We were incredibly fortunate to have Stacy as our wedding planner. What drew us to Stacy was that her portfolio highlighted *cultural* and western weddings with an elevated, timeless feel. As a mixed couple, it was important to us to properly fuse both of our ceremonies together, while making it also feel like us. From the initial conversation, it was apparent how much Stacy cares about the details and more importantly, the couple. She consistently learned about what we liked and didn't like, ranging from aesthetic preferences to family details, and always made us feel confident in our decisions. Over the course of the year we worked with her with full planning, Stacy was always available via email to answer any questions we had, which definitely made us feel supported amid a myriad of decisions.
Our work together started with a vision board, venue visits, and even physical mockups of the table settings. Throughout the process, she kept our topline budget in mind, and would provide options at various price points to ensure we were kept in check. Stacy has a huge network of connections and vendors in the industry, and this definitely showed during our vendor selection process. Every vendor she recommended had an amazing track record and was genuinely excited to work with Stacy again. She joined us on every vendor call to convey our vision, ensure our needs were met, and often dealt with vendors in the background to iron out details we weren’t even aware of. We’re fairly certain we also saved money due to Stacy’s connections as well!
Our wedding was very ambitious, as we wanted to do back-to-back ceremonies on the same day - requiring dress changes, mini-cocktail hours, shuffling people around, and multiple dances. Stacy navigated working with a new venue with excitement and absolutely nailed it. The month before the wedding the on-site coordinator changed, which normally would cause panic, but Stacy handled it all with grace and we didn’t notice any issues whatsoever.
Leading up to the wedding, she provided a detailed timeline of the entire day and made sure everyone knew their role. Her organization on the day-of made the entire day seem effortless, and we were often ahead of schedule! What was most impressive is that it felt like she was pulling all the strings behind the scenes making everything feel magical and seamless! The wedding, aesthetics, and experience truly matched the vision board we initially created months before, and surpassed our expectations.
Even months after the wedding, we remain in awe of how perfect the day was (see photos by Cassie Valente!). Countless guests told us it was the BEST wedding they had ever attended, and our parents couldn't stop raving about how impressed they were that we pulled off the wedding. Stacy gave us the *greatest* gift of all: a stress-free wedding day! As soon as we arrived at the venue for photos, we saw Stacy orchestrating all the vendors working on set up and knew that everything was going to go off without a hitch. Thanks to her preparation, everyone knew where they had to be and when, and my wife and I were entirely free to focus on the big night ahead of us.
We hired Stacy as a partial planner, which meant that we worked together closely to find the right vendors, take care of contracts, and meet all of the venue's requirements. Stacy took so much stress out of the process by giving us the framework to make decisions, taking small things off our plate when we didn't have strong opinions, and making sure our entire team of vendors was on the same page about every important detail.
Stacy's organizational skills and planning expertise are next-level, and it truly felt like there were no problems she couldn't solve for us. Case in point: a few days before the wedding, I heard from one of our vendors that they wouldn't be able to meet one of the venue's insurance requirements and started to worry that things might fall through at the last minute. I immediately called Stacy and she told me exactly what I needed to hear: "don't worry, I'll handle it." I had worked with Stacy long enough at that point to know that when she said she would handle something, it would get done, and that call was all it took to make my worries disappear and allow me to go back to enjoying our wedding week.

I worked with Stacy and Sofia for our wedding at the Berkeley City Club and I couldn't have been more happy with the services they provided. They were organized and on top of everything! Stacy was the amazing conductor of our wedding. A dual ceremony wedding with all events happening in one day, a venue that required off-site rentals to be brought in, and a lot of thoughtful, careful planning for everything run smoothly and look beautiful.
Our guests LOVED our wedding, and we did too. It was a special day filled with many personal touches and professional finesse. Stacy ran the entire schedule from the time we started working together.
We loved Stacy's experience with multi-cultural weddings as we wanted to bring both of our backgrounds together and share who we are as a couple through this once-in-a-lifetime event. She set clear expectations, stayed on top of all sorts of details, gave us just the right amount of choice when it came to vendors, and guided us when we didn't know what to do.
We didn't have to worry about vendors knowing where to be or what to do, she had all of the contracts and run of show organized so we wouldn't have to. It made for a wonderful experience.
