Such an amazing place to get your wedding dress. It was the second place I went and I found my dress for my wedding day here. The staff is very professional and so kind. What I loved most was that they take your measurements first before trying on dresses so they know exactly what will look good and fit you well. Their tailor is amazing and knows what she is doing. Definitely a must try place for your special day.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Lovella Bridal. My stylist was so patient and catered to all my questions. She provided my group with champagne and water. Took many photos for us and most importantly she was able to identify my dream dress for me and I was able to say YES to the dress!!

I went to 2 other bridal stores before finding Lovella and had such a positive experience. My stylist did a fabulous job narrowing down the type of dress and style that I was looking for and she provided two strong options that were difficult to choose between. The team was patient and helpful with my wedding dress selection and I never felt rushed or panicked. I had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend them to others.

Lovella was the one and only bridal salon that I visited to find my wedding dress! From start the finish, the process was extremely smooth and I felt that I was taken care of every step of the way. My first appointment was in April 2021 and while there was covid protocol in place, the consultant made sure it was a special experience and selected some of the best dresses based on the vision I had. I loved that the store had a ton of dresses to pick from with a variety of price ranges too. I ended up choosing a Berta Privee dress that I had been eyeing and could not have been happier with my "Say Yes to the Dress" moment. I wish I could do it all over again!

I loved my experience choosing my wedding dress at Lovella! They were so helpful during the initial trying on process and I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on! The dress took ~6 months to hand make and the alterations process was very easy! It was such a special dress and my guests raved about it at our wedding!

I had the most magical, perfect wedding dress shopping experience at Lovella Bridal! Valerie was my stylist and she took such AMAZING care of me and made me feel like a princess! I was so nervous to try on wedding gowns for the first time and she instantly made me feel at ease and excited about the day. Not only that, she is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does and picked my wedding dress on the very first try! We couldn't believe it. We tried on 5-6 more dresses, but nothing could compare to the first one. It was also a trunk show day for Martina Liana, and we also got to meet the designers of the dress, which was incredible! They were so sweet and helpful. Everything about this place is absolute perfection! I told Valerie she felt like my fairy godmother, making all my wedding dreams come true! Great reviews, beautiful location to pick out a wedding dress, and great location for a fun dress shopping day with your loved ones. From start to finish, I had a great experience at Lovella Bridal. I did my research in advance and had a general idea of the style of dress I wanted, the budget I wanted to spend, and considered the wedding venue location/setting and the events throughout the day when picking out my wedding dress. I was first helped by Jenna during my first visit and she was absolutely a perfect fit as my stylist. She made me feel comfortable right away, did not pressure me into any dresses and made great suggestions on the type of dress to try on based on my inspiration photos and a description of what type of dress I was looking for and felt comfortable in. The process was very organized and after I tried on about 5-6 dresses, I went back to my original "one" that I fell in love with right away. Jenna still recommended I try on other dresses to make sure I was absolutely sure, and I'm glad that she did because I was able to negate any doubts and felt confident about my choice. She was very informative, patient, and overall it felt like shopping with a friend. My best friend was with me during my initial visit and she also had a great experience. It felt private, not rushed, and most importantly, FUN. Because of this experience I decided to do my alterations at Lovella Bridal as well. My measurements were taken and the order was in, I shopped about 9 months before my wedding date. A few months later after the dress arrived at the shop, Lovella contacted me and gave me a clear guideline and timeline on what to expect until my wedding day. We had 2 more fittings in-between for alterations and with my wedding shoes, and then a final one the week of the wedding to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Each time we visited Lovella we took advantage of the location and had a luncheon at the Brand at Americana (since we were coming from Orange County - almost 2 hours one way with traffic). It was THAT WORTH IT to get my dress at Lovella because the value, service, and expertise was unmatched. The week of the wedding, during my final visit, they even recorded the bustle on my phone for me to give to my bridesmaids, and provided tons of tips making me feel at ease. Trust the Lovella stylists with your wedding dress, it's an important decision and Lovella is experienced, professional, and genuine throughout the whole process!

Honestly loved them! Vanessa helped me pick a dress and was very open to whatever I wanted to try! The second time I went the older woman was very helpful, kinda pushy, but in a motherly way. She knew what looked good and wanted you to take that for sure. But she was older so it’s hard to say anything, she was adorable though. Very thoughtful asked if you wanted waters, it was very hot. They also only had one bride at a time when I went in you so you have the entire salon to yourself. Lots of beautiful dress. Most dress that are sparkly are a little pricey if your on a budget so be aware of what you budget is. Overall I had a great experience. Purchased a dress and a veil, will be going back later for my crown!

I had the best bridal gown shopping experience here! The entire staff is super helpful and sweet including my bridal stylist, Nayri. They have such an amazing selection for dress choices of all types and are willing to go above and beyond to make the experience very comfortable and smooth. It took me 3 trips to finalize my dress purchase from here and each visit was amazing. High recommendations!!!

This is a one-stop-shop for brides! I visited several stores before visiting Lovella and working with Angie. She is an absolute dream to work with! She is a seasoned professional who looks at your shape and dresses your body in the most flattering silhouette. She doesn’t want you to leave the store without finding your dress and will work with you for several hours beyond your appointment to get you what you want. Highly recommend!!

