My corsages did not match my description and were bruised and bridesmaids Bouquets came bruised and damaged. Even my bouquet had to have flowers removed. I had to call the Vendor back to repair them. She was very rude to my MOH, when she came back. Her fix to the Brides Bouquet was to CUT the flower out, and not replace it. I had to send my bouquet back for a second time to have flowers fixed, as it was the MAIN bouquet. Her fix for the corsages, was to put HUGE roses, because they do not bring extra small flowers, which means they are not very prepared. I was very disappointed with my flowers and their whole service.

Love in Bloom was a dream to work with! Not only were the prices outstanding but our flowers looked amazing. They were so easy to work with and very creative. I didn’t have any specific flowers in mind just a look/color scheme I liked so I send them some photos and let them design everything. My bouquet was everything I dreamed it would be and my altar arrangements were stunning! I loved that they sent me preview photos the day before as well!

I was very happy with our decision on florists. Love in Bloom was easy to work with, and the prices were great compared to other companies we had looked into.

I was really conflicted on how to write this review. I was SO HAPPY with the way most of my flowers turned out. They were absolutely gorgeous at a reasonable price. However, I was disappointed with their communication. Every time I called/emailed, I would have to leave multiple messages over multiple days to get a response. Also, I worked with one person throughout the entire process, and she sent someone else the day of my wedding without prior warning, and this person was the last vendor to arrive when we only had a 1-hour window to get the venue set up. Overall, I was happy with Love in Bloom because the flowers were beautiful and that's the whole point, but I just wanted to make a comment about the communication for any brides out there who would be very frustrated with this.

Samantha was complete joy to work with! From our first meeting to our wedding day, she showed enthusiasm for every aspect of my floral vision. She worked within my budget without making me feel like I was being cheap, and offered suggestions when I was unsure of what I wanted. (Her suggestions ended up being some of my favorite parts of the wedding florals!) She was professional and prompt, setting up meetings within a day of me emailing her, and even accommodated us when we needed our boutonnieres delivered to a different location than our venue. At our last meeting before the wedding, she went over each flower selection for my bouquet, letting me know which ones weren't coming in the right color and offering different options for others. Samantha even sent me a preview the night before the wedding of my bouquet! When we finally got to see the florals, my bridesmaids and I were IN LOVE. The bouquets were exquisite - each of them embodied the feeling of a garden style arrangement, accenting the dresses, my wedding colors, and the fall landscape perfectly. And the details! My wedding had a subtle Harry Potter theme, and Samantha made sure to add little touches to surprise me. Each of my bridesmaids had their bouquets wrapped with their house colors, the flower wand came in an Ollivander box that MATCHED MY COLORS, and the groom boutonniere and bride bouquet each had cute little Harry Potter charms! I could go on and on about all the things I loved about Love in Bloom, but to keep it short -- I could not have chosen a better florist to pull together my wedding vision. If you're on the fence about who to choose for your florist, CHOOSE LOVE IN BLOOM!

Samantha and Stephanie saved my wedding! I went to them crying two weeks before my wedding because my last florist cancelled on me last minute. They were SO easy to work with. They assured me everything will work out and be beautiful. I showed them my ideas and they made everything perfect. They seriously go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is perfect! I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Samantha with Love in Bloom. Sam and the entire team made my wedding look and feel absolutely PERFECT! I was obsessed with every arrangement they made! From my first meeting with Sam, I knew she was going to be the florist for my wedding. She listened to my ideas, offered suggestions but was never overbearing, was willing to work within my budget, and she's very relaxed and accommodating. In fact, I don't think she ever said 'no' or 'that won't look good'. She helped build my vision and always supported it, and I never felt like I didn't have a say in how my flowers were going to look. The whole year and a half (or just about, I can't remember how long the process was now!) of planning the wedding flowers was a breeze. I believe we had a total of three meetings with Sam in person and countless exchanges of emails, texts, and phone calls. Most of which were returned the same day if not within the same hour. The in-person meetings were by far my favorite though and were a highlight of my wedding planning experience. I always left with the biggest smile on my face. Sam is just so fun and warm! I had absolutely no doubt that my flowers were going to turn out amazing. I had no idea how incredible they were actually going to be. My bouquet was a knock out and the bridesmaids flowers were unreal! I could go on for another paragraph about the ceremony arbor and reception centerpieces. They couldn't have been more perfect. Everything was exactly (if not better than!) I imagined and hoped for. I will honestly remember them forever. If you want a super talented florist who will lead the way, support your vision, and 'wow' you and your friends and family on your wedding day, then Love in Bloom is the way to go.

