Lovella bridal was the last bridal shop that I visited after shopping in the LA area for a wedding dress with my parents who were visiting just for that weekend. I was determined to find the dress! Immediately we were welcomed and I had Candice help me and she was absolutely amazing. She was very perceptive and quick to know what I wanted and I had showed her a picture of a dress I wanted to try in particular I saw on the lovella website. When I tried it on it felt different than all the other dresses I had tried and I felt excited but I felt like we had to make sure it was the one so we tried a few others but I think we all knew it was the one. Candice made me feel confident in my decision and how beautiful I felt in the dress and that was it! We were also lucky there was a trunk show for Ines di santo at the time so it was just at the budget limit! My parents and I had such a great experience and memory from that day and we still remember how great Candice was. We got the matching veil as well. The rest of my experience with alterations with Lovella and everyone was very accommodating, they made the bustle so easy and helped film how to do it. I just had my wedding last month and everything went so well! Thank you thank you Lovella and Candice I got my dream dress thanks to you!

I had the most incredible experience at Lovella Bridal! From the moment i walked in i was greeted with enthusiasm. The selection of dresses was outstanding, and i was impressed by the range of styles available. Candice was very patient, she took time to listen to my preferences and helped me narrow down the options. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

This was one of my top bridal places to visit. Huge selection, and at reasonable prices with beautiful quality. The store itself is very beautiful and the assistance are very helpful. I ended up buying my dress there and they gave me a champagne toast. The only thing I would comment is to make sure you double check your measurements before you purchase the dress as my chest measurement was taken wrong, but they fixed it. Overall fabulous experience and highly recommend.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Lovella Bridal. My stylist was so patient and catered to all my questions. She provided my group with champagne and water. Took many photos for us and most importantly she was able to identify my dream dress for me and I was able to say YES to the dress!!

I went to 2 other bridal stores before finding Lovella and had such a positive experience. My stylist did a fabulous job narrowing down the type of dress and style that I was looking for and she provided two strong options that were difficult to choose between. The team was patient and helpful with my wedding dress selection and I never felt rushed or panicked. I had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend them to others.

Lovella was the one and only bridal salon that I visited to find my wedding dress! From start the finish, the process was extremely smooth and I felt that I was taken care of every step of the way. My first appointment was in April 2021 and while there was covid protocol in place, the consultant made sure it was a special experience and selected some of the best dresses based on the vision I had. I loved that the store had a ton of dresses to pick from with a variety of price ranges too. I ended up choosing a Berta Privee dress that I had been eyeing and could not have been happier with my "Say Yes to the Dress" moment. I wish I could do it all over again!

I loved my experience choosing my wedding dress at Lovella! They were so helpful during the initial trying on process and I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on! The dress took ~6 months to hand make and the alterations process was very easy! It was such a special dress and my guests raved about it at our wedding!

I had the most magical, perfect wedding dress shopping experience at Lovella Bridal! Valerie was my stylist and she took such AMAZING care of me and made me feel like a princess! I was so nervous to try on wedding gowns for the first time and she instantly made me feel at ease and excited about the day. Not only that, she is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does and picked my wedding dress on the very first try! We couldn't believe it. We tried on 5-6 more dresses, but nothing could compare to the first one. It was also a trunk show day for Martina Liana, and we also got to meet the designers of the dress, which was incredible! They were so sweet and helpful. Everything about this place is absolute perfection! I told Valerie she felt like my fairy godmother, making all my wedding dreams come true! Great reviews, beautiful location to pick out a wedding dress, and great location for a fun dress shopping day with your loved ones. From start to finish, I had a great experience at Lovella Bridal. I did my research in advance and had a general idea of the style of dress I wanted, the budget I wanted to spend, and considered the wedding venue location/setting and the events throughout the day when picking out my wedding dress. I was first helped by Jenna during my first visit and she was absolutely a perfect fit as my stylist. She made me feel comfortable right away, did not pressure me into any dresses and made great suggestions on the type of dress to try on based on my inspiration photos and a description of what type of dress I was looking for and felt comfortable in. The process was very organized and after I tried on about 5-6 dresses, I went back to my original "one" that I fell in love with right away. Jenna still recommended I try on other dresses to make sure I was absolutely sure, and I'm glad that she did because I was able to negate any doubts and felt confident about my choice. She was very informative, patient, and overall it felt like shopping with a friend. My best friend was with me during my initial visit and she also had a great experience. It felt private, not rushed, and most importantly, FUN. Because of this experience I decided to do my alterations at Lovella Bridal as well. My measurements were taken and the order was in, I shopped about 9 months before my wedding date. A few months later after the dress arrived at the shop, Lovella contacted me and gave me a clear guideline and timeline on what to expect until my wedding day. We had 2 more fittings in-between for alterations and with my wedding shoes, and then a final one the week of the wedding to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Each time we visited Lovella we took advantage of the location and had a luncheon at the Brand at Americana (since we were coming from Orange County - almost 2 hours one way with traffic). It was THAT WORTH IT to get my dress at Lovella because the value, service, and expertise was unmatched. The week of the wedding, during my final visit, they even recorded the bustle on my phone for me to give to my bridesmaids, and provided tons of tips making me feel at ease. Trust the Lovella stylists with your wedding dress, it's an important decision and Lovella is experienced, professional, and genuine throughout the whole process!

