Dianne began her career in the transportation industry 20 years ago. She successfully managed a small startup limousine company, where she oversaw customer relations, billing, dispatching, and operations. 10 years later this company merged with a larger transportation corporation. Dianne stayed on and successfully developed the Meetings & Special Events division. During her tenure, she also managed their Sales and Marketing program. She enjoys working with people and prides herself with the business relationships she has built over the years.

I could not recommend Limousines of Newport and Providence more! From start to finish, Dianne and her team made booking transportation for our guests so easy. I had to make schedule changes a couple of times - Dianne made these changes without any issue. The bus driver the day of our event was kind, prompt, and got everyone to our destinations safely. Reasonably priced. I am so glad we booked with Limousines of Newport and Providence and hope to use their services again in the future! Thank you, Dianne and all of the staff!!

We hired Limousines of Newport and Providence for our big day in Narragansett this past May. Dianne and her team were an absolute dream to work with. They were easy to communicate with, their drivers were prompt and courteous, and they helped make the day flow with such ease. We are so glad we chose them for our transportation needs for the big day. We 100% recommend splurging for the Rolls Royce, it is a beautiful car. Absolutely phenomenal! Cannot recommend enough! From the booking with Dianne, to our drivers Mike and Eddie, everyone was professional to work with. We had a 14 person limousine for our bridal party as well as a sedan at the end of the night to bring the bride and groom back to our hotel. Everything was on time, clean, kind, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everyone stayed dry getting in/out of the limo as it was drizzling slightly. At the end of the night, the sedan that was supposed to pick us up got in a fender-bender, and Dianne immediately texted me (the bride) to let me know the car would be a little late that they were sending out a new one immediately. The promptness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Cannot recommend them enough for any transportation services.

Owner and drivers easy to work with. Flexible stops included at end of event night which was a great option to offer a few guests. Driver made a pit stop for us as well when we needed to get our speaker to the reception.

I am incredibly happy I used Limos of Newport and Providence for my wedding. Dianne was easy to work with and helped me to figure out the details of the day. Both drivers were prompt and got to all of our locations on time and the shuttles were very clean. I appreciate how smoothly my wedding day went because of their services.

We contracted a vintage rolls Royce, a 20 passenger super stretch limo, a 10 person limo and 2 school buses for guests through Limos of Newport and Providence for our wedding in Kingston & Plymouth MA on 10/1/22. We had a 200+ person wedding with a huge bridal party and the transportation being taken care of so seamlessly was such a relief to get everyone where they needed to be. The sales manager Dianne was great to work with and extremely responsive. Everything showed up on time and was great, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend using this as your wedding transportation! We used them for our transportation to our rehearsal dinner at Newport Vineyards (from various VRBOs) and again on our wedding day at Newport Beach House for transportation to/from 3 different hotels! Dianne was super organized and helpful with planning which made execution on day of seamless! I would highly recommend!

Not a single regret!
Dianne was great to work with leading up to the event and went above & beyond to make sure we got everything we needed for our wedding. It sometimes takes a bit of time to get a response from Dianne but, when you do, it'll have everything you asked for and more. You can also tell that Dianne REALLY cares about the experience of the bride & the groom and takes so much pride in her work.
Our drivers (Joe & Chris) were absolutely delightful to work with and both were very flexible with our slight delays and minor changes in plans. Joe made sure we all knew champagne was available on the Trolley while our Wedding Party waited for my now-husband & I to take pictures and aptly navigated a very tricky parking situation on Ocean Road. We asked Chris to show up to our after party a bit later in the evening than originally planned and he was very patient as we watched the end of the Celtics game and said goodbye to all our guests.

It was my dream to have a trolley for our wedding, but we were getting married during a holiday weekend with many COVID rescheduled weddings and options were limited. I am so glad to have worked with Dianne - she was super helpful and accommodating, including setting up a drop off at the end of the night. Our driver on the day of the wedding was SUPER nice, offering us gum and mints. He also found us nice shadey areas cool off when we were taking photos. We had a vintage white trolley - it would have been nice to have some air conditioning. I thought it looked a bit more bus-like than traditional trolley but it was perfect for what we wanted and the price was reasonable!

From the beginning, Diane of Limousines of Newport and Providence was quick to return my call and email and provide me with a quote for my wedding. The prices were reasonable compared to others in the area and the communication was always prompt and very organized. Limousines of Newport and Providence made our wedding perfect in every way. They were on time with 2 pick ups and had a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us in the beautiful Limo. Red carpet into the Limo made us feel like so special and relaxed we didn't have to worry about driving. We would definitely hire them again!

Dianne was wonderful to work with! She helped us reschedule our booking by a year due to Covid, and leading up to the wedding helped us to map out our shuttle routes (three 55-person coaches) - which were a bit complex as our guests were spread across many locations.
