Laura was absolutely amazing. She was very professional while still making my husband and I feel special, as if we were old friends. She asked and answered questions to make sure that our day was everything we dreamed it would be. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I didn't know about it. Laura did an amazing job. From the day we met her, she was amazing. She helped create a beautiful wedding board and helped piece all the different ideas into something truly amazing. Laura was our day of wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing!! We had a Zoom meeting with her a month and a half before the wedding and you could definitely tell she was a pro! It was awesome she was at the rehearsal dinner to walk through the processional and recessional. She had an answer for every question we had and worked with all of the vendors to stick to the timeline. We had one issue with a vendor not showing up on time and Laura contacted them right away! She made sure my husband and I were doing well throughout the day and night. We also took advantage of her set up and tear down service. She made sure the decor looked beautiful. She had an eye for things that I never would've even thought of! Everything was gorgeous! I couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator! :)

Laura was everything and more than we could have asked for in a Day of Coordinator- she helped ensure our wedding day ran smoothly, helped with anything and everything possible- which we truly appreciated so our us and our families could take part in our wedding day instead of worrying about all the little things. Laura always looked out for my husband and I and our families and guests from dawn until dusk, ensuring we had everything we needed to stay present and cherish the day in its fullest. We are so thankful that Laura- her hard work and passion for weddings doesn't go unnoticed, and we are so appreciative for her and would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!

We booked Lola Grace after meeting Laura at a wedding expo event over a year before our wedding. Laura has a bubbly and energetic personality which is one of the reasons that drew us to her. Given that both myself and my fiancé were working full-time and I knew that I would need help planning our wedding day along the way, we booked Lola Grace for Laura's Partial Planning Package. Since I am pretty detail-oriented and was incredibly excited about the design portion of planning our wedding, I thought that booking a vendor for Full Planning Services would be more than I needed. However, I thought that Day-Of Coordination wouldn't be enough to ensure that us, our family, and our friends wouldn't have to stress and help do set-up/tear-down during the wedding day. We met with Laura over Zoom every-other or 1x/month to discuss timelines and to keep us on track as we were 8, 6, 3, and 1 month(s) out from our wedding. Some of these meetings were helpful, but given the amount of info that is on the internet, podcasts, and other resources to help couples during wedding, I am not sure if we needed the partial planning services. The partial planning package with Lola Grace does not include vendor communication which is one of the most time consuming part of wedding planning. Laura gave some recommendations for certain vendors like transportation and photo booths, but overall, we did the heavy lifting for researching which vendors would be best for our needs, finding our own contacts/navigating the hotel blocks (which can be very complicated), sharing information among key vendors (venue/catering, photographer, florist, HMU artists, etc) and brainstorming how our design vision would be executed. I didn't quite expect to do all of these planning pieces on our own. Had this been more clear, I think we would have gone with booking day-of coordination. However, the day-of coordination did not include full event break-down which was one of the major perks of the partial planning package for us. Perhaps booking for Day-of or the Full Planning package would have been the better value for what we actually needed. Communication could have been a bit stronger throughout the planning process. During the months leading up to our wedding, Lola Grace relocated to northern Wisconsin so meeting in-person or having Laura visit our venue (in Milwaukee) before our wedding day was tricky. That all said, Laura was INCREDIBLE during the day of our wedding and I think Day-of Coordination is where Laura truly shines. She arrived at the venue early to start set up and then drove back to the hotel to greet us during the late morning to check in on the wedding party. She communicated with the photographer, videographer, florist, and venue coordinator to make sure that the timeline was on track. The decor was set up to bring my vision to life. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception transitioned beautifully and Laura was impeccably attentive to our and our immediate family's needs (making sure we had water, drinks, and food throughout the night as well as being mindful of any "issues" that came up). At the end of the night, Laura did the break-down of the decor elements and organized everything back in boxes for us to pick up at the venue that next morning which was so helpful. Overall, our wedding day ran smoothly and Laura was key in making this happen.

Laura was amazing to work with! She listened to all my requests and made sure everything was perfect for my big day! Throughout the night she would quick stop over and ask if my husband or I needed anything which we really appreciated! She worked extremely hard the day of and had great communication the day of and everyday coming up to it! We were very happy with how the day turned out and couldn’t have done it without Laura and her team!

Laura with Lola Grace was an incredible asset to our wedding day. We weren't originally thinking about a day-of coordinator but are so glad we decided to hire one, and so happy we found Laura. She was so well prepared from the very start, and was a huge help as we were planning our wedding from a distance. She worked with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and continued to check in with us leading up to the big day. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed, making our day everything we could've dreamed of and then some. We would highly recommend Laura if you're looking for a coordinator (and you should be).

