I had a great experience picking out my dress at Low's! I had a dress in mind when I went into my appointment, and left with that dress! My consultant was very patient with me and my family that I brought to my appointment. My only issue was that I was told to size up when that wasn't necessary, requiring me to pay a couple of extra hundred dollars in alterations. Also, when I went to pick up the dress, they didn't have it properly prepped, and the dress was extremely wrinkled. Other than that, I would recommend Low's to anyone!

Jessica Skelton was the best consultant ever! She made it the best experience for me, and I would recommend her to anyone! She truly is a gem!

I had a lovely experience picking out my wedding dress at Low's! I loved my bridal consultant, Jordan, she made the whole experience amazing! They obviously have a wide selection, but she made finding the one so easy! They also have their inventory online so I glanced through it and selected which ones I thought I would want to try on and she had those ready to go when I arrived. I would highly recommend shopping for your dress here, and request Jordan if you can!

I really enjoyed my time at Low’s. It’s a lovely old hotel building full of wedding dresses for anyone! The lady that helped me, Randi, was exceptional. She showed me dresses in the style I asked, but also picked a few she thought I would like. I ended up with one she picked that was completely different than what o thought I’d get, and I LOVE the dress! Cannot recommend them enough!!

Hannah Fly was the best bridal consultant ever. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I was nervous but she eased all my anxiety. She did not rush or pressure me at all. She was patient and all around the best!

This was such an amazing experience! I tried on 10 dresses and never once did my sales person get huffy or try to talk me into just picking one. I never felt rushed at all. I did fall in love with the last dress!

Low's is the best. The absolute best. I got my wedding gown last December for my November 2023 wedding. On the day of my appointment, there was an ice storm coming in. Low's accommodated me beautifully. They changed my appointment time, and my consultant Jordan ate a granola bar for her lunch so she could get me right in. To make things even better, Jordan was able to pinpoint my perfect dress after only TWO prior dresses. This is really worth noting because I had only very vague ideas of what I wanted. She asked thoughtful questions with each dress to make sure she could find the perfect one. She then found the perfect veil, and I was able to take my dress home the same day! I was very nervous about wedding dress shopping due to body image horror stories from other brides at other shops. Every dress I tried on fit me perfectly, leading to a joyful experience. I truly cannot imagine a better wedding dress shopping experience.

Tara was my stylist at Low's Bridal and she was nothing but amazing! Low's Bridal was my fifth bridal shop and I tried on about 40 dresses previously which I was starting to get pretty discouraged. I showed Tara styles I tried on but weren't quite 'the one'. They listened to my notes and gave me a bunch of dresses that were stunning and exactly what I was looking for! So many that I was having a hard time picking between two dresses until I finally decided on the one! Tara and all of the other stylists working that day were so sweet, they stopped by multiple times to see the dresses I was trying on, they asked questions about our wedding, and very super friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend Low's Bridal for your wedding dress needs!

I just bought my wedding dress from Low’s and it was so worth the drive!! I absolutely loved the experience and they had so many dresses it was insane!! Pretty lighting throughout with several large mirrors to look in! My sales associate was amazing and made me feel so special!! I recommend Low’s to any bride with any style in mind! They have it all!!!

I got my wedding dress at their winter/spring floor sale and it was an amazing experience. I had been shopping at another salon previously and was feeling very discouraged and disappointed but upon arriving at Lows with my two friends, the shopping experience was a complete 180. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on but the stylist I had was not pushy to try and end the appointment, she let me try on other dresses in various styles just to be sure that it was the one. I purchased the dress that day and took it home. Would 10/10 recommend making the trip to Brinkley, especially for the floor sale!!!

I got my dress here during their big sale in January! It was way more busy than usual but I still had someone help me one on one and they were very helpful. Found my dress in one day!

