of. Throughout the day/evening Nick and Philip worked seamlessly with our venue to make sure everything happened on time. We didn't have to do a thing other than enjoy our day!
Our photographer Philip was absolutely fantastic! He was so easy to work with and came prepared to make sure we got the most out of the time we had with him. The shots he got were even better than I could have imagined. My husband lost his mother just a month prior to our wedding. Philip made sure to get some very creative shots with my mother-in-law's memorial table in the background. Those pictures will truly be treasured for years to come! His attention to detail helped us capture every aspect of such a memorable day. All of our pictures turned out so amazing!
Our DJ Nick really knows how to get a party started and keep it going! There wasn't a single song all evening that we didn't love! We went a little untraditional using songs with lyrics during our ceremony and he did a fantastic job of transitioning along the way. He did a great job of reading the crowd and playing the perfect songs at the perfect time. Throughout the evening he kept things on track to make everything so easy for my husband and I.
This company is absolutely fantastic and knows how to make wedding days truly perfect!
We are not sure where to begin on how fantastic the Limelight team is! I was not sure where to even begin when looking for a DJ and Photographer! Thank goodness we found Limelight!...
A wedding planner that is included?! Amazing!! Ben was absolutely fantastic, nailing every song, getting the dance floor pumped up! We danced so much, I'm still sore!
Richard was spot on with photography. He was energetic, incredibly friendly and listened to my ideas and made them even better. The commitment the team had to making our day perfect was above and beyond. I cannot thank the Limelight team enough! Best service my husband and I have ever had.

ur wedding. Our photographer, Philip, was fantastic and worked with us to get the best shots possible. He had his own ideas and made sure to capture our ideas as well. Our DJ, Andy, also did amazing. He took our selections of music and ran with them, creating a fantastic Playlist that kept our guests dancing until the end of the night. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ or photographer.
This year definitely did not go as planned; however, Limelight was so flexible and was still able to take our wedding photos. The photos turned out great and the staff at Limelight...
was so fun and caring. They were some of the most friendly people! They also took our engagement photos a year prior and made it so comfortable and fun. I highly recommend Limelight because not only do they have photographers, they have DJs, videographers, and planners to help pull your whole event together!
With all the changes because of Covid 19 - I can't explain how cooperative this company was with our last minute changes. Professional DJ and very entertaining! We will use them ...

ld help a crazy bride plan her Michigan wedding from California, in seven months.
From emails leading up to closer months, followed by phone calls and check ins, I consistently felt listened to and on the same page with the team.
I had the most amazing night of my life, dancing to my favorite songs with my favorite people - Thank you Dustin for providing the soundtrack to a night I will never forget!!
Richard and Philip, thank you for sharing your talents with us - the amazing (and some silly!) shots of my best friends and I (and my husband and his!) getting ready, the breathtaking photos of us becoming Mr & Mrs and the memories captured of a moment I will cherish forever, dancing with my daddio.
These are all reasons I would recommend Limelight, in a heartbeat. Thank you for the hard work and passion for providing an unforgettable (and stress free) experience!
I was very overwhelmed in my search to find the perfect photographer for our wedding. After my first phone call with Richard, I was put at ease and really excited to start working ...
with them! He gave me a lot of great ideas for pictures which we ended up doing! On my wedding day, Richard got there early and captured some really great “morning of” shots. Unfortunately, right before our ceremony began the sky’s became dark and rain began. I was extremely appreciative to find out that Richard already prepared for this and preciously took pictures of the beautiful sky earlier that day to Put in place of the dark sky we had. He went above and beyond the entire day!! And the best part, we received our proofs the week after our wedding!! I could not be happier with our beautiful pictures and Richards attentive and professional work!
This company had a recommendation from a previous couple that got married and I’m very happy with the service they provide! Quality, service and prices were all great!!!
Richard and the Limelight team were so helpful during the process of planning the wedding. During the wedding itself, I received many compliments and would highly recommend them!

nswered every phone call, e-mail, and even text message from this anxiety ridden bride and every time made me feel so confident and at ease about my big day. Richard, our photographer, was so into my wedding day and so involved and supportive that he felt like a friend I'd known my whole life. He was truly invested in making sure everything went smoothly and perfectly. Our photos were more than we had ever thought they'd be. He had taken photos of things we didn't even notice and we got to relive the whole day all over again from start to finish when we got our photos back. They are beautiful. Nick, our DJ, was also such a huge part of our day. He called us a week before and made sure everything was planned out exactly the way we wanted it. From the timeline of the day to the song choices he answered every question we had and made so many special things possible for us. He went above and beyond for us by mixing special renditions of songs last minute to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. I seriously could go on and on and I won't hesitate telling anyone to go with Limelight Entertainment for their special day! We are forever thankful!