Laura with Lola Grace seriously made our wedding!! I had no idea what I was getting into with planning our wedding and Laura calmly and kindly walked me through everything so I felt prepared and never overwhelmed. Hiring Lola Grace was the best money I spent on the entire wedding! So many of my guests commented on how efficient, professional and lovely she was to have at our wedding. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Laura and all the little details she handled so I could truly enjoy my wedding day!!

At first. I wasn’t going to get a coordinator for our wedding day, but WOW am I glad I did!! Laura— you were seriously our life savor for our big day. You kept everything and everyone in line so we didn’t have to stress, you consistently made sure all of us were ok, eating food, and drinking enough water. If anything went wrong, you were on it instantly. You made my stress level go from a 10/10 to a 0/10. Working with Laura for day of coordination of our September 2022 wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! From our first meeting, we knew that Laura was definitely the right fit for us as she was not only very kind and easy to communicate with but also so organized & detail oriented! On our big day, Laura was so incredibly thoughtful and constantly was checking in with myself & my husband along with our parents and bridal party throughout the whole day to make sure we had everything we needed. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we never would have known as she handled everything so seamlessly behind the scenes helping to make our day so stress free! Laura was such a help and she really saw what I was going for during our initial meeting. I used her only for the Day of Coordinator and she was so helpful in that short amount of time that I can only imagine how helpful she would have been if I had her throughout the whole process! She took so much stress off my shoulders, was dead locked on the timelines, so detail oriented, and everything ran so smoothly. I can't say enough about how awesome she was to work with.

So glad we ended up booking Laura!!! Didn’t know we needed her until the day was over. From running around making sure we always had something to drink to putting out fires we didn’t even know we’re happening. Laura made sure our day went smooth and was as stress free as possible. Laura was so helpful as a coordinator for our wedding day! She asked tons of helpful questions that ultimately helped us realize our vision for our wedding. Her confidence that she could get everything into place and keep everything on track made planning a much less stressful process. When the wedding day came, she followed through and was active every step of the way to make sure all our preparations were in place. She maintained a high level of communication the week leading up to the wedding and the day of. Even thought it was a very hot day, she was positive and professional throughout our entire wedding. We couldn’t recommend her services more!

Laura deserves a gold medal for the work she did at our wedding. We were hit with all the elements on our wedding day this summer - rain and wind. This required very quick thinking on Laura's part, and she CRUSHED IT. Even though we had to make some pivots to the original plan, everything worked out beautifully and none of the guests even knew the difference. Laura was organized, in control, friendly, and trustworthy. I couldn't recommend Laura more highly!!

Laura was amazing! She was definitely a godsend on our wedding day. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. We were also able to pay her an hourly rate when we needed help finding a hotel block on the busiest weekend in the city. She was able to do it without any problem!

I wasn’t planning on hiring a wedding planner but I’m so glad I did! Laura was absolutely amazing. She was able to decorate and put all of my vision into place on our wedding day. No detail was left behind! Laura is punctual, pays attention to detail, and can wrangle any crowd. Hiring Laura as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is absolutely incredible and from the first time we met with her, we felt like we were good hands and that our wedding day would run smoothly. From running back and forth to get the boutonnières to the right spot, sending me pictures while setting up the reception to ensure it was exactly what I envisioned, making sure we were eating and drinking during the reception and overall making sure every small detail was taken care of from the beginning to the end of the day. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator. I wasn't sure it was something my wedding needed, both my mom and I are Type-A personalities and had already cemented most of the wedding details before even considering a day-of coordinator. Unfortunately, as the bride and the mother of the bride I knew we would be incredibly preoccupied on the day of the wedding and I had nightmares about missing those little details I had spent so much time planning, making, stressing over. I found Lola Grace recommended on the Knot and Laura's reviews were glowing. I assumed bare minimum she would be able to make sure the caterer wasn't clanging dishes during our ceremony (another nightmare of mine), but I was not prepared for what a gift having Laura at our ceremony would be. She is incredibly professional, confident, and has expertise to offer even the most well-planned wedding. Even though we had a 'wedding bible' already pre-printed with vendors, details, timeline the first time meeting with Laura, she was able to ask questions and provide context that we had never even considered. Like if we wanted to do an aisle runner on grass we should consider the fact that I'm likely to trip walking on it - apparently that happens a lot. The advice and expertise Laura provided from our first meeting until the end of our wedding day far exceeded our expectations. She ran through our rehearsal as many times as we needed to feel comfortable that we all knew what to do. She contacted all our vendors in advance to make sure they were all on the same page. She rearranged the chairs for our ceremony after they were delivered - I never asked her to do that and I had next to no expectation for what they looked like but they looked perfect when she was finished. She made sure the groomsmen ate lunch, our vendors got tipped, and I didn't realize until I watched a video of me walking down the aisle later - she snuck in and fluffed the train of my dress after walking down stairs. I didn't even notice at the time but I know now - she is the unseen angel making sure everything happens exactly when it is supposed to. That woman was moving around non-stop all day. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I don't know about it. Laura made sure we were at every moment perfectly on time, made sure we had drinks for toasts, made sure we ate dinner on our wedding day. I cannot thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave me that allowed me to truly just bask in the joy of the moment instead of fussing about the details. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator but I can tell you that hiring Laura was the best decision I made and I would do it again a million times over and I will scream at all my newly engaged friends that they need Laura. It's what allowed me to never once think about anything other than entertaining my guests and loving on my new husband. That is the greatest gift you can have on your wedding day.