A lot of vendors in the wedding space will default to the bride as patriarchal society has taught us. For my husband and I, we divided the work equitably, and Stacy respected that, communicating with us depending on which vendor we individually took the lead on.
In the end, we had an incredible time: the venue, the food, the event rentals, the florist, the photographer, the videographer, the hair & makeup artist, the DJ, all were wonderful.
We worked with Stacy for just under a year with her full planning services for our 2 day / 2 ceremonies Indian-American weddings. From the beginning we had no idea what we were doing, but after looking through her instagram and a first get-to-you know you call, she put us right at ease. We provided Stacy some general guidance with things like a joint Pinterest board, but very little additional direction. She took the reins so well! For things we weren't interested in deciding on (e.g., what the silverware should be) she made beautiful design choices. And for the things we were more opinionated about, Stacy would do all the work to narrow down to a few options to present to us, along with cost, and her personal experience/recommendations with each vendor. This made it so much easier to make the million decisions that came along with wedding planning. She handled alllllll the vendor & venue appointments and hours of conversations....saving us so much time and effort! The fact that she had lots of experience with doing Indian weddings in the past was a great bonus for us. We trusted Stacy fully, and do not regret the decision to work with her at all! Each wedding event was so beautiful, and we were blissfully unaware of anything that went wrong. Sofia joined us as an extra pair of hands at our weddings, what a sweetheart! Very happy with Stacy's calm demeanor, great eye for design, and connections with trusted vendors. Would highly recommend!
We booked Stacy for partial planning for our July 2023 wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay, and I cannot emphasize enough that it was the best decision we ever made!! Even though I'm a pretty organized person, planning a wedding is so overwhelming. Stacy helped us feel super supported throughout the whole process. She provided a great planning checklist, recommended the best vendors, and was so thoughtful about remembering every little detail so that nothing was overlooked. She was also intentional about asking for any cultural traditions/considerations, which I really appreciated.
Throughout the whole process, Stacy was so easy to communicate with, whether through text or email. Check in calls with her always put me at ease when I was feeling overwhelmed, and she helped us make sure nothing was missed since she knew our venue inside out. Even before our wedding, our experience during the planning process was already so great that I recommended her to one of my best friends who is planning a wedding reception in SF!
Ultimately, I was able to fully enjoy our wedding day, not needing to worry about anything because I knew that Stacy was going to take care of everything. Our day ran so smoothly because of her (and/or she was so good at addressing any issues that we didn't notice!). For being a generally type A person, I mean it when I say that Stacy can absolutely be trusted with your wedding, and that it will make such a huge difference in your planning experience. I can't thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave us and our families during our wedding. If you're on the fence, please do yourself a huge favor and book Stacy! You will thank yourself later :)
Working with Stacy and TSLE was a breeze! We didn't have a particular vision for our wedding going into it and Stacy's expertise was so helpful in figuring out what elements were most important to us for our big day. I can't count the number of times during the planning process where a vendor would ask us who our coordinator was, and upon hearing we were working with Stacy, whatever issue or problem they were concerned about seemed to melt away. The reputation and trust Stacy has built in the industry is apparent and made everything so much easier for us. We got to enjoy our wedding day stress-free with how smoothly everything went due to Stacy's careful and thoughtful planning.
I very highly recommend Stacy and TSLE! Stacy is very professional as well as always approachable and calming. She clearly loves what she does and takes pride in her work. She is dependable and responsive. She is extremely organized and really helped tie everything together in the 30 days leading up to our wedding. She coordinated all of our walk-throughs with the venue, developed thorough checklists which were very helpful throughout the planning process, and helped organize and set up our personal decor and products used during the wedding. Our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Stacy and TSLE. I wish I could have another wedding just to work with Stacy again! Easily 5 stars. Stacy and Sofia were THE BEST team!! We worked with They So Loved for month-of services, and it was the perfect amount of support for us as a couple who had lined up all of our other vendors. They were also helpful in the months leading up to the day, sending timely reminders and suggestions for each part of the planning process. When they sent us the VERY thorough 3-month-out checklist, we knew we would be in good hands. Stacy was incredibly communicative, available, and knew our venue and the run-of-show inside and out. She created an extremely detailed timeline that was tweaked and perfected in the weeks leading up to the big day. I can't recommend Stacy and They So Loved Events highly enough. We had a large wedding with a fair amount of complex needs, and Stacy was so helpful (and prompt!) in guiding us through every step of the way to achieve our vision. I don't know where we would have been without her connections with florists, event signage, videography and more, all of which were experts. There are so many aspects of a wedding we never even considered, and Stacy had already perfected the science of it all. She is level-headed and organized beyond belief (the schedule of events she created for the day was a work of art!).
