ndors and they went well above what would normally be required to make our vision come to life! Our venue was less than helpful (The Oread) but Zoe and Stacie worked literal magic and we didn't even know how much they did for us until we got back from our honeymoon. Our wedding was perfect and it would have been a disaster without their team. Book them!
Stacie and her team helped us create a wedding that exceeded our wildest expectations! The whole Love in Lawrence team is creative, communicative, and will be there for you through...
the entire process. You could not ask for more in a wedding planning team! There are a thousand things I could say to sing the praises of Stacie and her team. If you need help with any part of your wedding, I 100% recommend Love in Lawrence.
Love in Lawrence was SO worth it. Zoe, Allie, and Stacie were like little fairies ensuring everything went smoothly behind the scenes so that we were able to enjoy every minute of ...
our big day. We started working them 6 weeks before, and they really helped us stay organized with the planning. They were excellent creative problem solvers and super sweet. Highly recommend.
Stacie was my rock throughout the entire wedding process. I hired her as a day-of coordinator and also had a few planning sessions with her in the months leading up to the wedding....
My mom and I interviewed several day-of coordinators, but we immediately knew Stacie was the one after talking to her. She was so warm, creative, and understanding.
The name of her business, "Love in Lawrence," couldn’t be more perfect because Stacie truly embodies everything that makes Lawrence special. The city is vibrant, open, fun, and creative, and Stacie reflected all of those qualities effortlessly in how she showed up for us at the wedding. She’s exactly what I picture when I think of a true Lawrencian!
I truly don’t think our wedding would have been as beautiful, fun, or stress-free without her. Stacie helped us think through small but essential details, like guest accessibility, transportation logistics, and our end-of-night send-off. She even worked with me to create game plans for any tricky situations that could arise. She was never judgmental—just incredibly understanding and supportive, helping me navigate tough decisions with ease.
One memorable example of Stacie’s dedication came the morning of the wedding when we realized we had accidentally ordered breakfast for the wrong day—they were delivered on wedding morning instead of Sunday for the post-wedding brunch. I panicked, not knowing what to do or how we’d feed everyone the next day (the food would go bad by then). Stacie immediately stepped in, connected us with one of her catering contacts who created an amazing spread for the day after brunch, and then personally came and got the food (on the morning of our wedding day) and donated it all to a local shelter. Her thoughtfulness and resourcefulness completely saved the day.
Another standout moment: After the ceremony, my mom, sister, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law all struggled to figure out how to bustle my dress before the reception. Stacie ran back to Danforth Chapel in the August heat to help with my bustle and saved the day yet again. Later, I saw her carrying one of my huge floral installations on her shoulder as she helped my grandparents get to the reception venue. It was full-on superwoman vibes, and I’ll never forget her kindness and determination.
Stacie made everything feel effortless and filled our day with so much love and care. I can’t recommend her enough. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way, and I’ll forever be grateful for her role in making our wedding so unforgettable.
Stacie and Zoe were amazing to work with from start to finish! We had them create a style and decor plan and then also did day of coordination and that combination worked so well! ...
For the style and decor plan, we had a quick conversation about what my fiance and I envisioned, what we liked/didn't like, and our budget, and they made a very thoughtful and beautiful plan with instructions on how to rent or buy everything we would need. It made it SO EASY for us and I never worried about having too much or not enough because I was able to trust in and follow the plan.
Then, a few weeks out from the wedding, they came in and took over all the vendor coordination and everything for me. They really made it so that my fiancé and I and our friends and family could just enjoy the day and live in the moment, and that is honestly the greatest compliment I could give them. I loved that they set everything up and were keeping an eye on our timeline so we could just enjoy the day and be happy with all of our people around us!
I would advise any couple getting married to get a Day of Coordinator and I honestly can't imagine any group better at it than Stacie and her team!
Stacie helped me with a few planner dates and day of coordination for my very laid-back wedding at a farm to table venue. I didn’t have a lot of direction to give or experience in ...
planning a wedding and I’m so grateful I was able to lean on Stacie for taking care of day of tasks and prep. Stacie helped me with recommendations on where to source local flowers and connected me with an excellent jazz trio ; two elements that were very important to my partner and I. Stacie worked super hard at our wedding and allowed me to sit back and have the perfect relaxed day that I envisioned. My partner and I were swooning for days after.

