Honestly probably the best place on the island to get married! It was an absolute dream! It's got the most beautiful ocean and mountain view and our guests absolutely loved it! It's all outdoors so take note of the seasons but even though it had some rain during our wedding, everyone loved dancing in the rain! Gotta get Ashley Fennell as your coordinator too! She's so fun and experienced that you know you're in great hands. Our wedding day was not smooth sailing either because there was an accident on the highway that blocked our vendors and guests as well as knocked out the electricity but she handled it so well that we barely even noticed that there was a problem. Can honestly say we got our dream wedding here in this beautiful place!

Loulu Palms was such a beautiful venue. Nickie (the owner) and Ashley Fennell (my DOC) made our experience so special and as painless as wedding planning could be. Planning doesn’t come easy to me and Nickie and Ashley reassured me and kept us in the know the entire way. Planning a destination wedding from Arizona, while working and going to school full time was a challenge. However, with these two women helping me along the way and graciously handling my indecisiveness via countless emails and phone calls, we had the best night of our lives in June of 2023! They made our dream wedding come true, the night was amazing and ran so smoothly. Ashley was so practical and very honest during the planning process. She’s so personable and very knowledgeable and I love that she loves her job so much! We would recommend Loulu Palms and Ashley, the DOC to anybody and everybody!! -The Morenos 💓

LouLu Palm was so amazing! Not only is the location private and scenic but the staff was wonderful too! Ashley Fennel was an amazing day of coordinator and did a fantastic job of bringing our wedding day together. We got so many compliments on the venue! All the stars for the venue and the coordinator alike! We worked with Ashley, the in-house coordinator, and she was absolutely wonderful, making sure our destination wedding went off without a hitch. We were so nervous about planning a wedding from scratch in a different state/time zone, not being able to meet with vendors face to face. We even chose Loulu without seeing it in person but we knew as soon as we found it that it was the place for us. Still, working with Ashley gave us huge peace of mind throughout the entire process, from vendor research to event details to day-of festivities. She took time to get to know us as a couple and then made great recommendations and facilitated connections for us to figure out what we wanted our day to feel like. She guided us through the process so seamlessly, it never felt like a chore to plan the wedding, and we always felt energized and excited after our calls with her. Once we knew high winds and rain were in our forecast, she and Nikki (venue manager) alleviated our stress and helped us pivot from the lanai to tents no problem. In the end, we had an amazing, blessed, rainy, sunny, gorgeous, classic North Shore wedding that was all that we dreamed and more.

I could not have found a better place to have our wedding at. The venue was beautiful since we arrived. Greenery started since the gate with flowers everywhere and the sound of the wave! I'm not going to lie I burst out in tears when we walked throw the back doors and I saw the whole thing in person for the first time!! From booking to planning to the actual day everything was smooth and stress free. We were on a tight budget and Ashley made it possible to still have a wedding in paradise and not burn a whole in our pockets. She made it so easy and fun. When we got there the day off even though we were running a bit late she made me fell calm and relaxed she kept telling me not to worry and that she had everything covert and she sure did!! We had a whole room to get ready the room was a good size and it was just me getting ready in it. It did have AC which was PERFECT! One thing I would recommend it use the whole day! We had it from 11 am to 11 pm but didn't start until 4 pm so I would say have an early ceremony so you don't have to rush anything and just enjoy the time! We had the following Vendors: Bartender: Recommend by Ashley Issac (He was the BEST and every one loved him) DJ: David Asing (I was a little upset with him because he messed up our first dance but we just went with it. I'm sure there was just some miscommunication he was pretty basic but it was good for the cheap price, we also got the fire dancers and drum players with him which were GREAT but they were 2 hours late and even though we paid for 15 min I'm positive they weren't even there for 10 min, but over all the guys were great and our guest LOVED the surprise. Catering: Keneke's Bluesky catering(also in the recommendation from Ashley) (I have not express how AMAZING THE FOOD WAS!!!! And not to mention within our budget!! I had made so many changes and Carmela was the one who helped me every step of the way!! They even let us take the left overs home and the staff was great!! Seriously everyone kept telling us how this was the only wedding they had every gone to that had GREAT food!! We had the following; Keneke's "Sit Down Serve" Wedding Special 1 Meat Choice: Hibachi White Meat Chicken 4 Pupu Choices: 1. Shoyu Poke 2. Mango Chicken Skewers 3. BBQ Pork Skewers 4. Shrimp Cocktail 1 Salad Choice: American Iceberg (can we get Ranch with this) 1 Bread/Roll Choice: Traditional Butter Rolls 2 Starch Choices: 1.Garlic Red Potatoes 2. Yakisoba Wedding Day of Coordinator: Ashley Fennell (AMAZING) Wedding Officiant: Kalona Ortiz, she was great and I was able to create the whole ceremony from drafts she gave me. Also for a good price Cake: A Cake Life, the cake was a little more expensive than what I was hopping for especially since it was a small 2 tier cake. BUT it was so worth it and they got it SPOT ON to what the picture I had send them and the flavor was ALL there besides me only getting ONE bite for the picture it was amazing and everyone kept saying so. We had the (1) 2 tier cake small serves 20-30 Round 6" vanilla chocolate marble cake with chocolate cream and fresh raspberry filling Round 8" yellow butter cake with fresh strawberry cream filling. Shades of teal smooth-ish/ stucco-ish buttercream icing We kept it super simple and didn't do much decorating as the location itself was enough! Don't worry so much about the materialism or decorations just focus on the love in the air and having your loved ones there to celebrate your love!!

