Lindsay Lakes is a hidden gem in Northwest Houston area. The property is breathtaking! We had our June wedding inside the chapel on property, however I could only imagine how bea...
utiful an outside wedding in front of the waterfall would be! One visit to the property and I knew our wedding had to be held here! I could write a book full of my positive experiences while interviewing, booking, and planning our wedding at Lindsay Lakes. Working with Jenn, Anna and Jackie made our process an ABSOLUTE JOY! The staff at our reception were exceptional – almost invisible yet the details were performed perfectly! The food was delicious – prepared onsite by the Lindsay Lakes chefs the day of our wedding! Our guests commented that our dinner was one of the best wedding meals they ever had – we agreed! Our wedding coordinator (Jackie) had our plates and drinks waiting for us at our table – she made sure we got to enjoy our meal, too! Beyond the picturesque property which set the perfect wedding scene, my number one recommendation of Lindsay Lakes has to be the staff and their willingness to do whatever it took for us to pull off the wedding of our dreams!
I can't say enough good things about this venue! They were such a big help in the planning process. Our day of coordinator was Anna and she was a rockstar! She made sure everything...
ran smoothly and was available any time we needed her. She anticipated our needs and was such a fun addition to the party as well! Everyone at the venue was friendly and excited about our big day! We had so many compliments on the food as well! They are a wonderful team and if you're considering them - DO IT!
They provided such a dream experience! The coordinators and staff were very responsive through out the whole planning time and day of. When we started to fall behind the coordinato...
r helped me find away to stay on time and still have the whole experience. Everything ran so smooth! The food was fantastic! The recommended vendors were amazing!! I couldn’t have had a better wedding day!
My husband and I got married on June 27, wow. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we loved everything about Lindsey Lakes. Courtney was our wedding coordinator, she was absolu...
tely amazing. She helped the guys put on their boutonnieres and made the day extra special with all her special touches.
Lindsey Lakes is such a gorgeous venue, I fell in love with everything about it!
My husband and I got married on June 11, 2022 at Lindsay Lakes and it was AMAZING! Our wedding team, Jenn and Jackie, were extremely helpful throughout our entire planning process....
My husband and I do not live in Houston and were dreading the fact that we had to plan a wedding in a city we did not live in. However, Jenn, Jackie, and the entire LL team helped us in every way possible and made our wedding planning stress-free. The day of was nothing short of perfect. Jenn helped us during our planning and the day before while we were decorating and Jackie was our day-of-coordinator. From fixing my (uniquely) too big dress to rearranging chairs, they were there for it all! What I thank them for the most is being present and meeting OUR needs. They got to know us well enough that they were able to help in a personal way, which is what people need on such a special day. I highly recommend Lindsay Lakes!
An amazing experience from Day 1. Joy gave us a long tour and answered all of our questions before booking. Throughout the planning process, the entire office staff assisted in com...
munication with vendors as needed and always got back to me right away with anything I needed. I found the staff to be very caring and accommodating. I love that LL is a family business and it shows in their 5-star customer service. Courtney was my Day of Coordinator. Her warm and calm personality eased everyone's nerves and she was everywhere taking care of all the things so my wedding party and I could relax and enjoy the big day. Many wedding guests complimented the food and ambience. We had the BBQ and it was honestly the best wedding food I've ever had. The photo booth Lady Lindsay was a smash hit that everyone loved and is a great deal. DJ Brothers was great and Captains Only Bar Tending Service was very attentive to our guests. I would recommend this venue to everyone I meet and I hope to have the opportunity to book a different event here again just to come back!
We absolutely loved having our wedding here. The staff was great, the food was amazing and the property was just stunning. It's hard to find a great indoor chapel that's gorgeous...
! Courtney was our on-staff planner and she was a delight to work with. Everything from picking our linens to the appetizers was stress free and went off without a hitch!
I’d like to start off by saying I absolutely loved my wedding. My coordinator, not so much. She was not present for about 4-5 months worth of emails or phone calls, the other coord...
inators were. My coordinator was not even present for my first meeting. Dealing with staff wedding day was not fun either. The lawn guy said that he wouldn’t blow or clean up the pollen outside before my ceremony, so we had to talk to the other coordinator that was there (because mine didn’t show up until 2pm or answer any phone calls) and that coordinator handled it. The food for my reception was horrendous, so don’t get the TexMex! $35/plate should taste way better than that did… $3500 to waste!
My coordinator was helpful my wedding day and that was it. This is just a few issues I had with Lindsay lakes, but overall my wedding was not terrible. If I were to get married again, I wouldn’t chose Lindsay lakes.
Was going to book here but when I called to ask questions the receptionist was super rude
Lindsay Lakes gave us our dream wedding! The team that they have are absolutely the best and make planning your special day easy and stress-free. They really do think of everything...
. I cannot say enough about what a great help Courtney was on our wedding day. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding!!