Samantha was so professional and wonderful to work with. I loved her sense of style with the flowers and trusted her to make everything look good together- which it did! It's amazing that Love in Bloom is so affordable and top notch. We were so happy with how all the flowers looked, from our bouquets to the arch to the centerpieces. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I had my concerns when I saw the reviews with one star but I ignored them because there were many 5 star ratings. At first I thought Love in Bloom did a great job answering emails and seeing my wedding vision and I wa confident with my choice. As we approached my wedding day it was harder to get in touch with them and it took a week or so to answer emails. The first thing that went wrong, come wedding day we had miscommunication issues that resulted in the flowers not being delivered to the correct location. The boutonnieres were 1/8 the size I thought they were going to be and nothing like the picture I expected them to look like and for unknown reasons 2 of the 3 corsages fell apart. I was told the boutonnieres could have fallen apart because we pinned them to shirts not jackets and that I should not have expected them to look like the picture I used to choose them. The corsages fell apart for unknown reasons. Love in Bloom forgot to put bud vases on the card/entrance table, 3 cocktail tables had no vases with flowers and greenery was forgotten on the Mr & Mrs chair signs. Throughout basically the whole process I felt like I was unimportant and that other events seemed to take precedents. Love in Bloom although polite and apologetic seemed to have an excuse for everything and seemed to try to make me feel like it was my fault. On August 22 Love in Bloom confirmed a refund would be provided for only the forgotten items, I finally did receive the funds September 6 which was only after two unanswered emails I had to send inquiring about receiving the refund. Again they came up with an excuse for the delay. I get that people are busy but this was drawn out for longer then it should have been. Venmo takes 5 minutes to send someone money. With that being said the centerpieces, bridal bouquets, and ceremony space were beautifully done by Love in Bloom. Unfortunately the lack of effective and efficient communication, forgotten flowers for reception decor and poorly done items over shadowed the beautiful things they did do.

Samantha and Stephanie are fantastic. I kept adding things to my invoice and they were quick to respond and would quickly update the invoice. They were also very accommodating when I wanted to do smaller payments leading up to the wedding. My wedding looked exactly how I pictured, and all the Pinterest ideas I sent came to life. They stopped by the hotel to drop off bouquets, etc. right on time before heading to the venue to set up. I also wanted a flower crown for my bridal shower and I was going to have trouble getting to the shop before my shower, and Stephanie drove to Howell and dropped it off to my house--amazing!!!! Everything was beautiful and reasonably priced! :)

The flowers we received were beautiful!!! I let her use her best judgement, with an idea of what I liked, for our bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and garland and I loved it all amd got SO many compliments. Samantha was very responsive to all of our needs up to the day. She went above and beyond by telling us she had extra flowers and decorated our head table and gift table. To top off an amazing experience, the flowers were so affordable! I would recommend her to anyone.

