Top Town is a great service, I highly recommend. Our driver, who was very friendly and accommodating, arrived early and waited patiently as we were running late. The bus was incredibly clean, the Bluetooth music was easy to set up and made the ride a lot of fun, and after our wedding ceremony, there was a red carpet leading to the bus and a champagne toast for us. The bus fit our wedding party and family (21 people) comfortably with room to spare.

When looking our wedding day transportation, we found that Limoride had the best and most reasonably priced options for us. We used two of their limos and a shuttle bus. The drivers were professional and timely, and the limo was a comfortable ride. We would highly recommend them for any event.

Once we booked our wedding venue, one of the next big items we decided to tackle was the transportation. We looked at quite a few limousine companies all throughout NJ – and we couldn’t find a company that was affordable AND showed us cars that were maintained and kept clean, not showing a ton of wear and tear. That changed when we arrived to look at a few different vehicles at Limo Ride in Clifton. We ended up booking two different vehicles after looking at about 8 different options that were available; we went with a 24 passenger Tiffany Party Bus and a 14 Passenger Cadillac Escalade. Both vehicles were in great shape, and the salesman gave us prices that were much less than the competition. We put a deposit down and paid the rest about 3 weeks prior to the wedding. We only had to travel up to Clifton once, and everything else was done over the phone (confirmations, final payments, and some slight changes to the locations for our first looks photos). Considering we booked the vehicles pretty far in advance, we did not know the final wedding day timeline. We originally had the limo’s arriving at 11am, but it turns out we did not need them till 1pm. We decided to keep the original plans, since it had already been paid for and both vehicles arrived on time at 11am. We notified them that plans has changed slightly and we wouldn’t be leaving till 1pm – they were both patient and waited for us. We drove from the hotel to the location of our first look pictures, then to the church for our wedding ceremony, and finally to our reception. Both drivers were great, on time, and had no issues with directions or the locations on our planned route. Both vehicles were stocked with water and champagne. After our ceremony they even rolled out a red carpet with two glasses filled with champagne ready and waiting for us! Used them for my wedding a few months ago and was extremely disappointed. We got a limo for the bridal party, an SUV to shuttle my parent's and in-laws, and an extra shuttle to bring guests back and forth from the hotel to the reception hall. Despite confirming pick up times and locations multiple times within the week leading up to the wedding and even building in about 1/2 an hour of extra time, the limo got me to my ceremony 1/2 an hour late. Needless to say, the groom was a nervous wreck and the guests were not thrilled. As a bride on your wedding day, the last thing you want is to be getting phone calls from your limo driver telling you he is lost, especially when he was supposed to be at your location already. After the ceremony, the limo driver got lost going back to the reception venue (which he had just picked me up from an hour earlier). To make matters worse, I finally arrive to my reception hall and am getting ready to begin taking pictures when my cell phone begins ringing again. It was Top Town Limo Ride calling to tell me their shuttle was late picking up my guests from the hotel.

We rented the Platinum Tiffany Party Bus on July 21, 2017 for our wedding. Limo Ride was absolutely FANTASTIC! The party bus was brand new, beautiful, spacious, and clean! Our driver was timely, professional, accommodating, flexible, and sweet! It was an EXTREMELY hot day and the driver kept the party bus SO cool for everyone, making our trips even more enjoyable! LimoRide truly provides you with a party on wheels! I had taken a party bus to and from my prom, so I found it appropriate to go with the party bus option again for my wedding. We had a large wedding party and I wanted to make sure everyone was in one place for the wedding photos and having a great time while waiting around. LimoRide got the party started from the minute we left the house. Heading to the church, I thought I would be super nervous. With the music blasting, and my bridesmaids on the bus jamming out with me, I didn’t have time to be nervous for a minute. My parents were even grooving, and my dad keeps saying that the party bus was one of his favorite parts of the wedding. It was a chance for everyone to enjoy themselves throughout the typically daunting formal wedding photo process. Plus there was a bathroom on board, so what more could we need? Selecting a transportation vehicle has never been easier. My husband and I had a large bridal party therefore we went with a party bus. The driver arrived early to all destinations and was very nice throughout the day. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of service was great!

We had Top Town limo as our wedding day limo and they did not disappoint. The 14 person tuxedo limo showed up to my house about 45 minutes early (did not charge me for that extra time), and waited patiently until we were ready to leave. Our driver provided red carpet service and a bottle of champagne to enjoy. He was a quick driver and very safe. He helped us load all of our items into the limo and helped us unload as well. The limo was clean and beautiful and made a lot of neighbors come out of their house to take a look! Really pleased 100% with our service.