There photos are amazing. They get everyone on the dance floor. So professional everyone is.

upport from Limelight helped in the most valuable way. We were able to express our desires for the day, and worked everything out well in advance. We utilized both the photography and DJ services and were very satisfied. The level of professionalism was unparalleled, and out pictures turned out amazing! If you are looking for a reliable professional you've found them, well worth it! Photos are excellent quality, you will not be disappointed.

rilled with the results! As my husband and I started planning our wedding last year, we were nervous because we were getting married out of state, and didn’t know how much or little that would complicate communication with our various vendors. Limelight had no issues with this, and we were able to complete 99% of our communication via phone and email. They were responsive and thorough in all aspects of our wedding planning, including helping with a very detailed timeline. My husband and I decided to go with both photography and DJ services, and we are so happy we did this! Not only did it save us money, but knowing that the photographer and DJ were on the same page for our wedding provided us with a feeling of security that everything would go according to plan..which it did! Richard took charge of our photography and we are thrilled with the results. He took ideas straight from my Pinterest page and the shots turned out so beautifully. He did a great job helping me feel at ease with the process, and he was such a professional! We had Nate as a DJ, and he was so fun to work with! He was open to our ideas, and made sure he included all of our “must-plays.” My husband and I are not super picky about which songs were played and told him to feel the crowd, knowing that as a professional, he would have a better idea of what gets people on their feet. We were not disappointed. I don’t think there was a lull in the dancing all night! Limelight communicated effectively with our venue, and got our wedding pictures back to us in 4 days!! If you’re looking for a great wedding photographer and DJ, seriously, these guys will take care of you.
Richard and his team were great to work with for our engagement pictures and more importantly on the day of our wedding. I’m very happy with the quality and amount of photos we rec...
eived. He spent the majority of the day with us and we got to travel around town to get a variety of shots. Our proofs were ready for us before we got home from our honeymoon and they had many of them ready for us already on social media. We are now looking at prints and photo books and I’m excited to gift them to our families and friends.
We were very happy with the way Limelight catered to us leading up to the wedding. We felt like they (Richard - Owner) was very willing to take time out of busy days to talk with u...
s and help establish a plan.
With that being said, we were very unhappy with the follow through the day of the wedding. Firstly, he had mentioned the fact that a camera was broken as the first interaction on one of the craziest days of our lives and that felt unprofessional. His attitude toward our guests was unpleasant, we had multiple guests mention to us that they felt like he was unnecessarily blunt with the way he approached certain situations. It was brought up to us multiple times that he'd wished there was more time to take certain pictures but didn’t and we felt that was very discouraging. Both him and the assistant/intern constantly asking us what photos we wanted was not helpful as we’re not the professionals and only realized after the fact of some of the staple wedding photos we will never have.
Conversely during our engagement shoot, we felt like he had a great vision and plan for every photo that they wanted us to have. We expected that the wedding day would be the same, and it very much was not.
Frankly, we felt like the camera being broken threw off the day and put a damper on his attitude. Which as I said, in our previous conversations was very positive and accommodating.
The DJ (Nate) on the other hand was fantastic, did a wonderful job of keeping the dancefloor filled all night and was not afraid to tastefully switch music that may not have been filling the floor. Very positive person and super accommodating to all requests.
While we do appreciate the work done and love the pictures that were captured, we are at a loss with the ones we will never have. Our recommendation to other couples out there is to do their best to establish a shot list to make sure nothing gets lost forever, although we did offer that multiple times and it was declined it is one of our bigger regrets.

and the knot was my go-to for all things wedding! It is super easy to navigate and communicate through. When we ran into a small snag the owner, Richard took the time to personally apologize and make things right immediately. He throws his heart and soul into the company. He also took our wedding photos and listened to every request I had for the day of. I felt so comfortable that I forgot the camera was there most of the time. We also had Dustin as a DJ and I cannot tell you how professional and easy going he was. Some of our groomsmen got a little crazy on the party bus ride over and he was able to corral them to get everything done perfectly! He played all my “must plays” and I got lost in the bumping party! At one point I looked around and everyone from my 4 year old nephew to our 80 year old granny busting a move to Sexy Back

had our engagement session first and when we left my husband and I both were happy at that point with Richard, he was very easy going and never made us feel like we were posing for a camera. He told us some ideas of how to stand and let us do the rest. Some photographers can be a little awkward being that your standing in front of a complete stranger kissing your significant other for them to take a picture of, haha. But with Richard he made us feel comfortable and it was fun. We did our final appointment about two weeks before the wedding and he talked me through EVERYTHING. When I got off the phone i had no questions and it helped so much being that i was in that final stress stage of wanting everything to be done. Once the wedding came i asked if they would do some getting ready photos for us at the hotel we were getting ready at and he did not hesitate at the idea and made it happen. We even got to pop some champagne (: The wedding had a few bumps on my wedding party's side but Nick C our Dj and both Richard and Phillip worked with us and everything went smoothly. I could have not asked for anything more with a company, we had so many guests ask who we used and say how amazing they all were and how genuinely nice everyone was too. They were beyond anything we expected and were amazing in every single way. And the price is unbeatable. We didn't break the bank with Limelight and we got top dollar work out of it.. if we did it again i would chose Limelight every single time.
Richard was awesome and the young man that was working with him. From our engagement photos to the reception the pictures are awesome. Having the flash drive with all the pictures ...
is an awesome touch. They did a monogram for our reception that set the room to another level and the lights were great. Thank you for everything. I will see you soon when I set up an appointment for my family photo.