I love this store so much! If you're like me and had no idea where to shop, look no further. The women here are so polite, professional and nice. And the dress selection is so extensive, there's a gown here for everyone. I worked with Shannon, she was 5 stars wonderful. She helped me get really specific and narrow down to a small selection of dresses, and then I kid you not, let me keep trying on two dresses for at least 15 minutes back and forth. I don't know how she has that kind of patience. She didn't push me into any style, or offer an opinion. She asked me what I did and didn't like, and brought selections based on that. The best customer service. And when I STILL couldn't decide, they squeezed me back in for a quick appointment in the afternoon with my MOH, again Shannon helped me try the two on a few more times. It was all worth it as I finally made a decision I'm 110% happy with. Felt amazing to say yes to the dress here!

Two years ago I went to Lovella to find my wedding dress. It was the first bridal I visited and I didn’t expect to find the dress, but I did. However, 3 months before my wedding I discovered I was to marry an untrustworthy man. We called off the wedding and the Lovella team understood my situation and were very supportive on my decision to give my dress away on Instagram. They made that closure and transition very easy for me and my family. The Lovella team was so patient and understanding that I knew if I ever was to say yes to the dress again, I would return to them. I didn’t lose hope on love and I am now happily engaged to my forever soulmate. Recently, I returned to Lovella and found my dream dress! The Lovella team is an exceptional one, they will find your dream dress, trust me! The team’s professionalism and compassion is what really makes them the best! Lovella bridal was the 5th dress shop I had gone to and I was feeling completely defeated going into that appointment. I wasn’t excited or thinking I would have any luck, but I knew I had to continue the dress shopping journey as our wedding was already 7 months away. As soon as I arrived I signed in and was quickly approached by my consultant and was offered something to drink. We went back and she started asking how my shopping appearance had being going thus far. I told her the truth and that they had been fine. I had a dress in mind that could possibly be the one I go back to, I just needed to go to one more place to make sure which happened to be Lovella. I showed her my top contender and she asked me what was missing from it? I told her I couldn’t put my finger on it, it was just missing that “this is the one” feeling and factor. She quickly went on her search and returned with two dresses. I put on the first dress and immediately had that this is what I’ve been waiting for feel! It sounds super corny and cliche, but I truly felt that “when you know you know“ feeling. I was super excited to show my mom and she could see on my face that I had found MY DRESS! Marlene did an amazing job and listened to me and even after I knew I was certain she had me try on two other dresses just to make sure. We toasted with a glass of champagne and I had such a feeling of relief! This place was amazing from start to finish and Marlene was a life saver. I truly had the best experience here. The store is beautiful with a huge selection for everyone. I went to a million stores before I found my dress here. Jenna helped me out from the beginning and was patient the entire way through. She works hard to get to know you and what style you’re looking for so you can find the perfect dress. She’s sweet and it shows that she has tons of experience working with future brides. Definitely recommend!!

Lovella Bridal is a must-go if you're looking for a wedding dress! I visited 11 different bridal stores in search for my wedding dress across Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, and ultimately found my dress at Lovella. Not only did Lovella have the most comprehensive collection that can also cater to a wide range of budgets, they had the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. It truly is an exceptional experience from checking in to the dressing rooms, staging area, alterations, and celebration if you happen to buy your dress there. When I made my appointment for my first visit, Lovella sent an email with helpful tricks and tips to prepare for my first fitting, which addressed items I wouldn't have thought of. When I picked up my dress, it was packaged beautifully. Also, I loved that they shared their professional opinion when I asked for it. It really helped me make my decision and consider options from different perspectives. I also appreciated that the staff did not push me in any way to make a purchase, which I experienced at many other stores. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress to visit Lovella Bridal. It truly is a 5-star experience!

Nayri is a mind-reader! She has her methods down for helping brides find exactly what they are looking for. The process was simple, she just kept narrowing down the dresses based off what I said, my reactions, and her instincts. Despite me knowing she had found my dress, I still shopped around and was very disappointed, it was clear that Nayri and Lovella had the most expertise and a genuine want to help brides. It's my number one recommendation to all my friends, and there's already been a couple of them who are also Lovella brides!

We went to get my sisters dress for her sweet sixteen. The staff was all AMAZING and the customer service was always perfect! We made our appointment to go in for the fitting and sizing to order the dress, I had to cancel my appointment (because of fires in The Valley) and reschedule to the following week, they failed to tell us that by rescheduling the rush price would be more the next week. You’re already spending so much money, just annoying that they didn’t tell us when rescheduling. Other than that, everything has been great & we are so excited to get the dress.

I had THEE BEST experience here. I began my wedding dress shopping 6/22/19. For 2 months, back to back appts trying to find my dress. I was getting to the point where I was just going to pick one to just be done with it. It was getting frustrating, as many shops didn’t carry my size, either way small or waaayy too big that I couldn’t appreciate the dress. Someone from a Facebook group recommended this store. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed. The stylist I was scheduled with is Marlene! SERIOUSLY THE BEST! I really appreciated that she spoke Spanish, my family is Spanish speaking & we were all able to just communicate & joke around. As soon as I explained what I was looking for, Marlene immediately was able bring my vision to life. The FIRST dress she brought out was THE ONE for me. I was able to say yes to my dress 9/4, with no hesitation, without settling & I’m forever grateful for the costumer service. For not pressuring me into something just to make a sale. Made this part of the process FUN! I can’t wait for my soon to be husband see me walk down the aisle!

