Nonetheless, the new florist, Crissy, made it right and comped our garland and several floral centerpieces. Crissy and her team were lovely to work with and brought my ceremony dreams to life with beautiful evergreen garland, vases, and pillar candles. I recommend Lowe's Greenhouse as they are reasonably priced, local and the current staff is lovely. I would ask for a sample bouquet and ensure you leave yourself enough time to order the appropriate flowers.

I have never seen a more hardworking crew in action as they put together masterpieces (I shopped at Lowe's Greenhouse gift shop a few weekends before our wedding and found some cute gifts for my bridal party/groomsmen and a beautiful floral arrangement in the to-go fridge for my grandma). We truly feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with their floral team!

tween when I booked with Lowe's and my wedding (12 months apart). There was no communication about that transition until I reached out 5 weeks before my wedding to finalize the proposal. I had to send multiple emails before I got a response and the responses made it seem like I was an inconvenience. We had an in person meeting with Jeremy and I thought he understood my vision and had photographs/pins of what I was looking for. It wasn't until a week before that I received the finalized proposal and paid my final bill - it felt a little to close for comfort and it was on me to track him down so I could get it off my to-do list. I wish there was better communication throughout the process even if just to say "I'm working on it and will get it to you next week." I wanted simple laid out greenery on the table and it ended up like a green wreath. The bouquets ended up lovely but not really what we had discussed. The grooms boutonniere had fallen apart before we made it to the ceremony (3 hours of first look/photos).

The flowers were absolutely stunning! They even wrapped a piece of my mother’s lace from her wedding dress around my bouquet. The prices aren’t outrageous either. I definitely recommend choosing them as your florist for your wedding!

ets and called them about it they claimed light pink hydrangeas do not exist. They absolutely do exist because my sister had them in her garden that day and offered to drive them up and fix the arrangements. Even if light pink hydrangeas didn’t exist, the attitude they gave the bride was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this florist to anyone who doesn’t want added stress on their wedding day.

he ENTIRE proposal, the bride ordered light pink hydrangea's for her bouquet, her bridesmaids bouquets, the centerpieces, and various flowers around the venue. After the first meeting, she was also told if they were not blush/light pink, they would be spray painted to be blush/light pink. The wedding day was a nightmare. The bouquets came out as purple for the bridesmaids, while the bride's bouquet contained all blush flowers. Everyone said they could not believe Lowe's let that leave their facility. Lowe's mislead the bride to believe that the hydrangeas would be light pink. When the bride called Jeremy at Lowe's, he stated that they are natural pink and there is nothing he could do. Jeremy was trying to put the blame on the bride and who she talked to originally throughout the quoting process. He did bring new bouquets to "make it right" for the bridesmaids, but they should have been blush pink in the first place. He also stated how everyone said the flowers at the reception were beautiful. They were beautiful, but they were not what was on the proposal, meaning light pink because they had purple in them. As a professional, I believe Jeremy should have told the bride that hydrangeas could come in different shades of pink or a natural pink as he states. In reality a natural pink also means purple to him. How this was dealt with was very unprofessional from Jeremy's standpoint by placing the blame on the bride. He made it seem as if it was an inconvenience that he had to "make it right" by bringing the bridesmaids the correct color of the bouquet. Once again, I would not suggest working with Lowe's unless you want purple flowers when you request pink and have the blame put on you if something does not turn out correctly. Shame on them.

Not only was Jeremy easy to work with, but Lowes Greenhouse was also the cheapest option of those I got quotes from. That being said, in no way did I feel like we were cutting corners with cheaper floral arrangements. Everything was absolutely stunning.

e understood the floral vision we had for our wedding. She has clearly had a lot of experience in working with couples as they make floral plans for their weddings. Lowe's Greenhouse was priced very responsible and we appreciated that we never felt pushed into buying a certain floral package or to pay a set rate. We were able to select exactly what we wanted and we were charged appropriately! We got married on a 90+ degree day in July and Mary thoughtfully provided us (free of charge) with an extra boutonniere for my husband to wear during our ceremony after we spent the morning taking pictures in the heat. She also provided a few extra sets of bouquets for the bridesmaids so that they were not wilted during our ceremony. These kind gestures were thoughtful and showed us how much Lowe's Greenhouse cared to make our day very special! I would absolutely recommend their services to all!

As a very visual/hands-on person, it was difficult not being able to meet up in person to look over flowers or styling methods, but Mary was fantastic with sending me inspiration photos, walking me through flower options and really understanding what I was looking for. And let me tell you-- she knocked it out of the park. I was floored when I saw how beautiful my bouquet was, along with the bridesmaids bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. I still have a bouquet drying at my house because I couldn't part with it! The flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined, and we received so many compliments throughout the day. Mary was wonderful to work with, flexible and understanding as our guest list and décor needs changed due to COVID (we cut the guest list from 250 to 50 guests.) I would highly recommend working with Mary & the Lowe's Greenhouse team! They will do an amazing job bringing your vision to life.

Mary and I spoke on the phone and went over all of the ideas I had, which she was then able to bring together in one unique floral theme. We never met in person but kept close contact through email. She was able to guide me on what flowers would work and also give me alternatives that looked beautiful and kept to my budget. She did a fantastic job pulling together my centerpieces with floating flowers and decorating the ceremony aisle way. I admit that I was very nervous to see the end result because I never saw the flowers in person and gave Mary a lot of free rein, however they were above and beyond what I expected. She did such a fantastic job nailing what I had envisioned and her arrangements were beautiful. Thank you!

I was a bit put off by that considering I was paying the bill and my daughter quite honestly doesn’t know a petunia from a dandelion ! We had gathered some attractive ideas fro Pinterest . Mary had told us she would give us a glass vase to use as a measure for candles we would be responsible for purchasing. I found candles at ikea that fit the bill. We were also responsible for the hair clips that would go in the flower girls hair which the florist would embellish. We found the clips using her mother’s wisdom. We made our final selections and I had to tell Mary as she continued (,I felt as if I wasn’t in the room ) that I would be the “new” contact person as my daughter was getting overwhelmed at this point. Approximately 10 days before the wedding Mary emailed me telling me I was also responsible for the glass cylinders the candle would go into! I needed approximately 30 of them. Mary did suggest they could be purchased at dollar store for $1 ! I was spending over $3000.00 on flowers , she had never mentioned I was responsible for cylinders as well. This seemed to me annoying since I had to run out and find vases at the most crazy time during wedding planning a week before the wedding! I felt communication was terrible! At one point while Mary was vacationing , one of her colleges emailed my daughter saying the flowers were way behind in ordering and may not be there for her wedding! This again was poor communication as Mary told us before she left we had plenty of time. It turned out fine and the person did email my already stressed daughter an apology . I’m not entirely sure I would use this florist again.