On the day of the wedding, Stacy took care of any problems without any need to even involve us, be it finding a replacement reader at the ceremony for a sick relative or laying down the law with a vendor who had forgotten to customize a part of the dancefloor. We are so thankful for her and the They So Loved team. If you can work with Stacy, I highly recommend you do so!
Stacy was our planner for our wedding at the half moon bay. She was absolutely amazing! She helped me selected all the vendors, designed the look and tracked my budget very well.
Everything is organized on my wedding day, though I am quite nervous and we made a few mistakes, she had everything under control and saved me. After the wedding she also did a great job at striking everything and delivered them to my room, I was very touched at how organized they were——it spared me so much time and effort.
The decoration on my wedding was exactly what I dreamed of from the beginning—not too little but also not too much, just enough to add a romantic touch to the beautiful venue. Everything is beyond my expectation. Thanks Stacy for catching my idea so accurately and making them come true.
We worked with Stacy / TheySoLoved for our July 30, 2022 wedding where Stacy was our Full Service Wedding Planner. We had a half Indian / half American wedding, where Stacy planned the Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Morning Ceremony, Lunch, Afternoon Ceremony, and Reception (all packed tightly in two days).
We had a wonderful time working with Stacy and would highly recommend her for wedding planning, especially for Indian fusion weddings in the future. We found excellent venues and vendors for us and worked to keep the contracts within our price range, and what was especially reassuring is that she had worked with many of the vendors in her previous events as well. Everyone did a phenomenal job, and Stacy was even able to make sure we were able to capture some special extras, such as having our wedding band be able to play some custom Indian string music (first time for them!), setting up a nice "tea course" for our Reception dinner, or giving my husband and I a moment to enjoy some strawberry lemonade after our first ceremony. Moreover, Stacy was just a kind and great person to work with, which is really what you hope for when working with someone on such an important day of your life. Thank you so much Stacy!
I highly recommend They So Loved Events - Stacy & Sofia - who were our Day-of-Coordinators for our June 3, 2022 wedding at the Redwood Grove at UC Berkeley Botanical Gardens and reception at Berkeley City Club.
I recommend TSLE because my husband and I had THE BEST TIME EVER at our wedding. We were relaxed and giddy with love. We laughed during our photos. Everyone made it to our ceremony on time (via shuttle). We had a fun and special ceremony. We (& our guests) made it back to our cocktail hour and reception (via shuttle). There were incredible toasts, dinner, cake-cutting and dancing all night. Our guests knew where to sit and picked up favors. Our extra cupcakes and cake were packed away safely. Our personal items were in our room when we got back. Our vendors were tipped. ETC. At the end of the night we (and all of our guests) left happy and exhausted.
Simply put - we did not need to think about ANYTHING logistical!!!
THIS is what you want and need for your own wedding and the only way you can have that is by hiring the best wedding coordinator - ahem - They So Loved Events.

Stacy is just a truly great human. She was the third prospective coordinator I spoke to and I am so glad I did because she blew the competition out of the water. She did not rush our initial consultation (as did the others) but instead was friendly and patient and took a lot of time to get to know me, listen to me, ask questions and give me advice on things that I should think about.
Vendors - if I hadn't yet picked out a vendor, Stacy provided me with a list of quality options and a diverse range of pricing (this is how we came by our amazing hair & makeup artists).
Questions & the details - Stacy was super responsive to my one-off random questions and extremely organized. Our site visit and rehearsal were seamless and of course, I already mentioned, we had the best time ever at our wedding.