Lovella Bridal made my dress shopping experience perfect. Susan brought out a few different types of dresses, all similar to what I was looking for, it’s like she knew exactly what I wanted. The 2nd dress I tried on, was my dress! Susan was as happy as I was, being apart of my experience. Lovella is the only store I went to for my dress, and I got the best! If you're looking for the Kleinfeld experience, COME HERE! I wish I could give this place 10 stars! If you're the type of bride that thinks she need to visit more than 1 bridal store (like me), make sure Lovella is your LAST stop because I guarantee you will find your dream dress here! The salon is so beautiful! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the staff and your consultant. They really make you feel special and give you their undivided attention. The consultant asks who everyone is, and I do introductions. My consultant was Toni, and she was AMAZING!! We're all seated in Toni's section, and I show her the dresses I printed out of the styles I liked. Then Toni and I go to my dressing room where I'm already from the start given a Lovella goodie bag. Nice touch! I'm also given a black silky kimono robe to wear. Toni made me feel sooo comfortable and so special! Words can't even express! For every dress I tried on, she asked me how I felt in the dress, what I liked or didn't like about each dress. The first dress she brought in was AMAZING! She truly listened to what I was saying and what I was looking for. What I liked and didn't like. I think I tried on 4 dresses total. One of them was a ball gown just for fun, so really I only tried on 3 contenders. Turns out, the first wedding dress was THE ONE! It's a beautiful Martina Liana dress!! That's how good Toni is. She found my dream dress on the first try! Lovella was my first bridal stop, but I wish it had been my last because I completely regret going to Panache Pasadena afterward. I felt like I had to go to more than one bridal salon because I thought it wasn't possible to find the one on the first go around. However, I couldn't get the Martina Liana dress out of my head. Side note, Panache was AWFUL! I wrote a review there. Do NOT go to Panache. Toni and Lovella bridal give you the BEST experience ever! I went back to Lovella two days later to get my dream dress - the very first dress I tried on. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!

Lovella Bridal hosted the Brides Across America event that I attended and they were great! Their staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always giving truthful input and meaningful advice which was very much appreciated by this indecisive bride! They helped me to pick out my dream wedding dress and made the whole process a breeze. After going to many bridal shops, Lovella stands a notch above the rest. They have an amazing selection of gowns that are of higher quality than other shops. Not only that, but they never try to push for a dress that is outside of your dollar range. I ended up going with a dress that was on the more affordable end! I also got my alterations done there which I can't recommend enough. They did an amazing job and were patient as we went through 4 rounds of changes. I got numerous comments from guests about my dress and it really is a spectacular experience there. Not only that, but two of my other friends who are brides also found there dresses here!

Lovella provides the best bridal boutique experience! I had shopped around and Lovella was my 3rd and last appt. Fabian sat me down and listened to what I wanted and pulled the PERFECT gown for me. I cared a lot about comfort and feeling sexy, and the Martina Liana did just that for me! Recommending Lovella to all of my friends with upcoming weddings!

My mom, future mother-in-law and I had such a great experience at Lovella Bridal! I visited the store three times before deciding on a dress, and each time Kayla and the front desk staff were welcoming, helpful, patient and ensured a happy and fun experience. Kayla found several options in the specific styles I was interested in while making sure I stayed within budget. When I was hesitant on a certain style, one of the seamstresses even spent time to discuss the intended fit and alteration possibilities before I made a final decision. Kayla is the best consultant there is. She is attentive, friendly and patient. She also understands exactly what you are looking for. The store has a ton of gowns to chose from, from all price ranges.

I love Lovella, their store was very clean and nicely organized. My stylist, Mario was great! He listened and made sure he understood what style I like. The store is nicely divided so you barely see the other brides around you. So far, Lovella has been my most favorite bridal shop that I visited.

After going to 3 different bridal shops and boutiques I found Lovella Bridal in Glendale, CA. It was an amazing experience for me. They really listened to what I was looking for, all the dresses they brought for me to try on were beautiful and in my price budget. They found the perfect dress for me that had all of the details i had liked from the previous dresses I had tried on that day. So so happy with my dress!

Shopping at Lovella Bridal was such a lovely experience! First off, the showroom is so beautiful, staff is friendly and very helpful and the selection of dresses and accessories are out of this world. Of course I said ‘Yes to the dress’...the first dress I tried on I couldn’t resist to purchase. Thank you to the sweet Julia for helping me choose the wedding dress of my dreams! I recieved so many compliments on my wedding gown! Absolutely love this bridal store. The stylist was able to give me the potential dresses based ony description and budget. Within 30 minutes, I’ve already found my dress! Very beautiful studio. They have sooo many gorgeous dresses that you’d wish you can wear them all. Everyone at the wedding loved my dress!

I would like to begin by saying that the person assigned to me did a great job in being professional and thoughtful. I could tell she was giving me the best experience as possible. What I did not like and felt uncomfortable with was how the other employees were treating her. It was obvious enough to catch my attention and make me feel comfortable. I felt sorry for her; for having to work in a negative environment. This was in the beginning of 2018 and maybe by now you have resolved this issue. If you haven't, I would suggest you do so because its the right thing to do and its bad for business.