Even though I didn't need too long to say "Yes!" to a dress (the 4th dress!), I know I would have had as much time as needed in my appointment to find it. My consultant, Jordan, was fun, down-to-earth, and extremely attentive to the details in what I did and didn’t like about each dress I tried on. I’m a plus-size and she not only made me feel confident about trying on every dress, but she was determined to keep trying until I had a dress I was comfortable in. She was personable and honest. She listened to every comment and watched my body language as I tried on each dress. Those observations along with her extensive knowledge of the inventory enabled her to zero in on the perfect dress for me. She was almost as excited as I was when I finally said “Yes!” to my dress, which made my experience even more special. Everything about my experience from booking, to checking-in, to picking out a veil and jewelry to coordinate with my dress, to check-out was professional and smooth. Low’s Bridal was the BEST bridal shoppe I have ever been to. The staff was WONDERFUL beyond measures, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had a wide variety of dress to choose from in many different sizes, I was able to find my perfect dress and take it home all in the same day! I went during the semi-annual sale in August and I got my dream dress for 50% off! I was able to get a belt and a veil and they have all the other accessories you would need too! The staff was a big help and constantly was finding dresses that I had said I liked. There is a person helping you try on dresses and she also had an assistant that could go grab other items while you tried on the dresses you did have. It is a gorgeous place and we drove 6 hours from Dallas and it was all worth it!

Alicia was my consultant and made my dreams come true! She helped me in and out of at least 8 dresses and was very encouraging and supportive as I decided on each dress. She helped me stick very closely to my budget. If any dress I had picked out was above my budget, she told me how much and asked if I wanted to proceed. She was absolutely amazing! It was my favorite part of wedding planning so far!! Right now, only three guests are allowed to be with the bride due to covid. But honestly, three was enough! Everyone was so nice and helpful. 100% would recommend scheduling an appointment to find your dream dress.

My experience was absolutely more than what I could have ever asked for! My consultant Bailey Fields was amazing and so attentive. I always wondered why the ladies from Say Yes to the Dress would cry, but today, I was fortunate enough to have that experience myself and I completely understand! I found my dream dress at Low's Bridal! I had the best experience with Tiffany at Low's Bridal! I traveled from Memphis, TN and was not disappointed by the selection. I am a plus size woman and Low's had a room full of gowns in my exact size. It completely eliminated the anxiety I had been feeling about trying on bridal gowns. I was shocked how quickly my gown arrived. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend making the drive to Low's if you are looking for a large selection of bridal gowns and accessories!

WHAT.AN.EXPERIENCE. I can’t stop reliving my experience yesterday at Low’s. From the time I walked in to the end of my appointment, it was just so easy. I felt as if I were the only bride in there. My consultant, Paula Sandage, was kind, patient, informative, and attentive. She knew what I liked and what I didn’t like about each dress. At one point she disappeared and came back with a dress she thought I would love. Well, guess what...I DID! I had said, “YES, To the dress!” There was never a moment of stress or a sense of feeling rushed. If it weren’t for this pandemic, I would have given Paula a BIG HUG! Low’s has got it! Walking into Low's Bridal and Formal, I was so nervous because my wedding day was coming fast; but finding a dress was moving slow. In comes Shelby! She told me we will find a dress and we did just that! In addition to her helping me find a dress, she also helped calm my nerves by making me laugh and getting to know me. The only thing that was missing was the champagne!

I went to Low’s after my cousin bought he dress. I wasn’t really 100% sure what I wanted. My consultant helped me try on many different styles, and was patient while I was over analyzing every single dress. I’m a plus sized bride, and it make the experience 1000000000 times better being able to try on dresses in my size, along with being around other brides my size. It was wonderful! I cannot recommend Low’s enough!!

I have always dreamed of getting my wedding dress here, and when that dream came true it was honestly magical and one of the best days of my life! My consultant, Harley, was awesome in every way! She was very quick to figure out my likes and dislikes, and with her help the 4th dress I tried on was the one! My bridesmaids' dresses also came from Low's. The ordering process wasn't difficult & their dresses were stunning!