o comfortable - it was like we had known her for years! When the stress got high, she reminded us to relax and that we had it all under control. Her team decorated our venue (Abe & Jake's) and it was BEAUTIFUL. She was my timekeeper at the wedding and she kept everything on track in the most calm, cool and collected way. Stacie had so many creative ideas and really listened to what my vision was for the big day. She made it come to life! I was shocked when I realized that all of our décor was packed away and made it back to my parents house the next day. We were having so much fun on the dance floor that I didn't even notice she and her team cleaning the whole place up! Stacie handled all of our final vendor communication and I can't imagine having to have done that myself weeks before the wedding. Hire Love in Lawrence - you will NOT regret it!!!
Stacie and her team are absolutely fantastic. If you're getting married in Lawrence, she likely already knows your venue and most of your vendors, which made the coordination proce...
ss so much easier. We did the 'day of' package but it honestly felt like so much more - she coordinated with all of our vendors in advance, set-up a clear timeline for the day, brought the girls lunch while we were getting ready, decorated our venue, made sure my husband and I and the wedding party got food and drinks during the cocktail hour, and designed and printed a bunch of random items like programs, table cards, place cards, etc. I also loved her waste management add-on service where she donates any leftover food / flowers. In the days and weeks leading up to the wedding, I was truly never stressed that we were forgetting anything, and on the day of, she managed to keep us on track with timing without being overbearing. I highly recommend Stacie to anyone looking for a wedding planner in Lawrence.
Stacie and her team at Love in Lawrence are the absolute best and I cannot recommend her enough! She took the scattered images that I had in my mind and tuned it into a vision that...
was so beautiful, so me and so perfect. And the day of my wedding, I was brought to tears at realizing she pulled everything off with perfection. At 6 weeks until my wedding, she knew every detail and what I wanted, so I didn't have to deal with any of the vendors or their questions. Stacie made what could have been an extremely stressful time fun and stress free, allowing me to spend time with friends and family. I was able to enjoy every second of my wedding, take in all the details and truly focus on myself and my partner, because I knew Stacie and her team were handling everything else.

o the wedding and I am so grateful I did. Stacie provided a checklist at the very beginning to guide us through what we needed to get done and what we wanted her to get done. Once we hit the 60 day mark I got an email from Love in Lawrence to schedule meetings to discuss what we had accomplished, what needed to be done, and how to make our wedding vision come to life. The meetings were held virtually which worked out so great, since we don’t live in Lawrence. The meetings also emphasized that from that point forward the wedding planning was all in their hands. The team was flexible and very understanding throughout the entire planning process. Fast forward to the wedding day, everything was perfect! The day flew by as everyone told me it would but it still turned out like a dream. I had limited time with my photographer but the Love in Lawrence team made sure we took full advantage of the time we had, which happened to include a private drive to the photo location in Stacie’s car. Stacie also made it a point to walk around our picture spot in the morning to see just how muddy it was after a full day of rain the day before. Stacie, Isabel, and Caroline were constantly checking in on us to make sure we had food, water, and drinks and to see if we wanted to keep the party going or start closing down. I have to give extra kudos to Stacie, Isabel, and Caroline for wrangling the groomsmen and getting them where they needed to be (especially after a few celebratory lunch beers). My friends and family had a blast and can’t stop talking about how smoothly the whole day went. Thank you so much to the team for the most amazing beautiful day!
Stacie and Caroline are absolutely amazing. We got to plan out every aspect of what we wanted our wedding to be, and then they took the reins so that we had nothing to worry about...
. Stacie connected us with so many of our vendors and made that entire process feel possible. They got along great with our family and friends, who very much appreciated the itinerary Stacie provided and that she and Caroline were so easy to communicate with. They were responsive to any and all communication we threw at them (even when we were at our wit's end) and they always had a solution. I only wish the day never came to an end!
We hired Stacie to plan our July 2022 wedding with only 5 months to get it done and during a time where we were busy with several other big life things. She was a lifesaver keeping...
us on track and helped our wedding be exactly what we wanted, which was relaxed, fun and special for us and our loved ones. Her professional knowledge led us to some great vendors in addition to the ones we already knew we wanted to use. Her contacts helped us save a lot of money on rentals and flowers. She helped us donate extra food & flowers so that they didn't go to waste. She was a joy to work with and I could recommend her any higher!

