Little Point Clear suites & space Fairhope, Alabama

The wedding venue was beautiful and all the guest had a great time! My main problem was with communication and event staff, particularly my wedding coordinator Lauren. My emails went unanswered multiple times and my husband had to call to get any sort of response even after our contract was signed. We booked the Simply Married package which per the contract and information we were given the package was just less time and less people. After signing the contract, several comments were made by staff about us not really having decorations because the wedding was on a Sunday... which makes no sense. In our final design meeting, Lauren gave us an attitude because we were having china plates instead of plastic and told us "the whole point is that it is simple so plastic wear." Mind you I hired 3 catering staff members to take care of all the food and dishes. The day of the wedding, Lauren was no where to be found for most of the day even though we had been told that the staff would help with all the set up of the ceremony and reception. Luckily, I had asked a few friends to come help set up and they basically did everything. We were told that they had a music set up that we could utilize, but we could not find any of the staff to ask them how to work it, so my friends had to wing it. Even during the reception, we had no clue where Lauren was most of the time. At one point my dad found her outside sitting on the golf cart on her phone and had to ask her to come inside to be available to help and answer questions. Overall, my wedding was beautiful and I had a great time, but it was no thanks to the Little Point Clear staff members but to my friends and family who stepped up to deal with everything.

We fell in love with LPC the first time we visited. Even though they had a full weekend of weddings, they took the time to show us around and answer all our questions. We booked them that day! On my daughter’s wedding day a year later, I can say they helped walk us through the entire wedding process with ease. Having the ceremony and reception on site was a dream. The team there is able to set up quickly and efficiently. We used several of their preferred vendors & highly recommend them all. Lauren was especially helpful throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a more beautiful & convenient location. We would choose them 100 times over.

Little Point Clear is such a classy/intimate venue and we could not have chosen a better place to get married. From the staff working the event, to the list of vendors provided during our planning process, everything was flawless. My bridal party even had beautiful rooms to stay in and to get ready in. The grounds are kept so clean and neat. Little Point Clear would absolutely be my venue of choice for any event in the future.

Little Point Clear is truly the best place to celebrate your big day. I am so happy that I was recommended this venue by a friend. Every single step of the wedding process has been so wonderful thanks to the staff at Little Point Clear. Special shoutout to one of the managers, Lauren. She answered every question that I had, and I sure had a lot! She recommended florists, DJs, caterers, etc. Every part of the wedding planning process was so enjoyable thanks to the amazing staff. This beautiful venue located on scenic 98 is the best place to have a picture perfect wedding and I will never forget my truly perfect day!

Little point clear was awesome! We stayed the whole weekend in their adorable suites and the accommodations were cute with comfy beds and plenty of space for the wedding party. The rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception went off without a hitch. The venue is already full of southern charm and adorable small touches, so it was so easy to dress it up with the flowers. It turned out gorgeous. The little nooks made for a quiet place for people to talk, room to dance. I can’t imagine a better venue for our wedding. I was able to relax and enjoy my big day.

This venue is beautiful just as is. The bartenders were amazing and super friendly! We rented their van/bus to pick up our guest and drive us to take pictures he was a complete gentleman! He opened the doors and helped everyone on and off. They guided everyone for parking. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Great venue space for an event. We had a baby shower with about 25 people and really enjoyed the venue. Venue included two restrooms, nearby parking, a large cooler for food, and ice was provided. Staff was very accommodating and supportive before, during and after the event. Overall it was the perfect location for our baby shower! Would recommend Little Point event space for your next party!

Tricia and staff at LPC are absolutely wonderful! The venue is beautifully decorated and the suites are amazing and so convenient. We absolutely loved having our entire wedding weekend at Little Point Clear!

We had an amazing experience with Little Point Clear! We decided to keep the wedding small, so this was a perfect venue! It didn't take much in the way of flowers and decor to make the service and reception magical. We had the Will Hughes Catering food trunk parked in the front for amazing tacos and other finger foods. After we danced and partied we retired to our amazing suites on property. Soooo convenient! The rooms are immaculate and so cute! Everyone from LPC, especially Tricia and Jessica, were so nice to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Tricia was awesome! She was fast to respond with any questions or concerns. I was a #coronabride ( April 4, 2020) so when my wedding changed everyday the week before, due to state and city ordinances, Tricia stayed constant. She worked with me to make my day still feel special, when a wedding of 200 had to become a wedding a 10 she still worked with us to make it cute. She even drove me in the cute Hippie Van to Sacred Heart Chapel to get married on the steps. Since the original ceremony was going to be in the church, but had to change ( due to the virus) to the front stairs, Tricia drove to the front and I stepped out of the van as my first look and walk down the grassy aisle to my groom. I would 100% recommend staying here! The polo bunk is perfect for families and bridesmaids to get ready in. The courtyard in the back and front are perfect for hanging out and whether you have a small or big group this place is awesome and Tricia does great! I hope to come back down to Fairhope and stay here again someday!

