We had such a wonderful experience with Lisa George and her team. She and Jess came to my trial at my friend’s home where I was staying, and were so prompt, kind, and easy to work with. They really understood my vision—I wanted a simple, natural look that didn’t feel heavy or overdone, and they nailed it perfectly without making it feel like pageantry.
On the wedding day, everything was just as smooth. The team arrived on time, set up seamlessly in my hotel room, and stayed perfectly on schedule for each person’s hair and makeup—actually even ahead of schedule, which made the morning feel so relaxed. They worked efficiently, everything felt comfortable and natural, and they were so flexible and accommodating throughout.
I felt beautiful the entire time, and I’m so grateful for how effortlessly they brought everything together. Highly recommend!

She also did the makeup for my two sisters, mom, and SIL and they all looked amazing. Becca did my hair and WOWWW I am still obsessing over it months later!! We did a sideswept braid with florals and I felt like such a princess. Both the makeup and hair stayed put all night long. I love that the team comes to you which really reduces a lot of stress as I was able to get ready at the venue. They were such great women to work with and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful on my big day!

or your wedding. Firstly, a few months after completing my make-up trial I was told that the girl that did it no longer worked for the company and I was required to pay for a second trial. I was happy Lisa ended up doing my make-up, but needing to pay for another trial was really disappointing. On the day of the wedding, Lisa entered the bridal suit very stressed about getting all of her things in and about parking, asking me (the bride) to figure out the meter rules. Additionally she asked that I pass her employees out water as I was trying to give my bridesmaids their wedding day gifts and ensure their dresses were steamed. I was happy to do so, but felt it was unfair to add any stress to a bride the day of a wedding. Not only did Lisa arrive seemingly very stressed, the girls did not seem to have the schedule we had established previously, and had my bridesmaids not been so on top of correcting the schedule, I don't think we would have been ready on time. I did not love how my hair came out, but that was on me for not better assessing it before the start of the day. I was just too nervous and excited. However, I felt it did not look as good as it did on my trial. Overall, I felt like all of the bridesmaid's hairstyles came out a little outdated and very dissimilar from the pictures they had each provided. Overall, I would say you could get equal or better services by someone that would bring a sunnier/ stress-free presence to the start of your very important day.

Aug 6th was in that brutal week of weather It was 90 degrees plus There was a long outside stair case to get to room I'm sorry I was Sweaty Betty I was concerned about the parking and asked you what to tell my 6 team mates on where to go as all signs said that the spots at the motel was for assigned rooms. You told me that they should go up the main road to metered parking. I guess we were to run back and forth in 90 degree weather to feed meters I NEVER would ask a bride in her little silk robe to go out of room never mind run down the street to see what parking meters said I asked if others staying at Motel did not need parking spots Mom to the rescue We figured it out and spoke to parking attendant when he arived a bit later about the situation with our cars I asked if there was other rooms we could use for services as the room you were in was not even possible for 2 of us to set up in nevermind 7 of us Was I not supposed to do my job and make sure that services could be rendered Were we supposed to stand on the beds or sit on the laps of the other 9 ish people in the room I was doing my job!!! One of my girls read off the wrong person on her schedule SO OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the time so I booked Lisa without doing a trial first, which I only regret because then I wouldn’t have been as nervous as I was leading up to the day. After signing my contract, I did one trial with Lisa for makeup and two trials with Rebecca for hair because I couldn’t decide if I wanted up or down. Becca was so kind and helpful in both hair trials. On the actual wedding day, she was so meticulous about small pieces that needed to be moved or fixed, and heard every one of my thoughts on my vision and brought it to life better than I could have articulated. Lisa did an amazing job on my makeup, and kept me laughing all morning with her quirky sense of humor. She heard all of my concerns as someone who doesn’t regularly wear a lot of makeup, and did an amazing job making me feel like myself, but just made up. The rest of her team (Tiffany, Jess and Donna) were all so great to my bridesmaids and flower girl, and everyone looked stunning. We had a lot of fun just chatting in the rooms we got done up in. I had to make a late change to the schedule because I added in a bridesmaid after my initial contract, but Lisa was accommodating and flexible and made it work! We were running a little behind schedule in the morning, so I would have built more time into our day, but in the grand scheme it didn’t make an impact to our day and we were able to make it all work! I'm so grateful for the beautiful job Lisa and her team did on myself and all my beautiful best friends.

