e created my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, boutonnieres, toss bouquet, and corsages, and every single piece was stunning. Katrina was so kind and patient throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and accommodating every time I changed my mind about the flowers. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I even chose to use faux flowers from another vendor for the flowers on our hexagon arch, and when I asked Katrina if she could color match them. She nailed it! Everything matched perfectly, and you never would’ve known they came from different places. I could not have asked for a better florist. Katrina’s talent, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made the whole experience so special. If you’re looking for someone who will make your floral dreams come true, Love Blooms is the one!

ith Katrina was appalling when it came to the rentals I needed for my wedding. I went the Friday before my wedding last week to pickup the items and not only was the items dirty, scratched, and not what the images online showed but my husbands name was spelled incorrectly on our welcome sign. When I contacted Katrina about this, she said this “Well this keeps getting better and so frustrating. My computer crashed and I had to have someone else make my prints and I’m so irritated by it all. You can take the Part of the n off and after and restick. And then I’m going to find a hole to climb into and die”. Like what?? Also, to add when she contacted me two days prior I discussed a gold mirror with a sticker decal and she sent me a proof of a silver mirror. When I asked her about it the level of empathy was disgusting. I will not be recommended this company to anyone and letting my florist to take her off the preferred vendor list.

The staff (especially Katrina, who we interacted with many times over the course of wedding planning) were friendly and attentive to detail, and we were so impressed that they even incorporated our last-minute request for yard games (which were a hit on a sunny Saturday on the lake). Katrina was quick to respond via email, and communicated with our planner to handle all the logistical details on wedding day. It was also really nice to know that Katrina is a small business owner, in our Snoqualmie community as we really tried to "keep it local" where we could. Our day turned out beautifully and a lot of that is due to her business and support.

e was extremely affordable compared to other local companies that I got quotes from. She also was willing to do a floral mockup with me, which was extremely helpful for the final design. There were only two minor issues, but I did not honestly care that much about it at the end of the day. She accidently ordered two bouquets for the moms instead of corsages, and I wanted the pipe and drape to go all the way to the ceiling, and it only went about halfway up the wall. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. I loved the design of the ceremony arch, aisle design, reception and personal flowers for myself and my bridesmaids. Her team was awesome with break down at the end of the night. If you want a florist who is talented and multi-faceted, Love Blooms is the way to go.

The flowers at our wedding were absolutely breathtaking! They did such a great job and they were so incredibly fresh. statement. We ordered a champagne wall, gift sign /card box, seating chart and welcome sign. Everything was wrong minus the champagne wall, gift sign and card box. • Nothing is more emblematic of Love Blooms quality work or the penny pinching pettiness of their business owner (Katrina) than what happened with our welcome sign. The cost of the sign was $150 which was split out as $100 for the sign itself and $50 for the customization, the customization being to say our names. The sign listed the wrong name for the groom. When we asked for a refund for this, Katrina said that she would only give us a $50 refund for getting the name wrong but would not refund the sign itself because we “still received the sign” • Our Seating Chart was NOT what we ordered ( see below for what we ordered vs what we got). There was no customization of names in acrylic and we were NOT told beforehand in order to come up with a backup solution. Again, she made us pay for the sign and only refunded the customization. They printed out the names on pieces of paper ( not symmetrical) and taped it to the sign.The sign was embarrassing and again, I did not find out until they were setting up when I called this out that it was wrong. We only used it because there was no other way for people to know where their table was. o Despite filling out all forms correctly beforehand for a smooth delivery, the delivery man called me (the bride) multiple times while I was getting ready for my wedding ceremony and was having all sorts of issues trying to find the location (said he didn’t have the address or parking info), which as mentioned had already been provided beforehand. Along with the appropriate number to call to my day of coordinator, adding undo stress to me. o During the call with the owner ( Katrina) after our wedding to apologize, she made out like she was the victim because of how much her employee screwed up and disclosed personal information attributing the cause of her mistakes as well as how the employee had been making other mistakes outside of the work on our wedding. o After much back and forth, she refused to give us the amount we requested as a refund ($200 more than what she was offering as we did not feel that we needed to pay for the signs that were completely wrong). She only agreed to give us the refund we wanted if we promised not tell anyone about this experience or write a review. Due to the extreme unprofessionalism and our disappointment with how the day went we forfeited the extra “refund” so others can know what they are getting into when hiring Love Blooms.

a Uhaul and Amelia was able to make the situation work and made sure everything was able to run smoothly. She then made sure my reception set up was still done correctly even though decorations were delivered super late. She then made sure everything was packed up neatly for me to go home after the wedding without worrying about whether I forgot something or not. She was also firm and concise when talking with my slightly chaotic family members about schedule and things they needed to do. Thank you a million times over. I don't regret a single cent I paid for their services.