Love in Bloom did the flowers for my wedding and they were perfect. The colors and designs were spot on. The flowers looked and smelled so fresh, we got a lot of compliments. Samantha was very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to handle most of the planning online which saved me a ton of time which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

Let me start out by saying I NEVER write reviews, so me taking the time to write this means a lot. I met with Samantha back in the middle of January... nearly 2 months ago. We had a solid meeting (on Thursday, 1/18) and she said I would have a detailed quote by the following Monday. Monday came and went, which honestly was no big deal to me at all. I understand that people get busy. However, by Thursday (a week after our initial meeting) I called her for an update. She said she ended up getting sick over the weekend and told me that I would have the quote by end of day. Again, I was completely understanding regarding her being behind due to being sick. But I have not heard from her since. After trying to get ahold of her again to no avail, I went on The Knot and read recent reviews. It definitely sounds like this is becoming a pattern for her. I am not the only bride she has completely ignored. I have already booked another florist. I found Love in Bloom to be extremely unprofessional. If she has a lot on her plate, that's fine. But she needs to be honest with brides she meets with from the start instead of ghosting them. I would advise you to look elsewhere. 100%. Don't waste your time.

Love in Bloom provided the linens and flowers for our wedding and did a phenomenal job. Everything looked beautiful. Our experience leading up to the wedding day was also fantastic. Both Samantha and Stephanie were very responsive to me and my husband and were able to make a few last minute requests happen without batting an eye. We were very pleased and highly recommend their services.

Samantha stood us up for our initial consult and never acknowledged or apologized for wasting our time. We saw the few other bad reviews on here before contacting her but assumed they were isolated incidents. However, we received the same unresponsive treatment that others have reported. Thankfully, she only wasted a couple hours of our time.

Please read this review before you set up a consultation with this business! I met with Samantha about a month ago, and the meeting was great. I told her my budget and she gave me an approx. quote. She said she was going to send me a long detailed proposal by the end of the week. After a week and a half of waiting for the proposal and nothing in my inbox, I contacted Samantha and I heard nothing back, even though I could see that they had viewed my message on Facebook. I contacted them again a week later, and Samantha responded saying that she had already sent the proposal weeks ago. I asked her to send me the proposal again, and she sent it to me hours later. After adding everything up, the proposal was double what she had originally quoted me when we met, even though she knew my budget. I was told that that the proposal was going to be this long, 17-page word document with pictures included. The proposal they sent me was maybe two pages, and the pictures were extremely small, and they were the pictures I had already showed her in the meeting. I scheduled a phone meeting with her the next week, and Samantha told me that she would revise my proposal and send it back to me later that day. I did not receive the proposal until four days laters and it was still almost $1,000 over my budget. Honestly, Samantha was nice when I met with her, but I constantly felt like I was getting the run-around. This business was very unorganized, and I just wasted a month dealing with Love in Bloom. Please do not waste your time with them. This was just a complete waste of my time.

I had the most beautiful flower for my wedding. Love in Bloom captured the vision in my head to a T and I received countless compliements. I could not have been happier.

Love in Bloom delivered BEAUTIFUL flowers for our wedding day. The bouquets and boutinieres fit my theme and vision perfectly as did the ceremony flowers. We had love in bloom create my bridal bouquet along with flowers for our wedding party and close family members. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. I wanted fall colors in shades of red, yellow and orange. I also requested that only a few roses be used since they are not my favorite. Samantha was quick to offer flowers that were available in the colors that I wanted and that worked in my budget. On the day of the wedding, she hand delivered them to me free of charge, in beautifully labeled vases and boxes. I loved everything, it was perfect. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. I recommend you check them out for your wedding day.

I thought I had a clear picture in my mind how they were going to look but Love in Bloom exceeded my expectations. They're affordably priced and delivered stunning results. Samantha with Love in Bloom was a dream! My mother and I met with her and we were both so impressed by all of her ideas and suggestions. She knew exactly what I was looking for! I loved the proposal she created for me. Being pretty indecisive, it was nice that she gave me so many choices to select from and I LOVED the pinterest board she made. It was great to see a visual representation of the ideas she was suggesting. We mostly corresponded through phone calls and emails with an occasional visit to Starbucks to go over the important things. At times, communication was a bit spotty, but she always made sure to get back with me, no matter how small the question was. She was very friendly and helpful. The pricing was well within my budget and the flowers on the day itself were flawless. I adored my bouquet. It's so amazing to see something you've only imagined in your head come to life and thanks to Love in Bloom, it did. Thanks guys!

