Little River Farms is a perfect location for your daughter/son wedding. Breathtaking and scenic. Staff is professional and quite impressive. Mckenzie our wedding organizer was spot on with everything we spoke of and expected. She was friendly, always answered our calls and very timely. She had strong communication skills, knowledgeable and always positive.

Where to start? From our first meeting at Little River Farms and with the coordinator, McKenzie Rich, we could not have been more pleased with the exceptional service and professionalism we experienced with this group! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and staff is courteous and super responsive. McKenzie went out of her way to make sure that everything was spot on from the rehearsal through the cleanup after the reception! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. I highly recommend Little River Farms and McKenzie Rich!! You will not be disappointed!

We loved Little Rivers Farm. The venue is beautiful and perfect for a wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Anna Beth was amazing. Her professionalism and communication were excellent. The wedding planning was stress free because she coordinated with all the vendor contacts throughout the process. On the day of the event she took care of every aspect so that we could just enjoy the day.

We had the BEST experience at little river farms. Anna Beth Toole was the biggest blessing. She did an amazing job and not one detail was over looked. She was our rock. Our florist, Allison at Bantam & Bloom did exceptional and the flowers were absolutely amazing. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. My photographer Abigail Thomas at A T photography took breathtaking photos and was amazing!!! Cassie as Cass Capri killed it and made everyone feel absolutely beautiful for the big day. Everyone told me leading up to the day that something would go wrong and honestly, not one thing went wrong at Little River Farms with Anna Beth at the forefront.

Little River Farms was an amazing place to have my wedding! Everything was perfect. Leslie and Paige were my coordinators and they were life savers from beginning to end. The in house catering is AMAZING and the venue is absolutely beautiful. 100% recommend having your special day here :)

Set against a backdrop of beautiful trees and serene water features, it was the perfect setting for a romantic ceremony. Our wedding coordinator, Andie Adkins, was nothing short of phenomenal. From the initial planning stages to the big day itself, Andie was our secret weapon, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with precision and care. Her calm and composed demeanor put us at ease, and her expertise ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the wedding without worry. Andie went the extra mile for us and offered great ideas for details we would have never considered. The entire staff at Little River Farms and Southern Charm Catering went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding day truly magical. From the attentive service to the impeccable attention to detail, it was clear that they were committed to creating unforgettable memories for us and our guests. Little River was the most stunning location I have seen in the Atlanta area hands down. Not only is it a beautiful location, they have a fabulous in house planning team who exceeded our wildest expectations. Anna Beth’s professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness shone through on my wedding day so much. Our wedding at Little River Farms was INCREDIBLE. I would HIGHLY recommend going with their wedding coordinators. We did the 3-month prior package and it was perfect. Andie was prepared for every unexpected and made us feel so taken care of before and the day of the wedding.

Our experience while planning our Wedding at Little River Farms was OUTSTANDING!!!! The venue was absolutely beautiful! The staff at Little River Farms was AMAZING and each and every one of them made sure our Wedding Weekend was truly the best day of our lives! They made us feel so loved and welcomed! AnnaBeth was the BEST Wedding Coordinator we could have ever asked for. She made our day so much fun with no stress at all! Anytime either of us needed something she was right by our side helping us out! She took so many cute videos of us throughout our wedding day that we will forever cherish!!! AnnaBeth was perfect from the pre-planning meetings and made sure everything was on schedule throughout the day. After the wedding we could not even think of one thing that did not go according to plan. Not only did this make the night amazing for us, but it also made our guests have the best time ever. It was so much fun that nobody wanted to leave the venue. Little River Farms, AnnaBeth (Wedding Coordinator), all of the venue staff, our DJ (Jay Page), our Photographer (Ashlyn Cathey), our Videographer (Wedflix), our Florist (Bantam & Bloom), our Hair & Make up team (MakeMeUp), our Cake vendor (Cakes by Darcy), and our Caterer (Southern Charmed), all made sure we had the perfect night and we are forever grateful for every single person involved in our Wedding!