Loulu Palm was an absolute dream location for our wedding. The North Shore of Oahu is such a beautiful location and Loulu Palm takes full advantage of it. Although conveniently located on the highway, it feels completely isolated and private, with a stunning beach location and gorgeous grassy area and huge lanai. Everyone who arrived was in awe of the location. The team at Loulu Palm were amazing to work with. Lynn and Nickie were so helpful and kind, particularly when we had to change our date about 5 times due to the pandemic! Our wedding would not have happened without the support and care of our planner, Linda Kress, though. Her advice was top notch, she always kept us calm no matter what, recommended the most amazing vendors to us that all did a superb job and went above and beyond to make our vision for our wedding come true. She also had beautiful touches we wouldn't have even thought of - live cutting of coconuts on arrival, a malasada truck, an Aloha sign that looked so good on the hill. On the day she was amazing at making sure everything ran smoothly so that we didn't have to worry about the details. We couldn't more highly recommend Loulu Palm!

Having our wedding at Loulu Palm was a dream. We were originally supposed to have our wedding in June 2020. Due to the pandemic we ending up having to reschedule multiple times. Our coordinator Linda, was amazing throughout the whole process and stuck with us even when everything was chaos with the pandemic. Finally having our wedding this November was more than we imagined. All of our guests had a blast and said it was the the best wedding they had been to. I would say so much of that was due to how beautiful the venue is and how Linda helped us find the best vendors. Using her coordination meant so much less work for us and she recommended the vendors she works with all the time that know the venue well. She also helped us find ways to save money and stay on budget. If you’re leaning towards a Hawaii destination wedding this is the best hands down venue you can find. You get the views of the beach but the privacy that you won’t get at a hotel or resort. All of the staff at Loulu Palm are so friendly and want to make it the day of your dreams. 100% recommend to anyone looking at a Hawaii wedding. You will not be disappointed.

Loulu Palms Farm Estate made our dream wedding come to life. Working with their management team and booking or event was so fast and hassle free. We gave them or specific layout and design set up and they made it happen with any issues. Their team and event set up crew were so fast and professional. The MVP of our wedding definitely goes to our weddings coordinator, Mrs. Linda Kress. She was so fun and easy to work with. When my wife and I stressed out she was there to calm us down and handle everything thing for us. Whenever an issue arised she always had a plan B and C ready to go. I just want to thank again Linda and the Loulu Palms team for a wedding my wife and I will never forget.

Absolute best venue on Oahu. I had my dream wedding here all thanks to Ashley Fennel and the Loulu Palm team. I am a resident here in Oahu but they also assist destination since their communication is so easy. This venue has the best of both worlds-ocean and Mountain View’s AND it was completely private! The estate is drop dead gorgeous alone so you barely have to decorate it but I was really passionate about tropical flowers and hired Ocean Dreamer for all of my florals- my wedding arch, bouquets and table center pieces and it was absolutely gorgeous! I feel so lucky I was able to have my wedding here and know that my family and my husband and I will forever hold Loulu as a special place in our hearts. Every single person we worked with that was recommended by Ashley Fennel was so amazing to work with- I completely trusted her with everything and she exceeded my expectations. I had the most care free day all thanks to Ashley at Loulu and she was so down to earth and genuinely made my big day the most amazing day of my life-truly! I feel like people were exaggerating when they say that but it couldn’t be more accurate! It’s natural to forget things with all the stuff going on for your wedding and Ashley had a solution for every little thing! I had trouble talking to my Officianr about a “lei ceremony” and she was my voice to make sure I got what I wanted and also I forgot to get a lei for my brother to walk me down the aisle and luckily she was able to get one from the officiant for him to wear! Came out amazing in my photos, and I also forgot my garter and she had the idea to use my flower crown and put it around my leg and I was still able to have the traditional garter toss because of her quick and creative thinking! These are only a few of the amazing things a coordinator can do when you are under pressure on your wedding day- there were so many things that I got wrong and she was able to fix and come up with a creative solution to every single one. Hire Ashley Fennel as your coordinator- you will be so thankful you did!!

We had our wedding at Loulu Palm in July and it was an amazing experience that we will remember forever; We were blown away by this place. The venue is very beautiful and serene on the north shore of Oahu that is far enough away from anything that it more or less has its own private beach. Our coordinator was Ashley, who was extremely helpful and with us 100% throughout the process. We planned the wedding from Texas, so we relied heavily on her recommendations for other vendors making the entire experience smooth and absolutely wonderful. She was extremely easy to work with and we had no issues at all. We highly recommend Loulu Palms & Ashley for anyone looking to have their wedding here.

We got married here in July 2022 and would do it all over again if we had the chance. The venue was so beautiful and the staff was amazing. Linda Kress was our coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly how we hoped it was. This is a gorgeous venue in North Shore with the beach as the perfect backdrop to our ceremony. My experience was very positive and my wedding was perfect. Linda and Lynn kept everything going smoothly and exactly the way I wanted it. Book a year in advanced! They run out of days very quickly. I recommend hiring Linda as your DOC when you book the venue. I couldn't have done it without her.

15/10. Truly the most magical venue we could’ve ever imagined. Everything, EVERYTHING was on point the day of, we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was affordable for us and all of the employees were kind, helpful, mindful of our budget, and responsive. I can’t recommend this venue enough! We cannot wait to return one day.

