Limo Express

The communication up to the wedding was great. The driver was on time and he was where he needed to be, when he needed to be. However, we were very disappointed with how it all went down on the day of wedding. When our driver showed up, we were finishing our dinner. I was working my way around the table to thank all our guests for being there. Our planner asked me to step away because the limo driver needed to talk to me. I looked up to see him standing at the head table very straight faced holding paperwork. So I excused myself before making my way around to all our guests to tend to him. As I greeted him, he pulled me aside to read through the contract and have me sign paperwork. I'm not sure if this is company policy or his doing but I was very taken back by this as I already paid in full and had gotten the confirmation from you via email. As a wedding vendor myself and working with the rest of our vendors, everything was done beforehand so my husband and I didn't have to do business on the night of our wedding. Once we proceeded to the party bus, the lights were on but there was no music. We asked him to turn the music on. He informed us the only way to play music was through a cable, his cable was stolen, and he didn't have time to get a new one. But we could feel free to play our own music if we have a cable and ipod. Right... well, we don't just happen to carry around cables in our dresses and suits nor should we have to for a wedding event. Then we asked if he could just turn on the big screen tv. He informed us he could not do that either. He did not apologize or try to accommodate or put us at ease in any way. So we "partied" on the bus with no music and some flashy lights until we got to the hotel and my cousin got her cable. Only problem, if my cousin wasn't on the bus, no one got music because no one expects they should have to provide their own music on a "party bus". Very disappointing. Even more disappointing, I emailed the owner Carol almost these exact words to follow up after wedding. I never heard back from her.

I need to say that this may just have been their choice in driver. We had used them before and had a great experience. So the limo showed up 10 mins late to pick us up to drive us to our location, which would not have been that big of a deal because I had added extra time to the scheduled to make sure we had a 30min buffer. As we got in I noticed it was really hot in the limo, I asked him to turn on the AC. he stated it was controlled in the back of the limo. I explained that the back had no power and was not working, he argued with me for 15mins. Till he finally got out and looked at it, then he had to call someone to tell him to flip a switch in the front to turn on the power. FLAG 1 As we got on the road we were flung around that back of the limo because he did not just lightly press the break he slammed on them every time. My youngest daughter was trying to slowly move from the back to the front when he slammed on the breaks it torpedoed her all the way to the front. Forget having a nice relaxing pre-wedding time with my family, we were all holding on trying not to get thrown around! FLAG 2. He then pulled off the hwy and asked me if we were going to Flagstaff, WHAT??? He did not have the address I had provided and I had to climb through the window and show him how to program the correct address into his GPS. FLAG 3 As we were finally on our way I started to relax. Mind you we had a hour drive up to the ceremony site in Golden Gate State Park. As we were now about 30mins late I was starting to get concerned. Then the limo started making odd noises, and slowed to a stop on the side of the road. The driver rolled down the divider and said, and I quote "the limo is broken" nothing else. Not sorry, not any concern for me the Bride freaking out in the back seat! I then tried to calmly ask the plan, as he just grunted and said we were going to wait. We "waited" for an additional 30mins, before we finally got back on the road. (FYI he did nothing a good Samaritan pulled over and helped get the limo back up and running)As we finally got to the site we were a total of 1hour and 25min late to my wedding!!! FLAG 4 I think the final and last straw came when we arrived at the final designation as I was getting out of the limo he stated that we had gone an hour over and there was an overtime rate! I have never come across someone that had that much audacity! Really you almost ruined my wedding day and I need to pay overtime!!!!! We have reached out to the management of this company to discuss getting a refund for the service, but have not heard back...so this is my warning! Never use this company!

They helped us with a shuttle for our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and also did our limo from the wedding to our separate hotel. Prompt, professional and safe. Only downer was that our bottle of champagne was Andre... bring your own and you're good :-)

The limo driver was given the wrong address on his paperwork. He kept driving around for an address that didn't exist! My parent's called him after he was a half hour late and were able to clear everything up. We were still taking pictures when he arrived, so it didn't cause a problem at all! They had a red carpet, "Just Married" sign, and champagne and water in the limo. The driver was very professional and we had a smooth ride!