d with out budget to make sure that our wedding was taken care of. She was a pro running our rehearsal, and took care of things that i didn’t even know were issues, even with my extensive research and planning! Our wedding- there isn’t one thing I can think of that went wrong!!! Stacie was attentive, anticipatory, and professional. She was also fantastic in running the show without being obstructive or overly noticeable! She took care of things efficiently and quietly- and it was so greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend her, and if you’re on the fence about hiring a planner- do it. And hire Stacie!
Stacie made our dream wedding an absolute pleasure to plan not once but twice. After having most details complete we had to cancel due to Covid. We rescheduled for the following ...
year and just months before our date the venue cancelled. Stacie kept track of everything, was professional and thorough, and lots of fun to work with. She always answered emails, text, or calls promptly. The day of I was able to relax with my family knowing she was working hard to make everything run smoothly. I would highly recommend Love in Lawrence for your wedding or party planning.

ces, we decided to go with Love in Lawrence. Stacie was welcoming and professional from the first time we spoke with her. She made sure to answer all of our questions we had leading up to the big day. Once we were about six weeks out, she met with us to go over all the details that we had planned to be sure she understood exactly what our vision was and how she needed to execute. From that moment, Stacie took over all vendor communication and began working on the day of timeline. It was a huge load off of our shoulders. Once our big day arrived, Stacie continued to ensure we didn’t have to do a thing, other than enjoy it. She was on site to check in all vendors and direct them to where they needed to be. She stepped in to help set up all decorations so we didn’t have to worry about it. During our ceremony and reception, Stacie made it very clear to us that she wanted our wedding party and immediate family to enjoy ourselves and not have to do anything. As we got to the end of the evening, Stacie took all of the decor down and made sure it all got back to our hotel room. She even decorated our hotel suite and left cute little goodies for us when we turned in for the night. I could talk for days about how much Stacie added to our wedding. I honestly don’t think it would have been the same without her. If you are looking for a professional who is a great person with a wonderful heart, Stacie and Love in Lawrence is your move. We are so grateful for her services and would recommend her to anyone who needs help on the day of or for the entire planning process.
Stacie is a rock star of a wedding planner! We had a beautiful wedding at Cider Gallery in April 2021 that went smoothly all thanks to Stacie's expertise and hard work. She guided ...
us from the very beginning, helping us figure out our overall vision, decoration plans, which vendors to select, and even provided a detailed itinerary of our wedding day. We had regular FaceTime calls during the planning stage, figuring out and organizing all of the details, and Stacie provided a budget spreadsheet with ongoing cost updates, and a decor plans in PDF format to help visualize the day.
On the day of the wedding, she was at the venue super early to set up the decorations and coordinate the vendors, then she stayed the whole day to coordinate the ceremony and reception, and stayed long after the wedding to tear down and clean up. On top of all that, we also had a luncheon event earlier in the day that Stacie also went above and beyond to help setup, decorate, and coordinate! She fielded all questions and resolved any snafus with our vendors so my husband and I could have fun and completely focus on our day without worry.
As stated, she's an absolute rock star. We heard nothing but praise in the week following the wedding from our guests. They were very impressed by how smooth the day went. I can guarantee this was only possible due to Stacie's hard work. Thank you so much!!

whole planning process. She helped to create a design plan and was our coordinator the day of. She was reassuring, and helped me stay calm when we had to replan everything two months out due to a venue change as a result of COVID. She helped transform our backyard into a beautiful venue. I truly could not have done it without her! She is so great to work with and I would highly recommend choosing her for your big day!

sit back and just enjoy our wedding day. There is no way we could have pulled it off without her. We couldn't have been happier with her as our wedding planner!

not thank her enough for all the work she did and for putting up with my crazy ideas! Get ten 7ft+ trees into an art gallery for a formal - but casual feeling - winter gathering of our closest friends and family with great food and music? Not a problem! She read my mind and guided us in all the right directions and it turned out to be the most perfect evening. From her impeccable vision boards to her attention to detail and her ability to calm me down - she was absolutely incredible. On top of that - her wonderful husband Adam custom built all of the stands for our trees to sit in that blended right in. So much love for her!
