WOOD ROOM
Sprawling 2,500 square feet of gorgeous hardwood flooring, wood beam ceiling and exposed brick walls. Rustic, yet refined, the Wood Room is the perfect host to a range of events - from a high-end dinner reception to a full wedding ceremony. The Wood Room comes outfitted with crystal chandeliers and white organza along the original wood beams in the ceiling. Flooded with natural light from original antique windows, the Wood Room is any photographer’s dream!
URBAN ROOM
The Urban Room is the perfect blank canvas for a more casual and modern affair. It features 2,500 sq feet of stained concrete floors, a bar + kitchenette and dedicated restrooms. The Urban Room is also home to our Bridal Suite and is often rented as a compliment to the Wood Rooms. Standing alone, it is the ideal host for a business event, festive cocktail hour, seated dinner or dance floor.
STREETSIDE ROOM
Located on the lower level of Loft 1023, the StreetSide Room is 2,500 sq feet of industrial elegance. Featuring reclaimed wood walls, industrial ceilings, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful granite bar, this modern-meets-rustic space is the perfect spot for a range of events. The StreetSide room includes a small complimentary lounge area for your guests.
COPPER ROOM
While the Copper Room is our smallest event space, it does not lack in unique charm. Boasting a beautiful copper ceiling with crystal chandeliers, this room is approximately 1,200 sq feet and can be transformed to fit any type of event. The Copper Room is adjacent to the Streetside Room and is perfect for a small chapel style wedding,
reception or business event.

We used three of the four rooms available for our wedding and it was gorgeous! We were given access to the fourth room upstairs in order for me to hide from guests being seated. The separate changing rooms were very nice for getting ready at the location. We opted to spend a little more to guarantee that we had the whole space to ourselves, but you could easily have an intimate wedding with just two rooms. The catering business that goes alongside the venue was delicious and my guest loved the mash potatoes martinis! The stairs posed an issue when using the upstairs rooms for my ceremony for a few guests but otherwise the facilities are a great option!
Well, I had been to a wedding here before, and I did think it was beautiful inside. I didn't even consider it, though, because each room felt tiny and cramped. I also didn't like having to change rooms three different times. When it came time to plan my wedding, I avoided it until I didn't really have any other options that fit my picky needs. I wanted to have both the ceremony and reception in one building, and in Central Arkansas for under $5,000 without having to move chairs or rearrange furniture. This is basically the only option that meets those needs. We had the venue reserved for Friday and Saturday, and when we arrived Saturday to start setting up for the wedding and rehearsal dinner, the owners brought about 5 different groups in to tour the venue, which was less than desirable. Also we noticed our shoes and clothes were getting extremely dirty, and it doesn't look like the floors have been cleaned in a very very long time. My mom had to clean the rings in the toilets. The owner came in and was a little rude to my mother-in-law who was trying to set up, and rubbed everyone the wrong way. Then, the day of the wedding, the security guard the Loft requires you to use was very frustrating. He basically followed my mother around and pestered her the entire time. We did our exit at 10:30, but had the rental until midnight. The security guard was rushing everyone around, and followed my mom into the dressing room when she went to change into comfortable clothes. He was rude and acted ignorant honestly. Also, we had issues with getting the venue at a comfortable temperature, it was July and never really seemed to cool off. The experience really wasn't everything I dreamed of. My pictures are absolutely beautiful, but there is definitely work to be done here.
My mom found out about Loft 1023 from a friend, and after looking at the space and seeing the prices, we were excited to book our date, since it was already filling up for the year. The deal is really good, but it was really easy to rack up extra charges for additional rentals. We chose the package with the upstairs rooms only, since we were only having 100 guests and the downstairs room would have been too much. It was great to have the space for the whole day before the wedding. I understand paying extra for linens, since those have to be laundered after each wedding, but the tables included in the package were not enough for all the guests and the vendors (and the wording was a bit confusing on their pricing sheet, since if you book just one room for more than a few hours, you supposedly have access to as many tables as you want...and all the tables are stored in house). If you book here, spend some time the day before your wedding to double-check all the chairs you plan to use, since many of them are broken or wobbly. The location is central if you want to carry on partying, or you have guests staying at hotels downtown, and it looked great in photos, so despite the small issues we were happy with our decision to book here.
We used all three rooms at Loft 1023 for our wedding and it was beautiful! Toni and her husband are very helpful and have almost anything you would need for your event. The restrooms, bars, and separate changing rooms were very nice. In my opinion, the stairs are an issue but otherwise the facilities are a great option for a wedding with less than 200 guests.
I love this place! We are using it just as our reception site, but with the two rooms it has you could do an intimate wedding in one and a reception in another. It is beautiful inside and perfect for the style of my wedding! The only downside is you have to climb a flight of staird to enter, it is not handicap accessible. But other than that it is a great venue at a great price!
Now that we have had our wedding:
It was amazing! The two rooms worked great to seperate food and dancing! We absolutely loved it! It turned out beautiful!
