We used Jessica’s services for our wedding day on May 30 at the Historic Rice Mill, and absolutely loved her. Prior to the wedding she was very timely with all her responses to all our questions and had a ton of experience to offer advice. The day prior to our wedding she was there for a rehearsal and made sure everybody was comfortable with what they were doing when. On our wedding day my day she was great and made sure everything ran smoothly. She kept the timeline moving and made it so neither us nor our bridal party had to think about things during the wedding. Best of all, at the end of the night she handled virtually all the cleanup so all the MOH and bridal party had to do was load a couple totes into cars. Jessica is super nice and professional! She’s great to work with and delivered amazing results!

I focus on day of/partial coordination packages. Day of wedding coordination is a great service to a bride who wants to maintain full control of their wedding planning but then wants someone to handle the execution of her plans so she can enjoy the special day!
In my free time you'll find me playing with my 3 little boys at the beach or pool or exploring my adopted home!

She was a true GEM and would rebook her in an INSTANT!!! Jessica made me laugh and saved my life (and dignity) more than once. OHHH and also, my seating chart cracked, or wasn't able to hang right and she HELD IT WHILE UESTS WERE WALKING IN. LITERALLY above and beyond (and I didn't even know what "went wrong" until the end of the night) And to be honest, nothing even went wrong because Jessica was adapting to everything before things even happened (if that makes sense).

Once we had our plan in place, Jessica checked in with the vendors periodically to be sure that everything was on track. On the day of the party, Jessica was on site from the morning through the final clean-up. Throughout the evening, she made sure everything went smoothly, jumping in when necessary.
Jessica is professional yet personable and brings deep experience to the process. She is a good listener, calm and detail oriented. She understood what we wanted and had many helpful suggestions to make it happen. n our parents for how the event should feel. Jessica's organization really helped to systematically break down our wedding event and tease out details we overlooked and make recommendations based on her experience when we had a difference of opinion with our parents.
She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our ceremony and reception venues, as well.
Both sets of parents were so grateful for her during the reception; as she kept the parents informed about upcoming "events" such as the toasts so they made sure they were present.
Our event ran so extremely smoothly due to Jessica's effort. She took all the stress away on the day of the event so both bride and groom and our parents could enjoy the day.
My only regret is that we didn't hire her sooner and for a larger package to assist with the wedding planning process.

ur wedding from out of state, and Jessica made time to meet with us when we were in town and was a great sounding board. The month and weeks before, she took time to make sure we were all squared away and took a lot of weight off our shoulders. We truly felt like Jessica came through for us and more on our wedding day. She made the space beautiful with the decorations we spent months pulling together, she coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors from start to finish, and she “had our backs” throughout. Having her there definitely helped keep us calm, keep us on schedule, and allowed us to truly experience the day. Your wedding day will be a blur, we totally u see stand that first hand now. However we are thankful Jessica helped make it a beautiful blur.