I'm from Texas and had trouble finding a gown that fit my personality at home. I flew out to Lovella to see their collection and found my dress right away! Fabian and the staff at Lovella have all been so kind, helpful and flexible throughout the process of fittings and take-home. Thank you Lovella!

Wedding dress shopping at Lovella was an easy and wonderful experience! I came with a large party of 9 women and Fabian handled our group with flair! I originally worried about bringing my entire bridal party + mom because different opinions would sway my judgment and could prolong the shopping trip but Fabian made sure to mediate, giving his honest opinion while making sure everyone was able to give their suggestions as well. He also was able to pick a dress for me to try on that was my dream style in addition to picking ones he thought would fit my body frame better. 1 hour, lots of laughter, and 6 dresses later, I was able to pick THE dress within my first bridal shop stop! Thanks Fabian and Lovella for giving the best wedding dress shopping experience a girl could ask for. The dress turned out beautiful and it was an awesome feeling having everyone gush over it on the wedding day!

I loved Lovella Bridal. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The shop is so pretty and was never crowded when I was in. I ordered my dress in August 2017 and they said it would be in sometime in March 2018. They called me at the end of February to let me know it came in. My wedding was in July so I didn’t have to do alterations for awhile. They tell you to budget $700 for alterations but I ended up paying around $800. I had to get my dress let out because it was too small which I was surprised because when I ordered it, they said my measurements were perfect for the size I ordered. I also had to have it hemmed and bustled. I also paid to have it steamed. I think I had to go in for alternations 3 times (the first initial appointment when we decided to let it out, once for the hem, and then I went in to see it all done and bustled but they hadn’t steamed it yet, so I had to come back one more time for that 3 days before my wedding.) I live down in Orange County so I didn’t like having to drive up to Glendale so many times but my dress came out perfectly so it was worth it. My dress was Alyne by Rita Vinieris in the style Eloise and it was beautiful. I originally found it and Kleinfeld in NYC but decided to buy it closer to home and Lovella was the closest shop that it. One thing I do regret is that it was $200 cheaper at Kleinfeld than at Lovella.

I had a great experience at Lovella Bridal! This was (thankfully) the last bridal shop I visited, and by the time I got there, I had been feeling pretty discouraged (and emotional) with all of my other options. Everyone at the salon was very knowledgable and clearly been in the industry a long time, unlike some of the sales people I had dealt with at other bridal shops. Julia really understood what I was looking for and was honest about each of the dresses I tried on. Lovella also just has a HUGE selection of dresses, so they really have something for everyone.

Amazing selection and friendly staff. Very affordable and choices for all budgets. However, I ordered a year in advance (Jan 2017), not that it's required, but when my delivery date rolled around in May, I didn't hear from anyone. I called and they provided me with an update that it would be ready in August. I wondered why it would take an additional 6-8 weeks but figured we had plenty of time. August came and they called to inform me my dress had arrived and to schedule an appointment for my first alterations. I went in mid-end August and my dress was the wrong shade of color. It sounds petty, but certain shades look better on different skin types and this was dark/tan not the blush/romantic color I had been waiting for. The staff was so supportive and recognized the designer's mistake and they were going to fix it (and they did!). They even sent the sample dress that I had tried on in January with it to make sure it was the right color & rushed/expedited the order for a new dress with the correct shading. While panicking ensued and I'm not going to lie, I bought another dress at a different bridal store in case it didn't pan it, it eventually worked out! The dress came in mid-October (6 weeks before the big day), and it was perfect - better than the sample. I was so happy!!! The wrong choice I made was to go with their alterations. While strapless dresses are supposed to be a bit snug, this was unbearable. My dress barely fit the day of and I only had final alterations two weeks before. The day of we were struggling to make it work and the person at the store told me that it would loosen over time in the evening (well it didn't). They had to rubberband the top button to make it work and I felt like a sausage in it - it wasn't the dress I remembered and loved and to this day I'm still self-conscious about how I felt that day. They didn't even have me sit down in it before tightening it. And trust me, these all seem like things you would voice to them or point out, but when you're the one in the dress and someone is assuring you that it will be fine and trying to be quick about it it's all a whirlwind! Ugh, I wish to this day that I didn't allow them to do alterations and that I didn't buy that second dress because that was an added expense that I absolutely did not plan or prepare for. Recommend this place due to selection and affordability, but do not recommend their alterations - go with someone else!

Lovella Bridal made all my wedding dress dreams come true! To start, I have to say that I specifically sought out Lovella because they were one of the few places in the LA area that carry Berta dresses, and I kind of knew that I really wanted a Berta dress. Mr first appointment was great, although I didn't buy anything. This appointment let me fine-tune what I was looking for, style-wise. Then, I made a second appointment for a Berta trunk show weekend. That was when I found my dream dress. It was like something out of a fairy-tale. Whimsical, ethereal, and drop-dead gorgeous. Nayri was so helpful after I purchased my dress. She was the one handling my fittings and she really knows her stuff. I really couldn't be happier with how my experience at Lovella went. Thank you Nayri and the rest of the Lovella staff for making my dreams come true!