Wow this wedding was everything I dreamed it would be! Nickie and Ashley were fantastic and so helpful throughout the process. I planned the wedding virtually from Michigan, so I relied heavily on their recommendations for other venders and no one disappointed, everything blew away my expectations. Ashley in particular was such a help with coordinating the venders and gathering the important information and helping make the time line and ensure everything went smoothly throughout the day. She even let me ship stuff directly to her in Hawaii so I did not have to pack it with me. Also the venue is breathtakingly beautiful. I had 51 guest and we were on the lanai. I was worried the yard would look empty compared to the pictures with the big tents but it was a beautiful view and many people walked over to the beach and we all took sunset photos together. I would get married here over and over again, I highly recommend this venue and booking Ashley as a coordinator! Also definitely stay at Turtle Bay. We did the condos and it was a 5 min drive and they have beautiful beaches and restaurants and is centrally located between most things on the north shore.

We worked with Ashley Fennel (as our wedding coordinator) and Nickie Coleman who helped bring our dream wedding to life on our budget. This venue is perfect to provide a Hawaiian wedding vibe while being able to customize it to your desire. My husband works for the hotels and we were so happy we did not go that route. We were truly able to make our own dream wedding right here in the most beautiful part of Oahu. Thank you again!

Linda Kress was a perfect fit for our wedding. She made everything run smoothly and we never felt stressed or as if we needed to step in and fix anything. Because of her and her team we were able to relax and truly enjoy the whole day. She helped up cut costs in areas we didn't care about and put it into areas we did. She was communicative and fun and we are thrilled that we made a friend of her as well. Would definitely recommend her for any of your wedding planning needs.

We chose Loulu Palm as our wedding venue because of the amazing view and location. What made it even better was having Linda Kress as our wedding coordinator. Planning to have my wedding back home, while living in Austin TX, was a bit of a challenge. Not to mention the 5hr time zone difference and the uncertainties of the ongoing pandemic. But Linda has been such a blessing through all of it, being very flexible and resourceful, constantly checking in to make sure we were on top of everything. She gave so many awesome suggestions and helpful tips to keep within our budget. Linda and her assistants also definitely put in the manual labor on the day of, too; making sure the decorations and equipment were all perfect. And even bringing my husband and I pupus while we took formal photos, so we didn't miss out on any of it during the cocktail hour. The vendors (Keneke's, Cortney Crane Events, Akahi Productions, Red Ring Media, etc.) she recommend were also spectacular! Hearing my friends and family rave over the execution of the wedding and the location was the cherry on top of such a tough year for so many of us. If I could have a wedding here again and again, I would!!!

Our special day at Loulu Palm was nothing short of amazing, thanks in large part to our wedding planner, Linda Kress. Linda was everything (and more) we could have ever asked for in a wedding planner. She was chock full of creative ideas and solutions to help turn our disparate—often incoherent—visions and daydreams for our big day into a reality. She gave us honest recommendations on the vendors, furniture, equipment, etc. she thought were best suited for our event – frequently checking in with us along the way to ensure we stayed within the confines of our budget and helping us adjudicate our “ABSOLUTELY need-to-haves” and our “nice-to-haves.” She kept us on task – often, and I mean often (because we needed it), reminding us to reach out to “so and so” vendor” by “so and so” date to ensure we got “so and so” done. She was on it! But what we appreciated most about Linda was her character. She was warm, kind, funny, and easy to talk to (traits that helped neutralize the inevitable stresses and “what-ifs” that arise when planning a wedding). She truly embodies what it means to live with “Aloha Spirit.” We had the pleasure of getting to know Linda very well over more than a year period, as state-issued COVID restrictions forced us to postpone our wedding, then required that we scale down our guest list. When my wife and I ultimately opted to use the venue for a 5-hour long “styled photoshoot” instead of a full-on ceremony & reception (we had snuck in a small, intimate, wedding on the mainland by this point), Linda was fully supportive and helpful in hearding our boutique furniture and cake vendors in place to provide cool settings & props for our shoot. Loulu Palm is your quintessential vintage Hawaiian plantation getaway, replete with an indescribable unique character and feel. The venue is flanked by a pristine private beach on one side and views of a densely forested mountain range on the other. A long stretch of well-manicured grass and palm trees populate the center. The site rests at a perfect vantage point to watch the world-famous North Shore sunsets. Can’t recommend this venue enough to prospective bride and grooms! Your guests will be mystified by this authentic-Hawaii atmosphere –a great respite from tourist-inundated Waikiki. Oh—and this probably goes without saying—but if you do choose Loulu Palm…also choose Linda Kress to serve as your wedding coordinator!

This venue Loulu Palms and our coordinator Linda Kress made our wedding DREAM come true !!! Planning through Covid and having to change our wedding date. Linda made it easy .It was perfect from start to finish. Linda made our lives so stress free. Linda was so caring and kind and listened to all our wants and needs for our special day. Linda was so organized and detailed. If we did one thing right it was hiring Linda Kress and having our dream wedding at Loulu Palms. I would not change a thing. Still in wedding BLISS. MAGICAL! Linda and the Loulu Palm staff were so amazing to work with. We just had our wedding last week and we can't stop thinking about how beautiful the venue is and how effortless the staff made our special day seem. Linda, is the DOC but has helped in so many ways, from day 1. She listens, helps couples work within budget, is well connected, and can offer suggestions or alternatives to fit your needs. All the vendors and our guests can't stop raving about how perfect our night was. We hope to visit as guests at this incredible venue in the future. F I V E stars and a big mahalo nui to everyone who made our night unforgettable.