After months of planning my wedding, I began to ask myself some questions: “”how am I going to make sure everything runs smoothly?” “Who is going to help with set up?” “Will I be able to enjoy myself if I’m stressing about the timeline of the day?” I came to the realization that I needed a wedding coordinator to relieve some stress on myself and my mom. We came across Lola Grace and hiring Laura to coordinate our wedding day was truly the best decision we made for our wedding . She made sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan, she set up everything the way we envisioned, she ensured our timeline was followed, and routinely checked in with us to see if we needed anything. I had the best day of my life and my stress level was almost non existent and it’s because Laura was there to help with anything we needed. Absolutely no complaints and will recommend her over and over and over again.

Wasn’t sure if we needed or wanted to spend money on a wedding coordinator. We decided to hire Laura anyway and it was the smartest decision we made for our daughters wedding. She worked so hard from early morning on the wedding day and was the last to leave. She kept everyone on track and everything running smoothly throughout the day. I am convinced that she was the sole reason the wedding was such a huge success. We could all relax and enjoy every moment of the special day. She was truly our guardian angel and I am forever grateful for her. Don’t hesitate… hire Laura! You will not be disappointed.

Laura was absolutely fantastic. We hired her last minute for a day of coordinator as my husband and I were told that our venue would not be helping coordinate our vendors, but she did so much more for us than just day of coordination. Rehearsal night went so smooth as she instructed and was very clear on where people needed to be and what they needed to do as many of us have never been in a wedding party before. The day of the wedding she never hesitated to make sure that my husband and I had everything we needed and made sure that our day ran as smooth as possible (as it did rain up until my outdoor ceremony). She was so organized and even handed everyone in my bridal party a day of wedding timeline that she printed out and it was the little things like that that she provided that helped so much! Hiring Laura was one of the best decisions I made my for my wedding day and I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married. :)

Laura was unbelievable as our day of wedding coordinator. Any problem or scenario that came up she was able to fix in the best way and was always calm. She is one of the biggest reasons my husband and my wedding was the best day of our lives. She’s prepared, organized, on-top of everything, personable, friendly, and truly impressive. I am so glad I read the reviews here because I feel so blessed to have had her there that day. I had guests come up to me stating how impressed they were with her, besides my bridal party and family. Hiring Lola Grace and having Laura be a part of our wedding celebration was absolutely one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. My only regret was not finding her sooner! Laura is amazing; working with her could not have been easier or better. She immediately made us feel comfortable on the first introductory call, and was extremely helpful and so on board with making our celebration what we wanted it to be. In fact, she had great ideas and helped us to make it so much better. And, when our dessert vendor fell through at almost the last minute, Laura referred us to a replacement which we ended up liking more than our first choice. In both the practical/tactical mechanics of what we needed to have a great outdoor celebration and also in big, visionary, fun ideas, Laura was instrumental in our celebration being a success. I truly believe that she cared about us and about our celebration; she was a real partner in this process. She made it so that we could really enjoy our celebration and not have to worry about any of the details being taken care of or our family and friends having everything they needed. In fact, we had multiple family members and other guests comment to us about how amazing and wonderful she is. I could go on and on about how great it is to work with Laura, but what I must say for anyone still reading this review is “Hire Lola Grace. NOW.” You will be so glad you did.

