I'll start by saying yes, the flowers were gorgeous. And delivery was fantastic and on time. However, they were not what I had asked for (based on a picture I showed her when I first placed my order). I showed Lucille a picture of the bouquet I wanted, and she wrote down all of the flowers she would be using. Again- the bouquets were beautiful, but didn't look anything like the picture I showed her. The corsages for the moms and grandma were supposed to be colored roses, I specified one light pink, one dark pink and one lavender. Instead, all three had white roses with those colored ribbons. The morning she dropped off the bouquets and boutonnières to the hotel, the boutonnière for my brother was missing. I had asked via email for a rainbow rose and she even sent me a picture of what the flower would look like. She forgot to bring it so I called her and she said she didn't have any so she would have to give me a blue one. Mind you, I had come in to place my order almost a year in advance, and the additional boutonnière and corsage specifications were agreed upon via email, which I saved, so there is no reason these mistakes should have been made. I do appreciate the fact that she came to deliver and set up the reception/aisle flowers, the flowers on the cake were exactly what I wanted, and she did drop off the bouquets to us, they just were not exactly what I had asked for, (which on your wedding day-you have a very specific image for how you want everything to look, so it was a little disappointing). On the signed contract the total was $50 less than what she ended up charging me, with no explanation for what the extra $50 was for. So in short, gorgeous flowers, but I would not be a returning customer.
