times to Limo House, the services rendered were unacceptable. We had paid full in advance for three buses to accommodate transport to the church and reception on the day of the wedding, yet only two buses materialized. Two large buses were instructed to pick up passengers from the Brooklyn-based hotel at 12 pm and the third bus was instructed to arrive at 12:20 pm for the bridal party. Only one of the 12 pm buses arrived. Calls were made to Limo House of which their response was to give us a list of the drivers and their numbers. Despite our queries to which bus was driven by whom, the dispatcher didn't have an answer. As time was critical, we placed guests onto the bridal party bus and other guests were asked to get an Uber ride at their expense. We called Limo House multiple times and were told all three were dispatched and that Limo House would provide GPS tracking for the buses. The missing large bus was tracked at our hotel in Brooklyn a full hour before the agreed upon pickup. The driver of the missing bus nor anyone from Limo House reached out to our wedding coordinator or ourselves to let us know of their 45-minute early arrival. We also encountered a similar situation after the church ceremony when we were waiting for the 3 buses to take the guests and the bridal party to Dumbo Brooklyn. Again, we crammed as many guests into the two buses that did arrive near the church with a dozen guests taking Uber service at their own expense. The sole reason we hired Limo House was to ensure our guests (many from outside NYC) have an enjoyable and stress-free experience. We looked at several transportation services before settling on Limo House, partially due to their professional looking website. That in itself is misleading, as the buses that picked us up were branded with other company names. I suspect that this company is more of a transportation broker that farms out jobs to independent drivers/bus companies. The owner (whom we dealt with on transactions) never stepped into the situation to remedy things, instead relying on a dispatcher. When we reached out after the wedding to Limo House about the situation, the company initially offered a $300 refund for the inconvenience. We counter-offered, asking for a refund of 1/2 of the missing bus cost. We were then informed that there would be no refund, as "services were provided as agreed". Puzzled by the response, multiple messages were left for Limo House asking for clarification with no response. It’s truly unfortunate the lack of response and professionalism that was exhibited. As a service business, we feel that Limo House should have taken ownership of the transportation mishap and provided a solution at the time or a reimbursement afterwards. Instead, they attempted to place blame on the wedding coordinator and ourselves, despite the fact that one of our large buses never picked up a single passenger on both trips nor called the coordinator or ourselves of the missing bus' location. A wedding is one of the most important days in one's life. You owe it to yourself and your guests to hire vendors who deliver the best experience possible. Do yourself a favor and look beyond Limo House for your transportation needs.

SUPER professional. The car was always ahead of time and ready and waiting for us whenever we needed to go to our next location. The driver opened every door for us, made sure the bride could get off and on and around easily with her dress, and was so courteous the entire time. We would highly recommend Limo House for your transportation needs!

Royce. They were kind and respectful and very helpful in the torrential rain we experienced, holding the umbrellas as we got in and out. They provided champagne and the limo was super cool and up to date. The Rolls Royce was AMAZING! I felt like such a princess. However, there were also things about our experience that were negative. As soon as the limo picked us up to go to the church, I kept getting texts and phone calls to pay the remainder of the bill. While I understand the need to get paid, I told the person on the phone I was about to walk into church for the wedding and I would have to do it when I got out. He was a bit rude on the phone, and while I understand that they need to be paid, they already had my credit card information in case of default in payment. In addition, he kept saying that in our contract it said that we had to pay before getting in the limo, which actually is not stated anywhere on our contract. He kept harassing me for payment while I was in the middle of the wedding and trying to help the driver navigate to the location for our wedding photos. Next, the sun roof in the limo was leaking HEAVILY. My father ended up getting rained on and had to open an umbrella INSIDE the limo so as not to get wet. Once we were dropped off at the church and ran in to avoid the rain, the limo drove off with our flowers in the trunk. I obviously don't blame him- it was an accident- but I started getting very overwhelmed and stressed because it was 2 minutes until I was supposed to walk down the aisle. My father ran out in the rain after the limo, thinking it would wait in the parking lot, but it was not to be found. I had left my phone in the limo because I had no pockets in my wedding dress, so I had my maid of honor google the company and call them. I was freaking out a little on the phone but I don't think I was rude. Just stressed. And then the man on the phone was incredibly rude saying something like "Well ma'am, he can't just stay there. He has to go around the block. Give him five minutes." I tried to ask for the driver's phone number, but he hung up on me. We ended up starting fifteen minutes late waiting for the flowers. Lastly, payment was weird. We were in the Rolls Royce and the driver had us pay a different company than Limo House? Then Limo House started bothering me for payment and I told them we paid and they stopped bothering me. I don't know what kind of game they are playing or if they are contracting out to a different company, but it was strange. All in all, the Rolls Royce was amazing and made me feel like a princess! The drivers were amazing! Otherwise, this company is awful.
