MY WEDDING PLANNING FAIRY GOD MOTHER. Gina was always on top of everything for me from setting up meetings to making sure everyone was on time and scheduled properly, confirming my vendors, and just over all being an absolute boss. She was responsive at any day or time that I needed her, and was so quick to get things done. She is not afraid to go after what you envision on your wedding day. Obviously everything was new to me and you can research prices and the best vendors but she really takes no sh*t when getting you the best of the best. In times where I was nervous to speak up she was on top of it fighting for me and getting me what was best and I am so appreciative of her. She brought so much energy and fun into planning and executing our wedding and I truly could not have asked for a better person to help me on my most important day. Bottom line, if you don’t book Gina, you are missing out.

I booked Gina as a partial wedding planner and day of coordinator at my Wedding at the DoubleTree Grand Miami. She delivered as promised and was always fun but professional. She was always available to answer questions I had and she recommended great vendors. The day of my wedding went perfect and I didn't have to worry about vendors, clean up, or the event timeline because she handled everything. I highly recommend Gina and Lucid Events.

Simply put: Gina is phenomenal! We found lucid events through our venue's list of recommended vendors. Right off the bat, our consultation phone call with Gina was nothing but good vibes. She was upfront about what she felt like we needed and didn't need from her and it was refreshing to have someone give it to us straight and honest. We ended up choosing her month-of-coordination package. They advertise themselves as your wedding day bestie and they are exactly that. Gina was super responsive to our calls and texts leading up to the wedding and gave us great recommendations for our vendors as well. Everyone complimented us on being so calm the week of the wedding but it is really because we knew that Gina could solve any disaster that could come our way. Day of our wedding, Gina and her assistant were there bright and early to help manage set up. She also took some really fun behind the scenes videos for us! At our church ceremony, my veil fell out of my head and Gina was right there with pins to help me discreetly reattach it. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Lucid Events. 15/10 would recommend. Gina and her staff at Lucid Events were a dream to work with. I booked Gina for full-service wedding planning and worked for with her for over a year to plan my dream wedding. Gina was always available to answer questions and/or help in anyway. She has a great rapport with vendors and works hard to get exactly what you want. She is also very budget conscious and never tried to sell us anything. Our wedding day went perfectly, if there were issues I had no idea because Gina and her staff handled everything! You will not be disappointed with them.

Where do we begin!? Gina was absolutely incredible! She made each part of our wedding detailed, organized and fun! She was a great communicator as we planned our destination wedding. She was exceptional at remembering the small, but important, details. She took the heavy lift of communicating with each of our vendors beforehand, making sure they had everything they needed. She also made sure we were happy with every detail, and it's important to like everything; Gina made it easy for us to speak up if something was off. She helped us find additional needed vendors as we weren't as aware of all the options as we were from out of town, including looking into multiple locations for a rehearsal dinner She was also a fantastic hype girl, always bringing the energy. She curated a detailed day-of timeline and helped facilitate our dress rehearsal. With the provided decor, she set up all the decorations, tables, seating charts, florals, etc and took them down. There wasn't anything Gina couldn't do! She kept us on track throughout the day, made sure we were hydrated and happy. She was a critical part of ensuring our destination wedding was everything we wanted it to be; it wouldn't have been possible without her. Thank you, Gina!!!

Gina went above and beyond for all of our wedding planning needs! She is so personable and quick at communicating. From start to finish she made sure to help execute our vision and keep in touch with all of our vendors! The day of the wedding she went above and beyond the entire day! She made it a point to visit me and my husband before the ceremony, set up cocktail hour and the buffet, made sure we were having fun and was quick to respond when we needed her!! She can LITERALLY do it all! Alexis also assisted the day of the wedding and she was just as attentive as Gina was throughout the night. THANK GOODNESS FOR GINA. She saved my sanity with planning which allowed us to actually enjoy our INCREDIBLE wedding!!! wedding planners tend to be very expensive and some of them will only let you pick from their selected vendors, among other limiting rules. Not Gina!! She rolls with it! I feel like she really knows how to communicate and manage people....she is professional and personable, serious about work and fun to work with....she is solution oriented and creative...she is easily accessable....she advocates for her clients.....i just think she is fabulous. she offered a fair price for tremendous value. knowing what i know now, she should charge more!! then again, i would never have hired her/anyone if she did just because i was so intimidated by higher price points....so im personally really appreciative that she offered her services at the price point that she did. i highly highly highly recommend working with Gina! In an industry that can make you feel high and dry with your hard earned money to put together your well deserved saved-up-for wedding, she's got your back and you will be so appreciative for her. at least, that's my experience!

