Love Blooms Wedding and Event Design

ith us on a late adjustment, which we really appreciated, and the results were exactly what we hoped for. Every detail was beautifully done, and the bouquets especially exceeded our expectations. Absolutely recommend booking with Love Blooms to bring your vision to life!

e created my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, boutonnieres, toss bouquet, and corsages, and every single piece was stunning. Katrina was so kind and patient throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and accommodating every time I changed my mind about the flowers. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I even chose to use faux flowers from another vendor for the flowers on our hexagon arch, and when I asked Katrina if she could color match them. She nailed it! Everything matched perfectly, and you never would’ve known they came from different places. I could not have asked for a better florist. Katrina’s talent, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made the whole experience so special. If you’re looking for someone who will make your floral dreams come true, Love Blooms is the one!

ss (shoutout Chanel) and for the absolutely stunning bouquets and other florals. THANK YOU!

ith Katrina was appalling when it came to the rentals I needed for my wedding. I went the Friday before my wedding last week to pickup the items and not only was the items dirty, scratched, and not what the images online showed but my husbands name was spelled incorrectly on our welcome sign. When I contacted Katrina about this, she said this “Well this keeps getting better and so frustrating. My computer crashed and I had to have someone else make my prints and I’m so irritated by it all. You can take the Part of the n off and after and restick. And then I’m going to find a hole to climb into and die”. Like what?? Also, to add when she contacted me two days prior I discussed a gold mirror with a sticker decal and she sent me a proof of a silver mirror. When I asked her about it the level of empathy was disgusting. I will not be recommended this company to anyone and letting my florist to take her off the preferred vendor list.

they took every idea we had and made the setting even more beautiful than we had envisioned. The staff (especially Katrina, who we interacted with many times over the course of wedding planning) were friendly and attentive to detail, and we were so impressed that they even incorporated our last-minute request for yard games (which were a hit on a sunny Saturday on the lake). We would highly recommend Love Blooms for your event!

g bundled into one package. Setup on the day of went smoothly and everything looked exactly as we imagined. The only area for improvement was communication—having a more detailed timeline from the vendor would have helped with coordination, and we found ourselves doing most of the follow-up. Despite that, the final product was stunning, and we were thrilled with the results. We would definitely recommend them, especially for couples looking to bundle rentals and florals in one place.

owers, including showing us pictures of the different options. They helped stay within our budget and made it easy to update the different pieces as our needs got updated. On the day of, they came before the wedding started to set everything up and came at the end to tear it down. All very easy and beautiful.

up and clean up. The flowers were stunning on the day. Katrina was very helpful in planning and answering all my questions, her communication was great.

pictures, and was extremely organized & on time with everything. Would 100% recommend Love Blooms for beautiful flowers!

verse in style and really high quality items. I really wanted to ensure that I was not stuck trying to sell a lot of items after the wedding so partnering with Love Blooms to rent was perfect. Katrina was quick to respond via email, and communicated with our planner to handle all the logistical details on wedding day. It was also really nice to know that Katrina is a small business owner, in our Snoqualmie community as we really tried to "keep it local" where we could. Our day turned out beautifully and a lot of that is due to her business and support.

e was extremely affordable compared to other local companies that I got quotes from. She also was willing to do a floral mockup with me, which was extremely helpful for the final design. There were only two minor issues, but I did not honestly care that much about it at the end of the day. She accidently ordered two bouquets for the moms instead of corsages, and I wanted the pipe and drape to go all the way to the ceiling, and it only went about halfway up the wall. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. I loved the design of the ceremony arch, aisle design, reception and personal flowers for myself and my bridesmaids. Her team was awesome with break down at the end of the night. If you want a florist who is talented and multi-faceted, Love Blooms is the way to go.

of what everything would cost and was able to send them the inspiration pictures. The communication with the planning process was very responsive and professional. The flowers at our wedding were absolutely breathtaking! They did such a great job and they were so incredibly fresh. I have some of the bouquets drying out and waiting to make something special out of them! We are soo thankful that we had this company as such a big part of our wedding day!!

