Having our wedding at a private residence down a dirt road was something we were worried about, but Roger and his drivers made everything so easy! All of the drivers were friendly, on time and did a great job getting our guests to the wedding. Thank you for everything!

before the wedding, we realized it was going to rain and Roger helped us arrange extra transportation between the church and reception so that no one had to stand in the rain or wait. Not only was he a breeze to work with, he helped eliminate my week of stress by assuring me that the guests would be able to arrive dry and quickly to our reception. Highly recommend this company, the owners go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Knowing my guests were happy just made my day even better.

leys due to our preliminary timeline and needing to pickup Bridal party and guests around the same time, but as we got closer to the wedding our revised timeline suggested we did not need the small trolley. At this point we were a month away from the wedding, but Roger was flexible with us changing our plan since he was able rent out the smaller trolley on the same day! We were so blown away by how considerate he was and how quickly he was able to adjust on his end. The day of the wedding we had a little bit of rain that we didn’t anticipate. The bridesmaids and I were staged in the reception hall so no one would see me in my dress and we gradually saw more and more people outside with umbrellas. Since our ceremony was to be held in a different area across the gardens our plan was to have the golf carts make several runs with all of us even with the rain. Roger walked into the pavilion and offered to drive us all around to the ceremony site and stay there so we would remain dry. This was SO unexpected and he really helped to save the day (and our hair)! All of our guests loved the trolleys since they added to the charm of Charleston. Roger made the process so easy and I am so glad that we decided to work with them on our transportation!!

He took great care of my guests and made sure everyone got from point A to point B safely and on time! The trolleys themselves are just so cool and all of my guests loved them. Roger and team- THANK YOU. Thank you for everything you did this past weekend! It was very much appreciated and I absolutely would re book them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone!

prior to the wedding and it was no problem. We rented the loop trolley for our transportation for the wedding part and Roger immediately suggested being able to loop it around a close-by location after the wedding party drop-off to maximize its efficiency. All rides were punctual for all of our timelines and the trolley ride was so much fun! Recommend this trolley company to any wedding couple! PS: it's a huge photo op as well :)

Our reception was at the Creek a Club at ION and my friends and guests could not say how happy they were that we offered transportation but the fact that it was on the trolley made it very memorable. Thank you Terry for your help coordinating the logistics and to Charles for his day of on site help. I feel like I got more than my money's worth. Great job!!! Harold

hard to file a complaint. Long version: Our experience with this service was overall terrible. We initially chose Lowcountry Loop Trolley for the value and the very nice looking fleet of trolleys they have available. Everything about the lead-up was good. They were responsive both via phone and email. They confirmed the route and schedule to be sure everything would work well on the day of. Unfortunately, the day of went anything but smoothly--I am just grateful that my wedding party had separate transportation arranged. The Trolley was supposed to bring my guests from the church to the reception, about an 8 minute trip. With the number of guests, we needed two trips, but since it was a 20 minute round trip and we had a full hour, this should not have been an issue. Then, once the reception was over, the Trolley would make two similar trips to return guests to a nearby parking garage. In taking guests to the reception, the driver got lost due to a broken gps and spent about 45 minutes on the first (should have been 20 minute) trip. The second group of guests almost missed the reception which was on a boat and departed about 15 minutes late in order to be sure everyone made it. Then, rather than return guests as planned, our driver again got lost (at on point asking guests if they could pull up gps on their phones to help), and then she never returned for the remaining group of guests. As if this were not enough, we never received an apology for this. We had to call, following the wedding to ask for some sort of refund. Initially, it sounded like this would be possible. However, we continued calling, frequently leaving voicemails and after 3 weeks of getting nowhere, took the issue to our bank who are handling the claim now. We have still not heard anything from this company.
