She was so delightful and supportive while not being pushy. The selection of dresses at LWD is the finest quality in Denver. I am so excited to have said yes to the dress here and am absolutely obsessed with my gorgeous gown! Cayla was so helpful along the way, going above and beyond for me reaching out to the designer personally about making customizations to my dress and a custom veil. I felt so comfortable with her and trusted her to communicate with the designer since I could tell she knew exactly my vision. She also went above and beyond to fit me back in for a second appointment while my Mom was still in town so that she could be there with me when I said yes! Can't say enough amazing things about LWD!

d the store to start pulling dresses. The first private moment the consultant had with me, she asked what my budget was, which of course is to be expected. I told her, and she completely discounted what I said and responding by saying oh well you will open up more possibilities if you spend X. Probably not the right approach or sales technique. A budget is a budget for a reason. That was the first sign of her not listening to our needs. She then started pulling random dresses that are completely the opposite of what I told her I was looking for. Dresses with colorful flowers, blue flowers, sequins, wrong necklines, poofy, etc when I specified a certain style. She insisted this was an effort for me to step out of the box and try other styles which might surprise me. Okay fine I’m open to trying, but ultimately thought she had an end goal. I thought there would be an aha moment when we tried all these styles, just to realize my true style. that moment never happened, all the dresses were totally off track and a complete waste of time. What really bothered me the most was that I specified early on that I have a birth mark on my collar bone and I need to have a neckline that would cover that. Again, she didn’t recognize that and pulled strapless among other cuts. She was becoming frustrated by the end, which surprises me cause how could she think someone who wanted a form fitting simple dress would be happy with a poofy floral strapless dress. She eventually muttered to my future mother in law “she(the bride) needs to just laser off that mole”. SO RUDE. Miss, I am 30 years old. Do you not think I’ve looked into that at some point in my life and would have it it was that simple? Overall, this place missed the mark on service which was a total bummer since we scheduled this to be our second stop of the day in hopes of making our decision there.

in regard to what I wanted/saw in my dream dress that was withing my budget, as I knew exactly what I wanted going into this experience. I went to many other bridal salons that made me try on designs and styles that I had no interest in while also feeling pressured to buy something, and I never felt that way here. In addition, the designers that they carry are the best of the best. They truly do carry the most beautiful dresses in the city of Denver, and they also use the best seamstress in town as well. Thank you to LWD for making such an important part of the wedding planning process so enjoyable!

I loved the privacy of the appointment, the beauty of the space, and that the shop was not loud or distracting with other parties. helped me look at all different styles and ideas. We were able to narrow it down and pick a top 4. I then went to a few other stores, but every time we finished I kept thinking about the original dresses and wanting to go back to LWD. So we went back and I am so happy we did. Megan pulled a dress that was not on the original favorites, but it had each aspect I loved about the other dresses. That wound up being the one! Megan is so energetic and fun to work with. She helped give opinions when I had a tough time narrowing it down, but let me lead the discussions. Their lighting is PERFECT!!! Lighting is everything. It looks so professional and I felt so pretty standing on the platform in every dress. You can tell that they made the lighting a priority. The one thing that I noticed with LWD that differed from other dress stores is the bead work with certain designers. After seeing the first dresses, I realized I really loved beading (and it gives that subtle sparkle). I requested beading when I went to other stores and they gave sequins and never the same beading I was wanting. Megan knew exactly what to put me in and I couldn’t be more thrilled! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

ugh. She asked great questions prior to my appointment such that only after a few minutes of talking with her, I felt like I had been talking about my dream dress with her for weeks. Avery pulled incredible selections for me and continually listened to me and asked thoughtful questions to understand how I was feeling in each dress. She knew her inventory so well and would even pull up pictures of variations and modifications to certain dresses that she felt might be things I was looking for. I never felt pressured or rushed and genuinely enjoyed my entire appointment time. I cannot speak highly enough of having worked with Avery at LWD and would recommend the shop to anyone in a heartbeat!

I could have left in a number of their dresses but I found the perfect dress for me! The dresses are stunning, the veils are incredible & you can find anything you want! in it. When I walked out and saw everyone's reaction, I knew it was my dress! We customized what I wanted (buttons down the back, shortened train) with no problem. The dress came in right on time, and fits so well that I only need minimal alterations. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day !!

another boutique. I was pressed into getting a dress that I did not like. I immediately had second thoughts and regrets but I ignored them. When the dress arrived, not only was it not my dream dress, but they had measured me wrong and ordered a dress way too small and I had even lost weight. In a panic, I contacted Little White Bridal and they booked me for an immediate appointment for sample gowns. Avery made everything so comfortable and did not pressure me at all. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and pulled the perfect gown. I went home that afternoon and could not stop thinking about this dress. I went back two weeks later and purchased the gown of the rack! It was truly the perfect wedding dress and Avery was an incredible consultant to work with! I am so grateful they helped my dream come true.