Meeting with Angie at Lovella was a huge breath of fresh air after a FAILED first attempt at shopping for wedding gowns. Angie knew exactly what she was doing - she never had to measure me but somehow managed to pull 6-7 dresses right off the bat that fit perfectly and looked even better! I ended up getting my dress from another salon, but would 100% recommend Lovella salon to anyone who needs a good experience dress shopping! Gorgeous space too!

I had gone to quite a few bridal shops before dashing to Lovella Bridal on my lunch break one day. I don't recall my consultant's name but she was very conscious of my time constraints and really listened to what I wanted. She pulled four dresses and the first one I tried on was the one although the others were very lovely as well. She encouraged (but did not demand) I try on the others to be sure and I was. I decided on an ivory Martina Liana ) dress (Style 803) with a long train. It came in under my $2,000 budget. I was not pressured to purchase any accessories although I did end up purchasing a veil from the salon. The alterations process was seamless (a bit pricey in my opinion, but after researching, pretty standard for bridal salons). Each consultant I came in contact with was extremely gracious. This is a beautiful salon with a great selection of dresses for pretty diverse price points.

Lovella Bridal is an overall amazing experience. The salon is beautiful and they have incredible selection. The staff is above and beyond with professionalism and patience as they help you find the right dress that fits your individual style. I also highly recommend doing alterations in house, their team is amazing! The seamstresses they have are some of the best I have ever worked with. They have such a perfectionist eye that works to make your dress absolutely perfect.

I very much love this location, their service and friendliness and atmosphere. The lady who helped me pick out my dress was very friendly and worked well with helping my find what I was looking for rather than just trying to sell me a dress I look good in. After going to countless places I am very glad I came across Lovella Bridal. My big downside however was how my fitting and alterations went. While the initial times shopping and purchasing went very well, I didn't feel nearly as catered to during the fittings, and after the first alteration, a couple of the thing that were discussed had not been done or were a bit sloppy. Because I had not lost weight and only had minor fixes, I expected my dress to be ready that day but it wasn't, I am grateful they do not charge for 2nd alterations though. When I came back to get my dress after the 2nd alteration, it still wasn't perfect, one side was altered a bit smaller than the other, but I didn't have time for a 3rd go around. Either way though, the dress still fit well and was gorgeous! I kept and still do get complements on it, many saying it's the most beautiful dress they've seen. That said, I very much recommend Lovella Bridal for their quality, uniqueness beautiful options and the help you get from the ladies on the store floor. Just be on top and communicative of your alteration requests, especially for the price you pay for them.

I got my gown at their sample sale and was so happy with the selection. They have beautiful gowns for all budgets. The sample sale was organized so well I felt like I was just having a regular appointment with any bridal salon. I didn't feel rushed at all and they really helped me choose something I loved.

Amazing!! Alicia helped me find my dream dress in November and I could not have been happier with my choice. She was so patient with me and really helped me pick my dream dress. She picked up my dress without me knowing and when I saw it I wasn't sold. But when I put it on I knew that was the one. It made me feel like a princess and I could not have been happier. I don't like around there, my sister does, but I would recommend if you're looking for a dress to go to Lovella Bridal! You won't be disappointed!

This place is where I found my dress- Thank you to the amazing staff who helped me navigate and find the most beautiful dress I could have ever chosen. I love how they will listen to you and help you pick out a dress that will accomplish your vision of how you want to feel. I think it helped me that I had a theme for my wedding, which made it so much more easier to evoke the spirit when the big day finally came. I never dreamed that it would work out so beautifully. Some things that I learned while bridal dress shopping: What I like does not necessarily mean I will look great in it. I liked mermaid, but sometimes the "foo-foo" poof at the bottom made me look even shorter than my 5'1 body. I looked disproportionate...However* this staff will help you by picking out a dress that will absolutely flatter you, and that is important when picking out the dress of your special day. I ended up with a Lazaro from 2014-2015. I had a Gatsby wedding with petals at the bottom and though it was not a classic wedding dress, it really made me feel fun, elegant, and like Daisy Buchanan in Prada. Lazaro and the girls at Lovella, you are the BEST. Thank you for it all!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lovella Bridal! This was only the second dress shop I came to before I said "Yes to the Dress". This is the total 'bridal experience' that I wanted! Everyone who works there is so helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable to what YOU want and helped me find my perfect wedding dress. After I said "Yes" to my dress, they brought us out glasses of champagne for myself, my mom, my mom's friend and two of my bridesmaids. It was such a fun experience and a memory I will never forget! Although they do have a lot of dresses that are pretty pricey (ranging from 8-10k), they also have GORGEOUS dresses that are more affordable if you don't have a budget that high (I definitely didn't). I found the dress of my dreams for under $2,500! Since I'm tall, luckily I didn't need too many alterations, which could get costly. When all was said and done, my alterations were under $300, which I was very happy with. They couldn't have done a more perfect job with my alterations, either! Everything about my wedding dress experience with Lovella was absolutely perfect. Every one of their staff members were so kind from day one, and I will forever be grateful for that. Definitely go to Lovella Bridal to get the bridal experience and wedding dress of your dreams!