Gina is beyond amazing. She’s everything you want in not only a wedding planner, but in someone you want to be around for such a big, busy, all-encompassing day. She’s poised. She’s organized. She’s responsive. She’s fun. She’s quick to pivot and brainstorm when things (like wind) throw hurdles. She had a great relationship with all our vendors. She kept everything on time. She perfectly handled all the little details we brought ourselves (table numbers, cocktail candles, arches, floating orbs, bar signs, flip flops, LED glow sticks, interactive guest painting, etc.) and made it look easy. She was also extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, helping us with contracts and keeping us organized with a checklist and planning app. Even more, she went above and beyond to help us when our farewell brunch venue fell through a month before our wedding weekend, which she absolutely did not have to do as it was completely outside of her responsibilities. It just went to show how wonderful she is and how much she cared about us having the weekend we envisioned. It was clear how hard she worked to make all our visions come to life, and she exceeded everything we could have asked for. We absolutely love her as a planner and as a person.

Gina, with Lucid Event, and her team were the best. I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment we started our wedding planning journey to the day we said "I do," Gina has been there to help us prepare. Her expertise when it comes to coordinating weddings was excellent, as she had great knowledge of all the ins and outs of the day. I think what I loved most about the time my now partner and I spent with Gina was that she helped us breathe on the wedding day and made us realize that everything was going to go according to plan. Gina from Lucid Events was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process! We booked her for the last 2 months of our wedding planning process and she hopped right in and familiarized herself with our vibe and vision for the day and it was perfect. We had a big DIY wedding on the beach and she worked with our venue to make sure that everything we were doing ourselves and bringing in manually was done quickly and effortlessly so that we could just enjoy our day. I don’t even know where to begin! Gina was someone I found on Zola and we had no idea what to expect and it was connection at first sight! We loved her energy and we could tell how efficient she was. She LITERALLY made our process of planning the most easy journey ever, my husband and I were so chill throughout all of it no stress at all thanks to Gina for she took care of everything and she has so many connections that she made it so easy for us to choose our vendors! We had a big wedding and she delivered a smooth wedding for us and everything went perfectly for us! I got a chance to work with Gina and lucid events on an international event. There are a lot of factors that go into planning events like these from afar and it’s simple to say Gina knocked it out the ball park. Her work execution, attentiveness and work ethics to make ensure the event went as the client dreamed went flawless. This was a great experience that you had to witness in person. Hiring Gina and Alexis was by far the best wedding decision I made! As a type-A planner who had all of our wedding vendors booked within 6 months of getting engaged, I thought I could handle the wedding day on my own. However as we got closer to the big day, I realized I didn't want to take care of logistics on the wedding day. That's when I found Lucid Events and hired them for day of coordination. Gina helped me through all our final steps of wedding planning such as creating a timeline, making a rain contingency plan, and scheduling our final vendor meetings. Alexis was there for our ceremony rehearsal and wedding day and she went above and beyond to make the day run completely smooth, despite it raining all day. She handled transitioning guests from one activity to the next, working with vendors, bringing us drinks all night long, and overseeing cleanup. I 100% believe that without Lucid Events, I would not have enjoyed our wedding day as much as I did. It was the best day of my life and a huge part of that was their help!