ond to make us happy! I’m so glad they have Sammy there, she is the star of the event venue! She made everything super smooth! Also, book with Joy since she is the nicest of all the booking team. There was a couple of people on the team I wasn’t too fond of/ rubbed me the wrong way but Joy, Sammy, the owners, and the day of team made up for it. Would definitely come back again and book their services. Recommend 10/10
Sammy was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful with any questions we had during the wedding planning process and was always on top of things. During the day of, we didn’t have to...
worry about anything! Sammy had everything in order and made sure the day went perfect!
Very pretty venue for being on Mueschke Rd. Once you enter the gates you feel like you are in a different place. The chapel is such a highlight, nice wood working all around. Sammy...
was a great wedding coordinator. She was with us through every meeting. Lindsay Lakes is a very understanding venue as well. They waved a few fees for us on some situations that came up and answered every question I emailed them. And I emailed them a lot of times. My family and I really also are very appreciate of how quick and easily Sammy bustled my dress. That was a concern of ours. She had to do it multiple times for me so I appreciated it. Friendly service, couldn’t say more about this place.

y! She checked up on us just enough and really delivered on any questions or concerns we had. Scott Michael designs was our florist and he and his team exceeded our expectations! They gave us such a classy romantic feel and it’s all I ever wanted. The decor was just simply breathtaking and highly highly recommend these two vendors to work with! They truly truly have us the wedding of our dreams!!
As the MOB and financial backer - I was more than happy to give a review of Lindsay Lakes.
1) The venue is gorgeous! It's very well maintained both inside and out. Everything is C...
LEAN!
2) Planning & Scheduling is second-nature to the team! They run like a very well oiled machine- all in unison and on the same page. Both Jenn and our day of coordinator Sammie were godsends! Even a control freak like me was able to relax because they had it all under control.
3) Best bang for our bucks! Dollar for dollar, no other venue could match all that was included for both the ceremony and the reception. Even the extras we reasonable i.e. upgraded linens, sparklers, etc.
4) The FOOD!! everything was delicious and served at the right temperature! And we they say they will find your guest during cocktail hour, they mean it! The wedding party was even served during the picture session after the ceremony- what a pleasant surprise!
5) Extremely accommodating & accessible- we were able to do the bridal session there without any issues; the golf carts make it so easy to move around the property; and our guest were able to enjoy the grounds.
Overall- choosing Lindsay Lakes was the very best decision for us. They blew our expectations away with amazing service!
I was married at Lindsay Lakes on 8.16.20 and I cannot tell you enough how incredible everything was from start to finish. The owners, staff and coordinators were all such a joy to...
work with! Not only was the venue flexible with me throughout COVID. They allowed me to reschedule my wedding at no additional cost.. even offered me a Saturday when I had paid for a Sunday. They genuinely catered to my every need and made my dream wedding a reality! I cannot thank them enough for being so professional and attentive to every single detail! Sammy was my coordinator and she is a treasure to work with! She even stood outside during photos with us and fanned me during photos so I wouldn’t get too sweaty. I would 1000% recommend this beautiful venue and I am so happy I was able to have my dream wedding with all of the incredible people and breathtaking views at Lindsay Lakes. It was a true dream thanks to this venue and its staff.

nderstanding and made this process easy. Sammie was just a blessing during this time and I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. All the staff are amazing and truly there to make your day special. During these crazy times, they helped make my dream wedding coming true! We used their preferred vendors and I am so happy that we did! I highly recommended this venue!
This place deserves at least 10 stars. As the mother of the bride I can honestly say everything was fantastic. The wedding had to be postponed from May. During that time things ...
were so stressful not knowing if the wedding would happen in August. Lindsey Lakes was so wonderful to work with. They helped us every step of the way. Sammie Anderson was incredible. She took care of everything and we didn't have to worry about anything. She was always on top of everything. We could not have asked for more from her. After everything that happened I am so happy to say that my daughter had the wedding of her Dreams. The venue is beautiful. They also have the best vendors in DJ Brothers, VIP flowers, 4Keeps Photography, Jet Life and Beyond Bartending. They were all great to work with.
Pretty venue but be sure to read the fine print before signing the contract. They find a way Nicole and dime you more on top of the large cost you are already paying. The only pos...