Honestly loved them! Vanessa helped me pick a dress and was very open to whatever I wanted to try! The second time I went the older woman was very helpful, kinda pushy, but in a motherly way. She knew what looked good and wanted you to take that for sure. But she was older so it’s hard to say anything, she was adorable though. Very thoughtful asked if you wanted waters, it was very hot. They also only had one bride at a time when I went in you so you have the entire salon to yourself. Lots of beautiful dress. Most dress that are sparkly are a little pricey if your on a budget so be aware of what you budget is. Overall I had a great experience. Purchased a dress and a veil, will be going back later for my crown!

I had the best bridal gown shopping experience here! The entire staff is super helpful and sweet including my bridal stylist, Nayri. They have such an amazing selection for dress choices of all types and are willing to go above and beyond to make the experience very comfortable and smooth. It took me 3 trips to finalize my dress purchase from here and each visit was amazing. High recommendations!!!

This is a one-stop-shop for brides! I visited several stores before visiting Lovella and working with Angie. She is an absolute dream to work with! She is a seasoned professional who looks at your shape and dresses your body in the most flattering silhouette. She doesn’t want you to leave the store without finding your dress and will work with you for several hours beyond your appointment to get you what you want. Highly recommend!!

I love this store so much! If you're like me and had no idea where to shop, look no further. The women here are so polite, professional and nice. And the dress selection is so extensive, there's a gown here for everyone. I worked with Shannon, she was 5 stars wonderful. She helped me get really specific and narrow down to a small selection of dresses, and then I kid you not, let me keep trying on two dresses for at least 15 minutes back and forth. I don't know how she has that kind of patience. She didn't push me into any style, or offer an opinion. She asked me what I did and didn't like, and brought selections based on that. The best customer service. And when I STILL couldn't decide, they squeezed me back in for a quick appointment in the afternoon with my MOH, again Shannon helped me try the two on a few more times. It was all worth it as I finally made a decision I'm 110% happy with. Felt amazing to say yes to the dress here!

Two years ago I went to Lovella to find my wedding dress. It was the first bridal I visited and I didn’t expect to find the dress, but I did. However, 3 months before my wedding I discovered I was to marry an untrustworthy man. We called off the wedding and the Lovella team understood my situation and were very supportive on my decision to give my dress away on Instagram. They made that closure and transition very easy for me and my family. The Lovella team was so patient and understanding that I knew if I ever was to say yes to the dress again, I would return to them. I didn’t lose hope on love and I am now happily engaged to my forever soulmate. Recently, I returned to Lovella and found my dream dress! The Lovella team is an exceptional one, they will find your dream dress, trust me! The team’s professionalism and compassion is what really makes them the best! Lovella bridal was the 5th dress shop I had gone to and I was feeling completely defeated going into that appointment. I wasn’t excited or thinking I would have any luck, but I knew I had to continue the dress shopping journey as our wedding was already 7 months away. As soon as I arrived I signed in and was quickly approached by my consultant and was offered something to drink. We went back and she started asking how my shopping appearance had being going thus far. I told her the truth and that they had been fine. I had a dress in mind that could possibly be the one I go back to, I just needed to go to one more place to make sure which happened to be Lovella. I showed her my top contender and she asked me what was missing from it? I told her I couldn’t put my finger on it, it was just missing that “this is the one” feeling and factor. She quickly went on her search and returned with two dresses. I put on the first dress and immediately had that this is what I’ve been waiting for feel! It sounds super corny and cliche, but I truly felt that “when you know you know“ feeling. I was super excited to show my mom and she could see on my face that I had found MY DRESS! Marlene did an amazing job and listened to me and even after I knew I was certain she had me try on two other dresses just to make sure. We toasted with a glass of champagne and I had such a feeling of relief! This place was amazing from start to finish and Marlene was a life saver. I truly had the best experience here. The store is beautiful with a huge selection for everyone. I went to a million stores before I found my dress here. Jenna helped me out from the beginning and was patient the entire way through. She works hard to get to know you and what style you’re looking for so you can find the perfect dress. She’s sweet and it shows that she has tons of experience working with future brides. Definitely recommend!!

