The day of the wedding the entire wedding team we had was beyond amazing. Everything went off with a hitch. No hiccups and everything went so smoothly which was awesome. They made sure to take care of what my husband and myself needed all night the day of our wedding if we ran out of drink they made sure we had another one. Any question we had during that night they gave us an answer. It was worth it and a beautiful memory we will always have. I would definitely recommend Lindsay Grove 100%. They really listen to what you want for your dream wedding and really do make it come true.

We fell in love with the quaint, historic feel of Lindsay Grove and were happy to pursue a kind of turn-key planning experience without sacrificing a picturesque venue. As planning proceeded, the team at Lindsay Grove made the experience fun and easeful with their cheerful attitudes and relaxed approach to the details. They were never thrown by us changing our minds, whether it be about the napkin fold or the entire table layout, and their easy confidence made us feel calm and excited as we got closer to the day. I also never felt like I was being upsold. They were always helpful and transparent and truly seemed like they just wanted to help us have the day we wanted! When it came to the day itself, we were blown away by how beautiful everything looked. A little part of me was nervous that we might be sacrificing some quality with an all-inclusive style event, but that wasn’t the case at all. On the day of the wedding, the Wedgewood team coordinated effortlessly with both their partner vendors and the vendors I hired myself. The included florals and cake looked stunning, and we got so many compliments on how nice the venue was, how good the food was, and how smoothly the evening went. As the bride and groom, we felt like we were in great hands from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, and I truly had an amazing day. I felt like royalty walking around there! I’m so glad to have avoided the fate of the miserable bride, and I can’t recommend Lindsay Grove and the Wedgewood experience enough!

. The location plus the staff was the perfect answer. Arianna was our coordinator and she did a superb job of pulling this whole celebration together! We had 70 guests and the venue was perfect. All details, all vendors, came together for this blessed celebration. Arianne made sure we were on track and all details seemed effortless thanks to Arianne and staff. a wedding venue that could accommodate about 100 guests with an outdoor ceremony (we got married in March which is the best time of year in AZ) and an indoor reception. I (bride) planned the entire wedding myself so I wanted a venue that was “all inclusive” and recommended vendors so I didn’t have to go searching all over the place. We had our own photographer/videographer, hair and makeup, but other than that we used all of Lindsay Groves preferred vendors! We chose the elite package which had absolutely everything we wanted and more. I would recommend this to anyone! The planning process was simplified as Lindsay Grove had 4 meetings before our wedding, and we got to attend an open house to try out food/drinks and meet our vendors beforehand a few months! The also provided us with a complete planning journal that outlined everything to do and the timeline it should be completed in. The website to customize and order our invites was so easy to use! We used the leftover credit on custom cocktail napkins and fans for the outdoor ceremony. The food and drinks at our wedding were the best I have ever had at a wedding and I’m not just saying that because it was my own. Bartending was AMAZING! Food was hot, tasty, and flavorful. The DJ and officiant provided by direct sounds were so friendly and did a great job. Everyone danced ALL night after dinner! Our flowers were absolutely beautiful! The custom centerpieces matched our bouquet and boutonnière. The cake and cupcakes were delicious! The venue itself was so beautiful, we had minimal decorations. We had a photo booth included in our package which we incorporated into our guest book. Such a cute idea! Our day of coordinator was fabulous and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our banquet captain was so amazing! We had so much fun with the staff at our wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend booking here if you’re in search of your perfect wedding venue!

so special. However, during the planning process, it was frustrating to communicate with the venue team because we kept getting new information that would contradict what we were told before. It was also frustrating to find out the only way to sample the catered foods was at the "extravaganza," which is only 2x a year so we weren't able to do our tasting until a couple weeks before our wedding date, and then not even all of the options were available to taste! Finally, the end of the wedding was a little chaotic because as soon as the last dance ended, the clean-up staff came out and we got no help collecting anything and were given dirty looks when we had the audacity to sit down for a minute while we were packing up to leave since our feet hurt. In the end, the wedding day went very well, but the process of working with the team was very frustrating and that could be in part due to the fact that we never worked with the same person until we got our assigned coordinator 10 days before the wedding.

