Lo & Co Event Design

I originally didn’t have a plan to have a wedding coordinator but Lauren seriously changed the game for us. She went SO above and beyond with everything she helped us with on the day of, but arguably more importantly was how she carried herself that whole day. She was a much needed calm presence for us and even our other vendors. I would hire her ten times over, it was probably the best investment of our wedding. We can’t say thank you enough!!!

I plan events for a living and I was super nervous to trust someone with my wedding day but after our initial consultation meeting, Lauren immediately put all my fears to rest. Her commitment to her brides and her attention to detail was evident from the start and she exceeded our expectations in every possible way!! We hired Lauren for the Partial Planning & Design package and brought on Ashley at Brunette Blossoms as our florist. From the bottom of our hearts, hiring these two was the best decision we made for our wedding day. This duo is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Lauren and Ashley made our day so beautiful and captured my vision so perfectly. It was the wedding of our dreams! The design board that Lauren created was on point and I loved that I could take it to our vendors for inspiration on everything from our invites to the cake. All of our vendors loved it too! Lauren was so helpful answering questions throughout the wedding planning process, sending over helpful documents, giving creative suggestions and making sure to remind us of all the little details that can easily be missed when preparing for such a big day. It’s so easy to get decision fatigue when planning your wedding and Lauren took so much of the stress out of making wedding day decisions. All of the amazing pre-wedding work was nothing in comparison to what she did for us day of. Lauren was cool, calm and collected throughout every part of the day and solved all of the inevitable event day hiccups without us or our families realizing anything, which is a skill only the best events professionals have. Throughout the getting ready morning, she constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed while simultaneously handling set up and vendor load in. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all day because she had everything handled effortlessly! When the unexpected happened, Lauren handled it like a pro. The officiant we hired didn’t show and 15 min before the ceremony, Lauren helped us make a game time decision to have the DJ (who she found out was ordained) officiate the wedding. Lauren took a problem that could ground our day to a halt and made sure it didn’t dampen our day. Lauren did not let a single thing slide!! From making sure all the items we brought for decor were taken to our room to staying on track with all the pictures we wanted to take (it rained all day, so it no small feat) to even finding us at the hotel bar to say goodbye at the end of the night, Lauren did everything without breaking a sweat. I was blown away by her skills and her ability to save the day. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness is impeccable—even down to leaving two slices of cake in our room because we didn’t have time to eat any! We are so so so grateful for Lauren. You will never regret having her lead your wedding day!

We cannot thank Lauren enough for all the designing, planning and coordination she did for our wedding. Hands down, hiring her was the best decision we made! We had no idea what we wanted our reception to look like and let Lauren mostly handle all of the design elements. She totally knocked it out of the park – the space was so much better than what we could’ve imagined. Her creative vision and meticulous attention to detail truly made a difference, and we received many compliments from our guests. Throughout the entire planning process, Lauren was professional, communicative, organized and overall just a joy to work with. On our actual wedding, she kept us moving along on time and everything ran so smoothly. Lauren is fantastic! After attempting to design, identify and coordinate vendors for my wedding myself, I knew it was going to be way too much to take on solo. From the first time I spoke with Lauren, I felt more at ease. I didn't know exactly the aesthetic I wanted, and she was extremely patient with me throughout the design process. She brought great ideas and expertise to the table, confirmed all vendors, and worked directly with them to bring the vision to life. My husband and I couldn't be happier with how beautifully everything turned out. The planning process was so much more enjoyable and less stressful because of her -- working with Lauren was the best decision we made!

Lauren is absolutely amazing! I hired her for month of wedding management and it was hands down the best decision I made (the only thing I could have done better was hire her as my planner/designer!!). She was so responsive and had great communication to any question I had even in the months leading up to the wedding as well. Knowing she was there to cover everything left me at such ease that I was SO calm the day morning and day of the wedding.