statement. We ordered a champagne wall, gift sign /card box, seating chart and welcome sign. Everything was wrong minus the champagne wall, gift sign and card box. • Nothing is more emblematic of Love Blooms quality work or the penny pinching pettiness of their business owner (Katrina) than what happened with our welcome sign. The cost of the sign was $150 which was split out as $100 for the sign itself and $50 for the customization, the customization being to say our names. The sign listed the wrong name for the groom. When we asked for a refund for this, Katrina said that she would only give us a $50 refund for getting the name wrong but would not refund the sign itself because we “still received the sign” • Our Seating Chart was NOT what we ordered ( see below for what we ordered vs what we got). There was no customization of names in acrylic and we were NOT told beforehand in order to come up with a backup solution. Again, she made us pay for the sign and only refunded the customization. They printed out the names on pieces of paper ( not symmetrical) and taped it to the sign. The sign was embarrassing and again, I did not find out until they were setting up when I called this out that it was wrong. We only used it because there was no other way for people to know where their table was. o Despite filling out all forms correctly beforehand for a smooth delivery, the delivery man called me (the bride) multiple times while I was getting ready for my wedding ceremony and was having all sorts of issues trying to find the location (said he didn’t have the address or parking info), which as mentioned had already been provided beforehand. Along with the appropriate number to call to my day of coordinator, adding undo stress to me. o During the call with the owner ( Katrina) after our wedding to apologize, she made out like she was the victim because of how much her employee screwed up and disclosed personal information attributing the cause of her mistakes as well as how the employee had been making other mistakes outside of the work on our wedding. o After much back and forth, she refused to give us the amount we requested as a refund ($200 more than what she was offering as we did not feel that we needed to pay for the signs that were completely wrong). She only agreed to give us the refund we wanted if we promised not tell anyone about this experience or write a review. Due to the extreme unprofessionalism and our disappointment with how the day went we forfeited the extra “refund” so others can know what they are getting into when hiring Love Blooms.

onvenient. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I had asked for.

absolutely stunning!!! We also rented candles and a few other items which were perfect. Chanel was the assistant that worked our wedding and she was incredibly helpful. She checked in with me multiple times and was so thoughtful and kind. We are so grateful to Love Blooms!!!

was an amazing day of coordinator! She helped us stay on track with wedding planning and referred us to amazing vendors. On the day of, she was the reason the wedding went so smoothly and took a lot of anxiety off of me and my husbands mind. I can’t recommend loveblooms and the talented Katrina Allen enough!!

ry available on their website, so you can see everything they have to offer with photos, pricing, etc. We didn't have to purchase any decor because we were able to rent everything we wanted from them, including lawn games! They also did our florals, which were stunning. They made my vision come to life! We hired them as the day-of coordinator as well, which we would highly recommend. Amelia was fantastic, very professional and organized. We could trust her to handle everything, and she kept the day running smoothly! Would highly recommend Love Blooms for any of their services!

re huge, I've never seen roses that large before. She was also able to procure flowers that are not commonly found. I would recommend.

a Uhaul and Amelia was able to make the situation work and made sure everything was able to run smoothly. She then made sure my reception set up was still done correctly even though decorations were delivered super late. She then made sure everything was packed up neatly for me to go home after the wedding without worrying about whether I forgot something or not. She was also firm and concise when talking with my slightly chaotic family members about schedule and things they needed to do. Thank you a million times over. I don't regret a single cent I paid for their services.

a! She was quick to respond to our emails with questions, and honestly has really cute stuff to rent. Everything went great day of and we're glad we rented from her!

ul job with our wedding day flowers and additional rental items. We got so many compliments and couldn't be more pleased with the results!

tions! We were very happy with our Centerpieces which were a mix of greenery and candles as well as the other half with bouquets. We were also extremely happy with our personal items such as my bouquet, etc! I had 3 different planning meetings with Katrina virtually in the 1.5 years I was engaged, we talked a lot about the vision and used imagery and specific flower types. I stressed that the Altar and Headtable were two focal points I cared a lot about and sadly, to my surprise, they were not what I envisioned. The altar was opposite of what we had planned on. The person who set it up at the venue, clearly did not reference the instructions, description or reference photos. Luckily, I saw it beforehand and we were able to make some small tweaks. It felt, over promised and under delivered and when I pointed it out to Katrina via email a few weeks later to voice my concern, she inappropriately shared personal information regarding an employee who did set-up and placed the blame there. It felt so uncomfortable. Overall, I liked my flowers, but this felt very off to me!

