About this vendor
Livin’ It Up Transportation was first established in 2015. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable transportation to you, your family, and your friends every single time you call. We are a local family owned and operated business and take pride in the fact that our spotless limousines and buses show up on time every time.
We're constantly looking for innovative ways to best serve the party bus industry, and currently provide vehicles that can safely and comfortably accommodate 15 - 40 passengers. In 2017, we added a beautiful white Hummer stretched limo and a limo bus to our fleet, giving you even more options for your next big night out. In 2018 we added a Lincoln Town Car Limo and also a Mega Coach party bus.

Stay away! Don't ruin your big day! Everything advertised is not what you get. Stock photos from internet is apparently what we reserved because a half broke down school bus picked us up. The Hummer Limo picked up the bridal party and it just leaked water the whole time all over everyone and had mold everywhere. Both "Limos" had terribly rude drivers and the owner was aggressively angry when we inquired on what happened! So rude! No discount for the ordeal. Stick with the professionals. I have used Wad it up in the past and they are way better if you're looking for an alternative!
I would not recommend using this vendor if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
We first heard about Livin It Up at a bridal expo where we received information about transportation services for our wedding. The gentleman that we spoke with seemed very professional and we were excited to check this off of our list. We visited their website to complete the application to start the process for booking shortly after the expo. Once the application is submitted, the company is supposed to call you to confirm the details and that they have the date and vehicle available. We waited for two weeks and never heard anything. At that point, we called multiple times and left multiple messages over multiple days and never received a call back. I was finally able to get through to Adam one day and he told me that he didn’t see my contract come through so he checked his spam folder. He found it right away and said that it was “weird” that the contract ended up there. He then assured me that he put us on his calendar and the deposit would be taken from the card that we provided. At that point, I again waited for weeks before calling back to inquire about the deposit not being drafted and never receiving a receipt as proof that he had us booked. He proceeded to tell me that it was “odd” that the payment hadn’t come out and that he is usually notified if something is wrong. I asked if he could also send an email confirming that we were in his calendar so that I had it as proof since we had not received anything else yet. Again, he said that he would take care of it right away but I waited and never received anything from Adam.
We have since found a different transportation vendor to work with. Livin It up was impossible to get in touch with, communicate with and they did not follow through with anything. I could not imagine the added stress of worrying about whether they would show up the day of the wedding or follow through with anything that we spoke about. If you are looking for a professional vendor with any kind of response time, this is not the one!
0/5 if I could, Do not recommend this business, please read review:
I recently got married and needed a party bus for my bachelorette party and for the wedding day to the reception. To start off everything seemed fine, I even got a discount for getting two buses with them. However, for my bachelorette party, I wanted a bus with specific features and we reserved that particular bus. The bus we got was not the bus we ordered, and no one said anything to me. Since it was not a major deal, we put it past us and decided to give them another chance. We ordered a top of the line bus to transport our wedding party from the wedding ceremony to the reception. An hour before the wedding, my husband got a call from the owner who stated that the bus we ordered was not working due to the cold weather, but he would see what he could do for us. After the wedding, we come out to a bus that was a glorified school bus with awful speakers and uncomfortable seating. Don’t worry, we still had plenty of fun and we did not let it ruin our big day, but we had already paid the “discounted amount” that we were told we got due to ordering two buses. However, we paid the amount we were to for the top of the line bus. I did not say anything to the driver because I was not going to get into an argument with him on our big day. The following Monday, my husband waited until the afternoon to give him a chance to call us and rectify the situation. When no call arrived, my husband decided to call him. He answered and said we were on his list of things to take care of today and he would give me a call back when he had the numbers in front of him. One week later, we had still not received a call. Frustrated, my husband attempted to call him two different times, but was sent directly to the answering machine, so we then decided to text him. My husband informed him of the numbers we had looked at based on his website prices and what we paid for verses what we got. My husband was nothing but polite, but did inform him that we were not happy as customers with this whole situation, especially the waiting. He called back later, but my husband was busy on the phone with someone else. He left a voicemail and we did not dignify calling him back. In short on the voicemail, he told us we were in the wrong for wanting money back, but said he would be nice and offer a fraction of what we had figured. The whole point of this was not for us to get money back, it was the point that we as consumers deserve a degree of respect, and that as a business, one would think, would strive to keep their consumers happy. Changing the paid for bus the day of the wedding for a cheap “working” substitute is one thing, but not calling afterward to apologize or see what he could do to make things right is another. Even further, to leave us a voicemail telling us we were in the wrong a week after you promised to call us back sent us over the top and is the reason, I am writing this review.
0/5, do not recommend Livin’ It Up transportation and if you do, I would make sure the day of you have the right bus and do not think they will fix it later.
