Elegant Event Rentals in the Twin Cities
The rentals from Linen Effects were what let our own personality and style shine through in our wedding design. They have an insane variety of everything to choose from, and Russ and Paige made the selection process fun, easy and not overwhelming at all. They understood right away what aesthetic/feeling we were going for, and helped us make it happen even more beautifully than we could have imagined. We didn’t get to pick things out in person since we were planning our wedding from abroad, but that posed no problem at all thanks to Russ and Paige thoroughly presenting us our options during video meetings to make sure we loved what we were putting together. Delivery, installation and removal were so smooth, we did not need to worry about a single thing. We recommend them wholeheartedly!!

Of course running around with other wedding planning didn't even see the email because it was such short notice. Went to the store as scheduled and was told the same . Seems to me you should have "considered" the fact that we had talked a few months earlier and we were on schedule to work with you. Guess you got a better deal with someone else and blew us off your priority list. Recommend not using this company as they appear very unreliable from my recent experience.

He was hilarious and gave us his straightforward advice - to the point where we were asking him for advice about other vendors because it was clear he was such an expert in the field of wedding event planning! He helped us pick all of our colors, decorations, and linens for the reception. We could not have been happier with the selection. Then, we worked with Emily to make the big day happen - everything was a breeze! Linen Effects flipped the room from the ceremony space to a reception hall so efficiently. I never even saw their staff that day! But every time I walked into a room they had just decorated, I gasped and was almost moved to tears. The best part was that their team knew our florist and had worked with our venue before, so they were confident and knew exactly what to do. She provided some much-needed guidance, but also made us feel like we could make our own choices based on our overall vision. She also responded to emails so quickly and was really helpful when we needed to make changes leading up to our wedding. In the end, things came together perfectly! We arranged a special pick-up for a few things, and everyone was super accommodating and easy to work with for that. We would recommend Linen Effects to anyone who needs rentals for a wedding/event!

look like! Something I did not get at Festivities! SOO many more options and higher quality at Linen Effects with better customer service and better pricing! Very knowledgeable, and patient even showing us different ways to tie our chair covers; to make sure our vision was met! We were a little nervous with the time window our venue gave us and Emily assured us that all work would be done in the given window and we would NOT get charged extra because of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM, THEY DID BEAUTIFUL WORK. THEY EVEN DID LAST MINUTE PIPE AND DRAPING FOR US AND THE VENUE!

Our Linen Effects order included gorgeous draping that they set up in our ceremony space (Winter Garden at the Depot Hotel in Minneapolis), which really wowed our guests. We also rented silver chair covers that looked incredibly elegant in our space, as well as napkins and table runners that accented the linens provided by our venue and were well worth the additional $$. Emily helped us to find items that would contribute to our vision without breaking our budget. She always responded to emails immediately, and she seems to genuinely care about her clients and their events. We are so pleased with her service, with the service provided by the team who came to set up, and with the quality of the products. When it comes to rental linens and draping, we consider Linen Effects the obvious choice!

highly recommend an in-person consult to see and touch actual table linens on a table to best visualize how it will look in your space. Swatches and images on computers are ok, but the real thing is just better.

We worked with Emily during our planning process and she did an amazing job showing us a variety of items that fit the theme that we were going for and that fit our budget. She was very easy to communicate with and I had no issues getting any questions answered an changes made to our order. Overall, everything we got was high quality and looked beautiful in our space, I would definitely recommend Linen Effects for quality items at an affordable price!

e/email and meeting with my mom and I whenever I happened to be in town. At one of our final meetings, we realized that the dye lot of the swatch I had (light gray) didn't match the actual color of the head table linens (lavender.) Always look at the actual tablecloths in person!! Anyway, Emily kindly swapped it for something I liked better for the same price. In that same meeting I also changed all of the white linens to ivory. She didn't bat an eye and made sure that everything was perfect before I left.