We were also extremely happy with our personal items such as my bouquet, etc! I had 3 different planning meetings with Katrina virtually in the 1.5 years I was engaged, we talked a lot about the vision and used imagery and specific flower types. I stressed that the Altar and Headtable were two focal points I cared a lot about and sadly, to my surprise, they were not what I envisioned. The altar was opposite of what we had planned on. The person who set it up at the venue, clearly did not reference the instructions, description or reference photos. Luckily, I saw it beforehand and we were able to make some small tweaks. It felt, over promised and under delivered and when I pointed it out to Katrina via email a few weeks later to voice my concern, she inappropriately shared personal information regarding an employee who did set-up and placed the blame there. It felt so uncomfortable. Overall, I liked my flowers, but this felt very off to me!

Our day of coordinator was Amelia. Let me tell you, she is a knockout 10/10!!! Not only was she super friendly, and down to earth, but she is beyond experienced and excited about her job and making your dreams become a reality. She made sure on our wedding day we got to enjoy every little moment and relax, while she handled everything else with the vendors, and every little detail. If she was stressed, she didn’t let it show. She was so thorough and organized, and we have nothing but the best things to say about her. Even our wedding party loved her service and how on top of everything she was.

They made everything look so beautiful! Katrina was very communicative with me, listened to my design ideas, and helped us stay within our wedding budget. rateful for her flexibility with returning some of our vase rentals that ended up getting put in the wrong car, and therefore took a bit longer to return. The flowers were gorgeous in general, however a few flowers did looked like they had been a bit sun damaged. I would recommend booking her for your event, just make sure any little details are in your proposal notes. For example when I first emailed Loveblooms I mentioned wanting my bridal bouquet to be a cascade style, but I didn’t clarify that in the notes so I received the typical hand tied bouquet. It was still gorgeous, looked great, and it wasn’t a huge deal. However if you are a bride or event planner that wants everything perfect, be specific with your proposal notes. My only true complaint is that I ordered flowers for decorating our wedding cake. The inspiration photos I sent included dozens of colorful blooms and greenery so I felt like we were on the same page with what would be needed for the cake to tie it in with all the other florals and decor. However on the wedding day all I received was six plain white roses. Luckily the other floral arrangements were so full, we were able to steal flowers from them for decorating the cake. Had I known all I was going to get was half a dozen white roses I would have made an alternate plan, and with that specific item I sadly don’t feel like I got what I paid for.

They arrived on time for set up and teardown, and were very accommodating when one of our guests mistakenly took home some decor items that we couldn't return until a couple of days later. My bouquet was lovely, the arbor was gorgeous and all of our centerpieces were exactly what we asked for. Love Blooms also seamlessly flipped our venue and handled all of the decor so we didn't have to. Definitely worth the investment and I'd recommend to anyone.

I did not want planning to be my full time job, and I wanted someone that would help me with budget as well as take any of the day of tasks away from friends and family. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the planning process. Her job was to find me vendors, then I would contact them to see if it was a good fit and book them. It took Katrina a long time to get me a majority of our vendors, which meant we were left with vendors that were not ones she had worked with, too expensive, or the last option left for our date. She took multiple vacations during a very crucial planning time. It made the planning process very stressful because we never felt fully prepared for our wedding day. When it came to our day of planner, they were someone that was never apart of our planning process. I honestly don’t think she was given any good information about our vendors and plans for the day of from Katrina. Our day of person was so sweet, but even she said that Katrina should not have made a lot of the decision that she did. One big issue we had was when Katrina set up our rentals, she set it so that we were responsible for picking up and returning. This included all the different plates, linens, wine glasses, beer classes, and much more for a 175 people wedding. We were unaware of the responsibility until about 2 weeks out when it was too late to switch for them to deliver. My family had to rent a uhaul and worked even harder unloading and loading than the event staff that Katrina had us hire. I never wanted my family to do any heavy lifting and that was one of the first points I made clear to Katrina. In our initial meeting of figuring out if we should hire her, she made a lot of promises that she could not keep when it came to our vision. I was extremely disappointed, and honestly feel bad for our day of planner for having to deal with the horrible planning that was set up for her to take over. I’m regards to their florals, they were beautiful. Beyond what I imagined. Only issue was that my bouquet was too big where I actually could not hold it with one hand. Feels like a silly issue to have. It was very expensive, but ended up being Gorgeous. I would not recommend their planning services. But, they do a good job with florals if you’re not on a tight budget.
