Louie's Tux Shop

After another company completely dropped the ball on my soon-to-be husband's tux rental, Louie's Tux Shop saved the day!! The morning of our rehearsal (the day before the wedding), he went in asking if it would be possible to get fitted and receive a tux the next day and THEY DELIVERED! So thankful for Louie's and how much they care about their customers. We will definitely be returning to Louie's if we ever need a tux again in the future.

We had a lot of changes due to COVID and Louie’s was very helpful dealing with them. My FIL’s jacket did not fit correctly two days before the wedding, and they fixed it right away. We also got our invitations through Louie’s and were very pleased with them.

Louie’s was absolutely amazing! We had 7 groomsmen in our wedding and everything looked fantastic! We also ordered our invitations from Louie’s and I couldn’t of been happier! I highly recommend going to Louie’s!

Ordered our tux's from Louie's at a store local to where we went to school, in Marion, Indiana. The people there are so nice and help with anything when we call. Loved that they had a great deal with the Carlson Craft invitations as well. They have so many accent color options, we tried to find a matching color at Men's warehouse and failed. Louie's had BOTH our wedding colors, perfectly matched. They were really accomodating during COVID-19 when we had to postpone getting fitted, and needed to change pickup times due to moving the wedding farther away then anticipated. When we picked up the Tux's at the Castleton location, they actually sent us with some extra items just in case the tux's for members of the wedding party who could not make it (they were out of state) didn't sit right. Anything that didn't fit, they had corrected for pickup the next day! Great experience and the Tux's looked amazing.

Half of our tuxes did not fit on pickup and the employees were rude and rushed us out of there.

I cannot brag enough about my experience with Louie's Tux Shop in South Bend, IN. We were out of town, needed 10 tuxes (in three different styles), and had a groomswoman and bridesman that needed special tuxes (to make things extra complicated), and they helped us through every step of the process with the BEST customer service. I cannot recommend them enough. They seemed un-phased by all of our requests, adjusted our orders when we needed them to, and made suggestions that helped us coordinate the looks. They even ordered us an extra jacket and pair of pants in different sizes in case the size our groomswoman ordered didn't fit her figure the right way, which was so thoughtful and unexpected. We are immensely grateful for all of their help!

Louie’s was beyond helpful getting all the tuxes for the men in our wedding. They were very organized and the tuxes were great quality. They looked very sharp! The ladies working in the store were very patient with us and helpful making it an easy and enjoyable process! If you’re looking for high quality tuxes and a company that will work to make sure your tuxes are perfect for your wedding day, then I highly recommend Louie’s!

The pants for the groom, my son, ripped out in the crotch when he bent down 30 minutes before the wedding. One of the ladies tried to stitch the pants back together but the material was warn and thin and the stitch didn't hold. Just before the ceremony, he tied his shoes and they ripped out again. They ripped the rest of the way when he sat down in the car to take his ride around the block. He had to endure dinner and dancing with ripped out pants. When I let the manager of our local store know what had happened, his only offer was to wave the charge for the damages. No other offer was made even though this was a quality/product issue rather than an issue of misuse. The groom is the only reason we used tuxes from Louie's. Something more should have been done since he had to suffer through the embarrassment of a ripped out crotch all evening.

Good selection on renting tuxes and helpful staff.

We used the shop in Avon and they were awesome. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know!

My wedding party utilized Louie's Tux shop at Jefferson Pointe in Fort Wayne after reviewing prices at several other tux shops. We loved the pricing including the free tux for the groom as well as the rebate program for invitations. They worked with us on our invitations considering the Carlson Craft website was incredibly frustrating. We even received the rebate quickly following the wedding. However, my groom and I were incredibly disappointed in the tuxes and sizing of the tuxes. All of my groomsmen got measured at reputable sites 4 weeks prior to the wedding and I personally took care of submitting the measurements online. My groomsmen came from out of town the Friday prior to my wedding and nobody's tux fit perfectly. Several of them only needed one piece changed but two of my groomsmen needed new sizes for absolutely every piece of the tux. I understand a few changes however this was incredibly frustrating. Mind you, none of my groomsmen had any major weight changes in between the measurements and the wedding. I had to send someone in my family back to Fort Wayne the morning of my wedding to pick up the new pieces and even then some of the groomsmen received the exact same sizes that didn't fit the day before. Several of the tuxes had definitely seen better days including rust on the suspenders and a hole in one of the pants. Definitely too good to be true. Wouldn't recommend them.