I had the BEST experience with Christina here. My Mom flew to LA for a 5 day wedding gown hunt after I had already scoured the city for "the perfect gown". I went to Lovella once and found a couple that could work, you know, in case I didn't run across "The One". Let me just tell you, for me, wedding gown searching was the worst part of the whole planning process. I'm not much of a shopper to begin with but then with all the pressure...whew! I took my Mom back to Lovella for the second time, to show her the "Just In Case" dresses. Christina helped me this time. I was looking around again, as it was my Mom's last day in town, when she brought out a dress that had just arrived. It was very similar to one I had tried on at a different salon, but it was more elegant (aka, less sequins and flashy - sorry if you like that sort of thing, I wear gym clothes all day every day). When I tried on the New Arrival, it was... great. Not perfect, but great. She pinned and pulled and I told her what I was hoping for. By the time I left, she had created THE DRESS. We took things in and let them out and moved them around... I swear the wonderful seamstress there is a wizard. I ended up going back for 2 more alterations where they adjusting things I would never imagine adjusting. The final fitting we had to make a few minor changes and while I ate tacos across the street (the week of my wedding haha) they adjusted, steamed and packed up my gown. Pure perfection.

Lovella provided our dress for the wedding, and it turned out amazing! They didn't remember my name no matter how many times I came back which was a little disappointing, and despite having it on file, they didn't remind me to order my veil. At the beginning of the process, they said not to worry about the veil since they would remind me later on. Since they didn't, and said it wouldn't come in before the wedding, we were forced to buy a sample veil which had been there for some time, and at full price no less! It was hardly ideal, but it did the job. Overall the experience here wasn't so bad, but just make sure you triple check everything with them so it doesn't hit you in the end.

Lovella and staff are the most amazing and genuine people! Josefina was my wonderful, attentive and knowledgable consultant who was able to listen to my washy and vague descriptions of what I wanted and deliver absolutely beautiful options with every dress she pulled. She went above and beyond every expectation we had. She put different accessories on me to really get the look of each dress, dimmed the lights in various rooms, had me walk and record what the dress looked liked when it moved- I could go on and on. Nayri is also so warm and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the store. Their dresses are immaculate and there are so many gorgeous outfits but the superb staff knows how to tailor the appointment exactly to you so it doesn't feel overwhelming. Josefina even made suggestions on how we could customize the dress in order to make the dress even more perfect based off of what I had originally mentioned i wanted. I absolutely love the Lovella ladies. This is the only bridal salon you need to go to!

Lovella Bridal is your one stop shop for a wedding dress. I had only gone to 2 other bridal boutiques before I quickly found my dress at Lovella. Their boutique and show room is dizzying with a wide range of dresses that all dazzle and sparkle. When I first walked in I was worried that there was no chance I would find my dress there when I saw the price tags on some of their dresses. I didn't want to spend more than $2,000 on a dress that I would wear once. But my consultant knew exactly where to look and even made recommendations of dresses that I never thought I would consider until she found the perfect dress for me within my budget.

My wedding coordinator purchased her dress from Lovella. She recommended the bridal salon and they were amazing. I spoke with Angie for 10 minutes and she pulled beautiful gowns for me. The first gown I tried on I purchased. She is a professional and is amazing!

Lovella was the 2nd and last place I visited to get my dress. They absolutely know what they are doing and only carry the best gowns in all price ranges. They also make sure they stick to your style and budget that you tell them when you go in. Angie was the one to help me find my dress (May 2014) and she was the absolute best. She definitely got me to get out of my comfort zone. I went in there wanting an A-line gown to hide my "big butt" but I left out of there with a mermaid gown. It was the best decision and I have pictures to prove it. I did end up going over my budget but only because Angie asked me if I had some wiggle room first. Also a good decision because the gown was so gorgeous and it was only a little over my budget. They also spent 2 hours on me when a typical appointment is 1 hour. I do want to mention something that Angie said to me that I won't forget. She said "not everyone is going to have that moment where they say THIS IS THE DRESS and start getting emotional, some people just have to go with their gut" I was definitely one of those. I didn't leave there super excited (it didn't help that I had just gotten into a fight with my fiance on the phone about what I just spent - whatever it was my money) but I knew I had a dress that looked THE BEST on me and was excellent quality. As I went into fitting appointments I loved the dress even more and on the wedding day I felt AMAZING.

