Love Detailed Events

Jess is absolutely AMAZING. She was so helpful through the wedding planning process and had so many great ideas and recommendations. She made the day of go soooo smoothly!!! I can't recommend her enough! She truly is amazing at what she does. My big day wouldn't have been the same without her!

I was one of those girls who dreamed of my wedding my entire life. I never thought about hiring a wedding planner because I had a vision, and this was my one chance to live out my J Lo Wedding Planner dreams! That is, until reality entered. Planning a wedding, along with the engagement party, showers, bachelor/bachelorette party, etc. is no easy task (especially when you’re in a long-distance relationship and working a full-time job). As soon as we booked our venue, I knew we needed additional help to ensure that the day ran smoothly. Not much came with our venue other than the tables and chairs, so there were A LOT of vendors and details that needed to be coordinated and thought out. I originally discovered Love Detailed Events (Wedding by Jessee at the time) on Instagram. I instantly fell in love with her design work when I saw some posts she had on several upcoming weddings, and I was immediately sold. I scheduled a meeting with her within a week and it was the BEST decision I made in the whole wedding planning process. After our initial phone call, my mom and I had an in-person meeting at a local coffee shop and we were blown away. Jessica is amazing! She is so sweet, easy to work with, and detail oriented. I could tell she got my vision immediately and had the tools to bring it to life! She could look at the big picture of how I was going to feel during the wedding and even afterwards and help me get realistic about what things I should save versus splurge on. We knew having Jessica by our side through this process and on the day of was exactly what we needed. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, I emailed Jessica countless times, and she responded back so quickly every time! She also recommended the best vendors that were within my budget. I was absolutely obsessed with all of them from the linens, the florist, the DJ and even the paper goods like our invitations and menus. All of them met and exceeded my expectations! Jessica also gave me smaller “weekly” checklists to do throughout the process which helped me to prioritize when I procrastinated (which happened a lot). She constantly helped me to stay on track and made me feel at ease. On the day of our wedding, everything ran so smoothly! It was incredible. I didn’t have to think about a thing and was able to just focus on the most important part of the day - marrying my best friend! We had so many compliments on our day with how everything looked from the tables to the flowers to the place settings – all of which Jessica designed. The first time I saw the reception area, I cried because it was literally everything I had ever imagined. She was able to take my vision and make it a reality. I’m forever grateful to Jessica for making my dreams come true. Our wedding day was everything I’d ever dreamed about. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering a planner. She can help you if you have no clue where to start or if you’re like me and have a vision, but just need help putting the pieces together. My mom and I are so thankful for all the work her and her team put in leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy the special day that it was and now have the most amazing memories.

Jessica was the PERFECT day-of wedding coordinator! The title day-of coordinator doesn't really do justice to all of the wonderful things she did to help our wedding day be as perfect as possible. A few months before the wedding, she got in contact with every vendor and took over the communication so we didn't have to worry about it! She read every contract so she was well versed in what each vendor did and did not provide to make sure we had everything covered and got the best value. She also created the entire day-of timeline that started with the wake up and ended with the send off! Jessica and her team made sure that everything at the wedding was set up and all the last minute details and logistics ran smoothly. Creating the timeline and keeping us on schedule was a HUGE value to us so that all of my closest friends, my sister (MOH) and my mom could focus on enjoying the day and not focus on the sequence of events. I felt comfortable making design decisions, but I know NOTHING about the timing of the wedding, so this is where Jessica's expertise and experience was really invaluable. Leading up to our wedding, everyone kept commenting on how I was the most calm bride and Jessica deserves a lot of the credit (a wonderful groom/husband helps too!). Jessica took all the stress out of our wedding day and was so sweet and calm the entire time... even when we went to bustle my dress and there was no bustle so she safety pinned the entire train up! :) Before the wedding, my parents weren't convinced that we needed a coordinator (since the venue had someone on-site) but by the end of the wedding, they were saying it was the best decision we made! So much so that we have already booked her for my sister's wedding! Thank you Jessica - we can't wait to work with you again!