I cannot rave about Little River Farms enough. My husband and I live in the Atlanta area, but are both from out of state. We didn't think we would have our wedding in GA, but found Little River Farms after looking at a bunch of venues near our hometowns. From the minute we walked into Little River Farms, we knew this was it. The initial walk through and consultation was a breeze and done with so much care, and that continued throughout the entire process. Let's face it, wedding planning can be stressful and honestly expensive. Little River Farms was with me every single step of the way. For me, going with a venue like Little River Farms that helps you coordinate and can provide every thing you need was a no brainer. It saved me time, and I believe it saved me money. Little River Farms and their staff knows how to do it right, down to every single detail. AnnaBeth was my coordinator, and I truly could not have done any of it without her. She was extremely responsive, helpful, attentive, intentional, and professional throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, I felt like there were multiples of her, helping in every way possible. She moved throughout our day with so much grace and care. She was truly able to make my vision come to life, and I can not say enough nice things about her. I do Project Management for a living and can be a control-freak. I'm honestly not sure I would trust many people as much as I trusted AnnaBeth. I truly handed it all over to her come the wedding day, and I was able to enjoy my day and be 100% stress-free. If you are considering Little River Farms, I would not hesitate one bit to book with them. So many of our guests said it was the most beautiful and well planned wedding they have ever attended. I owe that all to AnnaBeth and the Little River Farms team!!! My husband and I are forever grateful! Thank you for giving us the best day of our lives!!!

While I have some complaints about Little River Farms as a whole (hence the 4 stars), I am writing this review solely to support our wedding planner McKenzie Rich. McKenzie is very friendly, helpful, and informative. She made sure our special day ran smoothly and had our backs with an issue with our caterer.

LRF was my dream venue! I got married there in July, it was very clean, had large groomsman and bridal suites, multiple ceremony locations, amazing staff, and well kept property. Their catering vendor, southern charmed was also incredible. They worked with us to craft the perfect menu and executed flawlessly! I hired an external planner but recommend just using the on staff LRF planner, they are wonderful and know all the ins and outs of the venue.

We had an incredible experience with Andie Adkins as our Premium Coordination planner with Little River Farms! Her attention to detail and expertise as our wedding coordinator made the planning process so easy. She created many DIY items for our wedding day including our seating chart, bar menu, name cards and welcome sign. Our family and friends were in awe of her direction of our rehearsal and wedding day and she made everything run smoothly! Little River Farms goes above and beyond a typical wedding venue with in house catering, wedding coordination packages, and beautiful spaces for cocktail hour and ceremony. We were able to truly enjoy every moment of our special day because of Andie and the staff at Little River Farms!

Everything about my wedding day went perfectly!! McKenzie was THE BEST coordinator we could've had, everyone absolutely loved her. She was on top of everything and made me feel so calm and comfortable leading up to and during the wedding day. Venue was gorgeous and really good about answering my questions when I had them, catering/food was great, and it was the perfect size for our ~100 person wedding. Highly recommend!!!

This place was awesome! Of course, it’s gorgeous, but the staff is what made our experience so positive. Anna Beth Toole is a rockstar! Wedding planner extraordinaire . She anticipated our needs and never disappointed us. Can’t say enough good things! 10 out of 10!

We absolutely loved Little River Farms! The venue was gorgeous, clean, and the perfect setting for our September wedding. Our coordinator Anna Beth was the BEST we could have asked for! From our first communication with her, she was friendly, professional, and very responsive. She is so experienced, gave great recommendations, and made sure every detail was planned out. The day of, Anna Beth was calm and reassuring. She was always thinking two steps ahead and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The food from Southern Charmed Catering was delicious- we are still getting compliments on the hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner! Our wedding was truly the perfect day and we wish we could go back and do it all over again thanks to LRF, Anna Beth, and the rest of their team!

We worked with Leslie and the experience was seamless. Little River Farms is an ‘all inclusive’ venue of sorts because they have on sight coordination, recommended vendors who love to work with them and know the space really well!!! My fiancé and I planned our wedding from another state and Leslie made sure that everything went very smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend this venue to future brides.

Little River Farms did an AMAZING job with our wedding! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I make our wedding everything we wanted it to be. Paige Postol was our coordinator and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything on our big day. She was always there to answer our questions and help us make decisions. Little River Farms was the perfect venue for our September wedding. The grounds are beautiful and our ceremony was perfectly dreamy! Everyone was commenting on how perfect the venue was and how friendly and professional the staff was. McKenzie, our day of coordinator made us feel so at home and took care of our every need before we even thought of it! I cannot say enough about how relaxed we felt during the whole process and on our wedding day. We had no stress and got to enjoy our time with friends and family! This is the only venue I will ever recommend to anyone!