Lovella Bridal is a must-go if you're looking for a wedding dress! I visited 11 different bridal stores in search for my wedding dress across Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, and ultimately found my dress at Lovella. Not only did Lovella have the most comprehensive collection that can also cater to a wide range of budgets, they had the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. It truly is an exceptional experience from checking in to the dressing rooms, staging area, alterations, and celebration if you happen to buy your dress there. When I made my appointment for my first visit, Lovella sent an email with helpful tricks and tips to prepare for my first fitting, which addressed items I wouldn't have thought of. When I picked up my dress, it was packaged beautifully. Also, I loved that they shared their professional opinion when I asked for it. It really helped me make my decision and consider options from different perspectives. I also appreciated that the staff did not push me in any way to make a purchase, which I experienced at many other stores. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress to visit Lovella Bridal. It truly is a 5-star experience!

Nayri is a mind-reader! She has her methods down for helping brides find exactly what they are looking for. The process was simple, she just kept narrowing down the dresses based off what I said, my reactions, and her instincts. Despite me knowing she had found my dress, I still shopped around and was very disappointed, it was clear that Nayri and Lovella had the most expertise and a genuine want to help brides. It's my number one recommendation to all my friends, and there's already been a couple of them who are also Lovella brides!

We went to get my sisters dress for her sweet sixteen. The staff was all AMAZING and the customer service was always perfect! We made our appointment to go in for the fitting and sizing to order the dress, I had to cancel my appointment (because of fires in The Valley) and reschedule to the following week, they failed to tell us that by rescheduling the rush price would be more the next week. You’re already spending so much money, just annoying that they didn’t tell us when rescheduling. Other than that, everything has been great & we are so excited to get the dress.

I had THEE BEST experience here. I began my wedding dress shopping 6/22/19. For 2 months, back to back appts trying to find my dress. I was getting to the point where I was just going to pick one to just be done with it. It was getting frustrating, as many shops didn’t carry my size, either way small or waaayy too big that I couldn’t appreciate the dress. Someone from a Facebook group recommended this store. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed. The stylist I was scheduled with is Marlene! SERIOUSLY THE BEST! I really appreciated that she spoke Spanish, my family is Spanish speaking & we were all able to just communicate & joke around. As soon as I explained what I was looking for, Marlene immediately was able bring my vision to life. The FIRST dress she brought out was THE ONE for me. I was able to say yes to my dress 9/4, with no hesitation, without settling & I’m forever grateful for the costumer service. For not pressuring me into something just to make a sale. Made this part of the process FUN! I can’t wait for my soon to be husband see me walk down the aisle!

Lovella Bridal made my dress shopping experience perfect. Susan brought out a few different types of dresses, all similar to what I was looking for, it’s like she knew exactly what I wanted. The 2nd dress I tried on, was my dress! Susan was as happy as I was, being apart of my experience. Lovella is the only store I went to for my dress, and I got the best! If you're looking for the Kleinfeld experience, COME HERE! I wish I could give this place 10 stars! If you're the type of bride that thinks she need to visit more than 1 bridal store (like me), make sure Lovella is your LAST stop because I guarantee you will find your dream dress here! The salon is so beautiful! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the staff and your consultant. They really make you feel special and give you their undivided attention. The consultant asks who everyone is, and I do introductions. My consultant was Toni, and she was AMAZING!! We're all seated in Toni's section, and I show her the dresses I printed out of the styles I liked. Then Toni and I go to my dressing room where I'm already from the start given a Lovella goodie bag. Nice touch! I'm also given a black silky kimono robe to wear. Toni made me feel sooo comfortable and so special! Words can't even express! For every dress I tried on, she asked me how I felt in the dress, what I liked or didn't like about each dress. The first dress she brought in was AMAZING! She truly listened to what I was saying and what I was looking for. What I liked and didn't like. I think I tried on 4 dresses total. One of them was a ball gown just for fun, so really I only tried on 3 contenders. Turns out, the first wedding dress was THE ONE! It's a beautiful Martina Liana dress!! That's how good Toni is. She found my dream dress on the first try! Lovella was my first bridal stop, but I wish it had been my last because I completely regret going to Panache Pasadena afterward. I felt like I had to go to more than one bridal salon because I thought it wasn't possible to find the one on the first go around. However, I couldn't get the Martina Liana dress out of my head. Side note, Panache was AWFUL! I wrote a review there. Do NOT go to Panache. Toni and Lovella bridal give you the BEST experience ever! I went back to Lovella two days later to get my dream dress - the very first dress I tried on. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!