My wife and I found our wedding dresses at Lovella Bridal and we couldn't be happier! Angie was fantastic at knowing what would work for us because my wife and I had a hard time choosing something for ourselves and when we told her what our personal preferences are, she was able to find 2 dresses that are not only perfect for us, but they also compliment each other greatly! The boutique itself is beautiful and the best we've seen, the rest of the staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. They were also nice enough to let us take a photo of our dresses for us to evaluate and show to our family which were out of town, something that some places don't allow you to do. Again, I can't stress how smooth sailing the whole experience was from picking a dress to ordering, paying, and alterations. Angie was there to help us through out the whole duration. I absolutely love Lovella bridal and Nayri and cannot thank them enough for helping me find my dream dress! This was the second salon of four that I went to look at dresses at. My initial visit was in early February and my mom, sister and cousin were scheduled to go with me. Unfortunately, my mom and sister got the flu. Anyways, my cousin and I went to look and were impressed from the start. Walking into the store, we could tell they had some really beautiful dresses! They have all different styles, shapes, fabrics. I was so lucky to work with Nayri! My first store was so pushy and unhelpful. I explained my idea of what I wanted and Nayri pulled dresses and let my cousin and me pick some out as well. I tried on about 10 dresses with no pressure. I found the one here and definitely knew it! It is a Martina Liana and was Nayri's pick that she said it was the first dress that came to mind when I had explained what I liked. This was a designer I hadn't even considered and boy am I glad she thought of this dress because it was more beautiful than any lace gown I had a pictures of! I also appreciate that she stayed within my stated budget and did not try to push slightly over like many of the other bridal salons I visited. She was very understanding when I said I did not want to buy without bringing my mom and sister back. She followed up with me and was very responsive about setting up my follow up appointment. I came my second time with my mom, sister and cousin. Instead of just putting me in the one, she understood my mom and sister felt they missed out and was so kind to let them pick out some dresses for me to try on. I was nervous they would like something else but she kept reassuring me that they would love my dress and we saved the best for last. Both my mom and sister burst into tears and love it just as much as I do! I went through my fittings and alterations and Lovella was amazing! The whole team is great. My consultant Nayri was at bridal fashion week and Jasmine and Christina helped me this time and both were wonderful. I have relocated to San Jose since I bought my dress so they worked with me in finishing my alterations and doing my second and third fitting in the same weekend (it was a lot of work). Everything came out perfect! I didn't make it easy since I lost 3 sizes and they did a fabulous job! My dress was seriously just perfect on my wedding day - I was so happy! Nayri and really all the team at Lovella are wonderful. They are honest about what looks good on you, stay within your budget and are understanding and supportive! This really gave me the bridal experience I was looking for without feeling overly pressured. I would highly recommend this store to any bride!

Lovella was the perfect place to find a beautiful wedding dress. I went in with a picture of what I was looking for. Nayri pulled about 6 dresses that were similar to the picture. The second dress I tried on was THE DRESS! Nayri was so sweet and easy to work with. She was not pushy and knew what my budget was and helped me stay within it. They had the most beautiful dresses that I referred a friend there and she found her dress there as well.

I had a great experience at Lovella. It was the second bridal shop I went to looking for my wedding dress. I came with a bunch of pictures I had printed out of what I was looking for, and the consultant immediately pulled a handful of dresses she thought I'd like. She did a great job- I did end up at least liking most of the dresses, and she found the one I ended up buying. I hadn't been able to find a lace fit and flare dress with cap sleeves that looked right on me, and I had figured I was going to end up wearing a strapless dress much to my disappointment. So when she pulled my dress and it had everything I wanted and looked perfect on me, I was ecstatic. She also helped me accessorize with a beautiful belt because I didn't like the one the dress came with. I got 15% off for buying the dress on my first visit which was nice. I never felt pressured and she was patient and helpful. She gave me advice on the shapes of dresses that worked and didn't work on my body, and she stayed within my budget. They called me as soon as it arrived and helped me decide how best to get it across the country for my wedding. They also didn't pressure me to use their seamstress. All around I had a great, easy experience here.

I first went to the Verdugo location and tried on some AMAZING dresses, but for the style I really wanted they sent me to the other location in Glendale for Ines Di Santo gowns. The day I happened to go was a trunk show and Ines was there. I tried on a few dresses and I came upon one that I liked but wanted a few things modified. Ines listened to what I wanted and made a sketch of a custom dress for me. The dress was out of this world and the customer service at this bridal salon is the best! I ended up getting my Maria Elena jewelry from the shop as well. I was nervous about the alterations, but I could not beleive how well the seamstress did and got it perfect the first time around.

This little boutigue has incredible dresses and wonderful service. I love the area it's located in. Very cute all around. The only complaint I can possibly have is that the alteration was extremely pricey. Unexpectedly pricey! But they did an amazing job with my dress. Cant complain there.

I live in San Diego and decided to search for my dress in LA. I set up about 4 different appointments one Saturday and began my search for the perfect dress!! My first stop was Lovella Bridal. I had the privilege of working with Angie. Once you meet her you will understand what I mean...Angie has the ability to read thoughts that haven't even entered you mind. She will somehow decode your indecisive mind and the result will be a plethora of beautiful dresses! There were some dresses I would have never looked at and in her confident voice she'd say, " Just give it a try, you'll be surprised" and seconds later I was in love:) After Lovella I visited the other appointments I had already set up and at that point I appreciated the service Angie provided a thousand times more. I guess I assumed that this level of intuition and patience was a must in the wedding industry. I quickly realized this was not the case and in fact, most places were quite the opposite, helping 2-3 people at a time, not listening to what you were saying and what you weren't saying! They quickly grew frustrated (Brides take time to make up their mind :! ) It was a waste of time to look elsewhere but it truly made me appreciate Lovella Bridal. A few weeks before my wedding I called in a panic because I couldn't find shoes to accommodate the length of my dress. Nayri immediately offered to search online for me and also mailed out a swatch of my lace/satin so that I can ensure the dress matched the shoes. She was just as helpful as Angie, and in the same way, immediately calmed me down . Buying a wedding dress is one of the most important decisions when planning your wedding. Regardless of your style, uncertainty, or any other requirements, Lovella bridal will ensure you find the perfect dress, stress-free!