Little River Farms was the perfect place for our wedding! We had an indoor wedding ceremony and reception with about 170 guests. Our coordinator, Leslie, helped the day go so smoothly and was always around to help, direct, and answer any questions we had! She was very attentive and helpful all day. The venue and grounds were beautiful for pictures, and the complimentary valet parking was great for guests.

All I can say is wow. This venue and vendors were amazing to work with. We had the privilege of working with McKenzie Rich as our day of coordinator. She did an AMAZING job helping us organize and things ran smoothly because of her. McKenzie went above and beyond for my husband and I, and even met us after the ceremony at the end of the aisle with drinks ready in hand for us. She did so well looking after our families too, making sure we had everything we needed. McKenzie herself is a wonderful person and treated us with such kindness, we feel as though we’ve gained a friend in McKenzie. Your wedding day is supposed to be filled with good memories, and we definitely accomplished that- Wildflower Barn and their team, as well as McKenzie all played a huge role in that. We couldn’t be more grateful for them.

Our daughter was married at this venue 7/22/2023 and the entire experience was amazing!! The venue is beyond beautiful and the staff went above and beyond in every area. They were all courteous, responsive, professional, and they cared that we all had a good experience. I highly recommend!!

Anna Beth coordinated our wedding at Little River Farms. She laid out the day for us before hand, showed us the venue, and made sure we thought of everything that made the day flow easily. On the wedding day, she made sure everything was seamless and was always there when we needing something. In addition to Anna Beth being great, the venue was beautiful. It was a great set up for our special day. The venue also provided a great recommended vendor list that made planning our wedding much easier. I would highly recommend having your wedding here.

Behind every flawless wedding is an incredible venue and even better coordinator ensuring the event runs smoothly so you don't have to. That was me and my husbands experience with Little River Farms and our outstanding coordinator, Anna Beth. From the moment we first toured LRF, we were blown away by the stunning setting and knew this charming farmhouse had to be the backdrop for our big day. Aside from the undeniable beauty, this venue has everything you need on site including getting ready in the morning, in house catering, and all of the day of decorations/props you could need. The team at LRF also provide a list of trusted vendors to help in our decision making for every aspect of your big day. We hired almost every one of our vendors from this list and highly recommend doing the same if you can. They are truly the experts in the business and having a team who had worked together previously made planning so easy. As an out of state couple planning our wedding from afar, we knew right away we would need lots of help from an experienced coordinator who knew the venue well. Anna Beth could not have been more of a dream come true! She made virtual venue tours and coordination meetings feel seamless and always had a quick response through email or text. She communicated with every other vendor about day of details so that we wouldn't have to. And by the time we got to the wedding day, I knew we wouldn't have to worry about a thing because she had every last detail planned. I have never seen such a hard worker and know that we were able to enjoy the little moments of our big day because of her. Some specific details she helped us with that really blew me away include designing a bar sign in our periwinkle/peach theme, helping create a perfect floor plan, having two of each appetizer from cocktail hour waiting for us after the ceremony, and making an Instagram reel of our day a few days after the wedding. Anytime we needed anything she was there for us. The best wedding gift we received was being stress free during a time that can otherwise feel overwhelming, and we got this from Anna Beth and the Little River Farms team!

I had THE BEST experience at little river farms! We had McKenzie Rich as our coordinator, and she did a fantastic job. She was a great communicator, was very hands on, extremely organized, and always on top of it! Leading up to the day, the helped us be sure all aspects of planning were covered and accounted for. Day of, she helped EVERYTHING run smoothly. As the bride, I did not have to do anything day of and was able to simply enjoy the day! Cannot sing higher praises about Little River Farms and McKenzie!

We 100% recommend Little River Farms for your wedding. We got married there in March of 2023 and our wedding was beautiful! We highly recommend working with event coordinator Anna Beth! The coordination package is SO worth it. It took so much of the stress off of us while planning, during the rehearsal, and the day of the wedding. Anna Beth is AMAZING! From the moment she started working with us, Anna Beth was on top of all of our wedding details, making the planning process so easy for us. She even knew us so well, she always had a diet coke waiting for my dad when he came to some of our meetings. She is absolutely fantastic and is a wonderful wedding coordinator. She was able to give us a detailed list of everything we needed for the wedding, and the day of she was always by our side for everything from helping with the dress bustle to making sure we actually ate at our wedding!