Warning! I bought my dress at Low's Bridal on 7/20/19 . I tried on a dress that was made by Essence of Australia I loved. We made it to the check out office and we were told that the dress I tried on was only available in the blush but we were assured that the size down would fit fine because the dress I tried on was so big in the chest. I should have realized they had waited to tell us until we were about to pay. A couple of months later, I received my dress and tried it on with the dress not zipping up the back. I called the Low's Bridal offices and was told that the dress would be fine once I took it to the seamstress. I took it to the seamstress and who was appalled. She let me know she sees misfitings from Low's all the time. She also let me know that a dress in my size would typically have a strap and hook inside the dress which was missing. I called the manager at Low's Bridal and explained what happened and that I was disappointed with my experience. She became defensive, irritated, and began to tell me that "we specifically told you that this dress would be too small and would not fit." She claimed that we signed a document saying that the dress would not fit and would be "extremely small." I recognized that we signed something that saying dress sizes may vary. I explained to her that whatever we signed we did not understand that the dress would not fit at all and we were NEVER told the dress would not fit. She never told us this, this is a lie. BRIDES BEWARE! This was a classic bait and switch where we were told a dress was available that was not there and then told the smaller size would work.

My experience at Low's Bridal was the worst compared to my sessions at She Said Yes Bridal in the Heights and David's Bridal in West Little Rock, even after paying for the session. There was no privacy. The worker helping me did not listen to my requests, and did not take time to understand the aspects I was looking for in a dress. I had to search myself for the dresses I liked. (I ended up with scratches and bleeding after looking through the racks and moving such heavy dresses myself.) For such a renown bridal shop like Low's this poor service was quite shocking. Without knowing, I went during a sales event, and bought a dress at half price. If you are looking for an affordable dress but not high quality service, Low's would be a good place to go.

I am from the Mississippi Delta and this is the place that literally EVERY bride goes to pick out her wedding dress. I was no exception. My consultant Tara (I had a Saturday appointment) made me very comfortable from the moment I slipped into the first dress up until I put on THE dress. I entered the store knowing I had found the perfect man, but left knowing I had found the perfect dress to match.

For the plus size brides in the mid-south they have everything. There is a whole floor dedicated to plus sizes. The store is huge and you are not limited like other bridal shops.

Their store has so many different options and I was able to try on a variety of styles, before finding my dream dress. I had never looked before and only pinned dresses on Pinterest, but when I found the one, I knew! I felt amazing and on my wedding day, I felt like a true princess! I went to Low's during their Semiannual sale. It was not nearly as crowded as I expected. Skylar was my consultant, and she was more helpful than I could have ever asked for!! She took me directly to dresses in my price range and never tried to tempt me with dresses that were more expensive. She was very helpful in picking out dresses that fit the style I wanted, and was honest and kind with her opinions of each dress. She helped my family be involved and kept all of my dress choices very organized. I am a pretty introverted person, and she was the perfect consultant for me, as she was also reserved, but she was also very visibly excited about helping me and made the whole experience exactly what I had dreamed of. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and even asked to see pictures of the dress I chose and showered me with compliments. My dress was shipped exactly on time. I had no trouble at all finding the dress of my dreams in the sale section of the store. I wish I could go back a million times and relive the experience! Nothing but praise for this amazing store!!

I had a great experience at Low's. My bridesmaids and mother and I drove a few hours down to Brinkley and I was able to find my dress and headband within 30 minutes. It was a great day and I found exactly the dress I was looking for at exactly the price I was looking for.

I wasn't crazy about the dresses that my consultant picked out for me to try on, but once they let me look around and pick a dress out for myself I found the perfect one! It took about four months to come in so definitely don't mess around and wait til the last minute to get your dress! There are SO many options in this store it's awesome, and you get two hours in your appointment to find the perfect one!