A smaller jacket was needed, but due to me losing 20 pounds since measurements. Louie's had it ready the following morning and the day before the Wedding. Highly Recommend, very friendly staff.

I cannot thank this vendor enough for being so patient with us! We had groomsmen from all over the state and one oversees, so measurements took us a while to finalize. They also did a fantastic job sizing a tux for our groomswoman, which was so heartwarming given that another vendor was not willing to help us.

We were very happy with Louie's tux shop! They were prompt with communication and helped us with the whole process of ordering invitations as well as tux rental. Very easy to get fitted and could order anything for us last minute.

We used Louie's for our wedding tuxes in South Bend, IN. Louie's offers a really nice slim fit tuxedo which fit my husband perfectly. We also took advantage of their invitation promos. Everything worked out in the end but we had some issues with a young lady named Teresa at the South Bend store; she didn't like how we wanted to do our invites. We did speak with Mark, the store manager who was really a nice guy but we couldn't reach a resolution. Each time we went into the store, Teresa was extremely rude. We ended up talking with the Owner in South Bend and requesting our account be transferred to the Mishawaka store. They were so wonderful there! Our men looked amazing, the process was seamless and everyone at the Mishawaka store was a true pleasure to work with through pick up and drop off! Despite a rough start with Teresa, I would highly recommend Louie's! They made everything right!

Louie's accommodated my husband and the guys from all over the world! They were super helpful and had great ideas for us.

If you have 6 or more guys getting tuxes, the groom is free! I love that. Also, if you go to a bridal show and register, they will give you a nice gift. We got a buy one get one cruise ticket for Norweigian Cruise Line!

My husband ended up going to the Jefferson Pointe location in Fort Wayne. We initially discovered it through one of the Bridal Spectacular events earlier in the year, and the signup bonuses were pretty amazing. No obligation, but big rewards. We spent most of our time working with Amber and she was awesome through the entire process from the initial meet & greet, first fittings, to the days before the big weekend. Highly recommended!

When we were looking for a tux shop, we originally went with Louie's because of their "color match guarantee" and their deal for invitations. I will say our invitations turned out amazing and we did get an awesome deal with that. But the tuxes were a little bit of a nightmare. The manager at the Louie's in Greenwood is not a very nice guy and was super hard to work with. He was there when we were trying to pick out of vest color and even though I had my color swatch, he claimed that it matched, even though I kept saying it didn't. And I am super thankful we took a bridesmaid dress in as soon as we got them in, because the vests we originally picked would have clashed terribly. All of the other workers there were awesome, it was just the manager at that Greenwood store. I would still recommend Louie's but I would suggest going to a different one, or when that manager isn't there. And to make sure you bring a color swatch!

My husband, I couldn't stop looking at him. He looked absolutely amazing in his suit! It fit him so well and he just looked so sexy! That's the best way I can put it :) My husband didn't have any "groomsmen" per se, because he had 5 best men. They all looked so handsome! The suits looked so great on all of them. The color, the cut, everything was perfect. The staff helped us pick everything out, even down to the cufflinks! They are great people to work with.

We really liked the tuxes we got at Louie's Tux Shop. They looked very nice, and the vests matched the color of the bridesmaids dresses exactly (malibu blue from David's Bridal). Great store!

We used the Kokomo, Indiana location and the service was no good. It was always busy and never enough people working.