We selected the full planning package with Stacy and SO happy we did! We live in Massachusetts but we were getting married in California so as you can expect, planning wasn't easy living across the country. Stacy was a referral from a friend of ours, so already we knew she would be great, but she well exceeded our expectations. She is organized to the max! Even our venue and vendors that we used could not give enough compliments on how easy it was to work with us because of all the leg work Stacy put in with the spreadsheets, diagrams, timelines etc. On the day of the wedding, I had ZERO stress. She took care of every single detail so that I could enjoy my day stress-free. I cannot say enough nice things about Stacy because she was literally the best. Highly recommend!!
Stacy was so helpful as we dealt with the ebbs and flows of the pandemic. Even while dealing with many other couples dealing with scheduling, rescheduling...and rescheduling again....she made us feel like a priority and always got back to us quickly to answer our questions. When our vendor management + caterer changed hands due to COVID-19, she took it all in stride, kept us calm, and made sure we were on track with planning and organization, despite it feeling like a chaotic mess with all the changes! In the end, the day went off without a hitch, in huge part thanks to Stacy's communication with the venue and her detailed schedule. She also had great recommendations and knows an awesome circle of vendors. Thank you Stacy for rolling with the punches and keeping everything so smooth for us!
Stacy is an amazing wedding planner and coordinator. We had hired her for a 1 month wedding coordinator and we were so happy we did! There are so many wedding planning logistics and details that couples can get so easily lost in. Stacy kept us grounded and on task throughout the planning process, and was so accommodating, communicative, and understanding throughout the pandemic rescheduling process. On our wedding day, she was detail orientated, calm, and collected, seamlessly orchestrating a beautiful event so that we could really enjoy our wedding day! We would highly recommend her!
We are members of the TSLE fan club after having worked through COVID wedding postponements and plenty of stress along the way. Stacy is very calm, organized and thoughtful, and is able to quickly understand and support the vision of an event (even as things change monthly). We loved having her and her assistant with us for our big day and felt fully supported every step of the way. Like many of the 2020 couples we had to push our summer wedding from Aug 2020 to July 2021. One would think that would be the biggest hurdle for us but 2021 threw even more challenges our way as we found ourselves re-planning as new parents amidst closed borders for a good chunk of our guests and a growing Covid variant. After working with us seamlessly for over a year to plan our large wedding, we ultimately had to cancel it and she helped us through the transition with all our vendors which was so amazing. We felt so lucky that we found THEY SO LOVED and partnered with Stacy and Ashley for our wedding. We were worried about having a destination wedding and being foreigners who were not familiar with the western wedding process. Stacy and Ashely helped us walked through every single planning detail and help us found all the best vendors in CA.
We had everything perfectly planned for a May 2020 wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay. However, we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic. After reopening, Stacy helped us organized and rescheduled everything to a new date and a format that complied with local health measures. Our guest number dropped to 16 due to international travel restrictions, but it didn't stop us from having the best day of our life. It has to be the best micro wedding ever!

From day 1, Stacy was nothing short of incredible in planning our wedding. Before we met Stacy, we had a date, a venue and the goal of throwing an amazing party for our friends and family.
Her organization, planning and attention to detail allowed us to enjoy our wedding AND the planning process, rather than stress over the details of our wedding weekend. She remained incredibly professional, always quick to respond to emails- nudging us as needed, and always available for a last minute call or text if we had a question or concern.
In the lead up to our wedding, she took time to understand our vision, our priorities, our budget, and used that to provide us with options that fit our style for each vendor. Before we even spoke to the vendors, we knew they were available and had a quote, because she would check availability and price out each vendor for us. When we were able to narrow down our choices, she took the time to set up interviews with those vendors, helping to facilitate each call. We were planning our wedding during the busiest time of year for both of us at work and having Stacy on our team was truly a lifesaver. During the process, she really made it a priority to align our style and to provide insight into different details of the wedding.
Something that sets Stacy apart is that while she is an event planner, she is also a designer. She has an artist's eye along with a keen sense of organization, budget management and follow through. It was so fun working with her to co-design our tablescape, signage, ceremony back drop and florals. Stacy provided input to make sure every last flower was perfect.