LRF was an absolute perfect venue for our vision. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was exactly where we wanted to get married. On top of the aesthetic and appeal of the actual venue, our wedding coordinator, Andie was amazing. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and Andie’s professionalism, responsiveness, and overall knowledge of every facet of planning made it so much easier for us. She took total control of vendor management, decor, logistics and coordination and her efforts made it such an enjoyable process for us. She was a huge driving force in making our wedding day as special as it was. I would give SIX stars if I could for Andie and LRF! Would recommend this venue and Andie’s services to anyone!!

Little River Farms (LRF) really made our wedding day dreams come true! My husband and I truly felt the LRF venue was the best in town! LRF staff were extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process from coordination, billing, catering, etc. Our wedding coordinator, Shannon Fitzpatrick, was the absolute best! She made numerous recommendations that made big differences in the planning process, logistics, and overall experience. The estate home has all you need from bridesmaids and groomsmen suites, lots of places to choose where to have your ceremony on their multi-acre property, and lots of space inside and outside for games and activities for your guest during cocktail hour through the reception. The in house catering, Southern Charmed, was delicious as well. We would highly recommend this venue!

I first visited Little River Farms as a wedding guest in 2017 and immediately knew it was where I wanted to get married! The beautiful landscaping, abundant space, and elegant windows were just as beautiful 5 years later for our 2023 wedding. If you are looking for a venue worthy of praise inside and out and whose photos will look just as amazing now as will they in 20 years, Little River is your place. One amazing thing we didn’t know we were getting when we decided on Little River, was the best Wedding Coordinator out there. Little River requires you to have, at minimum, a day of coordinator and offers three different coordinator packages for in house coordinators if you do not already have one of your own. We decided to proceed with their in house coordinator package beginning 3 months out from the wedding date and were able to select the wonderful employee, McKenzie Rich, who did our first tour of the property as our coordinator. Words cannot explain how amazing McKenzie is as both a coordinator and a person. As someone who was in 3 weddings in 2022 alone, I can truly say McKenzie is the best coordinator I have ever seen. She and her services were priceless when planning our wedding. They are one of the primary reasons we were able to enjoy our day and the chaotic season leading up to it so much. Whenever there was an issue, we had no doubts as to how meticulously and thoroughly McKenzie would resolve it. She was exceedingly knowledgeable on all of our vendors and excellent with communication on all matters. McKenzie gave me, my husband, and our families complete peace of mind on our wedding day. We felt immensely fortunate to be able to place our unwavering trust in such a personable, genuine, and kind coordinator. McKenzie is who made our wedding planning enjoyable! If Little River Farms is a five star venue, McKenzie is a ten star wedding coordinator. I cannot recommend them both enough.

LRF was my fourth or fifth venue tour and immediately when we got to the property I looked at my then fiancé and said “this is the one, we need to make this happen”. It just felt so right for us! It has the most beautiful natural lighting in every nook and cranny of the house, it’s unreal! Every staff we encountered was so nice and helpful. We worked mostly with Anna Beth and Shannon and I cannot recommend them enough!

LRF was incredible!! Shannon was our coordinator, she was absolutely on top of everything and made the day so low-stress for me and my husband and the wedding party and family, etc. Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful places they’d been, and I couldn’t agree more. It’s classic and beautiful and all the staff are incredible and helpful people. The wedding party suites are amazing with no chance of seeing one another, and the grounds are to die for pretty, even in the dead of winter. The food…incredible!! Our guests loved it, said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, and it was indeed amazing. We loved our experience there and highly, highly recommend it.

I just had my wedding here on January 21 and it was absolutely a dream! Hands down the best night of my life. The venue is so convenient the way it is set up with the bridal suites and groom suites and having outdoor and indoor ceremony options. Our coordinator, Andie, was fantastic and made sure everything went smooth and it went absolutely smooth! There was not a dull moment in the night and, not to mention, the place is absolutely stunning! All the workers were great, the food from their vendor was the best wedding food I had ever had, and they already have a lot of things on hand that you can use. People are still telling us how much they enjoyed it. I can't recommend it enough!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location or wedding planner! Little River was our first stop for venues and our last. We decided it was perfect after our initial walkthrough. We started off with one planner and a few months in, she left. McKenzie took over without even a hitch. She was the most perfect addition to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone more perfect. She is so detail oriented, has the most amazing personality and just makes you feel at ease. We never had to question that anything was getting done and she took so much stress off of us. McKenzie’s vibrant personality made every meeting and walkthrough that much more enjoyable. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was done and done how we wanted it. She always made sure we were taken care of and having the best time! We never had to worry about an empty drink or leaving without food. When I say I couldn’t have imagined a better day it’s truly because of her. She wasn’t just a planner she became a friend and I am forever grateful for her. She and the Little River staff are amazing and if you get the chance to have your wedding there I know they will not disappoint!

