nd we met all expectations with pre-planning, day of services and post services related to your Wedding, despite having an unpaid balance for our contracted services. To address the areas of concern per your review, it is unclear how you felt the LoveLight events team was out of our league planning a 200+ outdoor event? We spent months working with you to plan and execute your wedding day based on Vendors you hired to cover Rentals, Photography, Videography, Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Transportation, permits for overflow parking, Hair and Makeup, and Hotel Room Blocks. Despite challenges with the weather the day before your wedding, we made sure your vendor team showed up and performed their contracted services. Your wedding day flowed without any issues that hindered the start of your ceremony or from you getting all photos you wanted while enjoying time with all of your guests. We are not contracted nor expected to attend couples rehearsal dinner after the completion of the rehearsal. Due to the damage done to your tent the night before your wedding, for safety reasons the LoveLight Events Team was unable to set up certain tables in the tent until the tent company completed needed repairs for the tent. However all tables were fully decorated by the start of cocktail hour. LoveLight Events was not contracted to decorate as this is not a service we offer. We simply put "display ready" decorations on tables for couples. It is the couples responsibility to have all price tags removed from decorations. When price tags are left on items, we assume you plan on returning them at the completion of your event. We can not be held liable for decorations that are missing items that you purchased. We set your decorations up based on your vision of "display ready". Due to safety reasons we directed your Photobooth vendor to setup where they had access to an outlet that would prevent them from having to stretch an extension cord across the property that could cause a tripping hazard for guests. The property was poorly lighted and it is our top priority to mitigate any risks we see that could cause injury to guests and vendors. You and your guests were still able to access and use the Photobooth with no issues. LoveLight Events prepared a very detailed timeline that was provided to you and all of your Vendors. You contracted your DJ to Emcee the reception. Your DJ was well aware of your bouquet toss as it was included in his personal timeline. LoveLight Events can not be held liable for the services of other Vendors. LoveLight Events is responsible for keeping track of your marriage license once it has been legally signed by all parties. It was your Officiants responsibility to keep up with the marriage license prior to the ceremony. LoveLight Events can not be held liable for the services of other Vendors. Your photos were not delayed by anything within LoveLight Events control. When couples are with their hired Photographer, it is the Photographers responsibility to capture all photos and be mindful of time. We were in constant communication with your Photographer and had text reminders sent that kept her aware of key items on the timeline. Based on the review you left for your Photographer, it is evident that you got all photos requested and were very pleased with their services. LoveLight Events gave you several recommendations for trash removal services, however it is up to the couple to make the final decision on what service fits their needs. Per our contract, we can't be held liable for the services of other vendors. LoveLight Events was not contracted for trash removal services. This is not a service that is offered. You hired an Event Specialist through your Bartender to attend to bussing tables and removing trash throughout the duration of your event. Again LoveLight Events can't be held liable for the services provided from other Vendors. We thank you for your feedback and wish you and your husband a happy and healthy marriage.
