My business is set up to be customizable for all my clients. I work with your budget and try to help you find the most affordable solutions. Because of the lack of lodging in the Hill Country this is an area of expertise I can offer you. When I set up the lodging I do it in a systematic way that makes sense when you go to add the Transportation. I can also do Transportation ONLY to include shuttles and Exit Cars. I follow my clients to the very end and make sure on your special event that you or your Day of Coordinator have the drivers names and contact numbers. I will coordinate signs to have on the shuttles with block name and Venue.

Coming off of 2020 - The Wedding/Group/Concert/Tour Business has undergone Drastic Changes. When Covid started to gain momentum folks were running nervous and I must say the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY took a nose dive and still suffering but I am seeing a Detour and Change of Direction regarding Transportation.
I have come up with a new list to involve shuttles that are based more with for smaller groups. (Although for the BRAVER GROUPS) there are still Active Motor Coach Shuttles
My goal is to provide service to individuals and groups of all sizes.

It is no secret that the wedding planning process can be intimidating and overwhelming. Having an experienced wingman can be the sole difference between success and failure. Without a doubt, Linda is the Top Gun leader of experience when it comes to all things planning, communicating, motivating, encouraging, brainstorming, did I mention communicating? You will not wait for days to hear a response. She is at most times instant to reply. I cannot say enough good things about her. We are about 9 months away from the wedding and most all of the big ticket items have been taken care of. I personally am a very self motivated individual and along with her guidance we have accomplished a ton in a lot less time than I would have thought possible. I look forward to continuing our relationship as she helps my future bride and I lock everything down! Hands down, Linda is the best and you will not find a more supportive, caring, and compassionate person who wants to help make your wedding the most memorable occasion.... while also respecting your budget.

As a planner, we try and do everything we can to ensure a wedding day goes off without a hitch. Transportation and technical issues are something that are out of our control, so after we had a bus from another company break down and the company told us there was nothing they could do for the rest of the evening, we were in a bind! We called Linda in a major crunch still needing this bus for later that night to take guests back home. Linda was very quick to answer our call and call around to find another bus and driver available to take our guests home from a ranch pretty much in the middle of nowhere! She saved the day and helped us still provide transportation for 50 guests who would have been stranded! Thank you Linda for all of your help and willingness to help out at the very last minute!
Unprofessional and customer service experience? Really, i have not heard back from her after multiple call, email....NOTHING! My fiance and I won a $250 credit for an Exit Car but it appears that we will not be awarded our prize. This is terrible service, I can only imagine the headache that can be caused from actually doing business with this place.....just getting someone, anybody to respond back to me seems impossible. Tsk,tsk,tsk. Not a good look! I'd give ZERO Stars but I had to give 1 to post.

Linda is fanatic and takes care of every single detail to transport quests and wedding party. She kept in constant contact with hotels and wedding planner to insure everything was in schedule . I appreciate Linda’s attention to detail and we truly felt personally taken care of ! She is one of the best in coordinating transportation for all your wedding needs! Logistics by Linda was INCREDIBLE. We booked a 24-person charter through Logistics by Linda for our wedding party as a getaway car. Linda was incredibly helpful & responsive from the get go. But - what really blew me away was the fact that they sent a giant charter bus that held way more than 24 people. We had issues with another transportation company earlier in the night & when Linda heard of this she made up for it even though it had nothing to do with her. It was incredible & so sweet - many of our guests got to enjoy the charter bus outside of just the wedding party and we had so much fun. The driver was helpful and Linda couldn't have been sweeter making sure all points of contact were in the loop throughout the night. THANK YOU for your service - would highly recommend for any transportation needs.
Mrs. Linda used our service for a emergency New Years transportation for wedding transportation we rendered services and have text messages stating she sent check. It’s been 18 days and still balance of 450.00 is due. She has lied to us and it’s considered theft of service. We are going to file theft charges on her. We have all evidence of services provided and text messages communicating between her and owner of San Marcos taxi. We will file with BBB.