ist in making sure I was relaxed but she was a huge help to the MOB and family. She was confident in her job as coordinator and always had a answer, which in turn made me confident that my day was going to be perfect!
And perfect it was. The food was good, the venue looked stunning and the night was everything I could hope for! I would recommend Lindsey Lakes to any bride that's looking for an all inclusive option. Thank you again Sammy and the team at Lindsay Lakes!
I LOVE Lindsay Lakes! I attended a friends wedding at this venue in the summer and immediately fell in love with it and knew I had to use them when it came time for my wedding day....
Luckily, that day did come and of course I booked them and was not disappointed! The wedding coordinators at Lindsay Lakes are all amazing! I worked with Iris, Jenn, Katie and Sammy. All of them were amazing. Jenn and Katie were our coordinators the day of and they made me feel so special and so calm. I truly did not worry about a thing because I knew they had everything covered. The venue staff was incredibly easy to work with, and the vendors that Lindsay Lakes offers are all top notch professionals. This venue also has so many places for photographs both classic and elegant to southern charm. I could go on and on about how incredible it was to work with Lindsay Lakes, but I’ll make it short and sweet. Highly recommend using this venue!

lied to all my questions! The wedding was venue was beautiful and our wedding day was stress free and well executed! I would choose them again if I had it to do all over again! Thanks again guys!
After reviewing several venues for our wedding, we selected Lindsay Lakes and could not be happier with the outcome. Working with Sammy made planning our wedding a breeze! She was ...
amazingly friendly, super organized, and always available to answer my questions (no matter how many I had). She kept our day running smoothly, and we'll always be grateful for her hard work. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional wedding coordinators, this is the one!
My husband and I got married at Lindsay Lakes in November of 2019. We were unsure of where to start, and LL has everything down to a science. Sammy was AMAZING. Anything we needed,...
even down to rehearsal dinner recommendations, she would be a wealth of knowledge. We loved having meetings along the way. It allowed us to know what we still needed and also that Sammy had everything for an day of emergencies. The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of. Our cake showed up late, like while we were in the chapel late, and we had no clue because she had taken care of it. The venue is beautiful and they had done some great updates. I would do the whole thing over again if I could! If you are looking for a place that has all of the important things included, food, linens, coordinator, etc. this is the place to go.

s during our meetings and made sure that all of our questions got answered. Sammy made sure everything was taken care of on the day of and was there to help with anything we needed. I'm so happy we found Lindsay Lakes and definitely recommend this venue.
If I could rate this venue 10 stars, I would! Where do I begin? From the initial venue search, Lindsay Lakes had proven to be a top contender not only with their beautiful property...
including indoor and outdoor options, but their dynamic staff as well. Sisters Iris & Sammy were gentle, kind spirits that wanted to make our planning as less stressful as possible. Lindsay Lakes not only included day-of coordination, linens, set up & breakdown, but DJ and food as well. They partner with great vendors in the area that again eliminated much of our outside search. Living out of town, they were always accommodating to our schedules and were very organized. We had three coordinator meetings before our big day, and from the day we booked they provided me (the bride,) a bridal handbook that had every detail down to the T! There was a day-of timeline and each meeting we went over the entire handbook from linens, to music selections, the officiant, food menu, time of sunset, who all is walking down the isle, extra amenities, etc! I can honestly say I have never felt so prepared for anything in my life. On the day of, we had Sammy, who received recognition left and right from our guests. Sammy was relaxed, poised, and ensured we were punctual, had wrapped plates to the side, but also enjoyed the hecticness of the day. She constantly told us to “breathe, and take it all in.” Sammy, thank you for being YOU! We could not have asked for better staff and service. If you are considering Lindsay Lakes, we would definitely recommend them. The property is beautiful, any small hiccup is immediately resolved, and the staff are incredible and attentive. Even the owners may make a surprise appearance😊 We are grateful to have had Lindsay Lakes as our wedding venue and our day was absolutely beautiful. Thank you all again! The Davis’