Working with Lauren was the single best decision we could’ve made for our wedding day! We initially intended to plan our own wedding but quickly became overwhelmed finding vendors and creating a design plan. After talking with Lauren, she had such a calming and knowledgeable presence. Ashley took my two word floral vision of “white and green” and turned it into something truly magical. Our jaws kept dropping at the bouquets, centerpieces, pillars, hedges, and details on the wedding cake. Ashley is exceptionally creative and does not settle! She took the time to find the best quality florals and deliver the most visually stunning day. Above and beyond all that Lauren and Ashley do, they are genuinely kind and fun to work with! They were so patient, listened, and valued our opinions. Despite our lack of knowledge on the wedding industry and planning, they took the time to explain the whys and hows down to every detail. Even thinking about about our interactions now brings a smile to my face. Lauren is THE BEST! Working with her was so incredible and I feel so lucky and honored that she was a part of our wedding day. The florals at my wedding were BREATHTAKING. I will never be over the gorgeous bouquets, centerpieces, and blooms at the ceremony and reception. Ashley does her homework and gives you not only the best flowers, but the very best of everything - from candle votives, to vessels for centerpieces, corsage bracelets, flower girl rings, and ribbons to tie everything together. I never knew how much of a difference these things made in a wedding day until Ashley created such beauty for me. She and Lauren are such a great team and together they can do anything. Lauren was a true lifesaver, and I could not imagine our wedding day and planning process without her. She took over the planning and coordination right away which was an amazing help for two postgraduate students. During the planning process, Lauren was very responsive and had many recommendations when we were needing vendor suggestions. We loved working with Lauren to help plan & execute our perfect wedding! I hired her for day of set up/assistance & design consultation and she helped with so much more. She was super organized, had a lot of great ideas that aligned with my vision, and was always available to chat and help with plans. She also made sure I didn’t miss any details as we got close to the wedding. Our wedding took place during the COVID delta variant outbreak and she found out she had COVID the day before, but didn’t let that impact our wedding. Lauren and team did a fantastic job planning and designing our wedding! Due to covid, we replanned our wedding three times over the course of two years; and ultimately changed our venue three months prior to our wedding. Lauren was with us every step of the way to ensure every detail was accounted for, and helped our wedding vision(s) come to life. I couldn’t have imagine getting through our covid wedding without the support from Lauren and her team. Despite all the curve balls covid threw our way, we were still able to have the wedding of our dreams thanks to Lauren!

I hired Lauren because I was so stressed about finding vendors and realizing I needed someone to help with setting up our decor! She was really professional, responded in a timely manner, and was really easy to work with. She sent ideas for vendors which were super helpful since I wasn't the most familiar in this area. We had Maranda as our day-of-coordinator, and Maranda was really attentive to our needs and did exactly as I had asked when it came to the decor. She also was great at keeping the flow of things going and packing decor up at the end of the night. We appreciated Lo & Co Event Design so much and would recommend them again if anyone needed this type of assistance!

Lauren was SO instrumental in making our day as amazing as it was! We hired her as our day-of-coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made. We absolutely LOVED hiring Lo & Co Event Design for our wedding and I would do it 100x over again. I originally was seeking Day of Coordination services, but after meeting with Lauren and Ashley and seeing their work we ending up including design and floral as well. It was amazing to have so many aspects of our wedding covered through one company, especially since I was planning the wedding from out of state. One of my favorite moments of the day was when my husband and I were able to see our reception before anyone else. It was absolutely stunning. Lauren is incredible! After a last minute mishap with our previous planner, she didn’t hesitate to swoop in to plan our special day. From the first phone call she eased all of my stress and worries. She picked up all the pieces and was so responsive and took control of everything. She is talented and extremely knowledgeable. Lauren was always one step ahead and on top of everything. Ashley & Lauren were and ARE amazing! The best planner and florist duo you will ever meet. BOTH are super talented when it comes to design and both have everything regarding planning on point and organized to a tee. Lauren was simply AMAZING - I can say so much more but that needs to be the FIRST thing. She was a breath of fresh air and was in it for ME. I could tell upon meeting her that her heart and soul was in her business. She takes her role very seriously but also adds an element of light-heartedness and fun - aka making the planning process WAY LESS STRESSFUL. We all know that planning a wedding is stressful, but then try adding a pandemic to it.... not fun. I already had my wedding completely planned but then I had to re-plan to make sure everything was Covid compliant. That’s when Lauren stepped in it is an absolute lifesaver. She had so many amazing ideas of things that we could be doing to make sure my guess felt safe and so did I. She insured me that there was no need to cancel the big day but that we just need to adapt to the situation. Lauren took care of everything. Lauren was such a lifesaver! I was the maid of honor for a wedding in February. The bride had some things fall through last minute and we panicked. I searched and found her located near me. Lauren connected with my vendors, maintained my wedding timeline, and confirmed everyone was on the same page. After my wedding rehearsal, I literally felt as though I was "passing the torch," as we literally handed all of our day-of wedding items to Lauren for set up the next day. The day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a thing. I don't believe I was contacted once when set up was going on. Even with last minutes changes, Lauren was great about coordinating with the vendors to ensure those changes were implemented. I couldn't have imagined my perfect day without Lauren!

I am SOO glad we hired Lauren to be our Day of Coordinator. She went above and beyond expectations 8 weeks before our wedding day to make sure it was absolutely perfect.
