Ali, was incredibly professional, prompt, and communicative, and the company was incredibly flexible when trying to come up with a solution that would work our wedding guests and wedding party. It was such a relief when I received a text from the driver, ahead of schedule, that he had arrived and was ready for us. Completely worth the very reasonable rate we paid.

very easy to work with, and when our original April 2020 wedding was postponed due to covid, they refunded our non-refundable deposit without a problem. They were so good to work with during the stress at the beginning of the pandemic; that was one of the reasons I re-booked them when we were finally able to have our wedding! Definitely recommend them.

ppy we selected this company for all our wedding transportation services. The luxury coach for the bridal party was beautiful and, I hear, very comfortable, the hotel shuttles were impeccable, and the service for the after party, VERY late at night, was great. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in developing a transportation strategy during the planning process, and very thorough in communicating right up through the night of the event. They were able to accommodate a last-minute scheduling change for one of the shuttles and everything went flawlessly. Thank you everyone at Lindsey Limousine for your "Perfect Service"!

needs we may have. This group made sure we were stocked with plenty of bottled water which was extremely helpful, and also had plenty of champagne glasses for us to toast with the bottle we brought. We had about a 45 minute drive and it was extremely comfortable and I would highly recommend using. It would be helpful to have an auxiliary cord so that others moving forward could hook their phones up to the wonderful sound system they have.

pany depending on who I talked to. One person rushed me through making the reservation, while another was very friendly in updating the details closer to the day of. They were a bit inconsistent about their pricing, with one person telling me we could be reimbursed for time we didn't use and another saying that we could not be. Overall, the service was what we needed on the day of the wedding but the reservations could have been easier.

provide a special wedding package with champagne to celebrate your big day. Price-wise they were about the same as the other companies I had called however their wedding package add on is what sold me (I don't remember the exact charge, but I believe it was $10 to add the package). I would recommend their services.

We were scheduled to leave our reception for our hotel at 5:30 our guests held us up and we didn't actually get into the limo until 6 but our driver never rushed us or seemed annoyed or rushed. He even drove slower to allow a family member to follow him back to the hotel. Incredible experience and have recommended them to everyone we know getting married in the next year.

champagne and waters. The seats wrapped around the outside of the bus so that we were facing each other and was luxurious compared to a regular coach bus. It was beautiful!

Then he waited inside with us and fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle! They were excellent. He poured champagne for us and got us to our destination right on time and helped with everything. He was great!

iver, as we only used the shuttle to get back the hotel after the wedding, but from what we could tell there were no issues, except that we should have gotten a larger shuttle or 2 of them to accomodate more guests. We would definitely recommend them to others though!