We were very unimpressed with the Louie's Tux Shop in Fort Wayne, IN at Jefferson Pointe. At our first visit they were very unfriendly, and we had to plead with them to let my dad just throw on a coat so we could decide which style we wanted (they wanted us to pick one just based on it hanging on a model!) After placing our order the next visit, the mistakes started. There was confusion on the jewelry, the shirt, and the bow ties. When I went with my groom to get fitted they never placed our names in line so we stood for an hour watching kids getting fitted for prom who had gotten there well after us. At the wedding the guys really struggled to keep their shirts buttoned as the jewelry was too small for the shirt holes. There was only one salesman who took good care of us, he was late 20s/early 30s, married, and blonde (wish we had gotten his name). All other employees/managers were either rude or unhelpful. If you have any other options for your tuxes, go that direction!!

We got all of the groomsmen's tuxes at this shop and they were absolutely amazing. The manager helped me pick out the styles that would go best with the theme of the wedding and it was great overall. We did have a problem the day before the wedding, one of the groomsmen was not able to attend our wedding due to a family emergency. We quickly called the tux shop and they said if we got another person in there by 5 pm that same day, they could have a new fitted tux by 10 am the next day. Everything was sorted out in the end and they did a fantastic job!

They were easy to work with and remembered us every time we came in. They matched the wedding colors perfectly. Great to work with.

Our Civil Union ceremony was held Sept. 2012, Our wedding party consisted of 1 woman & 5 men which 1 was from out of town. Louie's Tuxs treated our party like royalty they all looked Perfect & Great, Best Looking wedding party ever. Thank you Louie's for helping making Our Day Perfect!!!!!!!!

We used Louie's Tux Shop for the groom, father-of-the-groom, groomsmen, ushers, save-the-dates and the free wedding invitation promotion. In short, the level of customer service was paramount. I was a "long-distance" bride (about 16 hours south) and Leslie and Lisa both were great when it name to communication and attention to detail. They worked very hard and were flexible with my schedule and time constraints. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the tuxedos that were rented and LOVED that they also provided socks and shoes for the men (that way, they didn't have to remember to pack them)! Through Carlson Crafts, we were able to obtain our Save-The-Dates as well as our invitations and we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of both of the products. Overall, Louie's Tux Shop and Carlson Crafts made many of our wedding details stress-free and we knew that we could count on these companies to provide us with the type of service that we expected. We will certainly be using them again for the next event that requires their services!

The staff was always friendly and the tuxedo rental came with free wedding invitations. Although you pay up-front for the invitations, once the tuxedos are returned, you receive a check back. Our check was waiting on us when we returned from our honeymoon one week later.

Louie's did a great job in getting our invitations to us early as well as helping us pick out the best tux and color combo. When our tuxes arrived, they had ordered the wrong color ties but they were quickly reordered and in time for the wedding

Louie's Tux shop was amazing! The tuxes all fit the men perfectly, there were no problems at all. Plus, we got our invitations AND the groom's tux completely FREE!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I used the store in the Erskine Plaza in South Bend and Mark was great to work with. My husband tried on his tux the day before our wedding and the color was not what we were expecting, but Mark and his assistant immediately were able to get us another color in my husbands size so that he looked amazing on our wedding day! Would definitely recommend their shop!!

They did an awesome job on the tuxes.

The perks of Louie's include a good deal on some cute invitations, free tux for the groom with 5 other rentals, and decent prices on tux rentals. They also have a number of locations and tuxes can be returned at any of them for your convenience. I was not impressed by the fit of the tuxes at pickup. Only the groom's tux actually fit correctly on the Thursday before our wedding. The sleeves were too long on all the other jackets, the hems fell out of my grandfather's pants, and some shirts were even missing buttons. The problems with my grandfather's tux kept him from coming into town that day since he had to wait for his tux to be repaired that evening and pickup in the morning. Go for it, but make sure your men go try them on first thing on Thursday to leave time for some adjustments and repairs.