Nicki was beyond helpful and always very communicative. We wanted to use the venue but due to covid were not able to, but we did use them for rental equipment! They were great about making sure everything was set up on time and no issues with the venue change. We had everything we needed to make the night perfection. Their venue is TO DIE FOR! If you haven't been, ask for a tour and you will be sold! It's on the beach but the garden view is amazing, the sun sets perfectly so you aren't even blinded if you do a sunset event.

WARNING! Do not give this venue a penny more than they require. Loulu Palm is absolutely beautiful, my fiancé and I were so excited to have our wedding here however when we had to cancel due to the pandemic and state regulations this summer, they would not give a cent back to us! If you are to book this venue wait up until the due date to make any payments. I personally was attempting to be on top of payments and wanted to have our whole wedding paid off before the day came which ended up being a big mistake. I would never have guessed that we would have to cancel our big day but I do wish the venue was easier to work with given that the circumstances were of our control. They kept all of our money including what we put down for rentals (dance floor, lights, linens, etc.) which we clearly never got to see or use. Bottom line I just wish the management of this location was more understanding and easier to work with, we could have had a beautiful wedding and would not be out $8,000 if they cared about their couples.

As the groom, all I could do in a lot of instances was watch my soon to be wife be stressed out. Our families were making it hard, our finances were making it hard, our anxiety was making it hard. But once we got off that plane and Linda came to see us face to face, that stress went away. The personal touch and attention she gave us was unlike anything I expected, and have never had before. She was prompt and professional, but kind and relatable. She not only kept our finances where they needed to be, but also gave us real talk about what we actually did and didn't need-all while keeping a smile on our faces. Throughout the whole process, she was there. She kept us on point, under budget, and overjoyed. She kept in contact with us via phone and text before, during the wedding she was always nearby for anything we needed, and even arranged for us to plant a tree at our venue days after the ceremony. There aren't enough good things I can say about her and her work ethic. Everything we needed, she supplied, and everything we didn't know we needed, she thought of. If you hate money and love stress, look elsewhere. But if you want everything to be perfect, cost efficient, and with a loving personal touch, this is the woman you want on your side. Now, the venue was absolutely perfect. It was spacious while still having a very intimate feel about it. The beach in one direction was immaculate. The mountains in the background of the other direction were breathtaking. And the trees and plants surrounding the venue were lush and beautiful. There was a hammock, lawn games, a fire pit and chairs. The arch they provided for the ceremony was lovely, the chairs for guests to sit in were comfortable and organized perfectly. Plenty of well maintained bathroom space was very important to me, and they definitely had that covered. The house and the suites for bride and groom were all temperature controlled and homey-just the thing stressed out bridal parties need. They were able to get us a clear tent set up for the reception which was amazing to be under when the rain came down. The DJ, bartenders, and food left everyone impressed and me and my wife stuffed, drunk, and happy. The venue was more perfect than I could have imagined, and the staff from head to toe was fun and professional. More importantly than anything else though, they made my wife happy and satisfied. By pleasing her, they pleased me, but the Loulu Palm Farm Estate went far above and beyond what was expected, and did far more than others could or would provide. If you're getting married, get married here. Itll be the best choice you can make.

This venue and our wedding coordinator, Linda Kress, were an absolute DREAM. If you’re looking to get married in Hawaii stop here. It was far better than I could have even imagined. From the very first time I contacted Linda I knew it was going to be an amazing experience. She made great suggestions and was realistic about staying on our budget. She was attentive and helped walk me through every step of the planning and made the actual wedding day seamless and perfect. She kept a smile on my face and I always felt like she was in my corner. Thank you Linda for making our day so magical and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. As far as the venue... it was so stunning. We got married in front of the beach with the water in the backdrop. It was actually really nice because everyone didn’t have to get sandy unless they wanted to. The florals were so dreamy too. It was extra windy and a little rainy that day so Linda did some quick thinking and put our reception under this gorgeous tent with beautiful lighting. It really was so magical.

If you are still looking for avenue to get married in Hawaii, you should stop right now, Loulu Palm is everything you are looking for and more! We love the place,it is romantic, is beautiful and it does speaks all the Hawaiian vibe you look for when you decide to get married in paradise. Also Linda Kress is a God sent, she was with us since the day we hired her as our day of coordinator. We had so much fun planning our wedding with her assistance, all the vendors that she recommended did a great job, and went beyond out expectations, also she made our dream wedding happened in our budget, can it be better then that? We love everything about our big day, Linda and her assistant Lynn with all the Staff were AMAZING, our family and friends still talk about the day as the most beautiful wedding in the most magical place they have ever been!

My cousin got married at Loulu Palm a really long time ago and when I attended his wedding, I was in love with the venue and dreamt of getting married there one day so Loulu Palm was always at the top of my list when it was finally my turn. This was the perfect because I always wanted to get married on the beach but my husband didn't want to get married in the sand so this was a great compromise (if you can even call it a compromise). You get married with the ocean behind you and you also have all the beautiful Hawaii landscape around you, all in your own very private estate. This was a semi-destination wedding, we live in Los Angeles but a lot of my family is in Hawaii so hiring a coordinator was very necessary for me in order to do this from afar. I hired Linda Kress based on other recommendations and she did not disappoint! She is a MUST HIRE and some sort of wedding superhero. She is really on top of her game. She had great recommendations for vendors and she just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Definitely recommend the venue for a nice private ceremony and reception. The whole thing was really easy from start to finish as far as communication, setting up times to view the venue and meet with Linda etc. I also really liked having everything in one place. I wish I could do it all over again...the day, not the planning part :) We are still reliving our special day over and over gain.