An absolutely incredible venue!!! The space, location, ambiance, food, natural vibe, and most importantly - the team. The Little River Farms work family is the best ever. They are organized, dedicated, genuine, kind, patient, FUN and so wonderful to work with. The whole process from start to end was flawless and was beautifully executed. If I could get married here every single weekend I would. The food was THE BEST!!!!! The chefs allowed us to collaborate with them to find a menu that described us. Everyone loved it. The pasta pomodoro sauce!!!! Sooooo amazing. Our florist Bantam and Bloom created the most lovely and classy winter wonderland. Highly recommend Allison. She is a dream come true. Last but not least Shannon. A friend, a therapist, an advisor, an iconic, a BOSS!!!!! To work with Shannon is a blessing. Instant connection with her was genuine and someone I could trust right away. She was so organized and easy to work with. Went out of her way to make the day perfect for us (and it was). Not a single thing missed and made sure we had whatever we needed at all times AND MORE!!! Not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Shannon. Thank you to the whole Little River Farms team. An absolute gem. We love you guys - best wedding ever.

We cannot possibly put into words how perfect Little River Farms is! We recently got married 11.11.22 and our day was everything we hoped for and more. The venue is beautiful inside and out, which was especially important for us on a rainy wedding day. Our rain plan was gorgeous and the LRF team made every adjustment needed to make the day run flawlessly. Our coordinator, Shannon Fitzpatrick, was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we wanted, made amazing suggestions when we couldn’t decide, and executed everything perfectly on the day of. She had every little detail accounted for. The in-house catering team, Southern Charmed, prepared a delicious menu and was very efficient with service which allowed us to maximize time on the dance floor (our biggest goal!). All of the staff members kept the vibes high throughout the night. We especially appreciated server Michael who was so positive and took the time to establish a rapport with us and the guests. We had multiple wedding guests come up to us throughout the weekend complimenting our venue and the LRF team as a whole. We cannot express our gratitude enough- it was the best day!

This venue was absolutely gorgeous and was everything my fiancé and I were looking for. We toured this venue first, and it became the only one we toured, since it was perfect! Our coordinator, Anna Beth Toole, was amazing and made sure that all my questions were answered leading up to the wedding and helped keep us organized. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day-of, and I cannot recommend her more!!! Southern Charmed Catering, the in-house caterer at LRF was delicious and had a varied menu, and Paige Postol Clark, their coordination manager assisted in making sure that everything was just as we requested. Picking little river farms and Shannon to be our wedding coordinator were two of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding. Shannon helped from the exact schedule to the custom drinks to having our confetti and party favors all out in the right places. After our first meeting where she asked questions about what we wanted to rent and how we wanted to do the ceremony/reception, we felt much less stressed. The day of, we also were able to more fully enjoy the day. I don’t think I had any worries about logistics regarding the wedding on the day of, because Shannon helped us so thoroughly. Little river farms also provides so many additional attachments that we noticed other vendors didn’t. You order the menu from their kitchen, they have so many beautiful decorations for affordable renting, everyone is incredibly kind, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. Another thing the videographer and photographer mentioned liking is that little river farms has a getting ready place, ceremony, and reception all in the same area that all look beautiful. Even the night of the wedding day, Shannon packed us food from the buffet which was another testament to how carefully the venue takes care of the guests and the couple. They put aside drinks in the getting ready room and set aside time for us to have a last private dance together even though we didn’t think of those things before. Thank you for helping us have a truly unforgettable experience that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives!

