rked. The driver said he didn’t know how to run the Bluetooth. So it was crickets during the driving portion. So close to a hour total. Kind of awkward. The driver did follow the contract rules. Though my husband had to wake him up to take us bar hopping (which was noted in our contract) as he fell asleep while waiting for us. The positives were that the driver was nice and the bus was clean. But super disappointed about the music situation. Also Bob, the guy we talked with to book the bus, was super not responsive in terms on communication. It would take days to weeks to get an email back. I even had to call him to finalize our contract the week before the wedding which he said he would contact us. Did they do what we asked them to? Driving…. Yes. Have I heard of better bus companies? Yes. Would I have I looked somewhere else if I knew some of these hiccups were coming? Definitely. So do with that info as you will.

He was extremely thorough in helping us to figure out bus requirements and schedules - and then in following up with us over the months that passed between then and the wedding. When the actual date was finally close, he made sure that everything was in order. Our actual driver (who we had for the entire day) made several trips back and forth to the hotels, hauling over 150 guests. He was ontime and very profesional. Great at turning around in tight spaces as well! In the end, everything went off without a hitch.
