We stayed for two nights and the staff went out of there way to let us know they were there for anything we needed! Always friendly and always accommodating. The wedding staff! All our family talked about was how the staff was so attentive and in tune to making sure we had the night of our dreams! Our families went on about how friendly they were even though they were busy ALL NIGHT LONG! The food! Typically, you go to a wedding and you don’t remember much about the food. Our guests came up to us all night and the day after and raved about the food! Jeff and his team made our wedding dreams come true! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect evening!

The pre-wedding food tasting was really helpful in planning the wedding. All of the vendors recommended by Jeff were super to work with, including our minister, Dave DiRaddo. The food was wonderful. The compliments from our guests are still rolling in! And the cost was reasonable, too. Jeff made the whole process nearly stress free.

ntroduced themselves as soon as they saw us. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and more. The venue - we had amazing luck that the larger space wasn't being used on Friday so we were able to get in and start placing things and arranging flowers. But besides that, everyone knows the venue is beautiful. And it did not disappoint. It looked absolutely lovely and the team set up the tables and the back bar area perfectly. Saturday night team - Jeff's team was awesome! Super helpful and had a blast right along with us. Jeff - what more can I say that hasn't already been said. Jeff has been absolutely fantastic from when we first viewed the venue until the end of the wedding. He was so attentive, helpful, and easy to work with. Anything that we asked, he just said yes. Communicating with him via email was great and he always confirmed that he received my many emails. During the wedding, Jeff was the best. He was consistently asking me if there was anything I needed and anticipated things that I hadn't even asked for yet. And guests let me know afterwards that Jeff was also checking in with them to make sure they had everything they needed as well. Overall - everything exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Lititz Springs Inn to anyone.

ever wanted. As our day approached, we started to worry about rain—Jeff made sure that I was calm and confident that his team would take care of everything. And let me tell you, they were so responsive and flexible that we ended up being glad for the rain! This venue gets 10 out of 5 stars for flexibility for sure. They took great care of me, my husband, and our parents all night, making sure we had everything we needed. One word of caution, we did have a larger party for the size of the venue, which I think contributed to the speed of service. The whole team was incredibly competent and pleasant, but service did take significantly longer than estimated. Luckily, our band was incredible and made up for lost time on the dance floor. But honestly don’t let that one element deter! (The venue offers several styles of service so there is a lot of flexibility). This venue had everything we wanted AND at the most affordable price we’ve ever seen.

Jeff and his team made everything move so seemlessly and effortlessly that I knew no matter what happened on the day of, our wedding was in the best hands. We ended up having a smaller quest list than we anticipated and Jeff made it super easy to move the seating around to maximize on the space. When I walked into the reception and saw everything for the first time I was elated at what was before my eyes. I have been planning my wedding since I was a little girl, and to my husband, for the longest time. To see everything that I imagined in my head and on my weddings boards come to life filled me with so much joy because it couldnt be more perfect. Seeing that Jeff got every detail right in the layout of the entire room without anything to go on but my words, was incredible. Jeff truly has a talent for transforming the space into the most incredible, magical room. We appreciate Jeff and his team for all the hard work that went into making our wedding day the best day of our lives. Our family and friends can't stop talking about how beautiful everything turned out, how nice Jeff and his team were, and how amazing the food was; and in my family that's good thing!

Jeff was ready to answer any question me or the moms had whether it be via email, phone, or in person. The girls who worked both events showered all of us in love and kindness. I could not recommend this venue enough. There is no where else I would’ve had my event. By far the best in the lancaster area!!! I had guests coming to me all night and days after saying that it was the best wedding they had attended and I truly believe the bulk of the credit goes to Jeff and the banquet ladies.

They love what they do and it shows. They also have 13 hotel rooms upstairs so our entire bridal party, parents, and grandparents got to stay at the inn! It was really convenient to have hotel rooms right upstairs for the wedding. Can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you Jeff and staff for making our wedding day so great and special.

date on everything. We had a fantastic time and delicious food at the tasting prior to the event and the food that was served that evening was equally delicious. The venue is beautiful, the staff were excellent, and it could not have been a better evening. We had 126 people and it was really seamless. Jeff was calm and assisted with everything from serving us appetizers to keeping us informed about everything that was happening throughout the evening. In addition to the reception, we also rented all of the rooms in the hotel and they were all wonderful. There was a common area with a full kitchen and even an outdoor space. We were able to host a small group of guests before and after the wedding. It was fantastic to be with family and friends all weekend. Jeff said our house is your house for the weekend and he meant it. We felt like royalty. This venue is amazing and we are hoping to use it for our son in the future. It was wonderful! My only complaint was that the weekend was over too soon.

He was the only person that sat down with us at the first meeting and went over every single detail. He took the time with us to make sure everything was perfect, and it all paid off. Every time we had questions or concerns, he always answered them and put us at ease. The whole experience went very smoothly because of how much of a help he and his team were. Another reason you will want to go with this venue is because the food is amazing. There is a restaurant in the building itself, so you know they take pride in their food. All of our guests raved about how both our chicken and beef options turned out. Everything was so convenient about this venue because of how we were able to do so many things through it. We got our venue, food, alcohol, rehearsal dinner, and even some hotel rooms for the wedding party all in the same building. We would also recommend this place to anyone because of how affordable it is. They don’t charge you a fee for the venue space at all, but rather just for the amount of food and alcohol you’ll be using. Everything about this place is perfect, and we would recommend it to anyone!

Everyone Including guest and vendors had a phenomenal time. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day. Jeff was extremely accommodating and kind throughout our special day. The food is absolutely delicious and everyone raves about the food selections that we offered. We had enough space for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance floor. Bridal suite was big enough for my wedding party and bridesmaids. The bed itself is SOO comfortable too. We are so glad we choose Lititz Springs inn as our wedding venue! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you again for all you do ! Our wedding day couldn’t have been perfect without you and your staff! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

With that you get exceptional service and delicious food to choice from. When we were shopping around for weddings venues, I was sold on how beautiful the inn is and how simply easy the food/drink/venue planning was with this venue. I considered myself a bridechilla and I have Jeff and his team to thank for that. Jeff worked closely with my vendors during the wedding day so all events ran to my wedding day timeline. He made sure the patio was clean, my decorations were out beautifully and how I requested them, and that everyone was happy. He made sure our flowers were chilled and ready for me before I left to the church ceremony. I had full trust that everything was going to be perfect, and it sure was! Getting married during COVID was nerve-racking but honestly all the staff helped us and our guests feel at ease and safe. Majority of our guests came from out of town and it was a terrific location to have a wedding reception because of all the close lodging. Many guests stayed in the inn and at the Wilbur (within walking distance down the street). All the guestS that stayed in the inn, could continue the party on the 3rd floor of the inn in the common areas (kitchen, living room with couches, and outdoor deck) after the reception. It was so fun us and for our guests. I could go on and on but I have nothing but positive things to say about our wedding reception at the Lititz Springs Inn and Spa. We wish we could relive our day over and over again! Can’t wait to visit again!

It truly provided an intimate space for all of us to share every aspect of the weekend together. I love love love it here!

After the reception the staff carefully packed away all of our decorations and keepsakes so all we had to do was load up the car! We had the best experience and highly recommended the Sutter!
