Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, thanks to the exceptional service and beautiful ambiance provided by the Limelight Hotel Denver. From start to finish, every detail was flawlessly executed, leaving us and our guests with the most memorable night! We worked with Alicia Adrien who went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, her professionalism and expertise was top notch. She was responsive to all our questions, accommodating to our requests, and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire process. The culinary team from Citizen Rail (restaurant at Limelight) deserves a standing ovation for the insane dishes they prepared for our wedding reception. The menu options were extensive, and the food was both visually stunning and incredibly delicious. We received non stop compliments about how great the food was! If you're searching for a wedding venue look no further than the Limelight Hotel Denver. Alicia Arden and her team at Limelight Denver were key to our family last weekend for our son’s wedding. It was a one stop success for us with rooms, a rehearsal dinner in the Aspen Ballroom, food provided by Citizen Rail for the rehearsal and bridal brunch. The rooms are beautiful, the staff professional, helpful and always friendly. Alicia’s suggestion of Boxcar Transportation and A Perfect Petal for flowers checked all the boxes. We were incredibly lucky to have had our wedding at the Limelight Hotel (Formerly Kimpton Born). We looked at over 10 different venues throughout the Denver area and are so happy that we ended up going with this beautiful location. We had a lot of guests visiting from out of town so going with a hotel made a lot of sense for us, but Alicia and her team at the Limelight went above and beyond for us and exceeded all of our expectations from our initial meeting, to planning, to walkthroughs, all the way through our event. We (and our guests) also loved being so close to union station - we had all of our events in that area and our guests haven’t stopped mentioning how easy everything was. From our first consultation we knew we were in great hands. Alicia and her team made our big day feel extra special. She made sure our contract was in order and responded to our needs before we signed. She ensured our room block was set up correctly and corresponded efficiently with guests who needed special accommodations. Throughout the entire planning process Alicia responded to countless emails and phone calls to help us make sure all of our bases were covered. The hotel restaurant gave us a tasting, which Alicia attended and gave several suggestions about flow, timing, and the food. The chef also made special accommodations for us to make sure guests with dietary restrictions would be able to not only enjoy dinner, but a restriction friendly selection of hors d'oeuvres. Alicia also gave us a walkthrough one week out, answered all of our questions, and made sure she and our coordinator were aligned on our timeline. Our wedding day went smoothly because of Alicia and team’s care, thoughtfulness, and eye for detail. People always say something will go wrong on your wedding day, but we can honestly say nothing went wrong (or at least we didn’t notice anything that went wrong) and that’s because of the team at the Limelight! Overall, the level of detail in which things were managed, the quality of the space, the food and drinks that were served were all exceptional. Lots of people post wedding have asked, “after you’ve spent so much effort on this huge event, would you do it again?” And there’s no question we’d do it again, and more importantly there’s no question we’d have it at the The Limelight Hotel. We had our wedding reception here, with 125 guests. The customer service, FOOD and location were the best attributes of the venue. Out of town guests enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Union Station. The bakery the hotel uses customized our cake beautifully and it tasted great. The guest rooms are fairly small for the cost, and additional services that the wedding provides are not cheap. The Limelight made some concessions in their quote when we were making our final decision, to equate some benefits we had been offered at other comparable venues. Overall, I highly recommend this venue for weddings with a lot of out-of-town guests.