Lovella Bridal hosted the Brides Across America event that I attended and they were great! Their staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always giving truthful input and meaningful advice which was very much appreciated by this indecisive bride! They helped me to pick out my dream wedding dress and made the whole process a breeze. I would definitely recommend both Brides Across America and Lovella Bridal to anyone currently shopping for their perfect wedding gown.

After going to many bridal shops, Lovella stands a notch above the rest. They have an amazing selection of gowns that are of higher quality than other shops. Not only that, but they never try to push for a dress that is outside of your dollar range. I ended up going with a dress that was on the more affordable end! I also got my alterations done there which I can't recommend enough. They did an amazing job and were patient as we went through 4 rounds of changes. I got numerous comments from guests about my dress and it really is a spectacular experience there. Not only that, but two of my other friends who are brides also found there dresses here!

Lovella provides the best bridal boutique experience! I had shopped around and Lovella was my 3rd and last appt. Fabian sat me down and listened to what I wanted and pulled the PERFECT gown for me. I cared a lot about comfort and feeling sexy, and the Martina Liana did just that for me! Recommending Lovella to all of my friends with upcoming weddings!

My mom, future mother-in-law and I had such a great experience at Lovella Bridal! I visited the store three times before deciding on a dress, and each time Kayla and the front desk staff were welcoming, helpful, patient and ensured a happy and fun experience. Kayla found several options in the specific styles I was interested in while making sure I stayed within budget. When I was hesitant on a certain style, one of the seamstresses even spent time to discuss the intended fit and alteration possibilities before I made a final decision. I would recommend Lovella to any future bride who want a stress free, memorable shopping experience, plenty of dress and veil options, and friendly, attentive stylists.

Kayla is the best consultant there is. She is attentive, friendly and patient. She also understands exactly what you are looking for. The store has a ton of gowns to chose from, from all price ranges.

I love Lovella, their store was very clean and nicely organized. My stylist, Mario was great! He listened and made sure he understood what style I like. The store is nicely divided so you barely see the other brides around you. So far, Lovella has been my most favorite bridal shop that I visited.

After going to 3 different bridal shops and boutiques I found Lovella Bridal in Glendale, CA. It was an amazing experience for me. They really listened to what I was looking for, all the dresses they brought for me to try on were beautiful and in my price budget. They found the perfect dress for me that had all of the details i had liked from the previous dresses I had tried on that day. So so happy with my dress!

As a bride you are given many choices and often time too many choices! My experience at Lovella Bridal Salon was more than just a bridal appointment. She truly took the time to know me, my fiancé, my venue and what I was looking for in a wedding dress. I found my perfect dress and my consultant, Nayri was so helpful and approachable! Shopping at Lovella Bridal was such a lovely experience! First off, the showroom is so beautiful, staff is friendly and very helpful and the selection of dresses and accessories are out of this world. Of course I said ‘Yes to the dress’...the first dress I tried on I couldn’t resist to purchase. Thank you to the sweet Julia for helping me choose the wedding dress of my dreams! I recieved so many compliments on my wedding gown! I have recommended many of my friends and family to shop here for their wedding gowns as well as they have a vast selection of different styles and price points.

Absolutely love this bridal store. The stylist was able to give me the potential dresses based ony description and budget. Within 30 minutes, I’ve already found my dress! Very beautiful studio. They have sooo many gorgeous dresses that you’d wish you can wear them all. Everyone at the wedding loved my dress!

I would like to begin by saying that the person assigned to me did a great job in being professional and thoughtful. I could tell she was giving me the best experience as possible. What I did not like and felt uncomfortable with was how the other employees were treating her. It was obvious enough to catch my attention and make me feel comfortable. I felt sorry for her; for having to work in a negative environment. This was in the beginning of 2018 and maybe by now you have resolved this issue. If you haven't, I would suggest you do so because its the right thing to do and its bad for business.

I'm from Texas and had trouble finding a gown that fit my personality at home. I flew out to Lovella to see their collection and found my dress right away! Fabian and the staff at Lovella have all been so kind, helpful and flexible throughout the process of fittings and take-home. Thank you Lovella!

