s with many transportation companies, we decided on Limos Alive. We went with a large party bus style. Our reception and ceremony was at the same venue, so we just need the shuttle to shuttle guests early afternoon for the ceremony, and then return later around 10 pm to start shuttling the guests back. Most other companies were charging us for the 5 hours inbetween, that we didn't need. Limos Alive was the only company to not charge us during that down time, which was amazing and saved us a lot of money! There were no complaints for the shuttle. The driver was on time, and no one was left behind at the end of the night, which was everything we wanted!

r service. My initial attraction was the price - they beat everyone by at least 10%. That made me cautious, so I asked a lot of questions. Becky Jo was patient and accommodating. The bus arrived to the hotel on the big day and it was nicer than I expected - very luxurious. It was decorated for the wedding, and they supplied a bottle of champagne and water. We needed two trips to the church (guys and girls), then a fun ride around town up until the reception. Dave was the driver and was awesome (the wedding party even commented about how professional he was). Dave was flexible, helped load extra food and coolers, and assisted with a surprise "icing" after the ceremony. I'm very pleased we used Limos Alive.

After hearing about Limos Alive and checking pricing, rules, etc. with all companies, we found that Limos Alive had exactly what we needed and for the BEST price. I initially spoke with Becky Boblie, who explained everything in detail in a professional and extremely personable way. She emailed me information on all types of vehicles available, and then she made her recommendations. During the entire process, Becky would always respond quickly to my questions, which is not always the case with such providers. She made everything go smoothly for us. We rented a 25 person bus/limo from Limos Alive. It was a great, clean, comfortable vehicle. The driver friendly and ON TIME for all timed pickups and drop offs. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Limos Alive!

He even stopped the bus to make sure our music was what we wanted to jam to between stops! Way to go! The bus was beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and large to accommodate our party; it even had a restroom in back! How cool?! Our experience was nothing less of perfection and would highly recommend Limos Alive to anyone in the need of total customer satisfaction! Thank you for making an impact on a special day!

15 of us riding on the party bus (which held 28 people). And the driver dropped us off at the venue without issue. That was the LAST correct thing that happened. After dropping us off, he knew to go to the hotel where my groom and his groomsman were getting ready. THE DRIVER TURNED AWAY THE GROUP. Claiming there were too many of them. (there were 13 people total...for a 28 passenger bus...) my groom and his groomsman had to take a small hotel shuttle to the venue. THEN we had scheduled photos to be taken off-site from the venue. it was a FOUR MINUTE DRIVE, he was provided a map and directions from a bridesmaid. He then drove 10 minutes in the WRONG direction. We had a VERY small window to take our bridal party photos mind you--30 minutes total as our MAXIMUM time, door-to-door. So then he starts driving in what seems to be the correct direction. until he drives past the photo location. we spent 40 minutes riding around in a bus, we didn't get our photos, and the music Bluetooth wasn't working for 35 out of the 40 minutes. AND to make matters worse, they way Limos Alive aka Chicago Bus Rentals decided to handle the situation was appalling. it took over a week of poor communication to get this minimally resolved. All-in-all it would be one thing if only one of these issues happened, but when you tie everything together, coupled with the fact that I will never be able to take the wedding photos again in my life, AND they poor way the company decided to handle the resolution, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. STAY FAR AWAY. This was the biggest waste of money.

issue I had was that I called and emailed with an updated itinerary and did not receive a response which caused a little anxiety in the last days before the wedding. I sent a text message the day of the wedding to confirm and received a quick response. Our driver was very friendly, he helped me when dress got stuck and held my flowers! The bus was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this company!

The day of the wedding everything was perfect, from arrival time, to transportation, safety, good driving by the driver, we did not feel rushed. Most importantly he was competitive with pricing. The limo was clean, smelled clean and well taken care of, not like one of the one off places that do not take care of their limos or smells like the party from the night before. o make sure everything is set for the big day! The party bus arrived on time as well. The first small issue was that we requested a white party bus, but a silver party bus arrived. The party bus was decorated beautifully! After mass, we were supposed to have a red carpet with champagne but it did not happen. Next we drove to the photography/reception venue. It was about an hour and a half drive. There were 18 people on the party bus. The party bus was SO hot that we were all dripping in sweat the entire time. Granted, we were dancing - but the AC was just not working at all. By the time we got to the venue I had to redo my hair and everyone was so sweaty!!! Then, when we were dropped off the driver told us that we have to clean up the bus. I had never heard of anyone cleaning up the party bus after themselves. There was a big group of us and we were dancing, but that's about the extent of it. I don't think there was more of a mess there than any other party bus for a wedding. Regardless, I really wanted to give this company a good review because the owner was so nice - but I had to leave it at a 3/5.

He was very professional as well as easy going and always accommodating putting our needs first. Danny was responsive making sure our questions were answered or to get back to us in a timely manner. He helped us with a 28 passenger Limo Bus that fit our wedding party of 20 and also had a bathroom inside. This was perfect for us as we had multiple stops for 8 hours on a busy Friday from different parts of the city then ending our stop in the suburbs. On a late notice request, Danny also helped us with an additional 10 passenger limo for a one stop trip at ease. Our limo bus was very clean and well kept from the exterior to the interior and came with everything a wedding party of our size would need. On top of that, we had phenomenal service from our bus driver Dave. He should be commended on his quality of customer service and hospitality! Our 10 passenger limo was just as good being a last minute addition providing great service. Working in the hospitality industry that handles events, vendors, and service I will definitely be recommending Limo's Alive to my clients and co-workers as well as family and friends. If you need transportation that is efficient, affordable, and provides quality service in the Chicagoland Area than Limo's Alive is it!

and the girls got picked up at 2pm by the same driver. The driver was PERFECTLY on time, and I arrived at the church with more than enough time. The driver let the girls stay in the air conditioned bus until we were ready to head into the church. The driver was very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. I also was happy with the booking process. Limos Alive is extremely fast with communication. They email back right away, or will return your call that same day. Booking was also very easy, and the bus gave us champagne and a case of beer as part of the package (just a nice added bonus). I would recommend their service to others planning a wedding or other event.

This was the only company I found that was able to pick me and my girls up and then go pick my husband and his groomsmen up without charging us for 2 different limos. I am very happy with my service.