Top Town was up front about costs and priced fairly. They allowed me to easily view the exact vehicle in person to confirm cleanliness. They were on time, professional, knew exactly where they were going, and even went out of their way to pre-decorate the party bus to our exact specifications so it was ready upon arrival. Would highly recommend them as they were easy to communicate with and our most reliable wedding vendor.

BOO- This company sucks- I ordered a van to pick us up (14 PEOPLE) from a popular wedding venue in Hamburg, NJ at 12:15am and he never showed up. They claim the driver was there, but THE IDIOT DRIVER, he never got out of his van or looked for us at the lobby exit, WE STOOD OUTSIDE FOR 45 MINUTES WAITING. Our phone was dead so he could not call us. HOW DOES SOMEONE MISS 14 PEOPLE HE IS SUPPOSED TO PICKUP??! We were charged for half the amount on my VISA card, $125, even though we had no service. We finally rented 3 taxis at 1 am and got home safely.

We recently hired Limo Ride to transport guests from a hotel in Manhattan to the wedding chapel (2 trips) and then from the chapel to the reception venue (3 trips) in Manhattan for our daughter's wedding. We could not have been happier with the service! Our driver, Luis, was punctual and very pleasant and helpful. The bus was immaculate (a 37 passenger bus). Lorraine booked the trip at Limo Ride and she was very gracious and helpful with all my questions and concerns. This service was a great value as well. A 10% gratuity was included in the cost, but we could not in good conscience fail to give Luis a 20% plus tip. We highly recommend Limo Ride.

Limo service was great. Best prices and the best limos. Showing up on time and having the correct limo is what it's all about when using a limo company, and they came 10 minutes early on the wedding day and the limo, which was a 14 passenger Escalade, was just perfect. I'm the type of guy who shops around a lot, and LimoRide had the best prices and really, really nice and newer limos. I booked with the Asst. GM Kevin and he was really awesome to deal with. Our driver Mike was awesome too. We had a lot of stops and the reception was 40 minutes from where we took pictures, but Mike took great routes and got us everywhere we needed to be on time. He also was great to remind us we needed to take photos doing the toast. And they provide champagne and a red carpet for that. You hear all these horror stories about limo services for weddings, but LimoRide was just awesome. I would highly recommend. And like I said, you are not going to beat their prices. I used LimoRide for my wedding and they were great! From the very beginning, they were friendly and easy to work with. On the day of my wedding, everything worked perfectly. They were on time and were very courteous.

I'm not totally sure if I can find a better word than perfect. This was for my son's wedding. Our Coordinator, Sharon Lala was magnificent. Every detail was performed with ease. The limos were on time, the drivers totally professional, and coordinating our group was no small task. In fact, it was a scheduling nightmare! We had 3 buses and 2 limos coming in from New York city and New Jersey to the church in NYC, all arriving at different times, then transporting again to the venue in New Jersey and under a very, very strict time schedule. Not one hiccup, glitch, or problem. HIRE THEM!!! You will be so delighted you did.

Prompt, friendly service. They were where they needed to be, on time, and were very accommodating. My Dad left a bag on the bus by mistake, and they not only tracked it down for him, but they brought it to him. We were very pleased with our experience.

We ordered several forms of transportation - limo for the wedding party, several shuttles for our guests, and get-away car for my husband and I. Everything came on time and even adjusted for after the wedding when people were a little bit slow in leaving our venue. We rented a 23 person party bus and a Rolls Royce for our wedding. Short of the long, they got everyone from point A to point B so it wasn't a wedding transportation disaster, BUT there were many errors: 1) They NEVER CALLED US to tell us they had arrived for pick-up, despite our instructions to do so. We didn't want to bride or groom hanging out in the hotel lobby for people to see ahead of time so we asked that they call when they were outside. They never did so we had to eventually call them to get a status and ended up starting the transportation to the church 15 minutes late (the bus was doing 2 loops - 1st to transport groom & groomsmen, then for bridesmaids). 2) They never told us that the Rolls Royce DOESN'T GO OVER 25mph. Luckily I'm an over planner/arrive everywhere 15 minutes early so I had allowed 30 minutes for a trip that would normally take 11 minutes, but had I not, THE BRIDE WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY LATE! 3) Per the contract, we paid our final balance in cash at the start of the service on the day of the wedding. Well 10 days after the service, while one our honeymoon, we see a $600 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE come through on our credit card from the limo company. They have no idea how that ended up happening and blamed it on "lack of communication from the driver who took the cash" (even though we were on the phone with accounting while we handed the cash balance over to the driver the day of the wedding). Once made aware by us, they did fix is within 48 hours, but I'm still skeptical of a company that UNAUTHORIZED charges your credit card and had we not been the type of people to look carefully at all of our charges line by line, we would have been out that money.