We rented the tuxs for the wedding from Louie's and they were very helpful. They helped pick out the right color to match with the dresses and they stayed in contact about what still needed to be done. Service was excellent and the product was excellent as well.

Louie's was a good place to go for tuxes. We went with them mostly for the free invitations and the fact that they matched David's Bridal colors. They did a good job. Service was great in some locations, not so great in others.

The one staff member was great to work with. The other was a pain. Plus they gave the grooms father the wrong vest and tie.

They did great and our tuxes looked exactly like I hoped they would! Only downside was we had an appointment and still had to wait an hour before being helped

They made it super easy for me to choose my selections. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! We even bought our 6-month old son his tux from Loui's! :)

I want to say thank you to Kasi! She was absolutely wonderful and made the whole tux part of the wedding process seamless! We were planning our wedding from over a thousand miles away and had groomsmen coming in from all over the country and she made everything stress free and perfect! Several guys were down to the wire getting their measurements in and Kasi stayed calm and patient and got them all there dressed to perfection on the afternoon of my wedding! I am grateful for everything you did and all of the stress that you took from my shoulders! Thank you!

Louie's Tux shop has great package deals, where the groom's tux is free if you rent 5 or more, plus you get free invitations, free toasting glasses, and $50 off dress preservation! I couldn't have asked for more from a tux shop!

the employees at louies worked hard with us to come up with the right look for our guys. they really took the time to help us pick colors and styles.

Louie's was great! They were always very on top of things and knew exactly who needed to pay and when. We had one slight issue (the shirt colors came in the wrong color), but everything was promptly fixed by 10am the day of our rehearsal. It was great to not have to stress about anything at the last minute!

We rented 17 tuxes from these guys and didn't have one problem! Plus I felt they had the best rates and selection.

The Store manager was great to work with. A few of the associates seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Had problems with the tux's not arriving in the correct size and damage to a few. Had to make several trips back and forth. They had the color and style tux I wanted. Good Selection. Little more expensive on the cost of the tux then other places.

My husband and I went to a bridal show (not something we would usually do but...) at blue chip casino and signed up with Louie's and wow did he get a good deal. The suits (we did suits not tuxes) were 55/person plus a free one and free invitations (which we did not use so my husband got a new suit to keep!) They looked awesome!

We rented all the guys including the fathers tuxes through louies. I highly recommend going in a few days prior to the wedding day to try on. Several of the guys had to get new shoes, shirts, coats, but luckily everything got in on time and with out a hitch!

I used Louie's Tux shop in Merrillville, located inside the Southlake Mall! I loved the service I received there!! All the sales people are super nice and helpful!! If you go there ask for Anna, she does an awesome job and is so helpful!! Wedding planning is so stressful!! Going to Louie's was refreshing because of how nice & easy it was!! I will only use Louie's for tux rentals!

Louie's and their free invitation program were wonderful! Our tuxedos were stylish, modern and reasonably priced. We did run into a few issues with sizing which had to be rushed in the day before the wedding, so I would confirm all measurements prior to ordering your tuxes.

We used Louie's Tux Shop on Ireland Road in South Bend. The staff was so helpful and friendly when we picked out tux's for our bridal party. Louie's offers some great deals with invitations and extras for booking with them and we were really impressed with the quality of the invitations and extras we got for booking with them.

We LOVED the tux we rented from Louies. My husband looked great in it. He got rave reviews for it from everyone at our reception. We would use Louies again!

There's not much to say here except they did a fantastic job of making suit/tux rentals easy. My husband got his suit for free, guys were able to call in their measurement and they are even able to get and corrections made up until the morning of, which I thought was great. Their hours were great, they recognized us when we came in (or at least made us feel like they did) and they were on top of every detail. The staff was happy everytime we called or stopped in and they really seemed to enjoy their job. The guys were able to pay for their own suits, so we didn't have to bother with collecting money or anything. I would highly recommend Louie's Tux Shop.