e, asking if I needed anything. The banquet captain was amazing as well. We had appetizers, cake, desserts, and drinks placed on our table for us. They really anticipated our every need. Weather was touch and go the week leading up to the wedding and our reception was planned for one of their outdoor spaces but they had several options should it rain and we wouldn't need to give an answer until a few hours before the start of the wedding. The space itself is beautiful. My favorite part is that their decor is already so nice that you don't really need extra stuff. My bank account thanks them for that haha. There is so much more I could say to rave about this place but then my review wouldn’t fit lol. Everything was perfect and if I had to do it all over again I would pick Lindsay Grove every time. I will add one more thing. A lot of reviews I’ve seen complained about not having the same event coordinator throughout the planning process, we got lucky and happened to have the same one which was really nice. However, since I had read reviews I was prepared to not have the same person and would have been ok with that. They take very detailed notes at each planning meeting and review them with you at the start of each meeting and again at the rehearsal so I don’t think it would have resulted in any issues. I truly have no complaints about how my wedding turned out. Lindsay Grove handled everything incredibly well and I hope this review helps convince you to choose them!

eed. Bailee, our day-of coordinator, was so kind and knowledgeable about all things wedding. She was there for me the whole day. And Mia, our banquet head, was so sweet and active about making sure we were fed and had drinks. Book your wedding through wedgewood!! It’s so easy, and locations are beautiful.

edule. No one knew the schedule. Multiple guest told me they saw my coordinator in her office on her phone and my photographer said she looked all over to help move things along and couldn’t find her anywhere. The DJ comes with the venue and he sent me the schedule with the itinerary of the day. On the day of he didn’t help at all. My photographer asked him when speeches would start and he said “I don’t know.” I had to be the one to move things along and they stressed me out the entire reception. Speeches were supposed to be at 6:15 and instead we did them at 8pm. My sister even asked around 6:30 about speeches and the coordinator said “not until much later” even though the schedule said 6:15. At 8 we did speeches, dances with the parents, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and garter toss all one right after each other since we were so far behind and we started dancing at 8:30. Everything was so rushed and my coordinator left around 7pm and then the banquet caption took over. Didn’t see that guy one time. Although my guest described him as the man all in black that just looked mad and leaned up against the bat the entire wedding. The Dj is a whole other story. I had a video to play during dinner. I only wanted it during dinner so it didn’t take away from the wedding. Right before my grand entrance, the dj comes up to us and says “I have bad news..” He told us he cousins get the video to work and is still working on it. the equipment was from his company but different then the one they normally use. I have him a usb and emailed it to be safe but he didn’t practice it on the new equipment until the day of. He proceeded to come over multiple times to tell us it’s now working but hes trying different things (A huge reason dinner was almost two hours long). I asked the DJ multiple times to stop working on the video and move on to speeches because I wanted to dance. I appreciate all of his work trying to play the video but I wanted it played during dinner so the video did not take away from dancing. My mom asked and so did my husband but he still worked on it. He worked on it and keept the blue screen up for the longest time and people said their eyes hurt from the blue screen and it’s in my first dance photos. My husband told him to turn off screen. He got it to work a little before 8 and then he played it while no one was eating anymore which was the opposite of what I wanted. I also asked for the invoice on multiple occassions and he kept saying he would send it over and never did but then brought up the money to my husband during our reception. He also made an announcement right before playing the video explaining that he has been trying to work on it and things don’t always work behind the scenes and that we worked hard on this video. Wasn’t needed. A lot of time was already wasted. I had a guest tell me recently that my dinner was too long and the video was long too. Again it was 7 minutes and was supposed to play while people were eating. The details were perfect though and the venue is gorgeous and a lot comes with the venue which is why I gave 3 stars. Lindsay Grove…do better. My day is now bittersweet because of you. A day I’ve been dreaming about for years. We planned EVERYTHING and I trusted you guys to take charge the day of. You really let us down.