Stay as far away from Logistics by Linda as possible. We booked her after reading good reviews back in March and it was the worst decision we could have made for our wedding. She caused so many headaches and stressors the week of our wedding and was the only vendor that we absolutely would have been better without.
Linda was very sweet and communicative initially, very responsive to emails, and easy to get a hold of. Around August we began to try and get in touch with her to finalize our timeline and this is where the issues arose. Linda started to talk us in circles, mix up or lose our files, and promise to get back to us with a timeline. We never got a timeline even after paying our final deposit.
The week before the wedding I became extremely concerned and tried to push her to commit to a bus pickup schedule for our 56-person bus from two hotels. After saying multiple times that she would get it to me (the last of which being on the morning of the wedding), she never provided me a timeline and a bus never arrived. Instead, there was a sketchy van and a single car to transport all 56 of my guests. They took a few laps and gave up, resulting in the majority of my guests being confused and missing the starts of our ceremony. At the end of the night, the car and the van picked up at the wrong times (right before cake cutting and 30 minutes before our sparkler exit, instead of after late night snacks were served and after our sparkler exit) and then left the remaining of our (intoxicated, new-to-Austin) guests stranded in the middle of the night with limited access to transportation.
I tried to contact Linda after the wedding multiple times to voice my concerns. Never heard back from her. Stay as far far far away from Logistics by Linda as you possibly can.
Vendors/Partners beware!
If you choose to do business with Linda make sure you get paid up front. Elektrica.Limo has done business with Linda many times so we have been flexible with payment, however we have now gone over two months without payment and Linda will not respond or take care of her invoices. The only communication we have got back is "Out of the Office" "Sorry in San Antonio"
Linda seemed like she was going to be such a huge help when we first hired her. However, she ended up being the most difficult part of the wedding. She charged us for transportation well in advance of the wedding, which we paid. We found out after the wedding that the transportation company had not been paid. I've contacted her many times about this and she will not return my email, texts or phone calls. She also charged us more than the shuttle company actually charged. No other aspect of the wedding brought us as much frustration and stress as did dealing with Linda.
We used Logistics by Linda for my daughters wedding in October, 2018, what a nightmare!! All most two months later and we are still dealing with Linda’s mess! As per her request, we paid our shuttle deposit 2 months in advance to secure our shuttles and paid the total invoice for the shuttles 1 month in advance. However after the wedding we find out that not only has Linda not paid the shuttle company but she over charged us!!! I just wonder how many more clients she has over charged claiming the shuttle fee was more than the company actually charged!! I would not recommend Logistics by Linda to anyone. She has a very sweet voice but runs a very crooked business.
Linda was great. Extremely responsive to emails. Everything was very organized. Shuttles arrived on time, and did a great job with making everything run smoothly on my wedding day.
For our wedding, I was not going to let people drink without providing a safe mode of transportation back to their hotels.
I came across Linda's information and I was super impressed with her timeliness and willingness to work around my busy schedule.
Linda is extremely personable and works with you to find the most time and economically efficient mode of transportation. She is extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable about the area which helps greatly when working out timing.
The day before my wedding I realized I would need to provide another shuttle to a third location. Linda jumped on this and everything worked out flawlessly.
I cannot say enough good things about her. Our guests also commented on how professional and clean the buses and drivers were. She took so much weight off my shoulders.

Our only regret in our wedding planning process was not finding Linda sooner than we did! Finding our getaway car ended up being one of the last vendors we booked due to lack of time and how stressful it became to find a classic car. We contacted many companies for further information and received little to no responses from the majority of people. Linda was the first to respond to us in a timely manor and was willing to help us out and fast too! Linda made the whole process so simple and easy from start to finish! And not to mention had great prices and time allotment for the car! Our guests were able to enjoy the car before the reception was over and look inside and take pictures! We picked the 1941 grey Cadillac as our car and WOW……… the car was absolutely stunning! The interior was spotless and restored to its original glory! Our driver, Dave, was fabulous as he drove us around downtown before dropping us off at The Driskill! My husband has a classic ford truck and the vintage getaway car was a surprise for him! Dave had a great personality and knew all about the car as my husband had a thousand questions about the Cadillac. It was a perfect ending to a perfect day! If you are looking for a classic getaway car and are planning a wedding in the Austin area save yourself the headaches and start with Linda first!! Thanks again!

I didn't have to worry about anything on wedding day it between my coordinator and Linda it was all hassle-free.

Linda was wonderful. She had multiple options available for every type of transportation we required with reasonable rates. Everything was done in a timely manner. The transportation was on time, and all our guests really enjoyed themselves in both the sprinter and the shuttles. Linda helped to make our day absolutely perfect, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for transportation help for any type of event, not just weddings!
Linda was exceptionally knowledgable in helping us plan our bus transportation from San Antonio to the Hill Country for our daughter's wedding! She always responded with great options and was quick to add a private car service for my parents at the last minute! I loved working with her, she was always cheerful and upbeat. She clearly is in her element and you will not be disappointed if you let Linda help you with any of your transportation needs! Our experience in working with her was A++
Linda helped me find better rates for transportation between the hotel and my venue than other vendors quoted me. She is the middleman between you and the transportation company, so they are inclined to give her good deals on shuttles.
Limo was late to our wedding and took us to the wrong hotel.. Wasn’t the end of the world but it was disappointing given how the entire wedding went flawlessly. Driver was friendly and limo was nice but overall not a great experience
Linda was amazing from Day 1. When she found out that we were having difficulty getting room blocks for our son's wedding, she was on it and we had visits at multiple hotels and B&Bs that weekend. After we decided which ones we liked, we had blocks at 3 different hotels by the next day. When disaster struck and we found out that the wedding venue had been double booked, Linda was on it again. She immediately contacted hotels in the next town (because there were none in the town where the venue was) and we had room blocks in 3 hotels within 2 days. Next, she helped with arranging the new rehearsal dinner location. The day before the wedding, she was able to arrange an additional shuttle to accommodate some extra guests who were concerned about driving 30 minutes down the road after the wedding. She even went above and beyond the call of duty when at 11:30 p.m., the shuttles left before everyone was on board. She contacted the company and got them to return to pick up the forgotten guests. I cannot say enough good about this lady.

In an area where hotels are limited, Linda’s services have helped us bridge a distance gap for both local and destination clients alike. She has a remarkable ability to connect with people and knows her resources well. We highly recommend!
Linda was a rock star for us! From the very beginning helping to find accommodations for our guests, to last minute transportation needs to make our wedding enjoyable for all!