Wedding dress shopping at Lovella was an easy and wonderful experience! I came with a large party of 9 women and Fabian handled our group with flair! I originally worried about bringing my entire bridal party + mom because different opinions would sway my judgment and could prolong the shopping trip but Fabian made sure to mediate, giving his honest opinion while making sure everyone was able to give their suggestions as well. He also was able to pick a dress for me to try on that was my dream style in addition to picking ones he thought would fit my body frame better. 1 hour, lots of laughter, and 6 dresses later, I was able to pick THE dress within my first bridal shop stop! Thanks Fabian and Lovella for giving the best wedding dress shopping experience a girl could ask for. The dress turned out beautiful and it was an awesome feeling having everyone gush over it on the wedding day!

I loved Lovella Bridal. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The shop is so pretty and was never crowded when I was in. I ordered my dress in August 2017 and they said it would be in sometime in March 2018. They called me at the end of February to let me know it came in. My wedding was in July so I didn’t have to do alterations for awhile. They tell you to budget $700 for alterations but I ended up paying around $800. I had to get my dress let out because it was too small which I was surprised because when I ordered it, they said my measurements were perfect for the size I ordered. I also had to have it hemmed and bustled. I also paid to have it steamed. I think I had to go in for alternations 3 times (the first initial appointment when we decided to let it out, once for the hem, and then I went in to see it all done and bustled but they hadn’t steamed it yet, so I had to come back one more time for that 3 days before my wedding.) I live down in Orange County so I didn’t like having to drive up to Glendale so many times but my dress came out perfectly so it was worth it. My dress was Alyne by Rita Vinieris in the style Eloise and it was beautiful. I originally found it and Kleinfeld in NYC but decided to buy it closer to home and Lovella was the closest shop that it. One thing I do regret is that it was $200 cheaper at Kleinfeld than at Lovella.

I had a great experience at Lovella Bridal! This was (thankfully) the last bridal shop I visited, and by the time I got there, I had been feeling pretty discouraged (and emotional) with all of my other options. Everyone at the salon was very knowledgable and clearly been in the industry a long time, unlike some of the sales people I had dealt with at other bridal shops. Julia really understood what I was looking for and was honest about each of the dresses I tried on. Lovella also just has a HUGE selection of dresses, so they really have something for everyone.

Amazing selection and friendly staff. Very affordable and choices for all budgets. However, I ordered a year in advance (Jan 2017), not that it's required, but when my delivery date rolled around in May, I didn't hear from anyone. I called and they provided me with an update that it would be ready in August. I wondered why it would take an additional 6-8 weeks but figured we had plenty of time. August came and they called to inform me my dress had arrived and to schedule an appointment for my first alterations. I went in mid-end August and my dress was the wrong shade of color. It sounds petty, but certain shades look better on different skin types and this was dark/tan not the blush/romantic color I had been waiting for. The staff was so supportive and recognized the designer's mistake and they were going to fix it (and they did!). They even sent the sample dress that I had tried on in January with it to make sure it was the right color & rushed/expedited the order for a new dress with the correct shading. While panicking ensued and I'm not going to lie, I bought another dress at a different bridal store in case it didn't pan it, it eventually worked out! The dress came in mid-October (6 weeks before the big day), and it was perfect - better than the sample. I was so happy!!! The wrong choice I made was to go with their alterations. While strapless dresses are supposed to be a bit snug, this was unbearable. My dress barely fit the day of and I only had final alterations two weeks before. The day of we were struggling to make it work and the person at the store told me that it would loosen over time in the evening (well it didn't). They had to rubberband the top button to make it work and I felt like a sausage in it - it wasn't the dress I remembered and loved and to this day I'm still self-conscious about how I felt that day. They didn't even have me sit down in it before tightening it. And trust me, these all seem like things you would voice to them or point out, but when you're the one in the dress and someone is assuring you that it will be fine and trying to be quick about it it's all a whirlwind! Ugh, I wish to this day that I didn't allow them to do alterations and that I didn't buy that second dress because that was an added expense that I absolutely did not plan or prepare for. Recommend this place due to selection and affordability, but do not recommend their alterations - go with someone else!

Lovella Bridal made all my wedding dress dreams come true! To start, I have to say that I specifically sought out Lovella because they were one of the few places in the LA area that carry Berta dresses, and I kind of knew that I really wanted a Berta dress. Mr first appointment was great, although I didn't buy anything. This appointment let me fine-tune what I was looking for, style-wise. Then, I made a second appointment for a Berta trunk show weekend. That was when I found my dream dress. It was like something out of a fairy-tale. Whimsical, ethereal, and drop-dead gorgeous. Nayri was so helpful after I purchased my dress. She was the one handling my fittings and she really knows her stuff. I really couldn't be happier with how my experience at Lovella went.