Loulu Palm is gem in a rough. Heading down the north shore, you would not think that there was a beautiful place like Loulu. Coming from San Diego, we were very picky on the venues we looked at in Oahu. A lot of couples get married in Waikiki or Honolulu just to say they got married in Hawaii. The amount of money you spend having a wedding there can go a long way if you get married at Loulu. The day we took a tour of the place, we knew we wanted to get married here. We did go over our budget but it is well worth the money. Also, having Linda Kress (Day Of Coordinator) by our side the whole way made the whole experience even better. She's a "Day of Coordinator" but she is with you from the day you choose her till days after the wedding. We trusted her with all her suggestions and recommendations. She is a must in your wedding planning. You will not regret choosing Loulu Palms as your wedding venue. There were times that communication was a problem due to us being in the mainland during the process. But our questions were always answered in due time. My wife and I highly suggest Loulu Palms.

Loulu Plam was the most magical venue! We knew it was where we wanted to get married the moment we saw the property in person. Our wedding day was a truly a dream come true and every single vendor we had was so nice and welcoming. We decided to hire a wedding coordinator that the venue provides and I highly recommend doing this! Linda was the absolute best and a MUST HAVE on your wedding day!

We got married at Loulu Palm July 6, 2019 and it was everything I dreamed of. When I was 16, I attended a wedding at a venue just down the road from Loulu and since was always planning on having my wedding there . However, our guest count ended up being too high for the intended venue and so we were advised to consider Loulu. I loved Loulu palms the moment we drove in, the private yet expansive property was a beautiful hidden gem. We booked the venue and began planning. I wanted a simple and affordable wedding that would truly be more about the experience of a vacation with friends and family rather than about the pinterest type details. As we got rolling I began to get overwhelmed with venue nuances such as having to rent certain items from Loulu , clean up of the entire house before departure and other particulars that made me start to think that maybe I should have stuck to my original venue. I had a wedding planner already, but the owner suggested I reached out to one of Loulu's wedding planners and after looking at reviews I decided to reach out to Linda Kress. After my conversation with her all my worries were put to rest and she assured me that what I wanted was possible and that she could bring it all together for me. My original planner was great, but having someone who knew the property was priceless. Linda was always available and very knowledgeable. She helped me find areas to save money so that I could splurge in areas that meant a lot to me. I had previously planned 3 weddings and am a perfectionist in nature- so I knew what needed to be done, However, at a large, un-staffed venue such as Loulu, Linda was key in pointing out details only someone who knew the property would know. Such as needing extra bussers/ water service to assist the caterer and clear dishes. On top of that Linda always helped me find the most economical solution- I am so grateful to Linda for pulling all of the details together for me, working with my vendors and my budget to create my dream wedding at this beautiful location. We stayed down the road in houses on the beach and after 4 days and lots of partying at those houses it was the perfect, beautiful escape and change of scenery for both my guests and us. Linda set up a beautiful welcome table with leis and welcome drinks and pog, from the moment my 100 guests set foot on the property they were in awe. In hind sight, there is always something you would change or tweak but I would never change my venue or my wedding planner. Thank you so very much Loulu and Linda!

Loulu Palm is the best location to have your wedding on the island of Oahu... 1. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful with beach front views, a large space but cozy enough for an intimate feel, and you have the property to yourself (some other venues tend to have multiple sites or public access) 2. The venue staff are super friendly and accommodating. (Nickie was so helpful in helping with details, budget, and making sure everything was perfect for our big day!) It makes the process that much more easy and fun when you work with people who are understanding and flexible. 3. The wedding coordinator that we had was Ashley...this was the best decision we made for the planning. Ashley was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She met with us weekly (we're on the mainland so she was able to meet with us via phone and facetime) and kept us in check to make sure we were meeting deadlines for details. My husband and I were so busy with other things going on before the wedding but Ashley took a huge load off our shoulders- granted her role was to coordinate but she did more than that. To name a few- she allowed us to use her mailing address so that we wouldn't have to pack anything from the mainland, she picked up items and ran additional errands for us, and even after we already booked services she negotiated pricing with the vendors for us. We were so blessed to be able to get this beautiful venue. Our guests had a memorable time. We plan on coming back next year to visit the venue and say hi to our new friends Nickie and Ashley!

My husband and I were set against an outdoor wedding until we discovered Loulu. Once we arrived for the first visit we fell in love with property. The atmosphere and the views were unbelievable. The house was adorable, functional and the perfect space to get ready in. The guys commandeered the yurt (man cave) with our puppy (who I should mention, was able to be apart of our day because Loulu is pet friendly!! He even visited the property with us prior a few times to get used to it). I was able to have both my ocean and lush greenery, with the beach as our backdrop. What?!?! It was perfect outdoor location for our friends and family who lived on island and even more perfect for out of towners. Nikki, Linda and their entire team were responsive and helpful from the start and I knew I had nothing to worry about day of. Their vendor list was magical and we couldn’t have asked for more.