She took the time to ask questions about the vision for the wedding, what was important to me and my fiancee, and spent extra time working on going back and forth between me, the designer, and the seamstress handling alteration on creating custom elements to my dress. She even met with me an additional time to make sure my mom could see the dress I loved in person! :) Truly amazing! re. I described to her what type of bride I was and elements I was looking for and she let me pull some dresses and then she pulled some dresses. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on and it was one she chose! She knew me better than I knew myself! I never felt pressured to buy and she was always listening and pulled different gowns to make sure I loved the one I chose! It was not what I was looking for, it was even better! ng that dress shopping was never something I dreamed about - it seemed tedious and too decadent for my personality, and I would have been just as fine working online with a designer. However, I pushed myself to book a few traditional appts to ensure I was 1) getting the full experience and 2) getting expert advice on what works & doesn't work. LWD delivered that and MORE. I got to work with Avery, who texted with me before my appt & completely understood me as a non-traditional bride. She pulled pieces that tied with my Pinterest wedding board and was honest about pricing & sizing upfront. The transparency was greatly appreciated because I had a more conservative budget. The rest of the staff was wonderful, inviting, and equally genuine in any conversations I had with them. The showroom itself is gorgeous with lots of natural light and plenty of space to move around & still feel like you've got your own area. My mom was with me and felt extremely comfortable while I was switching dresses. She also adored the setting and staff dedication. When I settled on "my" dress, Avery and a few other staff made a point to tell me they were all fan-girling in at the front desk, which really made the experience so special & felt like I had cheerleaders all around. I kinda wish I could live the entire 1.5 hrs all over again haha Excited to work with them on my fittings & alterations!

There was a minor misunderstanding with my appointment (my error, I’m sure, I had booked the wrong appointment online I think) and they upgraded us to the VIP lounge for the inconvenience- one that wasn’t even their fault!! And I ended up leaving with my dream dress. I mean seriously, my Pinterest board doesn’t even COMPARE to what I left with. Dylan was my stylist, and not only was she professional and followed all co-vid regulations, but she was so supportive and truly listened to my vision for my dress. Dylan was my hype man!! She was so sweet and we had an amazing connection. I tried on two dresses, voiced what I loved from both, and then she came back with a dress that had everything I loved. MY DRESS. And on top of all that, the atmosphere was truly magical. The building is beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional, and they have a great selection of dresses to choose from. me true with the FIRST DRESS I tried on! Prior to the appointment she contacted me asking for inspo, and she truly and sincerely listened and understood what I was going for. This place is so special not only because of the designers they carry, but also because of the attentiveness they pay to their brides to be! It is also such a special experience because they do not let you see yourself in the dress until you are completely zipped in and pinned! Which really makes a difference. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

selection because I wanted it to be extra special and the snacks and goodies sounded great! Nancy was amazing to work with, from reaching out in advance to get an idea of what I was looking for in a dress to helping me pick gowns of ever style since I didn't know what I wanted! When Covid hit Nancy was also great about reaching out to see if my wedding date had changed at all and to assure me my dress was still on schedule. Since I also ended up customizing part of my gown with the designer she was great about corresponding back and forth with photos and then actually helping the designer do what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend to any bride looking for their gown.

We had been to a few other appointments earlier and so fatigue was slowly starting to settle in, but Taylor had great energy and made the entire appointment so much fun: the best of the day in fact! She had great points, pulled the most beautiful dresses that were exactly what I was looking for, and made sure that both me and my mom felt like absolute queens the whole time. If you are in the Denver area (or even if you're a bit farther out), a visit to LWD is an absolute MUST for all brides-to-be... you won't be sorry and you won't leave without a dress that you fall in love with.

After talking with her a bit about our wedding plans (and how we decided to elope and need a dress by in less than 6 weeks (!)), we picked out a handful of dresses from their incredible off-the-rack selection. Dylan made me feel amazing no matter which dress I tried on and was constantly pulling more dresses from around the store in the style I was looking for. She took pictures to share with my Mom and sisters and even talked to my Mom on Facetime, showing all of the intricacies of the dress. I was between two very different styles of dresses and when when Dylan suggested I try a veil, I knew I had found the perfect dress. Overall, I could not recommend LWD and Dylan any more. They made an unfortunatel situation into something incredible. Thank you!!!

I she also asked about other shopping experiences and I was honest about liking a dress at another store, after this I felt like the stylist D. was trying to convince me that that dress was not my style and would not fit with my vision. I also was told not to go to my other appointments that I had scheduled because the dresses would not be what I was looking for (I actually ended up finding one of these stores that "would never be my style" much more my taste). I left this appointment feeling stressed and pushed and confused. I will say that the dresses at this store were beautiful!

however after a traumatic experience with that dress and a fractured ankle I came back to LWD in need of a new dress. Melissa whom I have worked with from the first appointment put me in the 2 dresses I loved from the first appointment. I made a weird odd comment about how I wish I could mix the two into a special dress because there were pros and cons to both - HOLY SMOKES. Melissa spent the next hour with me creating a custom designed gown made by Jasmin Bridal that no other bride would ever have. Her attention to details, and getting exactly what I wanted is exactly why we didnt mind spending 3K on a dress through them. Was it the most perfect experience? no. I did get a call that my measurements were pretty unique and they needed to bring the dress out a few inches which meant needing alterations. No worries, Taylor Ridge stayed in contact and even called me personally offered a small discount. The girls even stayed with me downstairs during my trail appointment with alterations specialist Donna Beth. All in all our budget for the dress easily cost 4K, but it was worth EVERY DANG PENNY. My custom designed dress was beautiful and sparkled as I walked I was a true princess and the gang at LWD ensured that experience. i would never change a thing about this experience and will be sending them a wonderful thank you card!!!!

or in my dress (long sleeve, applique...etc) I was told by the sales consultant, "you don't want that because [this is what will happen if you wear that|." I also DID NOT PICK OUT A SINGLE DRESS for myself. The woman I worked with made me tell her the things that I liked (which she ignored) and picked the dresses for me - none of which were my taste or anything remotely close to what I liked. All in all, I felt ignored. I felt pushed to try and like something that was so obviously not my taste and felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't look around and pick dresses out myself.
