Limo Emporium

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst vendor I have ever encountered. They do not care about your experience or the service they will provide, they only care about your money. We wanted a Chrysler limo for our wedding day hence the reason why we went with this vendor. However, on the day of our wedding, we got some old beat up limo (far away from the one promised in our contract). Also, the contract stated a bottle of Champagne, which was also not provided. While we were in the park, taking pictures, the limo started smoking so the driver propped the hood open!!!! C’mon! When the limo dropped us off, the driver insisted that I tell him how much I paid for the limo. SERIOUSLY? In addition, he stated he had to run because he had another pick up (we still paid for the limo for the next 30 minutes and were gonna take some pictures in it). Now the best part….are you ready? The limo DID NOT PICK US UP FROM RECEPTION!! Yup, we had to take a shuttle back to the hotel on the day of our wedding. No phone-call that night, no follow up the next day or the day after. I called the owner on Monday (wedding was Saturday) and he could have cared less. He was so nonchalant, like “yeah I know, my guy was running behind” and not once did he even apologize for his horrible service. Mind you, I ONLY had a limo for 2 hours and they charged me for 4 hours plus 80$ Gratuity. I attempted to work it out with the owner, Chuck, for 3 weeks- every day he told me he’d call me back and NEVER DOES. I finally told him I would go through my bank and file a refund as he charged me for services he did not provide (that’s fraud). He became very rude on the phone, threatening, and ended up having the lady co-owner call me (I think her name is Kathleen). She is the only one that expressed her apologizes for my experience and stated they will call me after they talk to the driver. A week goes by and I never heard from them, I called them she said they will call me in a few days. Needless to say I never heard from them. I ended up going to my bank and they refunded me the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have done my homework and read the reviews before booking them. Chuck charged me for services he did not provide- contract was well over violated, the service they did provide was HORRIBLE, and they sure don't deserve even a cent for gratuity.

Limo Emporium was the best! The driver was fantastic and was super accommodating to our older guests. He was on time, super nice, funny, and personable, and most importantly got all of our guests safely to and from the wedding! Thank you so much for your service.

We used Limo Emporium for my bachelorette party (winery tours) and the wedding. The price seemed very expensive for the bachelorette party, but for the amount of time we had the party bus the day of the wedding it seemed like a good deal. What makes them wonderful is the drivers. Both drivers we had were INCREDIBLY courteous and went above and beyond making the day that much easier and stress free.

MOST of my experiences with Limo Emporium were great, which is why I title this review "Disappointing." The female co-owner of the company was very friendly and accommodating, easy to work with, and gave us a great deal. The 18 passenger bus we reserved as a shuttle service between our wedding location and hotel was also very nice. HOWEVER, my interactions with the male co-owner of this company the day before the wedding made none of this worth it. I received a phone call from him during the afternoon the day before the wedding, INSISTING we needed to change our reservation bc he "didn't think we needed" the size bus we reserved. He proceeded to heatedly ARGUE with me, stating they gave us "too good of a deal," which made me extremely nervous that he would not honor our contract at all (which we paid in full months in advance). Turns out he had another group interested in our vehicle and apparently thought the best way to handle the situation was to bully me into changing our reservation. If he had even come to me in a friendly manner and been honest from the start, I would have considered accommodating, seeing how nice the female co-owner had been throughout our interactions. I sincerely regret to submit this review, but he was so unnecessarily rude and argumentative with me over a paid contractual agreement when I had many other things to be concerned with - It was nothing I would ever wish upon anyone working hard to make an event go off smoothly, professionally or personally.