We got married at Loulu Palm in August 2019 and had the best day ever, thanks to the amazing location and incredible staff. When we first toured Loulu the previous year, we immediately knew it was our dream venue. We both grew up in Hawaii and always envisioned getting married on the beach. We worked with Linda Kress from the beginning of that visit and she was the absolute BEST! We hired her for day-of coordination but we planned a wedding week (5 days of festivities) and she helped us with all the small details of the entire week. We live in Portland, OR and her quick and responsive communication made our destination wedding planning so much easier. She introduced us to great vendors, told us what to spend money on and where we could get our monies worth, and overall, became an amazing support system that we knew we could wholeheartedly trust. We had a big wedding (215 guests) and Linda helped us to ensure all of our guests felt welcome and take care of. We had some last minute issues arise and she made things appear effortlessly and smoothly. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Linda, Nickie, and the rest of the staff. It has been over 3 months since my wedding and my husband and I are still in awe over this BEAUTIFUL venue. Loulu Palms encompassed everything we had hoped for on our wedding day – the gorgeous greenery, the lush landscape with the beautiful ocean waves cascading in the background. On top of that, Linda Kress was an absolute dream to work with. We knew we were in perfect hands from the day that we hired her. From all the e-mails and phone calls, Linda was always there for us, despite how busy wedding season can be. She made planning a breeze all the way from California and we loved all of the vendors she connected us too. On our wedding day, my bridal party and I had nothing to worry about aside from getting ready. Linda was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for such a magical day.

Loulu Palm is a magical destination. 40 of our family members convened there in August to celebrate our vow renewal for our 30th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful. The on-site coordinator Linda is a gem. We coordinated the whole event with her over the phone from NY. She recommended and coordinated with the caterer, dj, photographer, bartender, shave ice team, and entertainment and flowers. She even recommended a hair and makeup person. Each service provider was excellent. Very professional, but also really nice people, which just made the whole event even more special. The food was delicious and abundant. Every one of our guests had a truly memorable time. I cant praise Linda and the whole staff at Loulu Palm enough. I was very nervous about organizing an event from such a distance and trusting someone I never met. But Linda and everyone she works with really know their stuff and produced a truly special day. It was perfect. Thank you so much.

Loulu Palm Farm Estates is an amazing venue with the best sunset shots in Hawaii. Nickie and her team were accommodating to the times we wanted to visit, our walk through, and answering all of our questions in person and in email (and we had a lot of questions and a lot of spreadsheets). Overall, our guests loved the venue because it was large enough to have people roam and enjoy the scenery of the ocean and the mountains. Everything was insta-worthy. Some of the frustrating things we experienced was their slow response times to our emails, which is attributed to their small team. Do not expect a super quick response, you have to wait at least 2-3 business days for them to get back to you. In addition, they charge for some of the smallest things, like a high chair or to “hang” anything. They know how to make a business in the wedding industry for sure. Most importantly, know that there are a lot of rules to follow for the venye and they are very strict about complying with their rules. Hence, it is highly recommended that you get a catering company or a coordinator that KNOWS (or has worked) how to work with Lolulu Palm because they’ll know what to expect and how to clean things up at the end of the night. Management is very particular and as long as you have a team that knows how to work with them, it will be worry free.

Loulu Palm was the perfect setting for our wedding. It was only the second venue we visited but we immediately fell in love with the intimacy of the location, beauty of the property, and the passion and kindness of their team. Loulu allowed us to have a beachfront ceremony with ample room for cocktail hour, games, and a shaded dinner and many of the rental items were either included or available. This made the planning process much more convenient but they also allowed us to make everything our own, which was appreciated. The day was magical and our guests couldn't stop raving about the beauty of the venue. Loulu Palm will always have a special place in our hearts and we can't wait to plant our own palm on property. Loulu was literally our dream venue! Everything truly came together like a magical dream. We can honestly say that it was everything we ever imagined and more. When we first stepped onto Loulu grounds and got the amazing tour from Lynn, WE knew! LINDA KRESS, is the absolute best wedding planner in the whole island chain of Hawaii. We had a magical wedding and reception at Loulu Palm! We fell in love with the venue (and Nickie) when we first went to check out the venue. The view is beautiful, and you really won’t be able to appreciate it all until you spend an entire day there (your wedding day!). You can customize it in any way you want. We were in touch with Nickie the entire time, and she was very responsive. A hurricane hit a few days before our wedding, and we weren’t able to have our reception where it was scheduled. BUT Nickie made sure our day would still be amazing, and she organized it so well! Our day was the best, and we can’t thank enough! We definitely recommend this venue!