I found this company online. They were said to have the best rates in the state of NJ so I tried them out. We really didn't need a limo for too long because our reception and church and my parents house (where I came from after getting ready) were all within 10 minutes of eachother, but they have a 3 hour minimum which is understandable. I got a call the morning of my wedding telling me that we had been upgraded from a stretch excursion to a stretch escalade. The escalade was quite a bit more expensive which is why I didn't get it in the first place so I thought awesome sounds good. Well, imagine my disappointment when the limo showed up at my parents house and the A/C was broken. This was June 28th in NJ. It was 86 degrees. I couldn't believe it but didn't want to get angry right before I was getting married. The driver was as nice as nice could be but it didn't make up for the fact that while waiting at the front of the church for 10 minutes I thought I was literally melting in this limo. And on top of that, after the ceremony when the entire bridal party got into the limo, we barely lasted 10 minutes before we decided to just get dropped off at the reception (since we had the extra time we were going to drive around and drink/celebrate a little). Didn't happen. They were nice and tried to make up for it when I spoke with the manager. He gave us $200 back and a ONE WAY trip to the airport. When I asked if we could have a round trip airport ride he said that's not usually how they do it. That kind of sealed their fate with me. I thought that was just bad business. I spent close to $1,000 for a crappy limo that was "upgraded" because the flat screen tv in the excursion wasn't working that morning. What in God's name would I need a flat screen tv for on the day of my wedding in my limo???

Limoride is the best for limousines and town cars in the New Jersey area. We used them for our wedding day and on many other occasions, and we have never been disappointed. They are always on time and have great staff. I highly recommend this company!

I used Top Town Limo a few years back for my best friends bachelorette party and loved them, so decided to use them for my wedding this January. They did not disappoint. My Husband and I original booked our party bus and rolls Royce through Long Valley, then a few months before our wedding Long Valley just shut down and disappeared with our deposit! My husband when to Top Town the day we found out what happened with Long Valley and they not only booked us right away but also matched the price Long Valley was charging! Top Town is very professional and extremely trustworthy...I found out the hard way how important this is!

Top Town Limo Ride was fantastic! Our driver showed up 15 mins early and helped get me in and out of the limo (I had a huge train). He blasted the music for us in the limo on the way to the venue so we could start the party early and even laid out a red carpet for us to walk on. We enjoyed a chilled bottle of champagne on the way to pictures :) Great service, Moe was fantastic and so easy to work with. At the time of booking, I didn't know where we would be taking pictures (between church and reception), Moe said as long as I told them 4 days before the wedding, it wouldn't be a problem. The driver we had exceeded all of our expectations! Not only was he extremely professional, but the nicest guy. He made sure we were on time and even helped keep the photographer in check with time to we were not late. He literally came into the church with us and helped make sure the back of my dress was perfect before I walked down the aisle. We got a party bus because it was very hot on our wedding day and we wanted space. It was the best decision. Not only did it give us the room we wanted, but it was fun! The outside of the bus was classy and the inside allowed us to party and celebrate.

The limo overheated on the way to the wedding ceremony. Limoride sent another limo but HOURS after. We almost missed our photography appointment in Central Park, our flowers just about died because no AC worked on a crazy hot day and we almost missed our reception! Limo was on time (which we were quite worried about...you hear horror stories!) so we were happy with that. Our driver was very nice. Only problem was we needed to help direct where to go (getting to the church before the reception!)--guess it wasnt made clear to the driver when we made arrangements. Worked out okay, but a little bit frustrating that when you call, you speak with a bunch of different people who can't connect you to your driver until late the night before your wedding.

I thought we suppose to have champaign in the car. Other then that it was good. The limo came on time and the driver help us with the things to put in the car and unload it after we arrived at our destination.

We had a large wedding party and ordered a party bus. The party bus was pristine and classy. I would not recommend this comapny otherwise. First, they were late picking up my husband and the groomsmen, which in turn made me and my bridesmaids late. Then the week after the wedding, they charged us $124 extra without telling us. My husband had to call and find out why we had been charged. The responded saying that we ran past 5:30PM so they charged us overtime. We, however, were actually dropped at the reception at 5:15PM. My husnband had to argue with these people for two days to get the charged removed. When it came down to it, my husband made them check the GPS readings from the limo, which clearly showed that we did not run overtime. All the money was refunded, but it was a headache.

Then because the driver had to wait while we were finishing our pictures he charged me an extra $100 for waiting time even though I had ordered the driver to stay for 3 hours and he was only there for a total of 1 and 1/2 hours. DO NOT USE THEM! They do not stick with their agreements and charge your credit card after discussing them the drivers error.