Shortly after getting engaged, we scheduled a handful of venue tours, Little River Farms being the first one we attended. After touring the venue, we fell in love and proceeded to cancel all other tours we had scheduled and secured our date. We worked with Anna Beth Toole and she was incredible throughout the entire process. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Little River Farms as our venue over and over again, one hundred percent. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful it was and how amazing every single staff member was that night. It’s not often that I go to a wedding and hear people complimenting the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, but this is all we heard all night long. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Anna Beth! You truly were amazing and Tyler and I are forever grateful for you.

My husband and I came to visit LRF back in November of 2021. We fell in love with the beauty of the venue and knew we just had to have our wedding here! We were blessed to have Andie Adkins to be our wedding coordinator. She was very attentive, positive, and someone that you can trust to make your wedding day go beautifully and smoothly. My extended family was very impressed with Andie as well. She stayed on time with the wedding timeline and was very punctual. Needless to say, the Olinger Family LOVES Andie!! We had an amazing wedding at Little River Farms! Every detail came together smoothly thanks to our wedding planner Lindsey Wise who worked closely with our vendors and Andie at Little River Farms. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It was a beautiful location and our family and guest had a wonderful time. All details were covered beyond our expectations. So many last minute things that were handled with ease thanks to the help of Andie the day of our wedding. She was there for whatever we needed including entertaining our little ones when feeling overwhelmed with walking down the aisle. She was amazing to comfort and entertain throughout the entire ceremony! Andie went above what is expected and we can't thank her enough!

I'm so glad we had our wedding at Little River Farms! Wedding planning can be daunting - even just knowing where to start. We booked them first and I'm so glad we did because they helped us get started with a list of suggested vendors, pictures of other weddings, and suggestions for how to make the day flow best. Shannon was a joy to work with! I had full confidence the day would go smoothly with her coordination. The venue is gorgeous and provided great backdrops for the ceremony, reception, and bridal portraits. We received so many compliments about Little River Farms - from both guests and vendors :)

Little River Farms is absolutely stunning! Our coordinator, Andie Adkins, was extremely helpful, and very hands-on from beginning to end. We are beyond grateful to have found this place and celebrated our biggest day there. 10/10 recommend! P.S: If you plan on having your ceremony outside ( ours was by the gazebo), remember to request for umbrellas because the sun can be brutal on your guests in the late afternoons :)

Some venue coordinators sit in their office all day on wedding day but Andie was very hands on and available to help with whatever we needed. Look no further! Little River Farms is a DREAM COME TRUE venue! As an out of state couple, we searched high and low for a venue that not only was close to Atlanta, but one that allowed us to be the only couple getting married on their property that day. Little River Farms is an expansive venue with an amazing grooms den, gorgeous bridal suite, multiple picturesque areas to say your vows, and a fully modern farmhouse to celebrate the reception party. For out of town guest looking for a long weekend away, the Avalon area and hotel is a short distance from Little River Farms. Not only was the property amazing, the staff was another reason we selected this venue. From the moment we came into town to visit, Shannon made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Shannon continued to support us during planning and on the day of, Shannon was a rockstar!!!! She runs a tight ship and our wedding was perfect in every way thanks to all her hard work and running around. The in-house catering company was tasty and amazing to work with! With tons of food options, Southern Charmed Catering ensured all guest had a delicious meal for our big day. We have no doubt Little River Farms & their staff was the reason our day was so perfect and recommend them to anyone looking to be married in Georgia!

Little River was a dream come true for our wedding day! The staff was amazing from the second we chose the venue until the end of our wedding day! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, it's such a charming location. Shannon made sure everything was exactly like we had hoped and was super responsive to our requests and questions throughout the months of planning! The food (Southern Charmed) knocked it out of the park as well. We couldn't have asked for anything more! It was PERFECT!! Thank you Little River, we wish we could redo the day all over again! I am a wedding planner based out of Cumming and I've worked at a lot of venues in the North Georgia area. Little River Farms is by far one of the best venues north of Atlanta. We had the pleasure of working with Shannon. She was on top of every detail and honestly made my job as planner so easy. She was prompt in responding emails, addressed any concerns we had, and went above and beyond for us. Her attention to detail is impeccable and on the wedding day she was on top of every detail making sure everything was done correctly. I seriously could go and on about how smooth everything was on the wedding day.

I had the pleasure of working my first wedding at Little River Farms in July and it was amazing. Shannon (LRF) for wedding and Anna Beth (Wildflower) for rehearsal dinner were so great to work with through the entire process. As a wedding planner you have the honor of working different locations and it's always a little extra stress not being as familiar with a venue when working an event. But LRF was a dream to work with from day one! They answered any question we had and even helped on day of which was great. I highly recommend this beautiful venue to anyone looking for a beautiful venue, great staff and who truly cares about making dreams come true!