If you're looking for the best florist in the state, you've found them! Love in Bloom is amazing! Samantha was great to work with. Her talent and ability to carry out our vision was impeccable. I told her everything I had dreamed of for our wedding day and she couldn't have made it more perfect for us. Samantha not only carried out the vision I had for our florals, but was there to answer every question I had along the way and even patiently tolerated all of the last minute changes I made without saying a word. Our flowers were perfect. I highly recommend them.

Communication with Love in Bloom was impossible! I tried three different ways to contact them and NEVER got a response. I requested an appointment online using their website. It sent me an automated email to confirm, but I noticed that I forgot to say where I wanted to me. So I emailed them and never got a response. The day of the appointment, I called and it went to voicemail. The voicemail said she was with another bride and she would "get back to me within the hour." I left her a voicemail, but she never called me back. I'm glad I called and didn't end up waiting for her at the coffee shop only to be stood up. I really liked her website. But if she wants any business, she needs to respond to website inquiries, emails, and phone calls.

The flowers were better than I imagined and I absolutely loved the special little touches she included. To start, let me state that I was not the easiest bride to work with. I had a very clear, concise vision for my wedding, especially my flowers. Having worked in the wedding industry for several years as an event planner, I knew everything I wanted for my flower arrangements from the shape of the bouquets down to the exact flower and color. Love in Bloom delivered on that vision. I requested that my bridal bouquet be organic and flowy and they created the perfect piece. It was gorgeous, with various types of greenery and, as I requested a few 'show-stopping' flowers placed inside. It was also important to me that some of the flowers and the ribbon that were to be used in the bridesmaids bouquets perfectly match their dresses. The gorgeous roses they used were an exact match and the ribbon they selected highlighted the bouquets beautifully. All of this aside, one of my absolute favorites were the centerpieces. I wanted an antiqued, bespoke look and they definitely delivered. After the reception, I asked Samantha (owner) where she got the unique vases she used (hoping I could snag some to use at home) She told me nothing she found at the stores matched her and my vision for the day, that all of the silver mercury vases she found were too shiny and not the right look. So she crafted them especially for my wedding, spending who knows how long painting and refinishing vases. I was so touched to hear that she the extra mile for us and had I not asked, I would have never known all of the hard work she had put into making our day one of a kind. If you're a particular bride like myself, put your faith in Love in Bloom. They will without a doubt deliver your dream wedding.

Samantha, the owner, created an extensive proposal with several options to choose from. She also created a helpful pinterest board for me which I absolutely loved and was one of my favorite parts of the planning process. Samantha went out of her way to make herself available when we were able to fly in to Detroit for planning sessions and even set up a mock up arrangement at our venue for us to preview. She was the sweetest ever. On the day of the wedding, where do I begin? Everything was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! From the sweet bud vase centerpieces to my GOURGEOUSSSS bridal bouquet, to the sweetest floral wand she created for our flower girl, she NAILED IT! After the initial consultation, she made a custom Pinterest board of the centerpiece and bouquet ideas, and was accommodating on changes I needed to fit my budget. The centerpieces were gorgeous the day of the wedding! The bouquets were also very pretty. I know there are a few reviewers on here that were very upset with the time it took to get replies back and didn't stick with her, but if you're patient and give her some time, she absolutely comes through. My husband and I wanted a small rustic themed wedding but with a romantic vibe. From the very first meeting with Samantha she saw my vision more clearly than I did myself. On top of the amazingly detailed design proposal, she even took the time to create a Pinterest board with arrangement and flower ideas which was incredibly helpful since I am more of a visual person. Pricing was reasonable and the flowers were spectacular. My bouquet and the centerpieces we selected are the two top things from our wedding our guests are still raving to me about.
