We extended courtesy and flexibility at every turn- even when met with behavior that was, frankly, erratic and often inappropriate. Most concerning is your mention of “unexplained charges” related to our bed and breakfasts. To be very clear: these charges were the direct result of extensive and biohazard-level damage, including human feces and blood found in multiple rooms. This is not a routine cleaning issue- it is a serious health and safety concern. We documented everything and followed protocol. Had your group left the accommodations in reasonable condition, no such charges would have applied. Lastly, while we generally refrain from commenting on personal behavior, we must note that several interactions with your group were challenging and, at times, deeply inappropriate- including moments during the rehearsal dinner that caused discomfort among both guests and staff. These kinds of incidents not only disrupted the experience for others but placed our staff in an unnecessarily difficult position. We’re proud of the work we do, especially under pressure.