We had our dream wedding at Loulu Palm in November 2018. Everything was just perfect, all I had ever drempt of. A wedding by the beach, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, cocktail style, outdoors and private. During my search for venues online from Australia I was beginning to think I may not be able to afford to have it in Hawaii. Then I found Loulu Palm and was introduced to Linda Kress (my wedding coordinator.) Linda took everything I wanted and put it together to fit into my budget. Without visiting the venue or meeting Linda in person there is a lot of trust involved. I went with all of Linda’s suggestions of vendors and none of them disappointed. She went above and beyond, for the year we planned it, to helping us out in the days leading up to it, you can trust in Linda that’s for sure! Cant recommend the venue and Linda enough if you are after a magical wedding in paradise. I also highly recommend Vjay our bar tender for keeping up with the Australian drinking demand in style, our DJ was great and Chelsea Stratso our amazing photographer who took the best wedding photos I have ever seen. Words can not describe what a wonderful wedding experience we had at Loulu Palm. It is a very special place that we will hold in our hearts forever. We first came across LouLu Palm after researching many wedding venue locations in Hawaii, from there we decided to visit a few shortlisted venues. Once we stepped foot on the grounds of LouLu Palm that was simply it for us. From our first meeting with Nickie to the absolutley wonder that is Linda Kress (our wedding coordinator), our dealings with the team at LouLu Palm made our experience exciting, stress free and simply amazing. Coordinating a wedding with a very demanding job and being based in Sydney was tricky; however Linda was always available to answer our every need. Linda took the time to understand who we were as a couple and with this aligned the best vendors in regards to catering, music, floras etc. We are BIG foodies so catering was a key part to our wedding, we worked with Ke Nui Kitchen on a semi bespoke menu. Everyone is still raving about the food. Wyler Florals organised our floral designs, once again, no words can describe how creative and amazing Courtney Crane was, she delivered my dream. This is an incredible venue!! We looked at 5 places around Oahu for our wedding and fell in love with Loulu Palm Farm Estates - it's completely private with stunning views of the ocean and a wonderful backdrop of the hillside behind the cute house with a wonderful lanai. We had the best experience working with Kristina, the "day of coordinator" Loulu Palm recommended after getting a few quotes. She was an absolute delight and was more than a day of coordinator, helping me regularly over a month before the wedding, hence my quotes around day of. The rentals are through Loulu Palm which makes is easy but they were pricey. If I could change anything...Loulu Palm isn't flexible with their payment methods and I wish there was a clearer schedule from the beginning on payments so I didn't have to stress about my check arriving on time (even when I overnighted it they didn't get it for 3 days). Having an online payment method, even if not credit card, would have been great. We have nothing but happy vibes from our wedding and picking this venue and working with Kristina is a big part of that. We highly recommend it!! Hopefully we can return on our anniversary and see the endangered Loulu Palm Tree we wanted during our ceremony!

Yuki and I are a couple from New York City (5,000 miles away!) and we were looking to get married back to where my wife was born, Hawaii. At first, I was a little hesitant because of my style of face-to-face interaction with our vendors--so we booked a trip to Hawaii a year prior to meet with our potential partners. Once we met with Linda Kress, it was a done deal. She was professional, personable (very genuine and sweet), and one of the most helpful people during our journey into marriage. We knew right away that she would be a big part of our wedding. With her help, numerous voice calls, as well as the assurance that we were pacing according to our wedding date--we were able to pull of the wedding of our dreams at the Loulu Palm Estate. Distance did not matter with her guidance. Honestly, of all the investments we had with our big day, Linda and the Loulu Palm had the best return. If you want the best, look no further than Linda and her team.

This has been long overdue but needed to highly recommend this beautiful venue along with our amazing day of coordinator, Linda Kress. My husband and I decided to get married on the infamous wedding day of this year, 8/18/2018. We wanted a destination wedding and booked Loulu Palm a year and a half in advance and we have no regrets. The venue is perfect especially if you are looking for a private ceremony and reception by the beach. Knowing we had a very popular wedding date, we didn’t want to take a risk of booking at a hotel with multiple weddings happening all at the same time. We wanted the private venue with the beach and Aloha vibes for our 90 out of town guests. We didn’t get a wedding coordinator initially but booked our vendors based on what we liked in the months leading up to the wedding. About a month and a half before the wedding, we booked our day of coordinator, Linda Kress, and we could not recommend her enough. We sent her the list of vendors we booked and told her the feel of what we wanted for the wedding and she gave us exactly what we wanted and more. We had unexpected rain the day of our wedding and she was able to figure out how to fit our tables and dance floor inside our tent to accommodate the weather since we planned for an outside dance floor. Linda basically put all the vendors, details, and special touches together. She thought of the all the things that I never even realized we needed. All of the wedding planning was made easy even while planning in California by having Linda as our coordinator. My only regret is not booking her soon enough. Linda made our wedding an amazing day my husband and I will never forget. Three months later, even our guests still talk about how great the wedding was and how beautiful everything turned out, rain and all. All of this was made possible thanks to Linda and her wedding magic and of course, to the beautiful Loulu Palm Estate.

Our wedding was held at Loulu Palm and it was worth every penny! The venue is even better in person with the blue tropical water and mountain backdrop! If you are looking for true Hawaiian wedding with beach front and garden outdoor reception plus privacy, this is the venue for you. LLP are also extending their own rentals so that's a plus to save some headache in finding vendors! We had worked with Nickie and she was amazing in answering all my questions and concerns. She was always there for me to make any changes! Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the beauty of this venue! I would do it all over again if I could :)

What a magical place. Birds, rainbows, the ocean waves, the gorgeous greenery. Nickie met with us to show us the property and really gave us a good idea for what we could do there. Their Instagram account is a great resource for ideas and vendors too. Once we booked, we hired Linda Kress (HIRE HER!) as our day-of coordinator, but she is so much more than that. Her recommendations were spot on. Her creative ideas were beyond what I would have come up with and truly enhanced the day. She is conscious of the budget and makes sure that she’s getting you solid deals. She’s honest too, and planning this on my own, I really needed that. On our wedding day, she handled hiccups with creativity and calm. She followed up with vendors after the wedding and made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of. We loved our wedding and she was very much responsible for the great time had by all. Another note for the venue, they are prepared. It rained a bit during the course of the wedding day (as it will in Hawaii, but it’s good luck!) and they were ready with umbrellas for guests, tents for vendors, etc. Everything was covered. Overall, a fantastic experience. We still tear up thinking about it. Thank you Loulu, Nickie and Linda!