I enjoyed every step during my planning process with Lovella Bridal... from buying my dress to alterations to picking up my dress. They made the process so wonderful for me that when my dress was ready I was almost sad to not have a reason to come back to the salon and see them again. They are extremely patient and helpful. Had such a great experience at this wedding dress store. I had gone to a few others and all the workers were just cold and didn't seem interested in my business. Everyone at Lovella is nice and helpful. Had a really positive experience there and felt as though I was a valued customer there.

I had originally found THE perfect dress for my wedding but it was 3times over budget, so I had to look for a cheaper alternative. I came into Lovella and told Nayri just what I wanted. I described the dress to her and she instantly knew what I was looking for! She pulled out a floor sample dress and upon trying it on, I knew it would be the perfect alternative. Knowing that I was on a budget, she was able to give a good price for me on the dress. I ended up with something I love and was happy to know I stayed within budget for it. People absolutely loved the dress and it was the perfect fit for a perfect day :)

i went to my 1st appt. when they were anouncing a big trunk show, to my surprise they didnt have anything going on, and the place was empty, but that worked out, that way they were helping me more to look for dresses. the 1st time the owner was in charge of the appt. she will find a way to convince you to buy a dress. she did with me, that was the only time in the whole process i saw her. but the other girls were nice and helpfull to me, until the day i picked up my dress. the process took about 8 months, i got a Perfect Pronovias dress.

I had an appointment at their sample sale - the staff was very friendly and attentive. They worked within my budget and style. I bought my dress at a over 75% off the ticketed price and got to take it home that day! I got so many compliments on my dress on my wedding day. It was a great value. Recommended for brides on a budget!

jobyna's was great! They had great customer service and an eye for dressing brides. When I went in I thought I knew the style of dress I wanted but quickly learned I was wrong. Jasmine was the employer that helped me, she was so sweet! She suggested I try on a ball gown and I fell in love! They definitely have an eye for dressing brides.

I had a wonderful experience at Jobyna's. Once they figured out what I was looking for that would suit my body type, they found the perfect dress. Yes, there was a bit of pressure to buy it "now" for the discount, but they were flexible in letting me have a few days to think. They were honest about what looked good on me and they honored by body insecurities. Once it was time to fit, the service got even better! The seamstresses did an amazing job fitting the dress to me and making everything work and not once did they ever say "no we can't do that." I really wanted a sleeve. They created a custom sleeve from a description I gave. They never charged me extra to do so, either. Everyone loved the sleeve and said it "made the dress." Also, three days before the wedding, I decided I needed the dress cleaned. They researched a good place and drove it over and picked it up because it was all so far from my house! Lovely ladies. Such a great experience!

I give them a two only because after meeting with the owners and the store manager, who were LOVELY people, they did do everything in their power to put things right. They made me feel better as a customer and they did everything right in customer service. Their dresses are gorgeous, and I'm sure dealing with them would be good for anyone. I however, dealt mainly with a seamstress to alter my Monique Lhuillier gown that I had purchased elsewear that just needed to be taken in. I also purchased a veil that was shown to me on the day of the first fitting. It was packaged for me, and when I went to show it to a friend, I discovered the comb in the veil was broken, had hairs in it, and was torn and resewn. I have photographs of me trying on a veil and then of what I discovered later. I am most grateful that I broke down and decided to show my friend, otherwise I wouldn't have discovered the error until the morning of the wedding. To their credit, the owners IMMEDIATELY replaced the veil with one they ordered that was brand new. The were as shocked as I and I really feel bad for them. The second (and most horrible) issue was with what happened to my dress. When I went for the 2nd fitting the seamstress seamed in a rush for me to take it, but there was a button on the bustle that didn't work and she added boning that I didn't like. I insisted that she fix that and came back a week later, at which point she complained that she undercharged me because the dress was a lot of work. I would have been happy to pay more to have it done right! She rushed me out of the store, and when I tried it on at home I was mortified. There was still a pin where the button for the bustle needed to be replaced, and as far as I could tell nothing had been done since the 2nd fitting. When they took it in, they hacked through one of the ML tags and left its ended hanging on, instead of moving it, and the seams in the lining were a mess. I was devastated. Again, I feel terrible for the owners. They were so sweet, and the gowns they sell are of the same caliber, so the seamstress should have had no trouble dealing with my dress. They found it odd that I dealt with her alone, as they said that's not how they do things. I believe them. They offered to have everything put right, but there was just no way I could bring my dress back there and have that woman touch it again. I would give 5 stars to the owners and the Manager who I dealt with afterward for doing everything they should to put things right. I feel they got a bum deal as much as I for having such a person work for them. The seamstress I would give a Zero. I would recommend the store to a bride looking for a high caliber dress with high caliber service with the caveat that the seamstress wouldn't come near the dress. Again, the owners and Manager were lovely. I ended up taking my gown to a tailor in Beverly Hills (there goes my honeymoon money) and he was able to put it right. I got lucky.

The best dress shopping experience. I found my dream dress at a shop in Newport, but the price was ridiculous! So, I searched around and found the same dress at Jobyna's for a much better price. They were awesome. Service was great, my alterations turned out perfect. I even changed my veil twice and they were so nice about it. But what put the icing on the cake was that they went out of their way to deliver my dress to my hotel free of charge! I would recommend them to anyone.