The staff was accommodating, helpful, and SO sweet and answered every question we possibly could have had in a QUICK manner! As soon as I left Lindsay Grove that day, I immediately knew that I wanted to get married there. I felt at home. They even helped us choose our photographers (Wynsum Marrow), who we are BEYOND thankful for! The whole entire planning process was easy, smooth, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helping me plan for this big event of 130+ people! The day of the wedding… I have tears thinking about it!! IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!! Truly, the whole entire day was beyond perfect and more than anything I could’ve ever imagined and it is all thanks to the staff at Lindsay Grove. They completely took my vision and made it come to life! The lighting, the brand new paint on the walls, the AMAZING food (talk about a ton of options, too!), the sparklers and bridal/groom suites also made our experience enjoyable & perfect!! From Amanda our day of coordinator, to Tim the bartender, BStarr as the DJ, and everyone who helped out on our big day - we cannot thank you ENOUGH, EVER!!! We are SO thankful that we found Lindsay Grove & are happy that we made lifelong friends from our big day, also! We will be talking about this day for the rest of our lives :)

ng meeting, had countless phone calls/emails. They day of my rehearsal, I felt like I was a walk-in who just decided to have a wedding the next day. None of my plans or details were noted. I had to go over everything with Amber, who didn’t exactly make our day feel special in the slightest. So many details were missed. A kids meal was forgotten, the venue absolutely refused to make another. Claiming they only had a total of the 6 chicken tenders and handful of fries that was served to the other 2 children. During pictures, not one server came out to offer my bridal party a drink, glass of water, even though it was hot and they couldn’t join cocktail hour. Amber left at the start of dinner, the rest of the waitstaff were all very young and simply didn’t care. They were unprofessional, careless and rude. I had 12 guests no-show and I was told none of that food could have been sent home with us even though we did plated meals. We did get the top of our cake to take home, but we have no idea where the rest went. My MOH was told she could not have a box to take some home. 12 meals paid for, not served and I was still charged extra for vendor meals. The extra beer purchased for the burro was never put out, instead it was placed in their back bar refrigerator. The twinkle lights on my decor weren’t turned on, I paid $150 for the uplighting, asked for a mauve or champagne color, specifically said anything but pink. The lighting was hot pink. Unfortunately, on the day of, the bride doesn’t have the time to do a walk through. You get what you get. I had hoped that after a year of sharing my vision with the staff at Lindsay Groves, I would have the wedding of my dreams. We ended up getting a private florist due to the lack of communication and follow through with their florist. As my Mom was packing up after the wedding, one of the wait staff grabbed the glass bouquet cylinders out of her box and said they belonged to the florist. She could not take them. They did not belong to their florist and why was staff not aware of that. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately that is about all Lindsay Groves has to offer. I will never get a do-over if that day, don’t make the same mistake I did with choosing this venue.

lie to your face with no qualms. they ripped out my favorite part of the venue 3 days before the wedding. when we arrived to confront them, they continued lying about how they had no choice. they consistently gaslit me and tried to make me out like a bridezilla for being upset about the parking lot and they love to use the phrase "no other bride has ever complained about this before" they'll tell you that the horses next door don't smell, but they absolutely do. during our rehearsal a gust of wind blew horse shit all over everyone and they said "wow, we've never seen that before" they ripped up the asphalt of the parking lot 4 days before the wedding and promised it would be fixed. they didn't fix it. they denied my mom appetizers because they had already put them away and she missed them for pictures. they took plates away from my family's table while they were helping set up a video. (not their job, they had forewarning about the video) and wouldn't let them through the buffet line to get a replacement. the bartender and the staff were talking shit about my guests, they overheard and were upset. after all this, the manager audibly complained that we were in the parking lot waiting for my horse and carriage to arrive at 10:20. they don't care about you. they don't care about details. you are nothing but a dollar sign to them.