We hired Laura as our day-of coordinator but wish we would have hired her to help plan the whole wedding. Her energy, industry knowledge, organization, and sense of humor made a crazy day go so much smoother. Laura took charge starting with the rehearsal, making sure all of our questions were answered, even ones we didn't know we had. Even though we were at a venue she never worked with before, she knew exactly who to work with for what, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and saved the day numerous times, including guiding lost guests after the venue started locking doors unannounced. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she makes it all look so effortless. I would recommend her to anyone.

Laura is the best!! Laura was our day-of coordinator and was absolutely incredible. I cannot say enough about how amazing and reliable she was on our big day. We had a backyard wedding with 140+ guests, and she made sure the entire day went smooth. She coordinated all of our vendors (caterers, bartenders, DJ, officiant, etc), put together all centerpieces & decorations, kept our schedule on time, constantly checked in on us to make sure we were happy, and made sure everything was perfect. Laura is awesome!! We highly recommend her to any couple looking for a planner! She was our day-of-coordinator for a 200 guest Indian fusion wedding, and she did an absolutely fabulous job. She has endless energy, creativity, and positivity, and everyone loved her. There was an accident right at the beginning of the wedding, and Laura sprung into action and helped troubleshoot to keep things on track. We were so grateful to have her there. I had Lola Grace do my Save the Dates and they were fantastic!!! She was willing and able to take my engagement shoot photos that I chose and give me different options to pick from with the layout and font that I wanted. I absolutely loved them! Laura Gleason was my advocate, voice of reason, and goddess of calm and organization. Laura spends time getting to know your personality, style, preferences and upholds your values and vision for your wedding. If you are looking for a professional who can help you keep a clear head and make hard decisions look no further. A week before the wedding, my mother called and told me that my step dad had been admitted to the hospital to intensive care. David had been suffering from cancer for a couple years and he took a turn for the worst. We didn't know if he would make it out of the hospital. I didn't know what to do. I didn't know if I should call the wedding off or not. I hope no one reading this ever goes through something like this and has to be faced with this choice. Laura was with me when my mom told me the news. She helped me process and work through what was happening in the moment and together we made several plans for if then scenarios. Laura is someone you want to be in your corner when faced with hard choices big or small. David by sheer force of will and determination regained his strength and was discharged from the hospital a couple of days before the wedding. I am so happy that we could share that moment with him. So many thanks to Laura for helping me and my family through not only wedding planning and day of management but supporting a family while they are caring for a ill loved one.

Laura was a joy to work with as our day of planner for my daughter’s wedding. She worked nonstop to make our day run smoothly. Thanks to her efforts, our day was perfect! Our only regret was that we did not hire Laura sooner to handle more of the wedding planning details!

Laura was our day-of coordinator for our wedding and I can't say enough about how amazing she is! From offering to help wrap wedding party gifts and leading our rehearsal, to holding my lip gloss all night and coordinating vendors, she made our day run incredibly smooth. She stayed as long as we needed her to and was constantly asking me if I needed anything. We even had guests comment on how great she was and I (and my mom) were way less stressed about the day knowing she was there to help. I was a bridesmaid at a wedding Laura just coordinated and her help over the weekend was fantastic! She took control to lead the group when needed and also was proactive in assuming what one might need. No task was too big or too small for Laura. When times were slow, she was hanging on to purses, grabbing drinks for the wedding party, and more; always asking where she could assist! Numerous people in the wedding party thought Laura was great and I would highly recommend her coordination services! : )

Absolutely amazing! Our invites turned out even better than we were hoping. Spent time going through our ideas for the invites and created the perfect design with the colors spot on. Wedding guests were always telling me how much they loved the invites which fit our personality exactly. Price is more than reasonable for the time, effort, and fabulousness of the work. Would recommend Lola Grace to anyone and everyone looking for someone to work on not just invites but programs, escort cards, menus and beyond. I cannot say enough good things. Absolutely loved working with Laura!!!

Laura took our small ceremony with close family and friends and made it into more than I could have imagined. She did all of our decorations, flowers, and event coordination on the day of the wedding. She transformed the wedding space into a beautiful place to get married and I couldn’t have asked for more. Laura created so many wonderful pieces for our wedding. She provided so many different options with different ideas/colors, and followed every Pinterest vision I had. She even created a super cute snap chat filter for us also! Her response time was always timely, especially when I wanted to change things at the last minute. I can’t even thank her enough for all the work she put into making each piece perfect! I would highly recommend her work