We had the best wedding at Little river farms and even held our rehearsal dinner at one of their sister properties, Kimball hall! Every detail was perfect due to the wonderful coordination staff and the caterers (southern charm catering). Would recommend anyone to chose this venue. They were very accommodating to our changes and last minute asks. We were able to have a 8 piece band and 233 guest that we wanted to attend! Special shout out to Shannon our coordinator who helped make all the little details happen!

There are no words to adequately describe Shannon (and her team) at Little River Farms. Upon our first meeting back in March of 2021, Shannon treated us with such warmth, personality and professionalism. Little River Farms was the venue of my daughter's dreams, it is a beautiful piece of property with gorgeous grounds, gazebo, water fountains and all the amenities needed for a perfect Southern wedding. We signed our contract and left feeling like this was THE place. Shannon was there every step of the way, from helping to meet with vendors either in person or via zoom, email and/or text. We decided to hire Shannon as our wedding planner as well, especially since the bride lived in Marietta and I (the MOB) lived in Kentucky. She was honest with her opinions, (including which package we should sign up with her), thoughtful in her responses and made EVERYTHING so much easier! She answered every crazy call, text or email promptly, even on her days off or when she was preparing for another wedding. Shannon was such an integral part of our daughter's wedding day; she kept us all on track, smiling, happy, and handled every question with grace and compassion, even as we were starting to get a bit nervous. As for as I am concerned, the wedding ceremony and reception went off without a hitch (at least I don't know of any issues) all due in part to Shannon's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Shannon and Little River Farms enough.

My wife and I just had our wedding at Little River Farms and everything was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful, and our guests loved the different areas used for the parts of the wedding - the gazebo for the outdoor ceremony, the front rooms of the venue for cocktail hour, and the large, elegant reception room. The food was delicious. It was catered by Southern Charmed, sort of their in-house caterer, and all of our guests said it was fantastic. My favorites were the vodka penne pasta and Caesar salad. Finally, our day-of coordinator McKenzie was excellent. She was so on top of every detail and everyone involved in the wedding (bridal party, parents, some of the vendors who happened to be our friends) commented at how helpful she was and how smoothly things were executing under her watch. Her genuine enthusiasm made us more excited for our own wedding, and in the final weeks she was ready to help with any concern or little question we had. She is an asset to the venue, I can't say it enough. We had hoped to get through typical reception traditions quickly during dinner to have as much time as possible on the dance floor and the whole reception was tuned around that, it was exactly what we wanted. There's not a detail that we would have changed and I can't recommend LRF or McKenzie enough. Thank you!

Truly can’t imagine having been able to get through the big day without the support of the LRF staff, specifically Shannon. The venue was incredible and Shannon kept our day organized and moving smoothly!

Little River Farms was the whole package! It is an absolutely stunning venue with welcoming and helpful staff members, and I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. You have access to the whole venue starting at 10am, which was amazing for the bridal party. The bridal suite and groom's den are two underrated parts of this venue, as they are separate and keep both parties entertained for the day leading up to your ceremony. I love the different options for ceremony venues-- we were married at the gorgeous gazebo, but there are other locations outside you can choose to use and the inside is lovely for those who would prefer an indoor wedding for any reason. The cocktail hour was held outside and in the front of the house, which was plenty of space for our guests, and the reception hall was lovely and spacious. We had SO much space for the dance floor, which was great for our rowdy crowd. I used many vendors on their preferred vendor list and used their in-house catering company (Southern Charmed Catering), and I loved all of my vendors! I couldn't imagine a more perfect venue, and am so grateful to have had an amazing wedding day.

Little River Farms was the perfect place for our wedding day. The whole venue is beautiful inside and out for pictures, they make it easy to bundle a lot of things together (catering, linens, etc.), and the in-house coordination is fantastic. We received so many compliments about our day, and it would not have been possible without all the hard work behind the scenes at Little River Farms. We would recommend them to anyone!

McKenzie was absolutely amazing as my month of coordinator! She is truly so engaged and on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. I would recommend her again and again! The venue itself is just stunning. The whole team worked together so well to make our day amazing.
