Alana was amazing to work with!!! We hired her as our wedding decorator and couldn't have asked for anyone better. she had a great selection and everything went perfectly on the big day. Highly recommend!!

Alana is absolutely amazing! She truly brought the vision for my wedding to life. I selected the day of wedding coordination and design package. The design was absolutely stunning and she was on top of every aspect of the wedding from the time she arrived until she left. Things ran smoothly and I received numerous compliments about how well it went. Thank you so much!

Alana went out of her way to do everything for me. The day of I told her my vision and she created a space that was even more than I could’ve imagined down to the tiny details. She was there the entire day and always came to me about my preferences/ to ask how I was doing. She is wonderful, I would recommend her time and time again. She got along well with all my other vendors, helped set up and tear down, mingled with my family and friends and just was a wonderful person. She had everything down to a T. Thank you!!

My husband and I got married back in September and Alana was our day of coordinator. She and her assistant was amazing!! Alana really took the time to figure out every detail to make our day perfect. She also helped to set up and clean up for the day. Everything thing came out so good and it was a perfect day. I’m glad we trusted Alana and team during the process. I would recommend her to anyone 10/10!!

Alana from Love and Whimsy is the best! We used her for day of coordination for our wedding and could not have been more pleased. Alana came to all of our pre meetings with the venue and made the best timeline for the most flawless day! We also used Alana for set up and tear down and trusted her vision with my rented decor and everything was perfect. She helped us have the most stress free amazing day and I can’t thank her enough. All our family and wedding party commented how amazing and helpful Alana was and we couldn’t agree more! 10/10 recommend Love and Whimsy to all brides!

We hired Alana as our day-of coordinator! She attended both our planning meetings, ran our rehearsal and made sure every vendor knew where they were supposed to be on our big day! We truly could not have done it without her and even with some rain that delayed our ceremony, the day went so smoothly. I would recommend Alana to everyone!

Alaina did a great job helping us coordinate month-of and day-of our wedding. It was really nice to have someone help us think through a few details we hadn't considered, and have someone to rely on the day of so that, as the bride, I did not have to worry about all of the little details/issues that came up. In fact, I don't really know of any the issues that may have come up because she managed them! I highly recommend Love & Whimsy for someone like me who had a vision for their wedding and did a lot of the planning, but needs some help to think of things you may not have considered and help make your wedding day go smoothly.

I can't recommend Alana with Love & Whimsy Events enough. She was so professional, flexible and an absolute joy to work with. Her eye for decor is impeccable, she made my vision come to life (and then some!) while still helping me to stay within budget. When we couldn't find a greenery chandelier that fit the space and budget we were looking to stay within..she made one for me! Her vendor recommendations were all amazing. By the time the actual wedding day came around, I knew I could trust her to handle anything that came up and I was able to sit back and enjoy my day. My only regret was that I didn't hire her sooner!

Alana was hands down, the best service we booked. She took care of all the details and planning that we didn’t even think of. She is resilient and listens. She has an amazing personality, created beautiful designs and will go the extra mile. She made sure our wedding day went as planned with no hiccups. If they happened, we had no idea! You will not regret booking her to plan your wedding - we will recommend her to anyone getting married!

At her price point I Alana’s month of coordinating package was just what I needed. She helped to bring my wedding vision to life with her decor package. She was always available to talk through ideas via email, text, phone call or zoom. On the day itself she and her assistant ensured all of the details were in place and coordinated with vendors to ensure we stuck to our timeline. I was beyond pleased with the way my reception space looked and felt, and was truly able to relax and enjoy my wedding day!

Alana was the glue that kept the day together! She was able to keep everyone moving forward when we were running behind. She helped finish set the dining room because we had a few things missing and a million other things that day. She was such a delight and she truly cares about you and your experience. I highly recommend her and couldn’t have imagined our day without her!

Alana was AMAZING. We had a private ceremony in Florida and had our reception back home in Ohio. We didn’t give her much time but you couldn’t even tell with how everything turned out! I sent her my Pinterest ideas and she literally brought them to life and then some! Not only did she decorate our venue to perfection, she kept me on top of the vendors I needed to book as well. I’m so glad I had her by my side to make sure everything was planned and it made for the best day! Some things went wrong that were out of her control but I wouldn’t have even known because she handled it and I was able to continue on with a fun night. I would recommend Alana over and over again! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

We used Love and Whimsy for several rental items for our wedding and cannot be more pleased with the service we received. Our wedding was out of town and they were so easy to coordinate an early pickup time and late drop off time. All rental items were in excellent condition and they even provided extra batteries for the candles we rented. We will definitely keep love and whimsy in mind for all future parties!

Alana was SO helpful as our day of coordinator. She managed all of the decor set up AND tear down, and I didn’t have to worry at all about everything being packed up. She even handled a few of my anxious moments about making sure the audio book phone was working. I contracted with her when she was still building her portfolio so I got her at a reduced price, and honestly, I would’ve happily paid full price for her services!

Alana was very easy to work with. We hired her for day-of coordination and purchased rental decor with setup/tear down. Using her decor helped us save money and her team flawlessly executed my vision for our ceremony and reception. Definitely recommend Alana and her team!

Overall disappointed in Alana’s services. We purchased the all-inclusive package ~10 months before our wedding for $2,000. Consultation included a phone call, an in-person meeting, a 200-question survey, and a google folder for organization. In the few weeks working together, we were asked to fill out sheets, forms, and questionnaires, adding extra work to our already busy schedules. Alana’s floral recommendations were more expensive and lesser quality than our original florist. Information on cake tasting took several weeks and ultimately resulted in screenshots of google searches. Response time was often several days for texts and emails. Structure and organization were lacking. Ultimately, the relationship added more work and stress to both parties. Several months later, our money was refunded and we went our separate ways. Alana seems new to the wedding planning business. She takes more than she can handle and seems to prioritize some clients over others. I would consider Alana if you need help with creative thinking or last-minute coordination, but would not recommend her for task management or organization. We wish her and all future clients the best of luck in their upcoming weddings.

Alaina did an amazing job organizing the day of events, decorating and setting up perfectly and making sure everything ran perfect. She took so much stress off of our shoulders! We would work with her over and over again! Thank you for everything!!

Alana was absolutely incredible to work with! We hired her to be our day of coordinator but she did so much more than just that. She helped set our timelines and figure out the small details. She always replied in a timely manner with any questions I had leading up to the day! On the day of she did everything we need (and the things we didn’t even know we needed) she was super communicative and was the reason everything moved so smoothly! Alaina and her assistant went out of their way to make everything beautiful! Created and discussed ideas we hadn’t even thought about such as a napkin fold that laid incredibly with our silverware. One of our friends who attended the wedding has now hired Alaina due to her incredible work and efforts!