On our wedding day, Stacy was a calming influence. She was able to guide the wedding seamlessly from the background, without imposing on us or our guests. She kept everything organized, on-time, and made sure all of our vendors were taken care of and in a position to succeed. We were both relaxed the whole night and were able to enjoy every part of our wedding because of Stacy. My mother-in-law throughout the process would say "How does anyone do this without a Stacy?" and I have to say, following our wedding I can't imagine it turning out as well as it did without her. Following our experience working with Stacy, whenever a friend getting married asks for advice on the wedding planning process, my first piece of advice is always "get a wedding planner like ours."
We worked with Stacy as our month-of wedding coordinator for our March 2019 wedding. I was immediately impressed with how organized, thorough, and responsive she is. Stacy helped us with vendor recommendations and advice in the year before our wedding, and helpfully checked in with us along the way to make sure we were on track. Her expertise in working with our venue was also invaluable to us, and she worked with our caterers to create the perfect floor plan and event flow.

On the day of, she made sure all of the details were in place, skillfully managed the flow of the day, and made our wedding go off without a hitch. I can't speak highly enough of They So Loved Events and especially our day-of coordinator, Ashley! She gave my husband and I such peace of mind leading up to the wedding by getting to know us personally, answering all our questions, providing vendor recommendations and planning advice, and just generally being such a calm presence during the chaos of wedding planning. I honestly can't believe how much support we got from her for such a reasonable fee.
She did an incredible job facilitating both the rehearsal and the wedding, and her follow-up after the wedding was amazing as well. She even made multiple trips to our apartment to pick up and drop off decor and gifts. It ended up being so much more than just day-of coordination. Stacy of They So Loved Events was my month-of/day-of wedding coordinator this June 2017. I'm extremely satisfied with her services as she was very friendly, organized, responsive, and reasonable. Stacy was professional throughout and was able to keep the wedding party in order during the rehearsal and made sure we understood what we were doing. On the day of the wedding, her assistant Kathryn was also very helpful and genial. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry while I was getting ready. I have utilized her services recently in an upscale traditional Indian wedding,that included several pre-wedding events such as a Welcome dinner, Mehndi and Sangeet. We utilized Stacy's month-of service and cannot sing her praises high enough. We were planning on a medium size, out door wedding in SF and she was fantastic. We were already impressed with Stacy and then the rain came... Stacy moved mountains, coordinating with massive last minute plan changes and a difficult venue. We were thrilled with the results, our guests had a great time and Stacy put us at ease. I was unsure if we needed a planner at the beginning, but Stacy saved us a bundle, helped navigate the planning process and likely saved the whole event when a curve ball was thrown out way.
I could not have been happier with my decision to have Stacy as our month-of coordinator for our wedding. We are still glowing 2 weeks after our big weekend. On the weekend of, I was super relaxed as I had complete confidence in Stacy's ability to deal with anything that might come up. She and her assistant, Adrienne, were calm, confidence and kind in navigating through the day. I would highly highly recommend Stacy for your wedding planning needs!!!!!
Stacy deserves more than 5 stars! THE BEST! She did an amazing job for our wedding. We hired her for the month of coordination and we are so happy we did!!! We met for coffee to review our design idea and vendors we had booked. She was super helpful with lots of advice, vendor recommendations, answering all our crazy questions, going through the process of being added to a strict wedding planner list for our venue, etc. She was super organized and detail oriented like me! I honestly feel we were sisters in a previous life. After that meeting, Travis and I knew we had to book her right away before someone else took her. She gave us a rock star checklist that saved our lives. When it came to about 3 months before, we did a walkthrough at our venue. At that moment she had put together a preliminary timeline- which everyone needs to know, was killer! She reached out to all our vendors confirming all details and making sure they all had a copy/ knew their time frame. We then did the rehearsal walkthrough the day before our wedding, which turned out great! She honestly put our minds at ease. Then it was the big day! Me personally, I woke up excited and pumped- never had to answer or worry about a thing. Her and her team helped set up all our personal decorations- which was over 200 items. They did a beautiful job setting up everything- just as I had envisioned it. The ceremony and reception was perfect. I still have people telling us how beautiful it was, the fun they had and how effortlessly the wedding looked. If they only knew the work behind the scenes! At the end of the night, her and her team packed all our items away which was a big help. She literally took care of everything. We cannot thank Stacy enough for the hard work she put in for our wedding. We talk about it all the time and how we could relive those moments over and over. Stacy you are truly great at what you do and so passionate! We feel so blessed that you were there for our special day. Thank you so much!