hoping for. Between the amazing rentals to personalize everything and bring our vision to life to the florals and greenery, everything turned out exceptional and the guests loved everything. Our day of coordinator was Amelia. Let me tell you, she is a knockout 10/10!!! Not only was she super friendly, and down to earth, but she is beyond experienced and excited about her job and making your dreams become a reality. She made sure on our wedding day we got to enjoy every little moment and relax, while she handled everything else with the vendors, and every little detail. If she was stressed, she didn’t let it show. She was so thorough and organized, and we have nothing but the best things to say about her. Even our wedding party loved her service and how on top of everything she was.

egret not doing my coordination through her too! She is so worth it. Very detail oriented and experienced. She was able to give me recommendations and advice on many things during wedding planning process. You won’t go wrong with Love Blooms!!

email. Katrina was always quick to respond and was great about giving us as much information and options as possible. I was super indecisive and fearful of having too many colors and designs and Katrina was incredibly patient and accommodating through all of it. Our wedding day was made of dreams and that was due in large part to the space Katrina created. We are so lucky to have worked with her and trusted her to do what she does best!

y of my wedding she ensured my vision came to life and was so happy with the end result. Our guest where thrilled to take such beautiful florals home at the end, Also she has so many great rentals I took advantage of. Thanks so much for all your hard work and for making my big day come to life with such beautiful florals.

n saw they had lawn games! Katrina was great to work with and would totally recommend their services!

bouquets to the enchanting centerpieces, every floral arrangement was meticulously crafted and exuded elegance and beauty. Their selection of flowers, combinations, and arrangements was simply outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Katrina for my wedding in July 2022, and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional wedding florist who truly went above and beyond to bring my floral dreams to life. From start to finish, she exceeded my expectations in every way possible. One of the most impressive aspects of my experience was how well she managed my budget. She understood our financial constraints and was able to create stunning floral arrangements while staying within the allocated budget. She expertly suggested additions and subtractions, ensuring that I didn't have to compromise on our vision or settle for anything less than extraordinary. I wanted to do actual flowers and not silk and that is what I got!!! What impressed the most was Katrina’s exceptional communication and collaboration skills. She actively listens to the ideas, preferences, and desires, making you feel heard and valued throughout the process. Her insightful suggestions and guidance are invaluable. Moreover, LoveBlooms also provides rental services, which definitely simplified the planning process for us. We were able to rent various decorative elements, such as vases, candle holders, and arches. The quality of the rentals was exceptional, further enhancing the overall ambiance of our wedding venue. In summary, Katrina is an outstanding wedding florist who not only met our expectations but far surpassed them. Her ability to work within budget while making our floral dreams come true was remarkable. Her creativity, expertise, and attention to detail were evident in every arrangement, and their collaboration and communication skills were exemplary. If you're looking for a wedding florist who can deliver exceptional results, I wholeheartedly recommend Katrina. Trust her with your floral needs, and I'm confident you'll have a truly magical and unforgettable wedding day.

na took our vision of what we wanted our floral design to look like and she turned it into a reality. Our flowers and Arch from Love Blooms was beyond our expectations. They made everything look so beautiful! Katrina was very communicative with me, listened to my design ideas, and helped us stay within our wedding budget. Our colors were pink, purple, and gold, and they executed it well with their floral design. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about our flowers. I thought the price for what we got was very reasonable and the flowers were beautiful and great quality. We are so grateful for Love Blooms and for them helping make our special day even more special! Thank You! I would highly recommend this business for your design and floral needs!

rateful for her flexibility with returning some of our vase rentals that ended up getting put in the wrong car, and therefore took a bit longer to return. The flowers were gorgeous in general, however a few flowers did looked like they had been a bit sun damaged. I would recommend booking her for your event, just make sure any little details are in your proposal notes. For example when I first emailed Loveblooms I mentioned wanting my bridal bouquet to be a cascade style, but I didn’t clarify that in the notes so I received the typical hand tied bouquet. It was still gorgeous, looked great, and it wasn’t a huge deal. However if you are a bride or event planner that wants everything perfect, be specific with your proposal notes. My only true complaint is that I ordered flowers for decorating our wedding cake. The inspiration photos I sent included dozens of colorful blooms and greenery so I felt like we were on the same page with what would be needed for the cake to tie it in with all the other florals and decor. However on the wedding day all I received was six plain white roses. Luckily the other floral arrangements were so full, we were able to steal flowers from them for decorating the cake. Had I known all I was going to get was half a dozen white roses I would have made an alternate plan, and with that specific item I sadly don’t feel like I got what I paid for.