Little Point Clear is the best! I am an event planner and I always look forward to doing events with LPC. They are the most professional, hard working, organized and fun group of people ever. And the space is absolutely beautiful. It’s the perfect place for any sort of event - from weddings and rehearsals to corporate meetings. I always recommend Little Point Clear to all of my clients. They exceed expectations every time!

The venue was absolutely beautiful! There was a VERY big miscommunication between venue owner and bridal party upon which venue owner told the bride to cease decorations and read contract less than 24 hours prior to reception.. We were told to read our contract but the terms of the “new” contract currently posted on site were vastly different from the contract we signed in 2019. We were assured on multiple occasions and in person visits that we rented entire space - both rental suites and reception site - from Friday at noon until Sunday 11 am but owner insisted to bride on the Friday of the contacted date that the bride could not decorate until noon the day of the wedding (ceremony to begin 3pm). After deliberation with bride’s father interceding, the venue owner semi conceded to allow decorations to proceed on Friday. In the end, wedding was beautiful. The venue owner proceeded to assist with decorations day of reception. The venue owner did not allow easy access for photographer which caused photographer to miss a few key points of reception. Overall, reception space was beautiful but make sure to have all communications verified in writing.

My husband and I recently got married at LPC and Tricia and Jessica were wonderful!! The place is beautiful and just our style, but the staff were so accommodating and easy to work with. The day of the wedding was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of it! Planning a destination wedding isn’t always easy, but working with LPC made it feel like a breeze!

We enjoyed a lovely rehearsal dinner at Little Point. The venue easily accommodated our 80 guests and Tricia and Jessica were great. It’s a beautiful, fun place.

We just met with the staff and toured the facility to plan our wedding reception. It was just perfect and they are so helpful and excited to make it easy and stress free for us. The vendors recommended are terrific and we’re looking forward to working with them. The suites are amazing and so spacious and we’ll be spending the weekend with our wedding party for a really fun destination in Fairhope. If you’re newly engaged and planning a wedding I highly recommend taking a look at this precious place.

After a beautiful rehearsal dinner at Little Point Clear, my daughter and her bridesmaids spent the night in the Polo Bunk Room. It was the perfect place for them to relax the next day while getting their hair and makeup done for the ceremony. It was the perfect backdrop for some absolutely gorgeous photos. I highly recommend checking out this fabulous place. Can’t wait to plan more events here.

We had our reception at LPC, and it was gorgeous! Tricia and Jessica were wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to have a fantastic night. We rented all of the suites for the weekend and that made the event even better! Each suite is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire weekend there and can't wait to spend another weekend in the Polo Bunk House with our friends!

Wу used the venu for our wedding day. 1) Communication. Was very poor during the preparation of our event. They sent us food choices which were not very clear. We asked for clarification. They sent another not clear "menu". There were such terms like "farm table", "food truck" - whatever. The prices were somehow connected to these catogories. We were told we could choose separately from the categories, and it even became more confusing. 2) Food. For our 2000 usd we had not big at all "farmers" tables with food on them. Probably, the real cost of them was much less. And we were hungry after the wedding. They also served it on plastic plates and plastic glasses. Then, we recollected how the venu owners asked us if we would bring our own dishware. We were surpised by the question, but we didn't think that they would use the plastic finally. 3) No place to hang the cloths on their restrooms. The toilet door didn't lock. 4) Conclusion. Then we told owners our opinion because they wanted, they answered "but we are doing our best"... 5) Money. They didn't give us our deposit back because we put these comment on Tripadvosor. So, dear visitors - decide by yourself if you want such "best". You may lose your money if you dislike something and put any comment about it in social media. Don't we live in a free society, do we?

We had a great weekend at Little Point! We had our rehearsal dinner there Friday night and reception Saturday night. It was so convenient having the wedding party stay in the suites and was the perfect place for the girls and guys to get ready there the day of the wedding. Everything turned out beautiful for our special day! Tricia and Jessica were fun to work with!