We‘re based on the other side of the globe from the U.S.A. and were pretty nervous about the whole idea of trying to orchestrate a wedding from so far away, but Stacy listened to what we truly wanted to get out of our wedding day, and then set about helping us put all the pieces together. Stacy was truly an amazing day-of coordinator for our recent wedding, and we could not be happier with our decision to hire her. Our venue required that we have a day-of coordinator, which we might not have done otherwise, but we are VERY glad we did. She is extremely organized and professional and good at her job, but also a genuinely sweet person. Her calm, no-nonsense presence made us feel like we were in good hands throughout the planning process, and on the day of everything ran smoothly and turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined.
Stacy first met with us for coffee to talk about plans for the wedding, and outlined what her role would be as a day-of coordinator. We had already booked many of our vendors and done a lot of planning ourselves, but it was great to have her as a sounding board to make sure we weren't forgetting anything. She also made herself available by email to answer questions (Do we really need to do wedding favors? What is a fair price for hair and makeup in the Bay Area? etc.) as well as make suggestions about what vendors to hire. We also did a walkthrough of the venue with her, during which she asked if there was anything we wanted changed and made suggestions about where to place everything, etc.
As the day approached, Stacy drew up a timeline for us (a task that would have been extremely daunting on our own), and contacted all our other vendors directly, telling them when to arrive and making sure everyone was on the same page. The day before, she ran our rehearsal for us and had many helpful suggestions about how to do things. On the day of, she and her assistant did tons of things to help set up, like putting place cards on all the tables, setting out the welcome table, putting up miscellaneous decorations, etc., and she was also there to answer any questions vendors had as they arrived.
The wedding itself and the reception went off entirely without a hitch, and we were even running ahead of schedule most of the time. Stacy even made sure my husband and I each got a glass of champagne and had some moments to ourselves right after the ceremony, and also made sure we had time to eat during the reception. At the end of the night, Stacy and her assistant made sure that all sorts of random things made it to the right place and did not get lost. Overall, our wedding was executed flawlessly and we received so many compliments about how beautiful and fun it had been. Stacy definitely helped make the event an overwhelming success, and we were remarkably calm and worry-free the day of, confident in the knowledge that if any problem arose Stacy would be on it. If there was a possibility for 6 stars, Stacy would deserve it. Stacy and I worked together for practically a year and a half planning my wedding. I'm having trouble figuring out what I want to say because all I really want to do is scream with joy and excitement at how phenomenal she is.
Saying that Stacy is patient, kind, professional, and fun to work with is truly an understatement. She is the type of wedding planner that every bride dreams of. Her endless list of ideas, references, planning tips, etc. is something that should be memorialized as "this is how it's done".
Our wedding was on July 9th, and I am still in awe of how smoothly everything went. Not a single glitch in sight. Stacy (and her day of assistant Adrienne) were like seamless butterflies floating through the day, putting every little touch into the wedding and putting everyone at complete ease. She is unbelievably organized, the most genuine and kindest person, and will fix your problem immediately, and think of everything that you have forgotten.
Example: I bought a ton of white, silver and gold pens to use for our black paged guest book and completely forgot to give them to her. But what did Stacy already have on her?? A gold pen!! Why?? No idea. But the fact that she thought of everything, including the rare need for a gold pen saved the day. (I could go on about all the other magical Mary Poppins style things she had on her for the day of, but it would take me perhaps all of Yelp to write about them.)
Stacy is a gift. She will make all your wedding dreams come true, and you will want to be her best friend when it is all over. I cannot say enough things about her, and if you are reading this, as a bride, looking for a potential wedding planner - then please just STOP looking.

From my first conversation with Stacy over the phone I knew she was the one. I hired Stacy as my month of wedding coordinator for my wedding in wine country. Stacy was so easy to talk to, sweet, had a calm demeanor to make me feel like everything was going to be okay, and had the best taste. She went above and beyond to help me and make my day so special, even before she was officially on the clock.
At one point during the cocktail hour my bustle broke, and before I even really noticed Stacy had my back and was sewing it together. When I changed into my after party dress it was a little too low in the front, and out of nowhere she busted out double sided tape and taped it to my body. Stacy was like the wedding day guardian angel.