We were in very capable hands - the day of coordinator and the banquet captain that took over later were such a joy! Oh AND the food was delicious. Still dreaming about the ham and mashed potatoes.

They made it as simple and stress-free as possible and was always there when I had a question. They made our day so special and so amazing and I am so sad that it is all over. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Nicole, our banquet captain, was amazing in every possible way. She was always there asking if we needed anything, and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Amanda was also amazing, showing us exactly where to go and making sure everything was taken care of. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and I want to thank everyone there for making our day perfect!

concerned me about the way the night was handled: Cupcake station was covered with ants by the middle of the night. Om top of having to the throw them away, people were deterred from eating them because of the ants and so they were literally a waste. People were searching for water because the water wasn't being refilled. I, the bride, had to go to the bar and ask for water three times and they said they would be bringing us drinks all night. We had planned that we were going to do dollar dances, and that never happened despite that being written into our time line from when we booked. We had print outs for Venmo codes for the dollar dance that I found shoved in our box of stuff. They tried to charge us for the indoor fee and the outdoor fee. Good thing we were keeping track of how much we owed on our own.

ake sure the day was perfect. They made it possible for family members to play music for the new couple and the DJ was AMAZING! There was a gentlemen staff member who was so kind and helpful with our disabled grandfather and the bartender was so awesome that the guests are still talking about him. The food was delicious and the guests all expressed how much they enjoyed it. The wedding could not have been more perfect and we were so thankful for the wonderful staff, setting, food and drinks. They certainly went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter will remember this day as her happiest day for the rest of her life.

Everything ran incredibly smooth, she was able to assist the families and the guests and was able to keep the whole day on schedule so I had nothing to stress over. Jeff our Dj, through wedgewood, did an incredible job with extremely limited instructions; i said the four songs we needed and trusted him for everything else, and it was perfect! I was so confident in the quality of all their vendors including in bloom floral and piece of cake desserts, and the guests raved about both! Last shout out goes to our event captain Jesse who made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for everything wedgewood, and our biggest thank you goes out to Dana.

cancelling left and right due to COVID-19 and on top of that, the original rehearsal dinner location reservation was canceled 1 day before rehearsal and they solved all of our problems! Dana and Stacey were able to reach out to "Colby falls" another Wedgwood property and reserve us a room for our wedding party, family and guest to enjoy our rehearsal dinner. Dana was amazing from helping get our dogs dressed and everyone all lined up for the ceremony to start, all the way until the event captain took over. Mallorie was beyond wonderful and even helped me take my dogs out for a potty break mid reception. We were able to have our beautiful dream wedding on 3/15/2020- just hours before the CDC put a limit on the number of people to gather at an event and our wedding was not ruined or postponed due to the coronavirus. We will never be able to thank them enough for everything they did to help ensure our whole wedding experience was as perfect and magical from the very beginning of planning and we appreciate that so much. You get A LOT for your money too. Invitations, a huge buffet with actually good food and their vendors are really excellent. The only vendors I used outside of their preferred ones were my Officiant (family friend) and florist (I like more modern flowers and found someone close to my work whom I love). I can't say enough positive things. My Wedding was truly a dream. I was happy and carefree all night knowing everything was taken care of. If it's in your budget, just book with Wegewood. They will make your wedding so much easier than trying to do so much by yourself. You won't regret it.

ever knew who our planner was cause it was always changing, my biggest issue was some expensive things went missing and we're never found. If you don't need it, don't bring it cause if you're part of the wedding you won't have time to keep an eye on everything. We lost a JBL speaker that we brought to listen to music and a necklace that was given as gift but left at our head table, anything else wasn't a big deal, like small decor.

The vendors such as the florist, baker, etc. provided by the venue were so easy to work with and delivered exceptional results. I truly couldn't be happier and I am SO happy I chose this venue!