Low's was a breath of fresh air! I had been to 3 other dress shops and ended up disappointed every time. My good friend told me Low's was where she found her dress and that I should give it a try. I went to Low's with my mother, soon to be mother-in-law, and best friend. As nice as my consultant Anna was, it was the most stressful and confusing day. I had pictures on my ipad as well as names of designers that I had seen on the website and liked but I was never shown these dresses. This was my first time trying on bridal dresses so I had no idea what to expect as far as sizing. I was shown racks and racks of sale dresses but never had any guidance. We ended up pulling some that were in my regular dress size which were all way too small. Never did my consultant tell me that I may need to size up for bridal gowns. I started getting really frustrated because I just felt huge in all of them since nothing was fitting. Finally, I asked to try on an A-line dress that I had seen on a mannequin downstairs. It was not my ideal style, too elaborate, but I felt pressured for time and I was told I needed to order my dress soon to have it in time for the wedding, which was 10 months away. I later found out this was not true since my dress arrived in 1-2 months. They measured me and told me to size up from the sample that I tried on even though the sample fit perfectly. I felt uncomfortable doing this but they assured me that the sample had been stretched and I would need a size 8 instead of the size 6 sample. So, I ended up purchasing a dress that I didn’t quite feel comfortable in and when I got in the mail, that feeling was reaffirmed. Now, I have been trying to sell this dress that is too large and just not my style. I wish the salon valued each individual customer's satisfaction more. Rather, I felt like they were just trying to sell a lot of dresses so quantity over quality.

I had an amazing time at Low's finding my dress. I was treated with such grace and kindness and Domi was amazing in helping me. Not to mention the dress was incredible!! I'm so happy with it. Its worth travelling for.

A wonderful experience! It'd be impossible not to find a dress with the variety of selection at Low's. My sales woman found the exact dress that I wanted substantially under budget, and I did not even attend one of the semi annual sales. Also, I have a very close relationship with my father who came dress shopping with me. They were very welcoming, and had him situated to where he was a part of my experience but far enough from other future brides that they were okay with a male's presence.

I was not exactly happy to be dress shopping or any shopping for that fact. I have waned my entire wedding planning process to be stress free and simple. I was terrified that dress shopping would not be either of those things. BUT from the time I walked in to the time I left it was a dream. The staff was absolutely amazing Miss Kim was an amazing woman to help me through the experience. She was with me from the time I walked upstairs to the time I left. If you have the chance, GO HERE!

Low’s Bridal provided a better experience than David’s Bridal, yet left something to be desired. I appreciated their large selection of plus-sized dresses, however, they would not let me try on a dress in a smaller size that could be ordered in my size – you see this in bridal shows all the time, where they strap a larger girl into a smaller dress. Ultimately, I felt pressured into buying a dress because, as the sales lady said, I have to wear something on my wedding day. It was a dress I looked good in, but not my dream dress. Bottom-line: My dress arrived early, along with the veil and petticoat. I had more time to search for my dream dress than I was led to believe.

I went with my mother and matron of honor and had a great experience trying on dresses. Their selection can't be beat! I came prepared with pictures of dresses I wanted to try on (thanks to The Knot's Lookbook App), but ended up picked the PERFECT dress off a mannequin in the lobby. They do a great job of making each bride feel special. After receiving my dress, I felt that the woman assisting us could have done a better job in making sure we got the right size - that's the only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars.

I thought going to get my wedding dress would be a fun experience but it felt rushed at Low’s. I live only 30 minutes away from Low’s and I know a lot of people who got their dress there. I was determined to find a dress there in one day, and I did end up finding one. We got there 15 minutes early and then did not get called back until 35 to 40 minutes later. They only give you an hour and half appointment, but they let you go a little longer if needed. It was so crowded and loud which made it very chaotic. Maybe that’s how most of these big discount bridal shops are. The girl who was helping me was helpful and understanding. Also, my family and I were allowed to look through the dresses, which was helpful. I am the type that I don’t know what I want until I see it so shopping can be difficult. Overall, I am glad I went there because you are going to get a great deal on your dress, but don’t expect it to always be relaxed. This was the only place I went dress shopping so maybe their service is way better than other places. I just don’t have any other places to compare it to.