r vendors we looked at, and everything went off without a hitch! They arrived on time for set up and teardown, and were very accommodating when one of our guests mistakenly took home some decor items that we couldn't return until a couple of days later. One of our rental items was damaged during the wedding, and the replacement fee for this was very reasonable. Thanks Love Blooms for making our day special and stress free!

hat perfectly reflected our wants. I am a stickler about aesthetics and she captured our winter florals perfectly. My bouquet was lovely, the arbor was gorgeous and all of our centerpieces were exactly what we asked for. Love Blooms also seamlessly flipped our venue and handled all of the decor so we didn't have to. Definitely worth the investment and I'd recommend to anyone.

d centerpieces for the tables at the reception. Even when there was a small mix up on the day-of for when the centerpieces were to be setup, Love Blooms handled it all without me needing to intervene. Would highly recommend!

cost was reasonable and the work was beautiful. She was easy to work with, and extremely responsive to myself and my mom. The wedding day was perfect and so we’re the flowers/rentals. Thank you so much Katrina!

de it round. It was really disappointing. She also didn’t follow the inspiration photos I sent so the colors didn’t really match well. There was way too much purple and the bridesmaids and burgundy/red dresses. Katrina also was not very responsive or professional. You’re better off choosing a different vendor.

p & delivery of all decor was smooth & seamless.

a very reasonable price, and her communication was spot on. Love blooms also provided great options for rentals that helped bring our vision to life. When we had changed our minds on some of the floral arrangements, Katrina was very accommodating and made sure to capture all the details we were looking for. We highly recommend Love Blooms for your floral needs!

ions about dimensions of products, her team was quick to respond with the details, including photos. If you are local to this region, you can make a trip out to see the items before your wedding to make sure they are what you want.

actly as I had dreamed. Katrina is also an amazing day of planner, she helped me with coordination with the venue and was instrumental in executing all the important details/events. She was even supportive the day after.

and brought my vision to life and their rentals were a big plus and took care of a lot of my to do list. They also handled all the set up and clean up, which was such a big help. Loved them!

e. Advice given with compassion and lots of help for a young bride as myself. Amazing experience overall and recommend highly! ❤️

ing I asked if they were able to bring everything and set up and they said yes. It made everything a lot easier so I didn't have to do that myself. All my flowers and decorations looked beautiful and met my vision perfectly.

with partial planning because we booked a venue where we needed to go out of our way and find all the vendors. I did not want planning to be my full time job, and I wanted someone that would help me with budget as well as take any of the day of tasks away from friends and family. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the planning process. Her job was to find me vendors, then I would contact them to see if it was a good fit and book them. It took Katrina a long time to get me a majority of our vendors, which meant we were left with vendors that were not ones she had worked with, too expensive, or the last option left for our date. She took multiple vacations during a very crucial planning time. It made the planning process very stressful because we never felt fully prepared for our wedding day. When it came to our day of planner, they were someone that was never apart of our planning process. I honestly don’t think she was given any good information about our vendors and plans for the day of from Katrina. Our day of person was so sweet, but even she said that Katrina should not have made a lot of the decision that she did. One big issue we had was when Katrina set up our rentals, she set it so that we were responsible for picking up and returning. This included all the different plates, linens, wine glasses, beer classes, and much more for a 175 people wedding. We were unaware of the responsibility until about 2 weeks out when it was too late to switch for them to deliver. My family had to rent a uhaul and worked even harder unloading and loading than the event staff that Katrina had us hire. I never wanted my family to do any heavy lifting and that was one of the first points I made clear to Katrina. In our initial meeting of figuring out if we should hire her, she made a lot of promises that she could not keep when it came to our vision. I was extremely disappointed, and honestly feel bad for our day of planner for having to deal with the horrible planning that was set up for her to take over. I’m regards to their florals, they were beautiful. Beyond what I imagined. Only issue was that my bouquet was too big where I actually could not hold it with one hand. Feels like a silly issue to have. It was very expensive, but ended up being Gorgeous. I would not recommend their planning services. But, they do a good job with florals if you’re not on a tight budget.
