e phone were friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. Prices were reasonable compared to other local vendors. Consultants were not pushy about upgrades and we appreciated that. My only complaint is that on the day of set up (the afternoon before our wedding) they were short staffed and only sent one employee to set up EVERYTHING. The employee worked very quickly and efficiently, and she was super friendly, and since we had a lot of other set up to do it didn't slow us down much...but it did indeed slow our prep work a bit. Again, not a major issue, but an inconvenience and also made us feel kinda lousy watching one person tie 200 chair sashes. This situation seems like a fluke though. Don't let it deter you from using this company.

st interaction with Chris, we were confident her company had the selection, quality, and service we were looking for in a wedding vendor. At first we were apprehensive about having the items shipped (as opposed to using someone local) but they agreed to ship the items in time to arrive TWO days prior (rather than their standard 1 day prior) and they actually ended up arriving on Wednesday for our Sunday wedding! Whew! That took a lot of stress off of us. We had also thought they might need to be steamed after they arrive, but that turned out not to be the case, surprisingly. Chris scheduled a Fedex pickup the following day, removing yet another task from our to do list. We would highly recommend Linen Hero for any event you are planning!

before my wedding, I had an appointment with a manager to finalize everything (my SA left, so this was the first time meeting her). I called an hour or so before the appointment to let them know I would be a few minutes late due to a last minute Dr. appointment. Upon arrival, we were taken into the show room and then we sat there for about 15 minutes. Finally the receptionist came out with a note pad, to inform us that the manager had a last minute emergency, and that she would "try to help us the best she could, but she really wasn't a SA". To this I responded that I would be happy to wait for her emergency, but that 2 week before my wedding this current plan would not do. I was then informed that she she planned to take her next meeting, just not mine. Ultimately another SA had to be brought in from another location. At this point it was 40 minutes + past my appointment time. At the top of the next hour, the manager came into the show room with her next appointment. No apology. Not sure what the "emergency" was, but I don't feel this situation was handled well. They say that have implemented a new system with their SAs, so it is good to hear they are hopefully trying to correct it.

The pieces were sent to my house a few days before the wedding as promised and were as they appeared in the store models. Both pieces were beautiful and added a great additional touch to our wedding day. I would definitely recommend Linen Hero for future linen rentals.

I ordered dinner napkins and table runners for our rehearsal dinner to liven up the space in the restaurant where we had our rehearsal and then for the day of the wedding I also ordered table runners and dinner napkins, as well as table cloths for our cake and sweetheart table, and chair sashes for the outdoor ceremony chairs. Everything was beautiful!! Nothing was torn or stained or missing and the quality was wonderful! They have so many different colors, materials, and styles to chose from and different prices as well. I didn't spent a lot of money and still got to add some color to my event spaces that totally made a difference! The company was very easy to work with and very professional. Check them out for your wedding or next event!

All the linens were delivered on time and set up properly and it was very simple to pop the linens back in a bag at the end of the night and FedEx the bag back to Linen Hero. Very simple process, but their linens really transformed the room!