was beautiful and our wedding day went off without a hitch. Anytime we had a question or needed something, the Lindsay Lakes staff was always quick to helpfully respond. We have received so many positive comments about our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! They also referred us to most of our fabulous vendors as well. They really made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with Lindsay Lakes and their staff and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of a beautiful wedding venue with wonderful wedding planners. Thank you again for all of your time and devotion to making our wedding day so memorable!
We were so nervous about the wedding but Iris and Sammy at Lindsay Lakes held our hand for the whole year preparing. They were always quick to respond to our questions and kept us...
on track. It paid off because on the wedding day everything went so smoothly - Iris is a true professional!! So reassuring and competent - the coordination of everything was flawless! We didn't have to worry about a thing. From the moment we arrived on wedding morning until we left late that night it was all handled. The way that the staff works with the vendors is amazing and allowed for a flawless transition from pre-wedding photos to ceremony to cocktail hour to wedding reception. Iris handled the whole time line to perfection!! And the venue is BEAUTIFUL!! We received so many compliments!! Thanks, Lindsay Lakes!!

ere awesome and even helped us load things into our car at the end of the night. The wait staff was great and super attentive! DJ Brothers were awesome and extremely professional and fun! Food was amazing, people couldn’t stop talking about the egg rolls and meat balls all night! Sammy was our coordinator and I cannot say enough how wonderful of a job she did. She gave us all the direction we needed, every time we needed her she was right there. Every thirty mins she was asking if we needed anything and letting us know how great things were going. She made the whole experience so smooth and amazing. There wasn’t a single thing that went wrong and we had our dream wedding. Every little last minute detail we changed Sammy took care of it immediately. If we needed something right away through out the wedding planning process if not Sammy one of the other girls would step in and help us right away. I can’t tell you how much I recommend this venue. It was beautiful and I will be leading every engaged couple I know here. You guys at Lindsay Lakes are awesome!!!

ept get married and have fun. The chapel was PERFECT for our traditional ceremony and the Lodge was everything we wanted in a reception. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Lindsay Lakes.

s away from hotels. The wedding coordinators are very easy to reach, and it is easy to tell that they love what they do. Sammy, our day of coordinator, was so attentive on the day of the wedding, helping to bustle my gown before the reception, bringing drinks and food to our table, and packing us to go boxes for after we left. She is 100% a professional.
The only thing I didn’t absolutely love is that access to the bridal cottage and groom suite is only available two hours before the ceremony start time and there is a per hour charge if you want earlier access to have hair and make up done onsite (which every bride wants). I had no problem paying for the extra hours, but I wish all day access, or access 6-8 hours prior to the beginning of the ceremony was standard.
Overall, it was a perfect day. Our guests continue to tell us what a beautiful wedding it was, and we couldn’t agree more!
Absolutely adored this venue and the whole experience. The staff there was able to accommodate every request that we did (even some of the weirder ones) without question! Our weddi...
ng planner Sammy was amazing but everyone else was super helpful too if we ever weren't able to get ahold of Sammy specifically. Highly recommend!
This is such a gorgeous picturesque venue - and the fact that everything is on the same location keeps it so simple. Getting ready on location in the cottage is DEFINITELY an added...
bonus.
The food is excellent, and having a coordinator for the location who helps to direct everything for the rehearsal and day of definitely takes a lot of stress away. Sammy Saldana was such a great resource and I know our day would not have flowed so smoothly without her!
The overall cost is pretty much on par with other locations especially considering all of the details that they handle. The only pieces that we had to coordinate outside of Lindsay Lakes was the cake and decorations because we handled our own decor. And the fact that they allow for a payment plan really makes having such a perfect venue attainable for the average couple like us.
My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was not being able make any changes to the features of the contract once all of the details are finalized closer to the event date. I definitely understand having a contract to secure the terms, there just needs to be a way to accommodate changes as they will more often than not be needed. - I would just caution future clients that you can always add to the contract later but you cannot take away so make sure to start with the minimum you plan to have.
Ultimately it was a beautiful day and I can't wait to see how the photographs turn out!

Sammy from the day we signed our contract was willing and fully available for any questions/needs. Sammy and Iris supported us before, during, and even weeks after our wedding.
I am not a fan of any wedding food. Lindsay Lakes made it a point to season our food well. Our guests were extremely happy with the food.
We would highly recommend Lindsay Lakes to anyone.
To Lindsay Lakes and your Staff..... We are so thankful and grateful for making our day absolutely amazing!!!!! Dr. and Mrs. Sample

ok weight off our shoulders promising us everything will go smoothly and had answers to every little question we had. Everyone says you don’t have a “perfect” wedding but mine was, by far. Everything was running right on time (which we got several wonderful comments about) and how it was the most easy going, smooth flowing wedding they have ever been to. I cant thank Sammy enough and the team at Lindsay lakes for making it honestly one of the best days of my life. I didnt have to worry about a single thing that day except enjoy the day. Thank you so much again.
Love, the Konvicka’s.