I highly recommend Stacy and They So Loved Events! My husband and I were married at the Rengstorff House in Mountain View this past Fall and reside in NYC. We knew that planning a wedding more than 3,000 miles away from the venue would be difficult and thus looked into wedding planners/coordinators for guidance. We interviewed many planners in the SF/Bay Area via Skype and Stacy was as real as it gets. She understood us right off the bat and carried out every promise she made in that interview. We moved forward with the month-of package and a year leading up to the wedding she was very responsive and provided sound advice with every question I sent (I emailed her a lot!).
My husband and I flew to CA a month prior to the wedding and arranged a run through meeting with our venue, caterer and coordinator (Stacy!). Stacy was extremely organized and had every detail buttoned up - everyone was quite impressed! She even led the meeting and made sure everyone was on the same page and knew exactly how the day would run.
Stacy assured us that we would not have to lift a finger at the wedding and sure enough she was right! The wedding day was perfect! i was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day without any stress or anxiety - all thanks to Stacy and her team!
My husband and I got married at a private home in Portola Valley with about 135 guests. Countless guests told me it was the most fun and seamless wedding they've ever been to, which is thanks in large part to Stacy. There is a lot to coordinate with a wedding at a private home, but Stacy did it all flawlessly. At my wedding in particular, Stacy had to coordinate a room flip during cocktail hour so we could use the ceremony space for dinner as well. Within an hour, the space was transformed!

I emailed Stacy frequently throughout the year before my wedding for advice about particular details, and she always got back to me right away with a detailed response. Stacy is an exceptional planner and coordinator! My now wife and I hired her to help coordinate our wedding a year before the wedding. I am a designer myself, and very organized so I wanted to do a lot of the planning myself, but was worried about finding someone who could take my planning and bring our wedding to life. Throughout the time leading up to the wedding whenever I had a question Stacy was there for us and totally understood my need to explain each and ever little detail. When we got closer to the wedding date Stacy was there for everything we needed. I truly had complete faith that everything would go perfectly in her hands. It was hard for me to hand over everything I had planned for our wedding, but with Stacy I knew everything would be wonderful, I trusted any decision she would make.
Our wedding venue was new to being a event space and we did have some hiccups with the venue, but Stacy helped, and calmed us no matter how big or small our concerns.
When the wedding day arrived we were at total ease knowing Stacy was at the venue taking care of everything, and when we arrived I was thrilled, it looked gorgeous. Stacy took all our ideas and planning and brought them to life plus more. She and her assistant (Colleen) made sure everything went smoothly and that my wife and I had nothing to worry about.

Stacy at TheySoLoved Events was an absolute delight to work with for our moderate sized outdoor October wedding. My husband and I chose her “month of” plan for wedding coordination services. Stacy was available to us by phone/e-mail for suggestions regarding planning, decorations, and contracts from the time we contacted her. Thirty days before the wedding, she kicked into high gear, by conducting a walk through at the wedding/reception site, collecting our list of contracts and vendor information, and communicating directly with our vendors to ensure that all would run smoothly the day of the wedding. At the venue walk through, she negotiated skillfully with the owner, asking questions we never would have thought of but that were so important to a successful wedding day, came up with a detailed schematic for the reception/ceremony site, and gave us simple but elegant decorating ideas for the cocktail hour. The wedding rehearsal ran smoothly, as Stacy kept everyone organized and on track. On the day of, she and her staff arrived early and took charge. I felt so relieved just to leave everything in her capable hands. She worked amazingly well with our caterer, photographer and the venue owner, and the flow and timing of our celebration was just perfect. Nothing felt rushed, just very organized. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Everything was under control thanks to the awesome work of TheySoLoved. Besides the great work, Stacy is simply a pleasure to work with! She is so sweet and organized and her excitement for her work really shines through.

