Olivia was friendly to work with but she completely dropped the ball on our wedding decorations. We were extremely disappointed when we arrived to our reception space. We had been in contact with Olivia many of times prior to our wedding to iron out all of the details and ensure that everything was good to go. Olivia was not done decorating the space when guests started to arrive. Our close family & friends had to step in to ensure that things were put together and presentable. The table runners that we purchased and she agreed to put on the tables with the centerpieces were lying on the floor when my family arrived. We were also supposed to have a gazebo decorated and she did not decorate it. I completely understand that this is a big undertaking, but we had discussed the details, provided pictures, and measurements plenty of time in advance. Although Olivia apologized at the end of the night and refunded us some of our money, it was still extremely disheartening walking into our reception space and not seeing what we had planned on.
Olivia is such a sweetheart and you can tell how much pride she takes in her small business. Her attention to detail is so welcoming, especially when you're overwhelmed with wedding planning. Her centerpieces are absolutely gorgeous, and I loved knowing that they'll be reused again and again and not wasted like real flowers. Her prices are so reasonable and I was so happy with the end result. Olivia is such a hard-worker and did so well moving centerpieces from the ceremony room to the reception room.
I highly recommend using Livito Event Rentals if you're looking to save money and prevent the waste of a wedding!

Everything looked fantastic! Decor looked great in the space and Olivia did a wonderful job with our “do what you think is best” attitude with some items. I’m glad we were able to work with Olivia!

1000/10 Olivia was amazing , she take care of everything and always make sure I was satisfied with everything. The flowers were even more gorgeous in person than pictures. She is super sweet and love how easy was to talk and work with her and she have the best prices for all the amazing job she does . Olivia you went on and beyond making my wedding day just as perfect as I dream, thank you for helping me and thank you so much for your hard work . If any bride is looking for flowers decorations etc Olivia is the person run don’t walk .

A+++++ Olivia was great to work with while planning my daughters wedding. She was so patient and always available for any questions or ideas that I had. I am SO happy that I went with her for all of my reception guest and head table centerpieces. The flowers were beautiful and the many glass cylinders with floating candles were exactly as I imagined. Set up/delivery and take down at the end of the night were executed perfectly! (even in the rain!)

Olivia was amazing to work with. She helped create a design plan and made adjustments as needed. She made sure everything was just right. We were battling some severe weather the morning of our wedding and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. We used her for both our outdoor ceremony and reception decor. She setup on time and came back for tear down after the event. Having this service alone was worth every penny. I was able to just walk into the venue and not have to worry about how the decor looked or trying to package everything up at the end of the night like some vendors require. Thank you Olivia!

100/10 Olivia was amazing from beginning to end. She was super responsive, patient, organized, and kind from beginning to end. My venue looked absolutely amazing with the florals. She was super accommodating and really took her time to help me come up with what I wanted. I was very indecisive but I let her do her thing and it was the best choice I made.

We received many compliments on the centerpieces and candelabras. Guests were actually touching the flowers to see if they were real. I was happy that we didn’t have to toss out a bunch of fresh flowers at the end of our reception, Olivia is a sweetheart and went above and beyond to achieve our vision.

Olivia was amazing and so nice to work with when creating my wedding bouquet! I contacted her last minute for a wedding bouquet and she had it done so quickly and it turned out beautiful! Would definitely recommend her!
Olivia was an absolute dream to work with. Her team made the most gorgeous centerpieces that left our guests shocked when they found out they were faux florals. Excellent communication and a completely stress free experience. Could not recommend more and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Olivia was quick to respond to my request. I was surprised as my event was less than a week away. She and her assistant arrived as schedule. Her set-up was quick and efficient. Olivia even gave us extra batteries -- just in case! The candelabras elevated our look! Definitely will use her service in the future!

Working with Livito Event Rentals was by far the easiest part of the wedding planning process. The quality of the products were outstanding and looked absolutely stunning on our big day. From afar and close up, these items were so realistic that it surprised our guests! We received so many compliments and had other couples asking us for the company contact information.
Olivia and her team were extremely responsive and truly went above and beyond in helping us create our vision. Their flexibility and friendliess sealed the deal for us!

Livito Event Rentals was amazing to work with for all of the decor for our wedding! They were very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our wedding seamless and beautiful!