eception three different times to get those items for me! She helped us stay on schedule to a T. We were served dinner (which my guest insisted was delicious! We had the Alfredo & salad buffet, and she brought my groom and I drinks. Our night went amazingly smooth thinks to the staff at Lindsay Lakes. I was and forever will be so grateful for the beautiful lakeside ceremony site and the lodge for the reception. Thank you Lindsay Lakes!!
Lindsay Lakes was a huge blessing for our family. We looked at many venues for my daughter’s wedding. Trying to stay in a budget, but have her dream wedding felt out of reach in ...
the Houston area. Until we toured Lindsay Lakes. From the first tour, the groom, bride and I knew it was the perfect place. Secluded enough but not too out in the country, allowed our guests a decent drive. And hotels aren’t too far for the out of town guests. Although LL offers everything you need, my daughter wanted the option of picking certain vendors she felt strongly about. And there is flexibility at LL. That made it easy to put the special unique touches on the ceremony and reception. The chapel was a huge plus for this MOB. What a beautiful venue for the nuptials! The outside area for cocktail hour was simply gorgeous! The staff was so accommodating to us as we changed our minds many times over the months of preparation and planning. There was nothing Sammy didn’t say “no problem” to. Just a sweet girl and so very patient with us! And on the big day....she took care of many of the things I thought I would have to do. From spreading the Rose petals down the aisle, to directing the huge wedding party to even cutting the wedding cake, she was a class act! I can’t recommend Lindsay Lakes more highly. They lessened the worry and stress as we planned and executed, and helped us create my daughter’s dream wedding. All by staying within budget. Wow! Thank you so much to the entire team there. We so appreciate you!!!
Beautiful Venue that comes in a package with almost everything included.
They do have the preferred vendors but their vendors were wonderful.
Their piece de resistance though is ...
the coordinators. Sammy and Iris were always there to answer my questions. I really felt like royalty on the day of.
They ran out of one of our appetizers that my husband and I wanted more of and Sammy offered to fry up some egg rolls just for us!
The night went so seamlessly and that never would have happened without them. They are professionals through and through.
I am so glad I picked this venue because I had the wedding of my dreams.
I am still constantly getting complimented on how beautiful it was by all of our guests.
I could go on and on, but seriously, if you're considering Lindsay Lakes I highly recommend it.
The venue has the perfect set up for a magical wedding! The chapel is beautiful without decor, but is stunning when the flowers are placed for the ceremony. We chose to have a stri...
ng quartet and the acoustics were perfect! After the ceremony, our guests enjoyed appetizers and beverages outdoors under strung lights and grounds wrapped in fairy lights, as the music played outdoors. After pictures and happy hour, we all moved indoors to a delightful seated dinner.
The chefs (3 of them) were fantastic! They worked with us in advance for our special plates for the children and for those who had special dietary needs...it was pretty amazing in my mind!
The coordinators work with you and guide you as to where you should be in your planning in the months and weeks before the big day. We found them most helpful the week of the wedding when they were available almost 24/7! Although they do this all the time, this was our first event and they couldn't have been more patient with us. We were grateful for their experienced suggestions and their receptivity to doing things differently if we wanted.
The night of the wedding, our coordinators made sure our guests and vendors were well taken care of. But most important to me (mom of the bride) was that they were very attentive to my daughter and her handsome prince! We were all delighted to be able to enjoy the celebration without a care in the world.
I also highly recommend 2 of their preferred vendors...VIP Floral and Third Floor Strings! Mike made the already beautiful venue look magical. He really listed to what was important to the bride and groom and incorporated their style in a way that complimented his artistic ability. Third Floor Strings, played beautifully and made sure to check in with the bride the day of to make sure they got the timing of the pieces she had selected just the way she wanted them.
All that to say, I've coordinated many events over the years and can honestly say this was one of the nicest, mix of appropriate reverence of the marriage ceremony and fun as we celebrated the couple. Thank you Sammy, Iris, Mike and Amy!

it was not a stressful event. Everything went so smoothly. The Tuscan room was perfect for our group of 33. The food was delicious, the room was intimate and our decorations fit the atmosphere wonderfully. Audio and projector equipment was available for speaking, music and family videos. They provided wait staff and bar staff. All were very friendly and efficient. Clean up was easy with their help.
We highly recommend Lindsay Lakes.