I didn’t have an awesome experience overall unfortunately. I did a makeup trial with Lisa and I decided to do my own makeup because I just felt like nothing was really highlighted ...
on my face well and i looked super matte. She didn’t really ask me what kind of makeup I typically like or anything so I just got a bad feeling about moving forward. I ended up skipping the makeup. I also had Donna do my hair trial and I showed her a picture of the soft curls I wanted and she just tight spiral curled my whole head with sooooo much hairspray. It didn’t look anything like the photo i showed. I chalked it up to maybe we wanted to see how the curls fell so I’ll just tell her on the day to go looser and less spray. So I did direct very explicitly on loose curls, I don’t need so much spray and I just ended up with the same thing on my wedding day. The curls were just kind of chaotic looking and I ended up brushing them all out. Thankfully I’m not too high maintenance but for someone really hoping to nail a certain look I wouldn’t recommend their services.
In addition my sister with four kids (including a newborn) last minute couldn’t make her hair appointment due to child care. Lisa called me telling me I still had to pay for it, which I told her was totally fine and we just needed to figure out a cashless way to pay but even after I agreed I’d pay her she kept lecturing me on why I needed to pay her which just seemed a bit overboard for a bride trying to enjoy the day. I get it, that’s why I said fine I just don’t have more cash on me I don’t need a lecture.
That’s the final point — cash only no Venmo in 2021 is super annoying. She does have PayPal if you’re in a bind.

style choice, etc. And they enhanced the calm, happy atmosphere all morning with lots of the bride's friends dropping by the bridal suite. Such beautiful work resulted! From the in-home practice run for the bride (Lisa and Becca treated her like a movie star) to the final look for all eight of us, every person on Lisa's staff was professional, their products top notch, and the compliments we all received were over the top! Of note, one of us was a 6 year old Flower Girl whose hair was curled and styled in a sweet & lovely way befitting of a formal event for a young child. Lisa and her staff took care of three generations of women for this wedding and we all looked and felt beautiful with a very enjoyable experience along the way. I would recommend Lisa to anyone of any age for any special event.

p was so light and made everyone look natural which was exactly the look I was hoping for. Jess, who did my hair, was so talented and created a hairstyle that lasted the entire night and I'm still getting compliments on how it looked! I highly highly recommend Lisa and her team. The work they do is amazing and everyone could not have looked better!

.5 hours). Everyone looked so great! Jess and Lisa did my hair and make up. They both listened to my requests after the trial and I was so confident on my wedding day. I could thank this team enough!

creative touch. Everything was perfect.
Tiffany did all of our makeup and again, she listened to us did an incredible job. All the makeup was so subtle and natural yet showed our best selves.
And- we had a great time! They both have a wonderful sense of humor. We all loved them both!

hair/make-up trials with the stylists coming directly to my house. When a hair stylist who did my trial unexpectedly had to move, Lisa quickly set-up a trial with another hair stylist free of charge. The day of the girls were timely, professional and made each of my 6 bridesmaids, myself and my mom/mother-in-law look stunning. Everyone felt and looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Lisa V George and her team!

was also so compassionate and kind during a stressful day of weather changing our plans last minute, so along with making the entire bridal party look incredible, they also were calm, kind and understanding as our schedules shifted. HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone.

s, so talented, and made the getting ready portion of the day of the wedding such a breeze! I was astonished at how stunning I looked - and trust me, I NEVER say that! She really worked her magic and took my suggestions for how I wanted to look and made them so much better. Not only did the make up look amazing in person, but because she has a background of working in the media and for magazines, so she has a true understanding about how make up photographs, which has made our photos so gorgeous! The make up she did for myself, my mother, mother-In-law, and maid of honor was so beautiful and well done that we all showed up to the Post-Wedding brunch the next day sporting our faces from the night before! We didn't want to wash it away because it looked so good!

of, so I didn't have to worry about bringing a picture or re-describing what I wanted. Lisa did such an amazing job on my makeup. I did not bring any pictures as to what I wanted my makeup to look like (I don't wear much to begin with) and I told her I just wanted to look like myself, just a little better - and she nailed it. On the day of my wedding, Lisa, Jess and the other hairstylist and makeup artist that came to do my bridal party and family were so much fun. We spent a good part of the day with them and everyone was so personable and friendly, it made the getting ready time that much more fun and enjoyable. As for all the hair and makeup (8 people including me) everyone looked flawless. There was not a hair out of place (even after the wedding was over!) and everyone looked beyond beautiful. I highly recommend Lisa and her team. The work they do is amazing and everyone could not have looked better!