As a couple uniting family and friends from across the globe, we chose to host our wedding in Hawaii. We planned our destination wedding from abroad (UK and New Zealand). We were lucky to visit Oahu and see numerous potential wedding venues from hotels to bespoke places. When we first arrived at Loulu Palm, we both felt it was something special. Meeting with Nickie, it was evident how she loved hosting weddings and supporting couples to make each wedding the best it could be for the couple. Nickie was welcoming and friendly. Nickie provided vendor recommendations and was accessible to us via email throughout the planning process, addressing our various queries and concerns. Responsiveness to emails was wonderful, generally within 24 hours. Upon the time we contracted to host our wedding at Loulu Palm, it was required that we work with Pacific Party Rentals (PPR) to rent tents, chairs, tables, etc. Throughout our time planning, approximately 15 months, Loulu Palms were expanding their own inventory of rental items which was exciting. In the end we were able to rent our wedding needs - tent, chairs, tables, bar, dance floor, wine barrel, arch, etc. through a combination of Loulu Palm and PPR. Our wedding day was beautiful and the venue was incredible. The girls arrived on property at 11am to get ready with the help of hair and makeup services in the bridal suite area. As the wedding property we had access to parts of the house on property including kitchen, bridal suite, lounge area and bathrooms. The space was comfortable for our party of 10 women. The boys arrived around 1:30pm and enjoyed the use of the yurt and surrounding area to relax and get dressed prior to ceremony. The venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding – ceremony site by the water, cocktail hour playing lawn games, sunset on the beach and dance floor under the stars! The venue was well equipped with a kitchen prep area for the caterer, modern and clean toilets, as well as substantial parking for cars and buses meeting guest and vendor needs. Loulu Palm is a truly beautiful place that allows for couples to create the wedding of their desire. We are so grateful to have wed at Loulu Palm and will cherish our memories there forever. Big thanks to Nickie for supporting us throughout our planning and wedding day!

Linda Kress is the best! She was our wedding coordinator for our big day and we can't thank her enough. She truly made our wedding the best day of our lives. We honestly don't know how we would have done it without her. To be honest, when we first got engaged, we didn't think we needed a wedding coordinator since we had a year and a half to plan. But boy were we wrong! Linda went above and beyond to make sure everything was well-planned out so that we wouldn't need to stress on our wedding day. She helped us throughout our entire wedding planning process to make sure everything ran smoothly. She helped us plan all the details that we wouldn't have thought of without her. She was the first to arrive and the last to leave on our wedding day to make sure everything was perfect (and it was!) We will forever be grateful for the time, effort, and love she put into making our big day an unforgettable one.

Everything from the location, wedding venue, and of course, the Incredible Linda Kress, was nothing short of spectacular ! We had a lot of different ideas regarding an small, intimate, outdoor wedding in Hawaii but Loulu Palm stood out to us from all the reviews we have read online. As we got to know more about the property, we fell in love with how beautiful, laid back, and incredibly accommodating the property is. We really couldn't find a better venue, coordinator, or environment that embodies the spirit of Aloha. Thank you !! Linda Kress was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly responsive (we've always gotten an email within 24 hours), organized (kept minutes and notes of every meeting) , and had really good suggestions and recommendations to help us stay within our budget. Looking back at all our wedding expenses, choosing and hiring Linda was among THE best decision we made. With her connections and recommendations with local vendors, we saved countless hours by not having to hunt down vendors and evaluate them blindly. Linda would give us her top 3 -5 vendors and would let us choose whoever we feel most comfortable with. We of course looked at her suggestions and we were very pleased to see that her suggestions were also very highly rated and well recommended. Definitely saved us so much time and money. We literally almost paid for Linda's services with the amount we saved from the vendors! The other advantage of having someone like Linda is that when we had vendors that weren't super responsive she would go above and beyond to contact them and arrange the details for us. Having someone on the ground that is local makes the challenge of planning a destination wedding much more manageable. We were dreading the process but Linda made it such an enjoyable experience. Lastly, Linda was such a calming and stabilizing presence throughout the entire process. She gave us monthly tasks, encouraged us to engage with her, and gently nudged us along when we fell behind in the schedule. Linda is worth every penny and then some. Make sure to tip her well ! The entire wedding day flowed so smoothly and had very little downtime or hiccups. And, if there were any issues, neither we nor our guests knew. We had our perfect dream wedding and we can't say enough good things about Loulu Palm and Linda Kress. Almost 6 months later, our friends are STILL talking about our wedding. Thank you for making our wedding the gold standard ! P.S. As it got closer to our wedding, the forecast called for rain the entire day. Of course, the wedding party entirely freaked out. My wife and I were checking our phones every 15-30 minutes for updated weather reports.Linda, on the other hand, told us that everything will be okay. Everything turned out just fine like she promised. It sprinkled for 30 minutes and then cleared out the rest of the day. Linda, thank you for keeping us calm, not freaking out, and telling the rain to go away. So glad that Sharron and I can laugh about all the silliness in hindsight !