Gina is absolutely amazing!!!!! We got married at Hardeman's Secret Garden in Dover in November and we absolutely could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Gina. I had no idea where to start in wedding planning, but Gina helped me every step of the way to make it a breeze. I moved across the country right after being engaged, and it never effected the communication and assistance Gina provided even from afar. She went out of her way to tour our venue on her own since she had not been there yet and did everything possible to make the planning process a breeze for me as i'm thousands of miles away. Gina & her team were great to work with! Lucid Events was hired by my venue after the previous in-house event planners fell through mid-way through my planning process. The difference Gina made in my wedding planning experience was life changing in the best way. From our first meeting, I felt instantly more relaxed by her professionalism and knowledge of the industry and she made me feel like she actually cared about me and the success of my wedding. I was searching for a partial wedding planner for months and finally narrowed it down to 3. I interviewed with all of them (highly recommend) and I knew right away Gina was it for me. I wanted someone who provided a software to keep me organized (tech girly here), someone who was professional, knowledgeable, yet knew how to have fun and someone who has been in the business for while. Gina checked all my boxes. I had a vision and Gina helped me bring that light to make sure the day went as smooth as possible. Brides can have all the vision in the world but the truth is you need a professional because there’s so many things I didn’t know or didn’t think about so we would tweak it when we had our check ins/meetings. Also, the day of she absolutely killed it. Everyone was complementing her professionalism and proficiency. My parents LOVED her. I don’t even know if anything went wrong day off because she handled it all. I was able to really enjoy the day/night. I am so grateful I found her and would highly recommend her!

Just got done working with Gina at a Wedding at The Jupiter Beach Resort and all I can say is that from the first time I met her, I knew that she was an amazing planner. Gina is absolutely amazing. My parents hired her after I got super stressed out trying to plan my own wedding. I still wanted to plan my own wedding, but I really needed that little bit of extra help. Gina totally helped me out with that, and took care of all the calls with the vendor, kept me updated, and went through multiple checklist with me. On the wedding day, she helped calm down my nerves and checked in to make sure everything was going good for me! She is super kind and caring. She will feel like your friend by the end of it! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Gina. She gracefully handled every single aspect of the planning process leading up the the big day and the day itself with the kind of wonderful attitude and positive calm demeanor you hope for in a wedding planner. She masterfully handled the wedding day, particularly dealing with some exceptionally difficult vendors on my behalf to make sure my day was what I wanted, and minimizing the need for my involvement. She arrived early with an assistant to help setup a ton of decor we brought with us to the venue and stayed late to break it down, carefully packing everything back into its original containers. In a planner I looked for organization, responsiveness, punctuality, positive attitude, artistic vision, and great recommendations, all of which Gina has in spades. I could go on, but I’ll leave you with the message not to look any further once you’ve found her. She will make sure your day is perfection.

I would give Gina 10 stars if I could! I am the type of person that likes to have control over everything, so it was very hard for me to hire someone to help me with my wedding. However, as soon as I met Gina, I knew my wedding was in good hands. She is very organized, professional, reliable, and FUN. I could contact her for anything and everything at all hours. My day would not have run smoothly without her, because I knew she had everything under control. I even had wedding guests tell me the coordinator was fantastic. Gina was a dream to work with during our short 6-month wedding planning process. We envisioned a semi-destination wedding weekend extravaganza in beautiful Mendocino, CA with both ceremony and reception outdoors but at different venues. We immediately felt overwhelmed and decided to hire a planner to take some of the stress off. Lucid Events wasn't the cheapest quote we received for wedding planning & day of coordination services, but Gina went above and beyond others right off the bat showing us she could deliver by immediately researching and getting us the right state park forms necessary to secure our ceremony venue and date - before we even officially decided to work with her! Once the contract was signed, Gina was an excellent weekly brainstorming partner and advisor for everything wedding related - from putting together the planning timeline & tasks for all of us to invitation and decor ideas, napkin folds, ways to cut costs with florals, cake delivery advice, researching hard to find vendors and keeping me (the bride) from melting down! During our actual wedding weekend, Gina made it so that I was able to really be present with my guests and actually enjoy my own wedding day instead of worrying about all the logistics, whether things were being set up correctly and if everything was on-time. She saved the day (multiple times from what I heard afterwards) when vendors arrived late, didn't bring certain contracted items and some setup got mixed up between the ceremony & reception sites. She also personally saved this forgetful bride TWICE when I forgot my bouquet both right before I was supposed to walk down the aisle and again right before the bouquet toss. I highly recommend Gina and Lucid Events for wedding planning and day-of-coordination services if you want to be able to relax and enjoy your big day. She was willing to flex to collaborate and take on as much or as little as I wanted her to during the design and planning phase and it was so easy to work with her even over VC. In addition, Gina is a lightning fast problem solver for any hiccups that might arise on the day of (and they inevitably will for any event no matter how well you plan & prepare).