On our wedding day, my husband and I were more relaxed and at ease than we've ever been, and I owe that to Stacy, who did our day-of (and so much more!) coordination. She went above and beyond in taking everything on and enabling us and our families (and guests) to only enjoy. We had so many friends & family involved in helping with the wedding, and all of them commended Stacy on how incredible she was. For day-of coordination, her services were so much more involved than anyone else I interviewed. She even came out to the site with me and helped plan the layout, checked in and provided resources throughout the planning, and kept me really on track with deadlines, checklists that I would have never remembered on my own. The day-of timeline for our families was incredibly helpful. We could not have successfully pulled off this wedding without Stacy! Beyond being professional, highly-organized, and flawless at understanding our needs, she was incredibly patient and immensely helpful with us throughout the process of planning our own wedding. We had our wedding at a very undeveloped ranch that involved us preparing and organizing a lot of the infrastructure, rentals, catering, etc. by ourselves, and every step of the way Stacy was available for questions and advice. When I had a crazy idea, she always supported me in pursuing it, but would provide some resources and advice on making it easier to implement, and politely reminding me of what to consider. Her experience is invaluable! No matter what type of wedding you're planning, have Stacy involved and you are sure to have an exceptional planning experience (because that is also part of the fun of getting married!) and an incredible day that you can truly enjoy.

My fiancee and I hired Stacy to help with the day-of coordination, which included a very very very helpful 30 days of support before the wedding. During our first meeting, we discussed what we were interested in doing for our wedding and what we were hoping she can help us with to accomplish. We already had an idea of what our theme wanted to be but we were not sure of how to exactly put it all together. Stacy listened to all our needs and concerns and answered all our questions. We loved how she was very attentive and genuine during our first interaction.
After meeting with several other wedding coordinators, we finally decided to go with Stacy because we loved how responsive she was with her communication, which was a characteristic we truly appreciate! It gave us a lot of confidence that we can count on her because there's nothing worse than not being able to get a hold of a vendor during crunch time.

On the day of the wedding, we were so glad that we did not have to worry about everything being set up on time and making sure vendors were where they needed to be. She had an inventory list set up of all our personal belongings, including things like USB sticks for our slideshow and music, cake cutting utensils, etc. It worked out brilliantly because you quickly realize how hard it'd be to keep track of dozens of personal items without doing something like that. It's the small things you do that really do count!! All this attention to detail and ability to keep the show going allowed us actually ENJOY our wedding day. Which is why we are so glad Stacy was there to help us out.

Admittedly, my husband and I knew nothing about wedding planning before we got engaged. So we hired Stacy at They So Loved Events to help us pull together a memorable ceremony and celebration for us, our families, and many of our friends in Berkeley.
Stacy did an amazing job in helping us navigate through meetings with vendors, contracts, family dynamics, and helping us brainstorm unique solutions for issues that arose throughout the planning process. She ended up doing a lot of our design work (especially for table landscapes) and really helped set the stage for our ceremony in our local church. Stacy is also always very responsive to suggestions or questions, and really quick to respond. We loved that she maintained a Pinterest Design board specifically for our wedding, so we could all share ideas and comment.
From the wedding rehearsal through the clean-up after our reception, Stacy had everything absolutely covered. Thanks to her none of our family or bridal party members had to worry about anything other than getting dressed (especially since she and our photographer made sure we made it to the church on time). Everything was very well organized, and it was wonderful to know that we had someone to watch the clock and work directly with all of our vendors so that we could enjoy our guests, and even eat dinner!

My husband and I decided early on to have a small (25 ppl), intimate, destination wedding in beautiful San Francisco. Let me start by saying planning a wedding is kinda a big deal (no matter how small or large) and then living 500 miles from where you want to get wed, well, yea, kinda an even bigger deal...
And that's when we hired Stacy at They So Loved Events to take all our big deal bride & groom ideas and bring them to life as well as be our day of wedding coordinator.
Stacy's organization, guidance/suggestions around our vision and ideas, emotional/mental support (to ensure our family members enjoyed our day and didnt fuss with the details), to helping us stick to our budget (negotiating corkage fees days before our wedding), down to the final execution was flawless.
From start to finish Stacy kept our day on track and allowed us to sit back relax and see our wedding vision come to life. City Hall ceremony, CableCar drive to iconic sights in SF, Reception in a private personalized decorated event room at Paragon Restaurant....well that's a lot to pack in a few hours and it all happened gorgeously.
Our day was a success because Stacy not only did what we hired her to do but she genuinely loves what she does and that shows through her work.
